Be it known that I, Dyer W. Perry, a citizen of the United States, residing at Keene, in the county of Cheshire and State of New 5 Hampshire, have invented a new and useful Identification Receptacle-Badge, of which the following is a specification.

My invention relates to an identification receptacle badge adapted to be worn by adults io and children, and it contemplates the provision of a light and inexpensive device which is flat in shape so as to be conveniently worn under the clothing as over the heart, and which is water-tight to protect its con15 tents.

The badge may be attached to any convenient article, as the suspender over the region of the heart, in order that it maybe discovered at once by persons inquiring as to 20 the condition of the wearer in case of accident.

Further objects and advantages of the invention will appear in the following description, and the novel features thereof will be 25 particularly pointed out in the appended claims.
