When manufacturing traditional keyboards, different key arrangements are arranged for different input language keyboards (such as Japanese or American), so that the arrangement or size of the key holes in the upper case also needs to be changed with different key arrangements. Because of the above-mentioned factors, different input keyboards need to spend money to mold different upper cases, which increases the manufacturing cost.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a universal keyboard device.

According to the above object of the present invention, a general-purpose keyboard is proposed. The upper casing of the universal keyboard includes a main keyboard area. The keyhole row of a blank keycap in the main keyboard area contains the following components. A blank key button hole for installing a blank keycap. A first special key hole and a second special key hole are located on both sides of the blank key key hole. A first auxiliary positioning hole and a first two auxiliary positioning holes are located on both sides of the blank key button hole, wherein the first auxiliary positioning hole is located between the first special key hole and the blank key button hole, and the second auxiliary positioning hole is located at the first Between the two special keyholes and the blank keyholes.

As mentioned above, the present invention proposes a universal keyboard device, which mainly establishes a cross-language design on the upper casing and keycaps of different input languages.

The universal upper casing and keycap proposed by the present invention can at least meet the three input language keyboards of FIGS. 1-3. Currently, the American keyboard main keyboard area 102, the Japanese keyboard main keyboard area 104, and the Korean keyboard main keyboard area 106 cannot be shared mainly due to the key row containing a blank space. Therefore, the new model proposes a solution for this part, and the remaining key rows The details are not described. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, it can be seen that the blank keys and the left and right key arrangements of the key row 102a of the American keyboard, the key row 104a of the Japanese keyboard, and the key row 106a of the Korean keyboard are different from each other. The main keyboard area 202 of the upper casing 200 of the universal keyboard has a plurality of key holes, and the design focus is on the key hole row 202a where blank keys are to be installed. The keyhole row 202a has a blank keyhole 206, which is the same size as other standard keyholes. The blank key button holes 206 have auxiliary positioning holes 208a and 208b with smaller diameters on both sides (compared to the hole diameter of a standard keyhole). The blank key button holes 206 also have special key holes 204a and 204b (compared to the hole diameters of standard key holes) on both sides. The auxiliary positioning hole 208 a is located between the special key hole 204 a and the blank key hole 206. The auxiliary positioning hole 208 b is located between the special key hole 204 b and the blank key hole 206.

How to design the American, Japanese, and Korean keycaps so as to be installed on the main keyboard area 202 (mainly the key hole row 202a) of the upper case 200 will be described below.

A pair of T-shaped auxiliary positioning pillars 113c are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the main positioning pillar 113a.
