The invention relates to a profile system for the floor, in particular to overlap the joint between the adjoining clay one to the other elements of the floor coating in accordance with claim 1 of the claims.
Of the U.S. 199 51 516 A1, a system of overlapping joints for the floor is known, which allows, for example, an overlap of the joist in a parquet floor with different edges of the opposite edges of the joint. This well-known system of breaking joints consists essentially of the B-shaped main profile, which is screwed up to the floor and has two protruding upwards in a sticking shoulder. In this case, over the junction, which is subject to over-cover, is a closing profile of two closing wings, acting outside, with the closing wings in the mounting state overlapped on the adjacent elements of the floor covering and can elastically refine to a different level of elements of the floor cover. In a known system of closing joints between the closure profile and the main profile, a riser is provided, which facilitates lateral retention of the closureProfile about the main profile. For this purpose, the riser on its lower side has two ribs, which pass in the longitudinal direction on the sides covering both shoulders of the main profile. On the upper side of the riser also has two
the ribs covered by the two ribs that are located on the bottom of the closing profile, so that the side retaining of the closing profile is ensured relative to the main profile, however, despite this, it is possible to adjust the height of the closing profile relative to the main profile. In this case, the fastening of the closing pro-fil to the main profile can be carried out by means of a tightening bolt or by means of fixing connections.
In this known system of closing joints, consisting of three parts, one or both of the closing wings of the closing profile must be deformed if it is necessary to fit into the various levels of the floor covering located on both sides of the elements. Therefore, the difference that is over-curved in height between adjacent elements of the floor covering is relatively limited.
At the heart of the invention lies the task of perfecting the system of closing the joint, called the generic concept of a type in such a way that even higher differences in height between the adjacent floor coverings can be overcome.
This problem is solved by means of signs
of claim 1 of the claims.

The invention includes a general technical understanding that a profile system for flooring is provided by a hinged device so that the closing profile during the overlap of the joint between the elements of the floor covering, which differ in thickness, may bend in the direction of a small floor covering without much force. the deformation of the closing wing of the closing profile.
At the same time, a hinge system may be provided between the closing profile and the riser and / or between the riser and the main profile. The connection between the closing profile and the stand is rigid, and the connection between the riser and the axis The new profile is hinged, so there is a set of twists.
Preferably, the hinge system consists of a hinged seat, located on the main profile or closing profile, and a hinged member located on the riser. However, it can also be that the hinge system consists of a hinge-nest, located on the riser, and a hingedbed, located on the closing profile or main profile.
The hinge body can be executed, for example, in individual sections cylindrical and enter into a conformally shaped hollow cylindrical hinged hinge on separate sections. However, it may also be that the hinge body is in separate areas of spherical and is included in individual areas in a hollow spherical or hollowedite cylindrical hinge. Thus, the creature-only is that the hinge body, in relation to its shape and size, agrees with the hinged nest-house so that there is a rotary hinge connection.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the hinge socket is formed between two shoulders of the main profile which protrude upwards. The coupling between the hinged jaw and the hinged body can be made by removable and / or removable so that the hinge body during the mounting can then press in the hinged slot or shovel (shift) from the side. This gives the advantage that the main profile can be mounted separately, while mounting the riser can be carried out only after this, resulting in a significantly reduced installation.
It may be preferable that at least one supporting surface is formed on the hinge body, and at least one hinged nest at the hinge body. As a result, light installation can be carried out, since the hinge body is stably held in the hinged socket, but on the other hand it can easily be rotated when the closing profile conforms to the height of the position of the side joints of the joint.
It may be advantageous that the longitudinal edges of the shoulders are formed with a thrust surface or a fringing edge, and on the corresponding outer surface of the riser, the opposite surface. As a result, it can be prevented by involuntary twisting of the hinged sheet from the hinged seat.
In addition, in the preferred embodiment of the invention, an adjustable height is provided
Side mounting of the closing profile is relative to the riser. For this, the closure profile has its lower side two edges that act inside the junction and cover on the sides two edges, which are located on the upper side of the riser and protruding up, with the inner distance between the two edges of the closing profile, preferably equal to the outer distance between the edges of the riser, so that the closing profile is set up by a riser with the possibility of slipping and adjusting in height. In this case, the fastening of the closing profile on the riser can be carried out, for example, with a tightening screw, which, through the opening in the closure profile, is inserted between the two edges of the closing profile and inserted into the threaded working channel, which is made between the two ribs of the riser.
Alternatively, the fastening of the closing pro-fil on the riser can also be carried out with the help of fixing means, which are located on the outside of the edges of the riser and on the inner side of the edges of the closing profile and respectively interact (engage) in pairs with one another.
Particularly advantageous if, on the lower side of the crimping profile, between the two edges of the closing profile and the risers, there is a depression extending in the longitudinal direction or at least one mortise hole, in which both the riser ribs can be inserted in the mounting position in order to expand the down regulation of the altitude
It has already been mentioned that the main pro-film has, in general, two protruding upside down shoulder arms, between which a hinge nest is made. In this case, it is especially advantageous if the two rebber closure profiles on the sides cover two screws of the riser, the width of the hinged jaw or the corresponding outer distance between the shoulders of the main profile is less than or equal to the internal state between the two edges of the closing profile, so that the closing profile can be moved far downwards as needed.
In the case of an I_-like execution of the main pro-fil is preferable, if both protruding vertices of the closure profile have different lengths, otherwise, the edge of the closing profile, which is above the horizontal palm of the main profile, prematurely limit the adjustment down the height. Therefore, the difference in the length of the two edges of the closure profile is preferably equal to the thickness of the horizontal shoulder of the main profile.
The lateral range of the closing pro-filament rotation relative to the main profile is preferably in the range of +/- 20 °, relative to the full circle of 360 °, but larger or smaller corners of the rotor are also possible.
Another preferred embodiment is that the two articulated channels are located adjacent to each other at different altitude levels, with one of the channels executed on the base. The location of the hinge channel, which is above, at the edge of the main profile, may be favored, the same embodiment of the invention may also

Foresee the implementation of the hinge channel, which is deeper, on the outside of the main profile and the location of the hinge channel, located above, on the inner side, close to the center.
It will be further understood that the invention is not limited to the above-described application as a profile that overlaps the stitch. On the contrary, the invention is also applied as a boundary staircase profile or an angle-edge profile.

The system for closing the joint, shown in Figures 1a-1c in various mounting positions, is formed on three parts and essentially consists of a main profile 1, a riser 2 and a closing profile 3.
The main profile 1 is made essentially of the I-shaped shape and has a horizontal shoulder 4, which with the help of a screw (not shown) is screwed to the floor. Further, the main profile 1 has two up-and-up joints in the shoulder 5, 6, between which the hollow cylindrical hinge seat 7 is formed in separate portions, in which cylindrical hinging body 8 is inserted in separate sections, formed on the lower side of the riser 2 so that
riser 2 may return relative to the main profile 1.
Further, the riser 2 has on its upper side two upwardly parallel edges 9, 10, between which a molded working channel 11 is formed to receive an unprotected tightening screw that is inserted through an aperture (not shown) in the curling profile 3 to connect (screw) closing profile 3 with riser 2.
Covering profile 3 traditionally has two closing wings 12, 13, which in the mounting state lay on the adjacent elements of the floor cover and to compensate for the difference in height between the adjacent floor covering elements used with the possibility of easy bending. At its ver-hen side, each closing wing 12, 13 is unrivaled to eliminate the possibility of slipping on the closing profile 3.
On the underside of the closing profile 3 there are two edges 14, 15 which, in the mounting position, engage from the sides of the ribs 9, 10, the riser 2, and, as a result, prevent the returning of the closing profile 3 to the riser 2. As a result, the distance between the two edges 14, 15 is close-to- which profile 3 is approximately equal to the outer distance between the ribs 9, 10 riser, so that the closing profile 3 is installed on the sides relative to the riser 2 and with the possibility of adjusting in height.
In this case, on the lower part of the closing profile 3 between the two edges 14, 15 and over the edges of 9, 10, the riser 2 is located in the form of a deepening hole 16, which expands the possibility of adjusting the system down the height.
In addition, both edges 14, 15 of the closing profile 3 have different lengths. Thus, the edge 14 of the curvature profile 3 is shortened to the thickness of the horizontal arm 4 of the main profile 1 in order to prevent premature rupture of the rib14 in the horizontal shoulder 4 of the main profile 1.
The outer distance between the two shoulders 5, 6 of the original profile 1, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, is approximately equal to the outer distance between the two edges 9, 10 of the riser, so that the closing profile 3 can be pressed so far away with the rejection of the rotational force. that the rib 14 of the closing pro-fil 3 rests in the horizontal shoulder 4 of the base profile 1, while the rib 15 of the closure profile 3 rests directly on the contour.
The joining system shown in FIGS. 2a-2c corresponds to a large extent with the above and shown in FIG. 1 a-1 with the interlocking system, so that the same reference points are used in the future and to a large extent refer to the previous description.
A feature of the system for closing the joint, as shown in FIG. 2a-2c, in essence, is that the over-curve wing 13 of the closing profile 3 is already predetermined downward. Therefore, this overlapping system is particularly suitable for overlapping materials, in which on the right side is used a more subtle floor covering.
Also shown in FIG. 3a-3c angle system
The regional profile is largely consistent with the
9

10
Same as above and shown in FIG. 1 a-1 with a system of overlapping of the joint, so that the same use of those same reference points and refer to the previous description.
The peculiarity of the system of the corner edge pro-fil is presented in FIG. 3a-3c, in essence, is that the closing profile 3 has only one side having a closing wing 12, while on the other side of the closing profile 3, the rib 15 forms a restrictive surface which can, for example, be applied, for example, to the vertical wall of the interior space.
In FIG. 4a-4b presents another embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the invention, as shown in the magnification on the fragment I, has at least one uniform surface 18, 18 'on the hinge body 8. The corresponding opposing surface 17, 17 'is formed on the hinge nest7. With the help of this execution, the riser 2 during the mounting is provided with a stable position. On the other hand, for the riser 2 it is possible immediately to throw the opposite point 20 as a rotary or hinged point. For this channel, which creates a hinged socket, as well as the body, has the appropriate shape. In the above example, the implementation of the invention, the superstructure 17, 17 'is executed, in essence, in the form of a sloping roof. Comb "roof" is, in essence, in the center, in essence, the round hinged body 8.
However, it is also possible that the bearing surface 17,17 'and the corresponding bearing surface 18 are formed in the same direction as the surfaces. Also, at the discretion of a specialist, the support and opposite surfaces may lie on a plane other than a plane passing through the center.
In one variant, the angle of the roof of the hinged nest-da 8 may be smaller in relation to the angle of the hingedbody. As a result, although stability is not achieved, however, there is a good rotational stability of the riser.
In the described embodiment of the invention, the non-existent side surfaces at the riser are substantially substantially equal. The size of the retractable movement is limited to the fixed surfaces 21 and 22 at the corresponding orientation to the downward or correspondingly oriented elevations of the surfaces of the main profile 1 or the corresponding constituent, with the thrust surfaces at least temporarily formed by means of the lower equaland side surfaces.
In FIG. 4a on the riser 2 in the upper portion of the free edge 9, 10, the free edge 9,10 forms a retraction protrusion 19. In FIG. 4b, a schematic representation of the gap 3, which occurs through the retractable outlet 19, in the normal (vertical) opening of the closing profile 3 on the riser 2 with corresponding opposite to each other wallsreb 9 and, accordingly, the rib 14 of the corresponding mounting element. At the expense of this overlapping process, 19 closing profiles 3 gives the opportunity to throw itself in a certain angle. The retractable movement is carried out as long as the rib 14 of the closing profile 3 is not injected into the lower section of the riser 2 after passing the gap3. At the same time, the edge 19 ', riser 2, which is in the drawing above and to the left, approaches the inner wall 15' of the rib 15 (see fragment II). In-
Following of this, both mounting elements are over-rigged and due to the fixation with the help of a different connection remain in this position.
In FIG. 5-7 shows the cross sections of the main profile 1 and riser 2. Between the riser 2 and the main profile 1, formed stops, which restrict the cross-sectional distances of the riser. The edges are formed with the help of the thrust surfaces 22, 22 'of the riser and of the supporting surfaces 21, 22', which are located on the final end edges of the shoulders 5, 6 of the main profile 1 (Figure 6). In this case, the angular position of the fixed surfaces relative to the center of the hinged body determines the value of the rotational motion.
In FIG. Figures 7a-7c schematically illustrate angular positions, which can take up the riser 2 as the rightmost (FIG 7a) and the most marginal (FIG. 7c) position. Fig. 7b shows riser 2 in a vertically orientated position. The calculation of the parameters of the hinge seat of the hinge body can be made in such a way that a light clamping fit can be achieved such that the riser 2 has a predetermined inertia relative to the inlet position and thus a simple mounting of the closing profile can be carried out without fear of the fact that the riser 2 is composed to-be) before the screw is inserted.
In FIG. 8a-8c is a follow-on example of implementing a corresponding invention of a profile system for the floor. In this embodiment, the invention on the edges 14, 15 of the closure profile is performed on elongation 24, which is preferably formed at regular intervals along the lower edge of one or both edges 14,15.
In appropriate places on the main profile 1 there are forebras 25, which may include extension 24. FIG. 8a shows the mounting situation in which the closure profile 3 employs the carbon 2. In this case, the riser 2 acts substantially vertically upward.
FIG. 8b shows the closing profile 3 in the nashenzhenom state in the angular position and in the mostmostpower position. In this case, the elongation 24 is inserted into the recess 25. It is understood that the depression 25 is sufficiently wide to accept the elongation 24 even in an inclined state.
FIG. 8c shows the profile for the floor in the anti-slip sloping position. It is to be understood that the ridge, which is rotated to the right, which in this embodiment also has an extension 24, may enter into the corresponding recess 25, if the closing profile is further tilted to the right until the riser 2 has its thrust surface 21 in the opposite surface 22 on the shoulder 6 of the main profile 1.
FIG. 9 shows the following example of an implementation of the invention, in which on the closing profile 3 is a rolled single edge 26. The single rib 26 is interrupted in the section of the hole for the screw, so that the channel 27 for the screw is formed. Channel 27 under the screw is calculated so that the tightening screw can pass through it with a gap. The single ribs 26 may be inserted, while slipping, into the working channel 11.
FIG. 10 shows the development of an implementation
the invention according to FIG. 9. In this embodiment, the

The invention of extension 24 is made on the lower edge of the single rib 26. These extensions 24 provide a high insert height, i.e., the maximum distance between the main profile 1 and the closure profile 3 may increase. Extension 24 may be formed through regular predetermined distances along a single edge 26, and the preferred embodiment of the invention may be that the extension 24 overlaps the underside of the protrusion channel 27. As a result, a special stability is achieved.
The stove on its lower edge has a recess that is executed in such a way that the elongation 24 can pass through the riser 2 and proceed out of it below. The main profile 1 under the riser 2 is provided with depressions 25, which, in their width, are calculated so that they accept elongation 24. The length of the zag- the defense 25 in the main profile 1 extends to a predetermined length of I_V. The length I_ is completely composed of the length of the longitudinal direction of extension of the longitudinal direction, as well as the longitudinal extent of the HS of the hinged body 8 of the cob 2. Thus, the value of the GV is also the value of the distance between the extensions 24 on the single ribs 26 along the closure profile 3. Due to the similar the structure can be inserted into the working edge of the rib 26 with extensions 24 into the working channel 11, and this pre-assembled module is applied to the main profile 1 so that,
FIG. 10a shows the assembly elements: a main profile 1, a riser 2, and a closing profile 3 in a detailed view in a position in which these separate structural elements can be assembled with each other so that after insertion, the displaced in the direction of arrow A Fig. 10b is a schematic view of the cross section of the assembled profile. It is meant that the edge 2b ends with the lower edge of the main profile1. In this embodiment, the invention does not require that the thickness of the rib 26 and the width in the light entrance of the hinge seat 7 have a predetermined ratio. In contrast, this is illustrated in FIG. An example of an embodiment of the invention illustrated in FIG. A variant of the invention is executed in such a way, that the rib 26 may enter the upper open joint-not the nest 7 with its extension 24 and optionally may be located on the left or right. Deep stasis 2, that is, the place from which the part of the hinged body 8 was removed and thus ensured the free passage of extension 24, is only the length of the GU. Accordingly, the riser has plots from
elastic HS, on which the hinge body is formed. On the main profile 1, a cutout or depression 25 is formed in the area of the hinge seat, in which the plots of the riser with lengthGS can be inserted. Since the thickness of the rib 26 and thus the thickness of the extension 24 is smaller than that of the bright hole U of the hinge seat 7, the extension 24 is included in the hinge socket. If the riser is inserted in the manner described, it can be adjusted to the left or right.
In FIG. 12 shows a further embodiment of a profile system for the floor in which the central portion consists of a single rib 26, the lower edge of which is a layer-nerve body 8. The rib 26 has, through regular intervals, the inrush openings or the cut channels 11 ', in which the fastening bolts ( not shown) The closing profile 3, in essence, corresponds to its construction of the closure profile according to the embodiment of the invention in FIG. 1, but the distance between the edges 14 and 15 agrees with the thickness of the single rib 26. The incision hole or correspondingly threaded channel 11 'passes to the predetermined value in the rib.
In this embodiment of the invention, extensions 24 and 24 may also be made. These extensions 24 extend into the corresponding recess 25 in which the hinge seat portion is removed.
For the simplified insertion of the riser, 2 sections of the hinged body 8 under the edge 26 are removed in the legs in the specified areas with the help of depressions, leaving only the sections 8 'of the hinged sheet. These portions 8 'of the hinged body can be inserted into the recess 25 in the main profile 1 and extend to the side of the hinged seat portion 7'. In this embodiment, the closing profile after insertion of the riser 2 into the main pro-film 1 can not be moved side by side with the riser 2 provided it is provided with extensions 24. To carry out a simple displacement, the pre-seen execution may be performed in a single edge in a large number of openings or working channels 11 ' , which are carried in a certain aspect ratio of extensions 24.
FIG. 13 shows a particularly simple implementation of the profile system for the floor. In this case, the rejection of the edges 14 and 15 is made. Here, only the tightening screws 11 "are fixed to the working channel 11stock 2. In order to achieve the desired strength, in this embodiment, the implementation of the profile system for the floor uses a larger number of pulling screws per unit length than necessary in the case of the above-described example of the implementation of the inventions.
In FIG. 14a-14c depicts the following prerequisite for implementing the invention of a profile system for the floor. In this embodiment, the implementation of the main profile 1 has two hinge channels 29 and 30, which create hinge jacks and which are located adjacent to each other at different levels on the level. In FIG. 14a, the riser 2 is located in the vertical hinged channel 30, which is formed by a knife 28. The base 28 for saving material can be made in the form of a bridge arch, due to

what's in the area of 28 'is saving material. FIG. 14b shows a system in which the riser 2 is located in the present articulated channel 29. It is understood that in this embodiment of the invention, extensions 24 may also be formed on the edges 14 and 15, which may respectively enter the recess 25 formed in the main profile 1. It is also understood that in this example, the implementation of the main profile 1 and riser can be executed so that they can be assembled with the help of simple insertion and lateral displacement. Also, at
In this exemplary embodiment of the invention, a retractable projection 19, which provides a retractable angle between the closure profile 3 and the riser 2, can be seen beforehand.
The invention is not limited to the above-described prerequisite embodiments. On the contrary, there maybe many options, modifications, and combinations separate, described in various embodiments of the derivation of features, which also use the idea of the invention and therefore fall under the scope of protection.
