Method of screening for protein inhibitors and activators

The method is applicable in the medical field. Protein inhibitors and activators have been identified, the expression of which affects the phenotypic characteristics of the cell and, in particular, the cultural or morphological characteristics. Use their stronger influence on cells to produce protein compared to cells that produce little or no protein at all. In the preferred embodiment, the effect is observed with the naked eye. The method identifies tamoxifen as an inhibitor of px activity in cell culture.
