Among them, the liquid cooling system 10 is configured in a server (not shown).
See Figure 3 and Figure 4. FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the liquid cooling device of FIG. 2 . The liquid cooling device 100 includes a heat conduction cavity 200, two joints 300 and a temperature sensing thermostat valve 400. The thermal conduction cavity 200 has an inlet heat exchange chamber 210 and an outlet heat exchange chamber 220 that are not directly connected. The two joints 300 are arranged in the heat conduction cavity 200, and one end of the two joints 300 is connected to the inlet heat exchange chamber 210 and the outlet heat exchange chamber 220 respectively. The other ends of the two joints 300 are respectively connected with the two delivery pipes 30 . The second joint 300 is used to transport working fluid. Working fluid such as cooling water.
The temperature sensing thermostat valve 400 includes a valve body 410 and a temperature sensing valve plug 420 . The liquid inlet chamber 411 and the liquid outlet chamber 412 are connected with the inlet liquid heat exchange chamber 210 and the outlet liquid heat exchange chamber 220 respectively. The liquid inlet chamber 411 communicates with the liquid outlet chamber 412 through the valve passage 413 . The temperature-sensitive valve plug 420 is movably disposed on the valve body 410, and the temperature-sensitive valve plug 420 is controlled by the temperature of the working fluid to close or open the valve passage 413.
In this embodiment, the temperature sensing thermostat valve 400 may further include a fixing component 430 and a reset component 440 . The temperature sensing valve plug 420 includes a shell 421, a flexible body 422 and a temperature sensing body 423. The return member 440 is, for example, a compression spring. One end of the return member 440 is connected to the valve body 410 , and the other end of the return member 440 is connected to the housing 421 of the temperature sensing valve plug 420 to drive the temperature sensing valve plug 420 to close the valve channel 413 . The housing 421 includes a plug part 4211 and a receiving part 4212. The accommodating part 4212 is connected to the plug part 4211, and the accommodating part 4212 is a hollow shell. The flexible body 422 and the temperature sensing body 423 are located in the accommodating part 4212. The flexible body 422 is closer to the plug portion 4211 of the housing 421 than the temperature sensing body 423 . The fixing member 430 of the temperature sensing thermostat valve 400 passes through the plug portion 4211 of the housing 421 and is partially located in the accommodating portion 4212. Specifically, the fixing member 430 of the temperature sensing thermostat valve 400 has a first end 431 and a second end 432. The first end 431 is further away from the temperature sensing body 423 than the second end 432 . The first end 431 is fixed to the valve body 410 through screws, for example. The second end 432 is surrounded by the flexible body 422 and separated from the temperature sensing body 423 . The second end 432 has a pushed inclined surface 4321. The pushed inclined surface 4321 forms an acute angle with the axis of the fixing member 430 , and the pushed inclined surface 4321 is in contact with the flexible body 422 .

The pushed inclined plane 4321 surrounds it.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the flexible body 422 is made of rubber and the temperature sensing body 423 is made of paraffin, but it is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the flexible body can also be changed to an elastomer such as thermoplastic polyurethane or polychloroprene rubber, and the temperature-sensing body can also be changed to a material with a high thermal expansion coefficient such as beeswax or wax palm wax.
Please refer to FIGS. 4 and 5 . FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the liquid cooling device in FIG. 2 when the temperature sensing thermostat valve is opened. As shown in FIG. 4 , the liquid cooling device 100 is in thermal contact with the heat source 2 of a circuit board 1 . When the temperature of the temperature sensing body 423 of the thermostat valve 400 is still lower than the melting point of the temperature sensing body 423 under the influence of the working fluid, the reset member 440 abuts the temperature sensing valve plug 420 to ensure that the temperature sensing valve plug 420 is closed. The valve passage 413 is blocked, and the working fluid cannot pass through the valve passage 413. That is to say, when the temperature of the temperature sensing body 423 of the thermostat valve 400 is still lower than the melting point of the temperature sensing body 423 under the influence of the working fluid, the working fluid will flow into the inlet heat exchange chamber from the joint 300 along direction A. Room 210. Then, the working fluid will flow into the liquid inlet heat exchange chamber 210 along the direction B and stay in the liquid inlet chamber 411 of the valve body 410 . The working fluid located in the liquid inlet heat exchange chamber 210 and the liquid inlet chamber 411 will continue to transfer the heat from the heat source to the temperature sensing body 423 of the temperature sensing valve plug 420 .
As shown in Figure 5, when the temperature of the temperature sensing body 423 of the thermostat valve 400 is higher than the melting point of the temperature sensing body 423 under the influence of the working fluid, the temperature sensing body 423 will begin to melt and expand, and will react with the external force Z As shown, the flexible body 422 presses against the pushed inclined surface 4321 of the fixing member 430 . As a result, the pushing force between the temperature sensing body 423 and the fixing member 430 will drive the temperature sensing valve plug 420 to move in the direction Y to open the valve channel 413. When the valve channel 413 is opened, the working fluid located in the liquid inlet chamber 411 will pass through the valve channel 413 along the direction C. Then, it flows from the liquid outlet chamber 412 to the outlet liquid heat exchange chamber 220 along the direction D. Then, the working fluid flows out of the joint 300 in the direction E. On the contrary, when the heat generated by the heat source decreases and the temperature of the temperature sensing body 423 is lower than the melting point of the temperature sensing body 423 again under the influence of the working fluid, the temperature sensing valve plug 420 will re-close the valve channel 413 to terminate. The working fluid flows through the liquid cooling device 100 .
In this embodiment, the server of the present invention can be used for artificial intelligence (English: Artificial Intelligence, AI for short) computing, edge computing (edge computing), and can also be used as a 5G server, cloud server or Internet of Vehicles server use.
According to the liquid cooling device and liquid cooling system of the above embodiment, since the valve plug is arranged in the valve channel, and the reset member and the temperature sensor can close or open the valve channel through the temperature control valve plug, the coolant flow can be controlled by the temperature sensor. Valve plug control, thereby achieving optimal flow control of individual heat sources without increasing the burden on the power system.
