The present invention relates to protective workwear, which protects a person dressed in it from contact with materials with which it may be exposed.
Usually, workers of meat-packing plants put on top of their everyday clothes, cotton swimwear, reusable use, and on them - some plastic aprons that cover the front part of the dressing gown, and certain plastic armchairs that put on the sleeves of the dressing gown and close their hands, in particular the forearms of hands, workers. Such clothes are designed to protect the worker from contact with meat. Cotton bathrobe is washed, subjected to sanitary treatment and packed for reuse. Under existing rules, the worker must have at least three gowns for each change and must wear a clean disinfected gown after the interruption in work, such as lunch break. Therefore, washing and sanitary dressing of bathrobes is associated with significant labor and costs.
In addition, introduced by the Office of Sanitary Supervision on the quality of food and drug USA more stringent requirements for sanitary treatment significantly complicated the processing of cotton gowns that are difficult to undergo a complete sanitary treatment. Another disadvantage of a cotton gown is that it lightlysuch the liquid. The use of a cotton gown with a plastic apron and armchairs also does not solve the problem, because wearing such clothes is quite difficult and uncomfortable, especially in hot weather.
The basis of the present invention was the task of developing protective clothing which, in a best embodiment of the invention, is so low in value that it can be discarded after use, thus solving the problem of sanitary treatment of multiple use of a cotton gown. The proposed in-service clothing provides substantially the same level protection, as usual, cotton dressing gown with a plastic apron and armor, but much lighter in weight.
The underwear according to the invention has a main body (hereinafter referred to as the base) and a pair of sleeves attached to the base. The basis at least partially covers the human body and has a cut that closes on the back. To keep the overalls in the required position there is a fastening element in the form of a collar, through which, when wearing overalls, the head of a person passes. The base and sleeves are made of breathable and just a light porous material. As a porous material, various synthetic materials can be used. It is desirable that the selected porous material has a low absorption capacity.
The part of the outer surface of the base of the inventive workwear has an outer coating or foam that is designed to increase its moisture resistance and eliminates the possibility of direct contact of the porous base material with objects which during operation may touch cloth in a man's clothing. For example, when using overalls in the food industry in the manufacture of a basis of a non-woven fiber, an apron prevents the wear of the fibers of the material and their penetration into the foodstuff, which is used by people dressed in overalls. In a preferred embodiment, the apron is made of a polymer film, for example, of polyethylene or other similar material.
It is desirable that the apron does not cover the entire outer surface of the base, but only its front part, which covers the front of the human body. The size and location of the apron should preferably be such that the pocket closes the front of the trunk approximately from the shoulders almost to the knees.
Sleeveless overalls also have external coatings (arm bands), designed to increase theirhigh-tightness and prevent the direct contact of the porous material sleeves with objects, which during the work can affect the man dressed in overalls. Wearing lining can cover the entire surface of the sleeves or only part of their surface. Wearing lining is also better to produce from a polymer film, for example from polyethylene or other similar material.
Apron and armhole pads can be combined with the porous material of the base and sleeves in different ways. they can be completely glued or attached to a porous material, for example, lamination. However, in the best option, the apron and armhole pads are fastened to the porous material not on their entire surface. So, in particular, an apron closing the front of the base, it is advisable to connect with the porous material onlyraws. The apron can be connected to the porous material not at all edges (and, for example, only the upper edge and lateral edges, leaving its lower edge free) and not along the entire length of the edge (for example, in separate areas of the upper and / or the lateral and / or lower edges ) You can also attach an apron to porousmaterials at separate points, located throughout the surface of the apron. Wearing lining is also desirable to fasten to the porous material not on the entire surface, but, for example, only on the edges or individual sections of one orseveral edges, or individual points, located throughout the surface of the overlays. Fastening of the apron and the outer lining can be performed in other ways, for example, sew them, glued, welding with welding or ultrasonic welding, etc.
The protective clothing proposed in the second embodiment of the invention is made of a polymer film, a protective floor that goes down from the bottom edge of the base and closes the lower part of the human body. The floor should preferably have one or more lines of reduced strength of the material, which extend horizontally over its width and allow you to adjust the length of the poly, tearing off the bottom of it.
Thus, the inventions of overalls protect a man dressed in him from contact with objects that he may touch, for example, with food products at food industry enterprises. The apron and armhole pads perform two functions. First, they serve as an additional protective remedy against penetration of liquid through overalls and exposure to clothing or leather man. Secondly, they prevent the fibers of the porous material from overcoating into products of food or other objects to which the person touches. Without such coatings the porous fabric of overalls will wear when rubbed on the objects being processed, and the fibers of the porous material can enter into food or other objects with which the person works.
The above features and advantages of the present invention will be discussed in more detail below, for example, with some variants of its possible embodiment, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is shown:
1 - axonometric projection of a person dressed in overalls, executed according to one variant;
2 is a front view of the overall apparel shown in FIG. 1;
3 is a cross-sectional view of the cuff shown in Figure 2 of the overcoat;
4 is a cross-sectional area of the side seam connecting the apron and the base of the overcoat
5 is a perspective view of a person dressed in overalls, executed in accordance with the second guideline;
6 is a front view of a workwear in fully deployed form in FIG. 5, in FIG. 7, a cross-sectional view of the plane 7-7 of FIG. 6. FIG.
Below, with reference to the attached drawings, the best embodiments of the in-service overalls are described in detail. It should, however, be noted that the invention may be implemented in various forms and not limited to the options discussed below, which are fully disclosed to those skilled in the art of the present invention. On all the drawings, the same elements of clothing are designated by the same positions.
1 and 2 show protective clothing 10, made in accordance with one of the embodiments. Overalls 10 have a base 12 that covers the body of a person and closes it at least in front, better - and on the sides, and best of all - the round, on the sides and behind. The length of the overcoat may be different depending on its purpose and the proportion of the size of the person who uses it. It is preferable that the clothing should cover the body from the shoulders almost to the knees. The base 12 may have seams 13 that extend substantially along the upper line of the shoulders of the dressed human overalls and connect the back and the front parts of the base 12. The base 12 attaches a pair of sleeves 14, which cover the hands dressed in man's overalls. The drawing shows long sleeves, closing handswhose to say completely to the wrist, but a possible option with shorter sleeves, which do not cover the hands completely.
The base 12 and the sleeves 14 are made of porous breathable material. As such, you canuse any non-woven fabric made of synthetic fiber. It is preferable for the manufacture of the base to use molded fibrous nonwoven polypropylenematerial with a surface density of approximately 35g / m. For the same purpose you can use materials with a different surface density, not made of propylene and which are not non-woven materials.
Overalls 10 also has a collar 16 that covers the neck dressed in man's clothing and is designed to withstand overalls in the right position on the human body. Instead of collar 16 for this purpose, you can use other means of attachment, for example, braids tied around the neck (not shown in the drawing).
The base 12 is cut to the back (i.e., it does not have the shape of a continuous surface of rotation). To the opposite side sides of the base 12, approximately at the level of the belt, fastened with braid 18. Linked with each other, the braids 18 hold the base on the human body.
Non-woven propylene material from which the base and sleeves are made, as such, is a sufficiently reliable barrier to the penetration of liquids (for example, blood or other liquids that may be present in the meat or food industry). However, non-woven material is washed away and wearing rubbing about objects, with which working wearing a man's overalls, and over time, the material begins to fall separate fibers. Such a fall of fibers is unacceptable, especially at food industry enterprises, when foodstuffs must be protected from contamination by their fibers.
To solve this problem, in the inventive workwear 10, additional external coatings are added which increase the moisture resistance of the porous material and prevent the direct contact of the porous material with objects to which the wearer wears the person touches during the work. External coatings are located only in certain places of overalls. Thus, in particular, in overalls there is an apron 20, which is located on the front surface of the base 12 and covers only the front part of the body. If, for example, the full length of the girth of the base is from 100 to 180 cm, then the width of the apron of 20 (measured in the direction of the girth) is 50 to 80 cm respectively, and its length I_ is 60 to 90 cm, respectively, with the upper edge of the apron 20 located on shoulders or slightly lower. Dimensions of the apron may vary depending on the size of the overalls; such as an apron of overcoats of a smaller size may be smaller, and overalls of a large size may have a large apron.
It is desirable to use a polymer film for the manufacture of an apron. The film can be made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester and other similar polymers. Preferably, for the manufacture of an apron, use a plastic film of thickness about 0,025 mm, although in principle the film may have other thickness.
Apron 20 there is no need to manufacture strictly from a polymer film and it can be made in the form of cover applied to non-woven material of the base and sleeves of overalls.
However, for better circulation of air, greater convenience of work, as well as a reduction in the cost of manufacturing wardrobe, the apron 20 is better to be made of a polymeric film, without connecting it with the porous material of the base 12on the entire surface. Fix the apron 20 to the base 12 is advisable only in some places, for example, only a perimeter of the apron, mostly on the perimeter part. An option of fixing the apron 20 to the porousmaterial of the base 12 in numerous individual points, distributed throughout the surface of the apron 20.
In the most preferred embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the apron 20 is fixed to the base only in the places opposite the vertical aperture edges of the apron and in the area of the upper apron of the apron. The apron can be attached also only on the section of the upper edge and / or on the area of each side edge. The apron can be attached to two or more individual locations along its upper edge and / or along its lateral edges. It is advisable to leave the bottom edge of the pint free, but you can attach the apron and the lower edge. As shown in FIG. 4, with the attachment of the apron 20 to the base, only the edges of the apron between the base and the apron remain a gap that facilitates the circulation of air through overalls, which increases if the lower edge of the apron is left free. To create a gap between the layers of the workwear material, the apron 20 can be connected to the base only in certain places, as described above.
The size of the apron 20 and its location on the basis of 12 may be different. In most cases, a person touches the objects with which he works, the front part of the trunk, and therefore usually an apron 20
closing, at least partially, only the front portion of the base 12, leaving its back part unclosed to increase air circulation.
Fastening the apron to the base can be done in various ways, for example, sew it, glued, weld by heat-weld or ultrasonic welding, etc. When fastening the furnace by heat-weld or ultrasonic welding, it is necessary that both layers of the material have, as is known, an approximately identical melting point. In the manufacture of overalls from materials that can not weld to each other, the apron can be attached to the base in other ways, for example, sewn or glue.
Sleeves 14 of the inventive workwear have arm sleeves 27 that can be made from the same material as an apron or from another material. Preferably for the manufacture of armhole pads, 27 use polyethylene film in the thickness of about 0.025 mm or a film of another thickness, as well as a film from another material, while the armhole pads can be made and not from the film, and put on the portablematerial sleeves corresponding coating. The sleeve lining 27 should preferably cover the sleeves from the shoulders to the cuff 26. The sleeve sleeve 27 can also cover only part of the sleeve, for example only its front side, leaving the back side unprotected by the film or coating. The sleeve lining 27 may also close the sleeve not in its entire length (for example, only from the elbow to the wrist). Wearing lining 27 is predominantly fastened to the sleeves not on the entire surface, but in the same way as an apron (that is, on the edges of the overlays, in some places, etc.). Wearing lining 27 should be attached to the sleeve only on the upper and lower edges, that is, on the site of 28 cuffs and in the area of 30 shoulders, for example, sewn, glued or weld them to sleeves. Overlays 27 can be sewn to the sleeve in the manufacture of elastic cuffs, which can also be executed and not elastic. As shown in FIG. 3, with the attachment of armhole pads 27, only in certain places between the pad and the sleeve remains a gap through which the air passes. such as sewing, gluing or wrapping them to sleeves. Overlays 27 can be sewn to the sleeve in the manufacture of elastic cuffs, which can also be executed and not elastic. As shown in FIG. 3, with the attachment of armhole pads 27, only in certain places between the pad and the sleeve remains a gap through which the air passes.
5-7 shows another embodiment of the inventive workwear. The protective clothing 110 provided in this embodiment is made of a waterproof material, a protective floor 112 extending from the bottom edge of the base 12 and closing the lower body of the human body located below the base. The protective floor 112 can be made from any suitable moisture-proof material, which is desirable to use a polymer film from polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester or other similarmaterial. Protective floor 112 usually has a rectangular shape and is fastened by its upper edge (sewn, glued, welded by heat welding or ultrasonic welding, etc.) to the base 12 circle on the lower edge. The upper edge of the protective poly can be attached to the apron 20. Optionally, in which the protective floor 112 serves as a continuation of the apron 20, that is, an option in which the apron and protective floor represent a solid piece of film. The width of the protective poly (ie, the size in the direction of the girth of the base) maybe equal to or greater than the width of the apron 20, while it is advisable to approximately equal the width of the base 12.
In the protective field 12, it is advisable to perform at least one horizontal line of reduced strength, which can tear the lower part of the poly, thereby adjusting its length. In the preferred embodiment of FIG. 5, the protective floor has two reduced strength lines 114 and 116, located at different altitudes. The presence of such reduced strength lines permits partially to shorten the protective floor by tearing off the area below the lower 116 lower strength line or shortening it to a larger value , tearing off the area under the supine line 114 of reduced strength. A line or lines of reduced strength can be perforated or by any other known method.
In the variant shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the protective floor 112 is used in overalls with an apron 20 and with down pads 27. However, a possible use of a protective poly 112 that is attached to a dressing gown, which does not have some or all of the outer coatings, is possible.
The protective clothing in the invention has a number of advantages in comparison with the known variety. The inventions of the clothing offered in the invention provide a sufficiently reliable protection against contact with meat or other products with which it works, and at the same time it has a low cost and differs in the simplicity of production, so that it can be used. once, throwing away after use. In this case, there is no need for washing clothes. The inventions of overalls fully comply with the requirements of the Office of Permanent Supervision over Food and Drug Administration and actually satisfy even higher requirements than those currently in place, reliably preventing the spread of bacteria. Proposed in the case of overalls is of sufficient strength when using it under normal conditions, and in case of accidental capture of overalls with elements of technological equipment, such as a conveyor belt or toothed transmission, it easily breaks down, reducing the likelihood of injury to a person. Conventional cotton bathrobes, reusable and plastic aprons are known to have more strength, and therefore in such situations are torn not so easily.
The proposed in-service overalls can be used not only in meat-packing plants, but also in other cases, when protective clothing should have a higher possibility of sanitary treatment, moisture-proof and / or air permeability. The inventions of overalls can in particular include the use of petty factories, fish industry enterprises, other food processing enterprises, as well as medical institutions
On the basis of the above description and drawings, experts may propose various improvements and othervarieties of a possible embodiment of the invention. Therefore, it should be noted that the invention is not limited to considering the newest variants and allows for the introduction of various changes that should not exceed the scope of the following claims. The terms appearing in the description are of the most general nature and do not limit the scope and scope of the invention to any extent.
