BEST MANNER THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a carrying device 1 2 loads for lifting and transporting loads 2 variety, such as foodstuffs, materials of any kind, materials, clothing, etc. Men's back or riding animal, that is to say using muscle strength for a 3 human or animal carrier for lifting and moving said charges 2.
Said one carrying device is provided for this purpose a loading container 4 which is adapted to receive the load range 2.
By "charging receptacle" 4 denotes any means to welcome and support a load 2, the said charge is placed in or on the container or suspended from it.
Said loading container 4 may for example include one or more hook (s) suspension, one or more bag (s) or pocket (s), one or more tray (s), a paddle, a gate installation, a seat for transporting a child or adult, etc.
For convenience of description, it is assumed in the following that the one carrying device is a rucksack, with a loading container 4 comprises at least one pocket arranged vis-a-vis the back of the wearer, that is ie close to the dorsal face of the latter, situated substantially opposite the ventral side relative to the coronal plane Pc- of course, the invention is not limited to such embodiment, the receptacle load 4 may be adapted per our forming a pouch or pocket for a side to be placed vis-a-vis the side of the carrier 3, the arrangement of the device being deduced mutatis mutandis. By convention, it is assumed that the carrier 3 is standing on a horizontal plane, and will designate "coronal" PcOr "front plane", the vertical plane passing through the shoulders of the carrier 3 and separating the latter in a ventral half and a back half, that is to say in a front face and a rear face, the term "sagittal plane "Ps the vertical plane perpendicular to the coronal plane and separating the wearer's body 3 in a left half and a right half, and finally by "transverse plane" PT the plane perpendicular to the previous plans and passing through the hips of the wearer 3, said transverse plane being substantially parallel Ρτ horizontally in Figures 1, 8 and 9.
Note also (Ζ-Ζ ') axis, here vertical, which corresponds to the intersection of the coronal plane Pc and sagittal plane Ps, said axis forming substantially the average generator axis of the carrier 3.
According to an important characteristic of the invention, the carrying device 1 has a stabilized balancing system 5 which comprises:
- A carrying base 6 which is provided with at least one upright 7, said upright 7 has a first support portion 8 which is designed to come and take a first support M1 on the wearer's body 3, and a trailing portion body 9 which connects said first supporting portion 8 to a second support portion 10, said second support portion 10 forming a rigid lateral strut extending from said body portion 9 to a second support M2 which is located in the level of the sidewall 11 of the carrier 3, at a height hM2 distinct from the altitude hMi of the first support 1,
- At least one lever 12, separate the upright bar 7 supported by rocker 13 by said carrying base 6 and having a first arm 12A connected to the loading container 4 and a second arm 12B of opposite maneuver, so as to allow the return of both sides of the coronal plane Pc of the carrier 3 of a compensation force F of the weight P2 load 2
- Guide means 14, distinct from the lever 12, said guide means 14 ensuring between the base 6 and the loading container 4 a kinematic connection which permits and guides the relative movement of said loading container relative to the base when said loading tray is driven by the swinging of the lever 12. Advantageously, the stabilized balancing system 5 according to the invention provides excellent wear comfort since it tends to distribute the weight P2 of the load relative to the body of the wearer 3, and more particularly on either side of the coronal plane Pc, by means of a base 6 which substantially conforms to the morphology of the wearer, and which is maintained stable and relatively firmly on the body of said carrier 3 while the charging receptacle 4 is itself guided with respect to said base 6, according to a specific path and well controlled, preferably located in the back of the wearer, by guide means 14 which provide, between said base 6 and said charging receptacle 4, separately and apart from the lever 12, a second additional kinematic link, separate from the first link provided by said lever 12 itself.
Thus, the load is balanced and stabilized relative to the wearer's body, whether pitching, limiting or preventing 5 system here essentially unwanted movement before tipping backward, roll, said system limiting or 5 s' substantially opposing the medio-lateral sway from receptacle side of the sagittal plane Ps, or yaw.
Such an arrangement particularly prevents the load 2 from wobbling, it shocks the wearer, including his lumbar region, or threaten to unbalance said carrier by shaking or other inertial motions during the activity. Advantageously, the staging of support M1, M2 notably allows very effectively stabilize the base pitch.
Preferably the first and second support M1 M2 support respectively form a top support point and a low point of support, which can be substantially punctual, linear, or in practice surface, the first support portion 8 can come take said first support 1 on the shoulder of the holder 3, and the second support portion 10 may, independently or in combination, come and take the second M2 support on the hip of the wearer, particularly preferably on top of the ridge iliac. Preferably, the second support M2 is located in azimuth around the vertical axis (Ζ-Ζ ') in a quadrant immediately adjacent to that containing the loading tray, and shifted by approximately 90 degrees with respect to the centerline of said charging receptacle. Advantageously, said second support can include providing a good foundation to base, in particular a side roll stabilization.
As shown in Figures 1, 3 and 8, the first support portion 8 may for example take the form of a padded handle for hooking the shoulder (e above. The body portion 9 is preferably suspended to said first support portion 8 in a vertical intermediate position, while it is perched on the second support portion 10, which can advantageously form an oblique strut depending from 0A root which connects to the portion of body 9 to a foot 10B forming the second support 2, said foot being located at an altitude lower than said root 10A. of course, it is not excluded that the second support portion 10 is suspended, addressing the second support M2 from below in the manner of a rod and working in tension. However, it will address preferably said second support from above, being stressed in compression and / or bending.
Advantageously, the carrying base 6 according to the invention may thus be substantially secured to the body of the wearer to especially firm but ergonomic way, coming to rest on body tissues particularly resistant and advantageously located substantially plumb with the anatomical structures Natural porting, such as the spine, pelvis, and legs. As such, the first support and M1 / M2 or the second support, and / or the tipping point 13 can be located either independently of each other, either in pairs or all together near the coronal plane PcOr preferably, be content (s) in said coronal plane. Particularly preferably, said first support, second support and tipping point are substantially aligned vertically, parallel to the vertical axis (Ζ, Ζ ').
The base secured to the carrier 3 will therefore be well tolerated by it, and hardly generate any nuisance, and especially not cause or bruising, or low back pain, or excessive fatigue.
By way of preferred example, the first support and M1 / M2 or second support and / or the 13 tipping point may be located at a distance of less coronal or equal to 10 cm, and preferably substantially between -10 cm dorsally and + 0 cm from the ventral side, between -7 cm and 7 cm, or even between -5 cm and 5 cm, or even be located in a lateral angular sector 15 substantially centered on the coronal plane and whose 'αι angular opening5; measured in the transverse plane and with respect to the vertical axis (Ζ-Ζ ') is substantially between 45 degrees and 90 degrees.
Advantageously, the carrying base 6 gives the device 1 a certain structural rigidity that is sufficient to allow in particular the first support part 8 and second support portion 10 substantially distribute the porting effort on the first and second support, and more particularly to transfer and to concentrate on the latter the upward vertical component which is substantially opposed to the weight P2 load 2, and more generally the weight of 4 containing said load charging receptacle.
As such, and in particular in the case where the body portion 9 is situated at an intermediate level so as to be suspended at the first support portion 8 and to rely on a diagonal strut depending from the root 10A until 10B at the foot, the first and second support portions 8, 10 and the body portion 9 may be substantially inextensible, incompressible, and inflexible, so as to withstand in particular to compression resulting from the weight of the load P2, Without undergoing buckling. Advantageously, the carrying base 6 may be substantially self-supporting, so as to form a sort of substantially non-deformable foot capable of supporting the backpack vertical preventing its collapse when said bag is laid on the ground.
Preferably, the body portion 9 of the upright 7 will be in the form of an elongate element, for example a rod extending substantially vertically, and which may be substantially straight, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 3, or slightly curved opposite so as to form a bulging outwardly that substantially matches the contour of the back, as shown in Figure 8.
The second support portion 10 can in turn form a diagonal strut, and in particular a rod, substantially straight, curved or substantially S such that its two ends are bent and folded each in a substantially opposite direction.
Of course, the η deviation angle formed between each end of the second support portion 10 and the main direction of the central portion of said second support portion may then be selected based on the size or the girth of the wearer, and including an obtuse angle substantially between 90 degrees and 160 degrees.
Of course, the second support portion 10 and, preferably, the body portion 9, or, generally, the entire amount 7 will be formed in a rigid or semi-rigid material such as a metal alloy , in particular an aluminum alloy, a polymer, optionally reinforced, or a composite material, for example formed based on carbon fibers.
In addition, the geometry of the part forming all or part of the post 7 is not limited, that amount, as well as its various portions, which can be in the form of a tube or a round log and constant section as shown in figures 1, 3, 4A, 4B and 5, or of a profile or a full blade polygonal and flattened section, in particular of substantially rectangular section, as is illustrated in 6. Particularly preferably, as is especially illustrated in Figures 8 and 9, the second support portion 10 tends to fold the amount 7 to the coronal plane Pc or crosses from one side said coronal plane Pc, preferably descending from the rear towards the front, such that its foot 10B is located at a lesser distance from said coronal plane Pc 10A as its root.
Advantageously, such an arrangement makes it possible to come to bear on the wearer's pelvis at an anatomical structure resistant portage, and even though the charging receptacle 4 and the body portion 9 of the standard 7 can be deported substantially away from said coronal plane Pc. The carrier 3 can thus support the porting base 6 in a relatively natural porting effort, especially without having to oppose an important lumbar strain, which significantly reduces the risk of fatigue or onset of pain.
Preferably, the second support portion 10 extends in the extension of the body portion 9, at the base of the latter, so that the amount considered 7 form an unbranched rod having a single second support M2, such a structure is particularly simple, light, compact and inexpensive to manufacture.
Furthermore, the carrying device 1 preferably comprises a waist belt 20 connected to the charging receptacle 4, said belt 20 comprising one or more flexible flaps (s) for (s) to be folded (s) and closed (s) on the hips of the wearer 3.
Advantageously, said belt 20 may help stabilize the charging receptacle 4, by minimizing or substantially eliminating its dorsal lateral swinging movement so that said charging receptacle can not significantly move away from its substantially median position of equilibrium . Advantageously, the second support portion 10 can then take the second M2 support on the side panel corresponding to the belt 20, his foot 10B being for example engaged in a reinforced bag 21, or be docked with an integrated side panel said sole by appropriate link. Thus, the diagonal brace can advantageously be laterally extracted from the back of the wearer, around the size of the latter, then looking at the side panel of the belt 20 by its upper edge, which is advantageously hardened or strengthened to support the effort support and distribute in the thickness of the belt. Preferably, the belt 20 may also include fingerprints iliac 22, preferably radially dug into the thickness of padding on each side panel, and intended to cap the iliac crests of the wearer.
Advantageously, such an arrangement allows to spare in the belt shoulders with the upper edge can come to bear on the hips, preferably substantially flat, and transmitting at least a substantially vertical force component to provide the backpack, and especially in the second portion of the support 10, a stable and well distributed support.
Moreover, the belt 20 is preferably connected to the loading container 4 with a vertical clearance J which allows said charging receptacle 4 to move relative to said belt, especially when it is operatively driven by the tilting of the lever 12, substantially without changing the position of said belt relative to the carrier. For information, said J game can be substantially between 5 cm and 20 cm.
To this end, the belt 20 can advantageously possess a back pan 20D, connecting the two side panels and engaged through a 23 holding sleeve secured to the charging receptacle 4, preferably at the base thereof, said sleeve having a height greater than the height of the back pan pass.
Advantageously, such an arrangement allows not only to accommodate the relative movement of the bag relative to (a belt when said displacement is caused by the lever, but also to impart a certain flexibility in roll of the belt relative to the loading tray 4 and relative to the base 6, this would not hamper the movements of the wearer, including lateral flexion movements of the pelvis and torso while maintaining nevertheless the freedom of relative movement of the device 1 relative to the body of the carrier 3 in a range predetermined avoiding sloshing, including side of 4 charging receptacle.
Furthermore, according to a characteristic which can be an invention in itself, as such or in combination with any one or other of the above characteristics, the second support portion 10 is preferably articulated yaw around the portion of body 9 so as to move freely and independently in azimuth relative to the rest of the base 6, and in particular relative to the block formed by the body portion 9 and the first support portion 8 by the amount corresponding 7. Advantageously, such an arrangement makes it possible firstly to adjust the opening of the upright 7 and the side panel of the belt 20 associated therewith, which facilitates threading the backpack or, conversely, its storage, and secondly to provide a relatively flexible porting, though captive, which does not hinder the movements of the wearer. Of course, the junction, preferably permanent, between the body portion 9 and the second support portion 10 may be designed so as to allow at least, if not exclusively, a degree of freedom in yaw, preferably substantially in rotation about an axis parallel to the vertical axis (Ζ-Ζ '), said connection being also resistant to buckling and bending. As such, one can consider different types of connections practices, including a pivot formed by interlocking connection with a free lower end and backed the body portion 9 in a smooth barrel dug into the root portion 10A of the second carrier 10, the latter forming itself a separate entity from said body portion 9. Moreover, according to a preferred feature which may also constitute an invention in its own right, the body portion 9 and / or the second support portion 10 can be adjustable in length so as to allow adjustment of the height of the base 6 and / or, respectively, the offset of the second support M2. Advantageously, such an arrangement allows to adapt the device and especially the base, depending on the size and the corpulence, and in particular the waistline of the wearer, and allow in particular to adjust the distance separating the first 1 support the second support M2, or the spacing distance, or "scale", separating the second seats of each upright 7 therebetween when the base comprises more amounts.
To this end, the body portion 9 and / or respectively the second support portion 10 may make adjustment means length 24 comprising, for example, as shown for example in Figures 4A and 4B a telescopic junction 25 associated an indexing mechanism 26 comprising for example a retractable finger 26A, prestressed radially and intended to cooperate with a plurality of notches 26B staggered in length.
Although it is conceivable that the carrying base 6 includes a single body portion 9, the latter preferably comprises at least two uprights 7, spaced from one another and secured to one another by at least one crosspiece 30.
Preferably, said posts are arranged substantially parallel to each other and / or substantially symmetrically relative to the sagittal plane of the carrier 3 Ps.
Preferably, said posts 7 each comprise a first support portion 8 intended to bear each on one of the shoulders of the carrier 3, on both sides of the wearer's head.
The first support portions 8 of said two posts 7 can advantageously be combined, see formed integrally, so as to form a shoulder collar whose two hooks come to join to form a back crosspiece 30 located slightly below the neck of the wearer, such as is illustrated in particular in figures 1 and 3.
Of course, the crosspiece 30 can be realized according to different variants, for example implement a bent tube which is integral with the portions of body 9 and following the dorsal indentation of the first support portions 8, as shown in Figure 3, or be formed by the rigid core with a padded shell constituting a shoulder collar wherein the portions body 9 are fitted or fixed. Moreover, the body portion 9 of each of the two uprights 7 will extend preferably at its base by a second support portion 10 coming into abutment on the side of the carrier that it is the closest.
Thus, the base 6 according to the invention can form a frame substantially having the shape of an inverted U, whose base is formed by the crosspiece 30 located on the shoulders and whose branches are arranged to the left and the other to the right of the sagittal plane and open flaring at the hips of the wearer 3.
Advantageously, such a structure has both great simplicity, lightness, good mechanical strength, but also excellent ergonomics, since it marries the wearer's body, whatever its size and build, without bruising it and without constituting any obstacle to his movements, in particular inasmuch as the regions of space in the vicinity of the arms and neck are particularly clear, the armature elements located behind and occupant including dorsal which is in any case naturally inaccessible. Overall, it is remarkable that the carrying device 1 and particularly the base porting 6, preferably a substantially symmetrical structure with respect to the sagittal plane of the wearer Ps.
The lever 12 allows for him to create a substantially triangular balancing structure that is capable of opposing the moment created by p≤ ie weight of the load 2 on the lever 12, particularly on the first arm 12A, post here a frictional torque resulting from the application of F compensation force exerted on the second operating arm 12B, here earlier. As is illustrated in particular in (s 1, 2 and 8, a handle 31, formed for example by a loop formed from a flexible strap 32, can be attached to the second operating arm 12B, and preferably hanged substantially to the free end of the latter. Advantageously, the handle 31 allows the wearer to suspend its arm lever 12, and to exercise over the latter F compensation effort here corresponding to a more or less pronounced downward traction.
Advantageously, the use of leverage through the coronal plane Pc balances the stresses exerted by the weight P2 of the load 2 by positioning the application point of the resultant R of the porting efforts, which is exerted and supported by the carrier through the base and especially the first support M1, substantially near the point of rocker 13 and said first support M1, that is to say near the coronal plane Pc, or even substantially in said coronal plane, and therefore substantially in line with the wearer's center of gravity 6 and its natural anatomical structures porting.
The wearing comfort is greatly improved as well sees, and minimized fatigue.
Moreover, although it is possible to provide a lever 12 may be operated and maintained under stress only temporarily, when the carrier is manually on the second 12B operating arm, the device 1 preferably includes at least one lever locking means 33 adapted to hold the lever 12, against to the tilting moment exerted by the charging receptacle 4, substantially in an angular position and a degree of freely chosen compensation effort.
Advantageously, the device 1 makes it possible to hold the lever 12 in a constrained failover status determined by the carrier, and it permanently, including when the release holder handle 31 and 12B operating arm, so that balancing the load carried persists even as the wearer has hands free for other activities. Particularly preferably, as shown in the figures, the locking means 33 preferably includes a return member 34 which connects the second arm 12B of the lever 12 to a remote M3 retaining point of the latch point 13 and providing a direct or indirect bearing on the wearer's body 3. preferably, said restraint point 3 may coincide substantially, if not exactly, the second support 2.
Advantageously, said reference member 34 preferably forms a tie rod subjected to tension between the M3 retaining point and the second arm 12B of the lever, and is sufficiently inelastic to ensure substantially permanently and without undergoing elastic deformation or significant plastic length, said lever transmission 12 F sufficient compensation force to effectively counter the weight P2 load 2.
Preferably, the return member 34 is formed at least in part by a flexible element, such as a strap, preferably confused with that used to form the handle 31, which can be stretched substantially quasi-rectilinear manner, or the slightly curved other hand, between the second arm 12B of the lever and the point M3 retaining forming preferably a direct bond, that is to say without significant bends or return therebetween.
Thus, the reference member 34 can he form substantially the hypotenuse of the triangular structure above maintenance.
As such, it is remarkable that the return member 34 may advantageously tangent, skirt or even be mistaken in part with the anterior portion, including the low anterior portion, a strap 35 which connects the first support portion 8 the lower part of the porting base 6, and preferably at M2 second support at the side panel of the belt 20.
For this purpose, the strap 32 may advantageously substantially tangent address of the ramp 35, and in particular the anterior face of the latter, which preferably follows a substantially convexly rounded edge down along the front side of the wearer, said strap 32 being fixed to said shoulder strap 35 by a fastening means 36 which allows to reconstruct the return member 34, the latter then having, above said fixing member 36, a first upper section corresponding to said strap 32 and, below said fastener 36, a lower section corresponding to the lower part of the ramp 35 which extends in the abdomen and flanks of the wearer.
As shown schematically in Figure 9, the lever 12, and more particularly its operating arm 12B can be arranged ventral projection relative to the ramp 35, especially in relation to the fixing means 36 and / or point at which the strap 32 has come into contact with said strap, for example by superposition, the strap can then be oriented, and tense, in a general direction substantially downward from the front to the back.
As shown in Figure 8, it is also conceivable that the end of operating arm 12B which is attached to the strap 32 is positioned vertically in line or off the front portion of the ramp 35 (c ' is to say, is closer to the coronal plane than), so that the strap follows, to join the strap from the lever, a substantially vertical downward direction, in line with the lever or substantially oriented in the back forward
Such an arrangement may in particular allow the return member 34 firstly to substantially match the path of the strap 35, closer to the latter, the majority, if not almost all of its length, bypassing anterior surface of the torso or resting on the latter, and secondly to use a relatively short lever 12, which gives the device 1 a particularly compact, lightweight and compact structure. Of course, the fixing member 36 here provides a strong bond strength and may in particular be formed as shown in Figure 1, by a self-locking loop type belt buckle.
As such, i (is remarkable that the return member 34 preferably has an adjustable length, specifically adjustable by the wearer can choose the length of the belt portion 32 which is tensioned between on the one hand the operating arm 12B of the lever, which projects from the front side of the coronal plane overhanging above the anterior part of said strap, and secondly the fixing member 36 attached to said strap 35, preferably substantially in the upper section located between half and three-quarters of the height of the latter.
Advantageously such an arrangement allows the wearer to adjust the overall length of the transmission member 34, and therefore the degree of tilt and intensity of the pull exerted on the lever 12, which modulates and select its As the load balancing. Furthermore, the arrangement of the base 6 and that of the lever 12, are preferably selected such that the opening angle?R between the coronal plane Pc and the L1 line joining the M3 retaining point to the second arm of the lever is less than or equal to 60 degrees, preferably less than or equal to 50 degrees, 45 degrees, 35 degrees, 30 degrees, even less than or equal to 20 degrees. Advantageously, by choosing a low OR opening angle can be limited anteroposterior component of the resultant R exerted by the reaction on the shoulder of the wearer, so, in a way, "fold" said resultant Pc against the coronal plane, as shown in Figure 9.
Thus, the direction of said resultant R is relatively close to a direction parallel to the coronal plane, and consequently its main component is substantially vertical, in addition it is applied in the vicinity of the axis of the column spine, eliminating the bearer 3 to have a major effort by leaning forward to compensate for said object. Of course, this helps to improve the carrying comfort and minimize fatigue. In addition, the choice of an opening angle?R both large enough to provide a lever arm allowing the balancing force F to exercise a significant balancing point, but still below the above values, allows a lever 12 having only length reduced, particularly at its previous maneuvering arm 12B. Preferably, the lever effect shaped a relatively short project relative to the coronal plane, allowing for load balancing without significantly increasing the size Overall the device and makes it compatible with all the movements usually performed during of outdoor activities, including sports. Thus, the device will not risk hitting an obstacle, such as branch, rock wall, camping equipment or installed climbing, etc. when the wearer walks, bends, turns, bends down, turns on itself, or climbing a wall.
Specifically, it is possible to use a particularly short lever 12, light and compact, with a total length L12 may not exceed 40 cm, see below or equal to 30 cm or 25 cm, and can especially be substantially comprised between about 10 cm, for example for a smaller bag for a child, about 20 cm or even 25 cm, for example for a large bag for an adult. Of course, it is quite possible to set up a longer lever 12.
Moreover, the 12B operating arm is preferably longer than the first arm 12A, and may for example have a length of between approximately one half and three quarters of the total length L12, and preferably about two-thirds of said total length L12, the operating arm 12B then being substantially twice as long as the first arm 12A, as is for example illustrated in Figure 8.
Advantageously, a subdivision in such proportions can promote the multiplier effect obtained by the operating arm 2B [against the charge.
Of course, the lever 12 is sufficiently rigid and strong to carry and maneuver rocking loading receptacle 4.
For this purpose, it may be formed in any suitable material, such as polymer, metal alloy or composite. Furthermore, its shape and section are by no means limited, said lever can for example be formed by a log or a circular or polygonal tube.
However, according to a preferred embodiment corresponding to that of Figures 1, 7 and 8, the lever 12 may be formed by a substantially flat blade 40, preferably solid and for example of substantially rectangular section and of substantially constant thickness.
Said blade can optionally be bent so as to generally have a slight concave curvature facing the shoulder of the carrier 6, so as to substantially match the shape of said shoulder without excessively increasing the size of the device 1.
Furthermore, the latch 13 may preferably be obtained by means of an axis 41 fixed pivot-type connection, the carrying base 6 then having a bearing or a clevis through which said pin which immobilizes the lever 12 in translation including transverse, or at least limit the movement of the lever to form a captive bond. To this end, according to a preferred embodiment, the blade 40 may include a projection 42 rounded intended to bear rocking in a cradle 43 having a substantially conjugated, which is formed on top of the first support portion 8, and bordered by a yoke 44, a pin, a bolt or rivet being threaded through said yoke to form the axis 41 which is superimposed on the projection 42 and thus holds the lever 12 in said cradle 43.
Advantageously, the cradle 43 can be dug in a reinforcing member 45 rigid and hard, for example in plastic, metal or composite, which covers the first support portion 8 and substantially envelops the shoulder.
Advantageously, such an arrangement provides a pivoting lever that is easy and inexpensive to manufacture, assemble or particularly easy to replace and ensures! Has reliability and robustness of the pivot link. Of course, other variants are conceivable, the lever 12 may for example be disposed freely in a curved gutter which is hollowed out in the first support portion 8 in a substantially anteroposterior generator.
Advantageously, the base 6, especially the first support portion 8 is designed to provide a stable and self-support lever 12, and to control if not prevent its lateral movement and prevent it from rolling or sliding toward the outside of the shoulder, that is to say, to retain on the wearer's body, preventing it from their shoes while allowing its reversible functional tilt up and down. Furthermore, it is possible to ensure the link between the first arm of the lever 12A and the charging receptacle 4, preferably directly, by means of a flexible hanger 46 preferably substantially inextensible.
Said sling 46 can advantageously extend, in particular be tense, substantially in a direction away from the coronal plane, preferably obliquely backward and downward relative to the first arm 12A.
It preferably extends by a reinforcement 47, for example formed by a sewn fabric piece or glued on the bag, said reinforcement 47 that can advantageously extend over the sidewall of the charging receptacle 4, in particular towards the rear, or strapping the latter in order to ensure an excellent grip of the hanger on said charging receptacle. For example, as shown in Figure 8, the fabric piece can have a substantially triangular shape with one side substantially corresponds to the right steer of the hanger 46.
The rear free end of the first arm 12A, which is connected to the hanger 46 can be as close, if not closer to the corona yaws! Pc than is the charging receptacle 4, the first arm 12A thus being particularly short and preferably integrally housed in the space between the wearer's shoulders and the rear wall of the rucksack. Advantageously, the implementation of such a hanger 46 used to limit the length of the rigid portion of the lever 12, while creating a flexible connection, possibly permanent, between said lever 12 and the charging receptacle 4, which facilitates the folding, storage or threading the backpack, while limiting the weight and size of the device.
Moreover, it is remarkable that the device 1 can comprise means for active suspension that provide an elastic suspension of the charging receptacle 4 on the base 6, in particular to absorb shocks caused by the inertial shaking load 2. these suspension means can in particular comprise a spring (not shown) acting on the tilting of the lever counter to the load, or use the intrinsic elasticity in bending of the lever 12, for example by a dimensioning of the blade 40 such that this latter form a spring leaf against the load which is suspended to it. Said means active suspension can also, where appropriate, be integrated with guide means 14, and for example include one or more coil springs, optionally threaded on the amounts, that the charging receptacle 4 tends to compress when in low position and which gradually release when said receptacle is moved by the action of the lever. Furthermore, the guide means 14 according to the invention are preferably designed to ensure the free sliding substantially vertical loading of receptacle 4 relative to the base 6.
More specifically, said guide means 14 will preferably be arranged to allow only a linear translation movement, curvilinear optionally but preferably substantially straight, the main component, if not unique, is vertical. Thus they will suppress preferably substantially at least one or more degrees of freedom, in particular by transverse displacement, between the base 6 and the charging receptacle 4. Preferably, they will allow a race, particularly a minimum vertical stroke, substantially between 5 cm and 20 cm.
Preferably, the or uprights 7 can form one or more guide rails, which may be of round section or polygonal and flattened, rail (s) along which or from which circulate carriages 50 captive fixed to the loading tray 4, said 50 carriages can in particular be formed by simple textile loops, pads 51 of rigid, smooth slippery sleeves 52, or 52 sockets ball.
Preferably, as shown in particular in Figures 3, 5 and 6, the pads 51 or bushings 52 are preferably designed to surround the upright 7, and more particularly the body portion 9, on the majority, if not substantially the all, of its lateral perimeter, in order to ensure a reliable grip and along said guide post 7.
Naturally, the slide-kinematic connection obtained by the guide means 14 may be made by any suitable means, including, as shown in Figure 3, by means of a plurality of substantially cylindrical bushes 52 threaded on sliding pivot on each of the uprights 7.
Particularly advantageously, the guide means 14 on the one hand prevent loading of receptacle 4 from wobbling in the wearer's back causing discomfort or risk to unbalance the latter, and secondly allow the vertical movement of said bag , under the effect of tilting of the lever 12, advantageously along a trajectory captive defined by said guide means and different from that followed by the lever 12 itself, without this movement of the charging receptacle 4 not simultaneously causes displacement of the base 6, and more particularly a modification of the support 1 M, 2.
Thanks to this relative mobility of the charging receptacle 4 relative to the uprights 7, obtained by a slide-binding, preferably directly interposed between the fixed support structure of the base 6 and the charging receptacle 4, it can maneuver the levers 12 and move vertically while charging receptacle 4 maintaining the base 6 in a stable position, substantially fixed and invariant, without moving the parts of the device which are in direct contact with the carrier, such that the support portions and the waist belt, which in particular avoids creating friction between the loading container 4 or any other part of the base 6 against the back of the wearer.
Moreover, according to a not shown alternative embodiment, the guide means 14 may comprise an end stop which defines a lower limit at which the descent of the loading container 4 along the base 6, as ( effect of gravity F, is stopped when the actuating arm 2B of the lever is released.
In other words, the guide means 14 may advantageously comprise a mechanical obstacle, rigid or damped by springs, which prevents the loading of receptacle 4 from dropping below a predetermined altitude with respect to the base 6. Advantageously it is possible to block the descent of the charging receptacle 4 at the guide means 14, particularly at the connection with the body portion 9, before the 50 carts do not dislodged or undertake on the second support portion 10 is not necessarily provided for this purpose, or even before the first arm 12A of the lever is totally tilted backwards, that is to say plated back resting against the base that form the reinforcement 45 of the cradle 43, which notably prevents damage of the lever, or pinching the fingers of the wearer.
Where appropriate, one or more coil springs active suspension can be axially threaded on each upright, and sandwiched between the end stop on the one hand running, and the carriage secured on the other hand charging receptacle.
Of course, the invention also relates as such an adapter kit for forming a balancing system 5 and comprising a carrying base 6 comprising at least one upright 7, a flip-flop 3 suitable to accommodate a lever 12, And some guide means 14 provided with receiving means on which it is possible to set a charging receptacle 4.
Advantageously, it is possible to adapt such a kit to an existing backpack, interposing the base 6 between the carrier's back and the pocket of the bag and suspending the bag from the bag to the first arm of each lever, and finally attaching said pouch to the facilities themselves forming movable carriages assembled in vertical translation along the uprights 7, such that it modifies the initial bag to procure the advantages inherent in the present invention.
The operation of a backpack according to the invention will now be described briefly with reference to the variant embodiment shown in Figure 1.
First, the carrier 3 rule base 6, especially the height and lateral scope of the latter, using the length adjustment means 24.
More specifically, it adjusts the height of the uprights 7 so that the altitude difference between the first and second support M1 M2 support substantially corresponds to the distance between his hips vertically from the top of his shoulders.
Also, it adjusts the offset, front and side, supporting the second portions 10, so that the foot 10B of each of them comes naturally arise in line with each of her hips. Threading the bag, it unwinds the belt 20 and removes the side flaps of said belt, which is reflected by an external azimuthal clearance of the second support portions 10 about the vertical axis formed by their respective upright 7.
By removing the belt sides of the sagittal plane, and it opens wide access to the dorsal side of the bag. It can then thread the straps 35 on his shoulders. In so doing, the first support portions 8 of the base are positioned on his shoulders.
It can then fold towards each other the side panels of the belt and then looping it, which ensures a firm grip of the second support portions 10, both left and right, on his iliac crests, for through fingerprints iliac 22.
After porting base 6 firmly but comfortably secured on his back, the carrier 3 can grasp the handles 31 and / or the operating arm 12B of each of the levers 12 and exert on them a traction so to lower substantially simultaneously.
In doing so, it causes detachment and the gradual rise of the charging receptacle 4 along the uprights 7, however, this movement being under the control of the guide means 14 which determine the captive trajectory.
Once reached the desired load balancing setting, the carrier levers 12 3 locks in position by blocking 34 respective return units to the suitable length.
For this purpose, it is remarkable that this locking function may be performed automatically when the fixing member 36 has a mono-directional self-locking nature, that is to say it allows, for example, the displacement of the strap 32 in a forward direction, here downwardly directed, so as to cause the shortening of the tight side of said strap 32 and lock automatically, by non-return ratchet-type effect, said strap 32 to prevent it from s' lengthen spontaneously upwards.
Of course, the automatic blocking is advantageously reversible, the carrier 3 may actuate the fixing member 36, more particularly toggle loop according to a particular release angle, so as to cause elongation of the strap 32 under the return effect exerted by the lever loaded. As such, i! Remarkably, the carrier 3 can proceed at any time adjustment of balance, particularly in light of changes in weight of the load range.
Particularly advantageously, once the adjustment and the device 1 off the ground, porting efforts are particularly well distributed on the carrier, the weight of the device 1 raised and load it embarks 2 being fully offset by the holder without the latter does not feel excessive fatigue, pain or sustain bruises to his body tissues.
In addition, maintaining control is assured even when the wearer can keep his hands free for other tasks.
Furthermore, the base 6 advantageously contributes to forming a spacer which separates the receptacle in loading 4 back of the wearer, thereby providing a ventilation gap limiting sweating.
Moreover, the carrier is in no way hindered or by porting base 6, or by the lever 12, to the extent that these elements are essentially part of a small volume located in the immediate vicinity of his body and do not project against external obstacles such as branches, rock walls, etc.
In addition, it is noteworthy that the various joints allowable on uprights 7 of the one part, and more particularly between the body portions 9 and the second support portions 10 and the play allowed by the holding sleeve 23 screw -a-vis ia belt 20 on the other, allow the wearer to enjoy a greater freedom of movement, including pelvic tilt, expansion or contraction of the chest, breathing, or expansion and bending the arms.
If applicable, the damping provided by the suspension of charging receptacle 4 to the levers 12 allows the device to absorb vertical shocks caused by the inertial movement of the load 2, which relieves all the bearer, and in particular joints (shoulders, pelvis, knees and ankles). Finally, the device 1 including the base 6 are particularly compact and lightweight, and therefore easy to carry and store, even when the charging receptacle 4 is empty or removed.
