It seeks to lock the thrust reverser in an electrical and / or mechanical manner, in particular, during the operation of its maintenance.
Traction reversors equipped with turbo-active engines using the flows of primary and secondary air are well known in the aviation industry. They serve to improve the safety of the aircraft by creating a braking force during its landing. Traction reversers usually are one or more moving parts of the cowl turboprop engine, such as the sliding gate, which can be moved under the action of control jacks in such a way that, in working with the reverse of the traction, the part of the flow of gases emitted from the turbojet engine is rejected. In its open position, the doors of the reverser of the draft allow to change the direction of the air flow, steering it forward in such a way thatcreate for the aircraft negative thrust reversal.
When during the maintenance operations it is necessary to check whether the defective part of any throttle reverser is known, it is known that the electric lock of the reverser is in order to avoid its timely discovery. In this case, certain manual movements of the reverser doors can be controlled by the operator performing maintenance operations (service operator), with the help of a jack drive device, which allows you to control the position of the wheelchairs manual.
From [U.S. Patent No. 6094908, cl. P02K1 / 76, published 01.08.2000] is a known reverser for a turbo-jet engine with flows of primary and secondary air, comprising: at least one moving part made with the possibility of its displacement and the creation of a deflection barrier for a flow in the reverse of the draft, under the action of at least one control jack, at least one control box, comprising a driving device for controlling the manual motion control associated with the jack driving jack, and
electric flight control system, for electric control of the control jack.
However, these operations are not at risk for the service operator. In the practice of servicing, there have been numerous injuries due to the fact that the traction retractor remains active during the maintenance of the appropriate maintenance. Thus, for the sake of the safety of the service operator, it is necessary to eliminate any risk of timely opening of the retractor drawbar. In addition, it may be necessary to mechanically lock the reverser, for example, by the decision of the pilot before the take-off of the aircraft. This ban, or the mechanical locking of the reversing traction, is usually achieved by a labor-intensive way-hoom fastening the reverser to the thrust screws directly on the bonnet of the turbojet engine guna
The task on which the decision is directed is given
the invention is to eliminate the indicated inconvenience
at the expense of creating a reverser of traction turboreak-
engine equipped with means that enable
They want to file an electric banning command
and / or mechanical control of the throttle reverser, especially during maintenance operations.
According to the invention, the solution to this task is accomplished by creating a rover-traction rod for a turbojet engine from the flows of primary and secondary air containing at least one moving part made with the possibility of its movement under the action of at least one control jack such way to create a deflection obstacle for the flow in the reverse of the draft. The traction reverser also has at least one manual control box containing an actuating device that allows manual control of the mobile part connected to the control jack and an electric control system for the flight that provides electric control with the control jack specified. In this case, the reverser of the invention is characterized by having at least one service panel, with the leather-to-box of the manual control connected to one service panel,
- a working position in which the service desk prohibits manual control associated with it, a manual control box and at the same time allows it to be electrically operated, and
- Service Provisions, in which the service-panel allows manual control, connected with a fault, a box of manual control and at the same time, prohibits electrical control of it.
Thus, the availability of service panels allows you to eliminate any risk of timely deflection of the throttle reverser during service operations. When one of the service panels moved by the operator to the service position, the electrical control of the throttle reverser is automatically prohibited. This prohibition on electric control also provides the advantage of fatigue, which eliminates the risk of electric equipment damage by a service operator.
Each service panel is mainly made with the possibility of turning to the third position, different from the first and second positions, and is called the lockout of the lock, because in it the service pa-il prohibits manual and electric control associated with it a box of manual control. As a result, when one of the panels is set up by the operator to the lock position, it is prohibited to have both electric and mechanical control of the reverser of the draft. Thus, service panels perform two prohibitive functions (on electric and on mechanical management).
Preferably, the reverser of the traction additionally has the means for recognizing the position of the service panels associated with the flight control system and the sanctioning prohibition on the electrical control of the reverser when one of the service panels is in the position of service or lock.
To implement the locking of the mobile part, each service panel may include a clamp intended to interact with the drive unit of the manual control box, to which the sleep-panel service is connected, when it is in the locking position. Clipper can be a square or hexagon, made with the ability of the in-

the actuator when the service pole is in the lock position.
Each service panel is preferably arranged in a plane substantially perpendicular to the axis of the control device's peripheral device with which it is connected, and is made with the possibility of turning around the axis of rotation, substantially equal to the axle of the drive unit. In addition, service panelscan be the plate essentially rectangular or I-shaped.

Data confirming the feasibility of the invention.
Figures 1 and 2 schematically show the hood 10 of a turbojet engine with flows of primary and secondary air, equipped with a retractor of a rectilinear type. This reverser of thrust in this winding is formed by a mobile part 12, which breaks in the non-working or closed position of the time of the outer casing of the cowl 10. The turbojet engine is fortified under the wing of a 14-hole with the help of a pylon 16. The movable part12 of the bonnet is installed with the possibility of sliding to the front outer casing On the exterior of the leather-hood may be provided a viewing hatch18 to facilitate the maintenance of the thruster rectifier. The front of the outer shell comprises a front frame 20 which serves as an opener for the means of controlling the movement of the movable part 12 of the bonnet. These tools may be, for example, power jacks 22.
As shown in FIG. 3, the jacks 22 are connected by an electrical flight control system 24 which is known in itself. The control system can include, for example, an electric motor and an electronic system for controlling its power. Of course, the invention can also be used in relation to hydraulic reversors of the hydraulic or pneumatic type. The flight control system may be linked to an electronic computing device with the full responsibility of the Radio Associazione (RIDA). In the execution unit of FIG. 3, only the jack control system for moving is used
mobile part of the 12 hood. In this case, the control house-22 is connected with the control system by the use of flexible transmission shafts 26 of the type.
The traction reverser further comprises at least one manual control box 28, which allows the maintenance operator (service operator) to carry out the sliding movement of the mobile part 12 manually using the handpiece. The manual control box 28 (in FIG. 3, one such box is provided) is fixed at the level of one of the control jacks 22 and is connected to it by a permanent mechanical connection. To do this, each manual gearbox 28 comprises a drive device 28a (FIG. 4A-4C and 5A-5C), which allows the service operator to start simultaneously the jack on which the boxes are fixed, and other control jacks using flexible transmission shafts 26. Thus, the service operator can manually actuate the traction reverser.
According to the invention, a service panel 3θ is assigned to each box 28 of the handwheel control. The location of the service panel depends on the configuration of the manual control box, which can be transmitted between the shafts with the average axes. In FIGS. 4a-5c, these service panels are arranged in a plane a region substantially parallel to the axis of the control jack, with which the manual control box is connected, and can rotate around the 32nd rotation axis, which is perpendicular to the axis of the jack. In addition, each service panel 30 can be installed by an operator operator, at least in two positions:
- a first position called a work position in which the service panel 30 closes the access point to the drive unit 28a associated with the non-manual control of the hand, forbidding them from manually controlling the mobile part of the boot, and hence the reverser of the thrust, and allowing it to be electrically controlled ;
- the second position, called service status, which is achieved by turning the plate around the 32-turn axis. In this condition, the service panel 30 opens access to the access control device 28a of the manual control box, thereby allowing the manual control of the mobile part 12 of the bonnet, and thus of the reverser of thrust, and prohibiting electrical control of it. Handwheel of the mobile part of the hood is carried out in a known way using a handle, the nozzle which interacts with the drive box device manual control.
Additionally, the traction retractor according to the invention comprises means 34 for recognizing the position of each of the gray-axial pags 30. These recognition means, assigned to each service panel, are connected by an electrical control system 24 of the flight and allow the command to prohibit the electric control of the reverser of thrust, yols one of the service panels has been moved to service position. For this, the recognition means maybe performed, for example, in the form of a detector of approximation of known type (for example, optical, magnetic or mechanical contact type). Inthis case, when one of the service panels 30
7
79740
8
moved to a servicing position, the approach detector designed for this plate no longer detects the presence of the plate and sanctiones the ban on electric control of the reverser through the control system 24 of the flight.
Preferably, each service panel 30 may return to the third position (blocking position), other than the operating position and service position. In this third position, the service panel forbids both manual and electrical control of the throttle reverser.
To do this, when the service panel is located in the lock detection device 34 simultaneously authorize a ban on electrical control by the reverser of draft. In order to prohibit manual control of the mobile part 12 of the bonnet, and hence of the traction reverser, the service panel is provided with a latch 36 (FIG. 4C and 5C) designed to interact with the drive unit 28a of the manual box 28 when the panel is in the position of the lock, in such a way that the moving part 12 of the bonnet driven by the jack 22 controls is blocked in its established position. The locker 36 may be a square or hexagon (in accordance with the shape of the drive unit), which is implemented with the possibility of entering the drive control box 28a of the manual control box.
4A-4C shows an example of an implementation of the service panel according to the invention, according to which the server panel 30 has, in essence, a rectangular background.
4A, the service panel is shown in the working position. In this position, one end of the plate closes the access to the actuator 28 of the manual control box 28, thus preventing the manual control of the traction reverser. Means of recognition 34 inform the electric system 24 of the flight control that the service panel is in working order. Thus, the electric control system of the flight may allow the electric control of the traction reverser. The pan is held in working position, for example, with screws (not shown).
In Fig. 4B, the service panel is shown by hand-turning by the service operator (approximately an angle of 90 °) relative to the operating position. In this case, the service panel is in the service position. Recognition means 34 no longer detect the presence of the plate and, accordingly, sanitize the ban on the electrical control of the re-draft of traction. Now, the service operator has direct access to the drive unit 28 of the manual control box 28 without the risk of timely opening of the reverser and without the risk of damage to the electric current.
Finally, as shown in FIG. 4C, the service pillar can be turned into the position of the locking of the thrust reverser. For this purpose, the service operator overrides the panel 30 from the operating position and in such a way that its latch 36, located on the axis 38 of the drive unit 28a, is included in the drive of the manual control box, mechanically blocking it. In addition, the means of recognition 34 no longer detect the presence of the plate and sanction-prohibit the electrical control of roar-thrust. Thus, the reverser of the thrust more can be controlled neither mechanically nor electrically. Such a complete ban on the control of pEyebrows can be, for example, imposed by a pilot before taking off the plane. It can also be used when servicing the reverser in an up-to-the-minute manner. Initially, the service operator ensures the prohibition of electrical control by the thrust converter by installing servicing panels in the service position in order to have the possibility of setting the reverser to the desired position. Then he imposes a ban on the mechanical control of the reverser before performing maintenance operations as such. This solution prefers to provide maximum security for the service operator.
5A-5C shows another example of implementing the service panel of the invention. On these drawings, the service panel 30 is essentially a B-shaped form
In Fig. 5A, the service panel is shown in the working position. In this position, one end of the plate closes the access to the actuating device 28 of the manual control box 28 by forbidding manual control by the reverser and allowing the electric control of the reverser. In Fig. 5B, the service panel is manually hand-operated by the service operator (roughly 45 °) relative to the operating position. Thus, the service panel is located in the service area and access to the drive device 28a of the manual control box is opened. Recognition means no longer detect the presence of the plate and prohibit the electric control of the traction reverser. OnFig.5S the service panel 30 is additionally backed by the service operator approximately at an angle of 45 ° in relation to the service condition. The lock 36, which is located on the axis 38 of the drive unit 28a, is part of the drive unit of the box of manual management, mechanically blocking it. Means 34 recognition and in this position do not reveal the presence of the plate and authorize the prohibition on electrical control of the reverser of draft.
The shown examples of execution are presented in relation to the lattice traction reverser. However, service pa-nails can also be used on reverses with the source of the resistance (for example, wings or buckets), connected to the jack control the moving parts of the reverser of draft.
