Be it known that I, John E. Gunderson, a citizen of the United States residing at Foxboro, in the county of Douglas, State of 5 Wisconsin, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Clothespins; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear and exact description ofthe invention, such’as will enable-others skilled in the ait 10 to which it appertains , to make and use the ^SaThis invention is an improvement in fasteners and has particular reference to a .^^o^ect of the invention is the provision of a novel spring or resilient connection between the clamping, members .uf the Tin which will resiliently maintain ^e jaw^ds thereof in operative position to effectively retain clothes upon the line.
