Abstract
Exposes a new type (I) compounds or medicinal salt or solvate thereof: Z-OCH2-C ≡ CCH2NRR1, where z can be expressed (IA) or (IB). With antiproliferative activity of these compounds, used as a multiple drug resistance in cancer chemotherapy regulator. Preparation of these compounds are also used for disease treatment or prevention of cancer, menopause and Osteoporosis drug.
