I claim:1. An impact sensor switch for an automated personnel restraint system comprising: a. a helical coil spring, having a first coil end and a second coil end terminating a coil length;b. an electrical insulator round post, having a length less than said coil length, and a first round post terminus and a second post terminus, said coil spring snugly, slidably, coaxially disposed around said post;3,781,496 c. a rigid electrically conductive rod permanently coaxially disposed in said post, a first rod terminal end coterminus with said first round post terminus, and a second rod end terminating beyond said second post terminus, said second rod end disposed as an electrical terminus;d. an electrical insulator base, said base securing said second post terminus, said second coil end, and said second rod end;e. a small conductive metal mass permanently secured to said first coil end, said mass disposed di- ll rectly above said first rod end, said metal mass value M having an oscillatory period T as a seismic pendulum related by T = 2tt VM/kg, where k is the spring elastic constant, and g is the gravitational constant;and f. a protective electrical insulator cover, coaxially disposed over said spring, post, rod, and metal mass combination, said cover being closed at a first cover end and permanently bonded to said base at a second cover end. *****
