(57) The rheometer which evaluates the characteristic of summary material includes a container (5, 25), and the rotor (6, 26) or similar thing arranged in a container at the time of use. A container (5, 25) accommodates the material (7, 27) which has the characteristic evaluated. A rotor (6, 26) or a similar thing passes the material evaluated. While it receives mutually as a center and rotation becomes possible about an axis line, the container (5, 25) and the rotor (6, 26), or the similar thing is constituted so that it may receive mutually and may become movable to the direction of an axis line. In order that at least one converter (3, 23; 4, 24) may evaluate the characteristic of the material (7, 27) in a container (5, 25) -- as the result of relative motion -- torque -- and it is prepared so that the direction power of an axis line may be defined arbitrarily.
