An exercise device

A device (1) for holding the pelvis (31) of a user (30) in a substantially fixed position thereby facilitating rotation of the column (33) of the user at the height of the pelvis (31) of the user when exercising back or facilitating the rotation of the leg (40) of the user (30) at the height of the pelvis (31) of the user to perform exercises pernas, said device (1) comprising: a support body (2) defining the least one support surface (3, 4); a support for holding the pelvis (31) of the user to the support surface (3, 4) in a substantially fixed position; this included supporting the first and second portions spaced vertically with said first portion of the extensible support around the bottom of the pelvis (31) of the user (30) and the second part of the extensible support around the top of the pelvis ( 31) the user (30), the position of the support portions being independently adjustable relative to deapoyo body (2) to facilitate vertical adjustment of each of said first and second parts of the support; and means for adjusting the clamping tension in at least one of the first and second parts of the support.
