Background of the invention
The present invention is based on the continuation and claim of provisional application No. 60/132,024 named "wet wipe dispenser" filed in Article 119 of the US 35 refer to.
The present invention is related to dispensers, and to be more precise, the present invention relates to dispensers for wet wipes and dry tissues for toilets.
The use of wet wipes should be well known. The wet wipes are usually used when replacing dirty diapers for children or babies. And when the user is unable to wash with clean water, the wet wipes can also be provided as another simple and effective cleaning article. In addition, wet wipes can also be used as a substitute or supplement for dry tissues used in toilets.
Wet wipes can be supplied in individual packaging, or they can be supplied in bulk packaging. However, individually supplied wet wipes are usually supplied in disposable packaging, while large quantities of wet wipes are supplied in disposable or reusable packaging. The common packaging methods that provide large quantities of wet wipes are sealable bags or sealable buckets. The sealable bag usually has a set of zippered openings that are connected to the shape, so that the opening can be resealed after taking out the wet wipes. As for the sealable bucket, it usually has an outer cover. When the outer cover is in an open state, a folded wet wipe can be easily obtained.
Summary of the invention
The present invention has clearly recognized the difficulties and problems inherited in the prior art, and in response has developed an improved dispenser for wet wipes and dry toilet tissues.
From a certain point of view, the dispenser provided by the present invention is designed for wet wipes and dry paper towels for toilet paper towel fixtures installed in general toilets. The paper towel fixture includes (that is, includes but is not limited to) one with The first compartment and the second compartment of the box shell. The first compartment defines an inner space for placing wet wipes, and the second compartment includes a support rod for drying paper towels. In addition, the box shell can also include at least one layer of substantially vertical occlusal surfaces. The bracket device used to assist in fitting the vertical occlusal surface, as well as the first and second supports it has, can be included in the dispenser. The first and second supports define an adjacent axis, and protrude outward from the opposite sides of the dispenser so as to engage with the fixed object. The bracket device and the dispenser can be adjusted to be connected to each other, and the bracket device is used to engage the selected part of the occlusal surface, and the adjacent axis can be optionally placed adjacent to the dispenser housing.
The supplied box-shaped dispensers can be placed at intervals above and below the cassock device. By using these intervals, a larger accommodating space can be defined at the place closest to the bracket device, and a smaller accommodating space can be defined near the upper and lower ends of the distributor, so as to enhance the density of the distributor. The general curved front surface is usually applied to this type of distributor.
This type of dispenser has a first compartment, and the compartment may further include a first vertically extending panel; the second compartment may further include a second vertically extending panel. The aforementioned first and second vertically extending panels will be placed adjacent to each other, and are parallel to each other, and a groove for slidably connecting and guiding the bracket device is standardized. The occlusal surface can be placed in a vertically extending groove, and the opposite side of the dispenser has a groove containing the first and second openings, and the first and second openings on the dispenser The support will protrude outward.
The bracket device can be adjacent to the housing and slidably connected, thereby making the bracket device slidable in the vertical direction of the side axis specified by the first and second supports. This type of bracket device can be placed between the first and second compartments, and adjacent to the part specified by the panel.
The bracket device can also be placed and slid between the first and second vertical extension panels, and is adjacent to each vertical extension panel. This type of bracket device may include a first protrusion connected to the first recess in the first vertical extension panel, and a first protrusion connected to the second recess in the second vertical extension panel. Two protrusions.
In addition, the dispenser may further include a dish-shaped support surface for the wet wipes, wherein the dish is placed and moved in the inner space in the first compartment. The first compartment can also include an outer cover with an opening and closing design.
From another point of view, the dispenser for wet tissues and dry tissues used in general toilet tissue equipment in the present invention includes a shell containing a first and a second partition. The first compartment includes a first set of connected panels including a first vertically extending panel, and the wet wipes are placed in the first compartment. The second compartment includes a second set of connected panels including a second vertically extending panel. In addition, the second compartment further includes a support rod for drying paper towels, and the support rod will be connected to one of the second set of panels. The bracket device can be adjusted and placed between the first and second vertical extension panels, and the device further includes first and second supports. The first and second supports will define an adjacent axis and protrude outward from the opposite sides of the dispenser for connection with the fixture.
However, from another point of view, the dispenser proposed in the present invention is designed for wet wipes and dry paper towels installed on the fixtures of general toilet paper. The dispenser includes a first compartment with an outer cover and regulates the enclosed inner space. The dish with a supporting surface for holding wet wipes is movably placed in the inner space of the first compartment. A support rod for drying paper towels is connected to the dispenser. In addition, the dispenser further includes a bracket device having first and second supports. The first and second supports will define an adjacent axis, and will protrude outward from the opposite sides of the dispenser for connection with the fixture. The bracket device will be adjustably placed on the opposite surface of the first interval.
From another deeper point of view, the dispenser proposed by the present invention is designed for wet wipes and dry tissues including a shell with first and second compartments. The first interval includes an outer cover panel which is in contact with the first set of panels, and the two define an enclosed inner space in the closed state. The wet wipes are placed in the inner space of the first compartment. In addition, the second compartment includes a pair of the aforementioned panels, the panel has two opposite recesses for supporting the shaft, which in turn support the shaft used for drying traditional sanitary napkins. The dispenser also includes a pair of rotating arms connected to the outer cover panel. The rotating arm is rotatably connected to the dispenser, so that the outer cover panel can be moved in a closed or open state. The rotating arms will be arranged along the opposite recesses to support the shaft.
One of the advantages of the present invention is that it is a dispenser for wet tissues and dry tissues that are easily connected to the tissue holders of general toilets. In addition, the adjustable bracket device included in the specific embodiment of the present invention can also be easily erected on various changes of the traditional toilet paper towel fixture.
However, another advantage of the present invention is that it is a box-shaped dispenser that can dispense wet wipes, general dry sanitary napkins, or both. The above-mentioned or other unmentioned advantages of the present invention will be presented separately or collectively from various viewpoints.

The exemplified dispenser has a housing (26) attached with a skeleton (28) and an outer cover (30). The first space enclosed and regulated by the frame (28) and the outer cover (30) has an inner space in the closed state, as shown in the second figure. The twelfth and twenty-third figures show the outer cover (30) in an open state.
The outer cover (30) is connected with the frame (28) by using two round holes (34) on the frame (28). The outer cover (30) includes a set of protrusions (36) inserted inward through a circular hole (34), so as to rotate the outer cover (30) to the frame (28). The protrusion (36) provides a load surface for the engagement of the inner surface of the circular hole (34), so that the outer cover (30) can be rotated between the open and closed states. Part or all of the protrusions (36) may include outwardly extending tangs at their ends, which connect the inner surface of the frame (28) adjacent to the circular hole (34) and thereby prevent the outer cover ( 30) Detach from the skeleton (28).
The inward radial surface (38) of the protrusion (36) will define an opening for receiving the recessed end edge portion (42) of the embedded shaft (40). The embedded shaft (40) provides a support, which is inserted into the hollow column (44) in the shaft of the general toilet tissue (24). The shaft (40) exemplified here has a concave element extending about 3/4 of the total length of the support to prevent the shaft from tilting. The convex element of the shaft (40) should be kept in a combined state when it is moved away from the distributor, and should include an internal spring, which has a force that does not twist the shell frame (28). The end edge of the shaft (40) will standardize a curved surface to provide an outward button-like surface on the end of the shaft, thereby facilitating the movement of the shaft (40). The embedded element of the shaft (40) can be made of the same beneficial material as the frame (28), and has a coordinated color.
Replaceable supports inserted into the hollow column of the roll-type tissue product (24) and allow the roll-type tissue to rotate on it, such as a replaceable embedded shaft, a freely retractable cylinder or a J-shaped protrusion, which are already It is well-known to the public and can be combined with the housing (26) to provide a dispenser for dry roll-type tissue products.
The skeleton (28) of the example includes a second compartment that specifies a lower space (46), which will create a part for drying paper towels for toilets after the drying paper towels (24) are installed on the shaft (40). It can be seen from the first figure that the skeleton (28) can also include a reinforced bone beam (48). In addition to providing support for the skeleton, it can also help users who use the distributor (20) to install the shaft Find the position of the circular hole (34) at (40).
The outer cover (30) of the example also includes a recessed part (29), which allows the outer cover (30) to be easily gripped when it is opened. The latch hook protrusion (31) adjacent to the recessed part (29) extends from the outer cover to the recess (27) on the frame (28). The latch hook protrusions (31) can be connected to the recesses (27) by mutual insertion or engagement, and the outer cover (30) can be made by connecting the protrusions (31) and the recesses (27) Keep it closed. The downward pressure of the concave part (29) will make the protrusion (31) and the concave part (27) unable to connect, and keep the outer cover (30) in an open state. Compared with the adjacent latch hook protrusions (31), the recessed part (29) can use a different surface structure or color to point out where pressure should be applied when the outer cover (30) is to be opened. When the outer cover (30) is in the closed state, the illustrated recess (27) should usually be hidden from view. Various methods and mechanical arrangements for keeping the outer cover on the frame are well known, and they can also be substituted for the exemplary latch hook method.
The forming material of the outer cover (30) should depend on the number of wet wipes kept in the inner space (32) that the user of the dispenser can measure when it is in the closed state. Alternatively, a small part on the outer cover (30) should be bright or partially bright, so that the number of wet wipes (22) stored in the inner space (32) can be observed from the outside. The outer cover (30) can be effectively formed by using polycarbonate material by the injection molding method.
The exemplary dispenser (20) may also include a movable dish (50). When the dish (50) is placed in the dispenser (20), it includes a fluid storage container portion (52) facing upward. In addition, when the dish (50) is placed in the dispenser (20), it will define a lower boundary line for placing the wet wipes (22) in the inner space (32). The dish (50) can only be moved when the outer cover (30) is opened and the skeleton (28) is not disassembled.
The fluid storage container part (52) of the illustrated dish is composed of an impermeable lower surface (54) and several partition walls extending outwards. The partition wall is located at the lower part of the dish (50) Standardize a space. The container part (52) of the dish (50) will collect the excess solution from the wet wipes (22), thereby preventing the remaining solution from wetting or contaminating other components of the dispenser, or drying the paper towels (24) . After the wet wipes (22) are used up, the moving dish (50) can be used to easily discard the excess solution in the container part (52).
The moving force of the exemplary dish (50) also promotes its own reuse due to its movable cleaning. For example, the dish (50) can be easily cleaned in the sink in the toilet. In addition, the movable dish (50) completely made of hot water resistant material has a heat resistance of about 180-210°F (82-99°C), so the dish can also be washed Wash in the dishwasher. In order to improve the cleaning and disinfection of dishes or other components of the dispenser, it is advantageous to use dishes and other components made of the following materials, such as anti-isopropanol, or those containing up to 70% isopropanol Solutions and materials that resist disinfection and radiation. In addition, it is also very beneficial to use the following potting and pressing materials to form dishes and other dispenser components, such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (abbreviated as A BS), polycarbonate ( Polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, acetal or other alternative materials. The general skills in this technology will prove that the above part can be composed of various known alternative materials and manufacturing techniques, namely mechanical methods.
When the wet wipes (22) are placed on the dish (50) with a dish-shaped outline as shown in the nineteenth figure, the solution in the wet wipes will move downwards, which may cause the placement on the fixed shaft The wet wipes on the upper part of the rod (22) only hold less humidity. However, the distribution of wet wipes will cause the shaft (22) in the dish (50) to rotate, and the solution stored in the container of the dish will also speed up when the shaft rotates on the dish. The rate of wetting.
The use of a dish that is placed under the wet wipes (22) and does not form a fluid storage container has an impervious surface (54) that will prevent other parts of the dispenser that supplies the wet wipes from being overwhelmed. Smudged or wet. However, it is generally beneficial to use a dish (50) that does not include the fluid storage container part (52).
In the illustrated dish, a pair of opposite side partition walls (56) will be connected by the lower surface (54) and adjacently extending partition walls. The side partition wall (56) of the example is spaced at a distance of 4.6 inches (11.68 cm) so that the shaft length of 4.5 inches (11.43 cm) on both sides of the shaft (22) provides 4.5 inches (0.13 cm). Cm). When the shaft of the dish (50) and wet wipes (22) is inserted into the dispenser, the shape and size of the partition wall (56) (58) will also be able to move the shaft (22) away from the dish It was installed.
The lower surface (54) includes a protruding part with a supporting surface (64). The wet wipes are placed on the supporting surface (64) in the inner space (32). The exemplary supporting surface (64) is placed on the upper surface of the bone beam (62) and the adjacent extending roller (60).
A small part of the partition wall (59) extending adjacently and adjacently is placed between the two rollers (60) of the opposite partition wall. By the example of the partition wall (58) (59), it can be seen that when the dish (50) is installed in the dispenser (20), a container part (52) with partition wall that usually extends upward will be provided. . In other words, the partition wall does not necessarily have to be placed in a direction perpendicular to the lower surface (54), or a vertical plane is specified.
The adjacently extending roller (60) is placed on the opposite side of the adjacently extending partition wall (58), so that a certain part of the lower surface (54) is disposed on the roller (60) and the adjacently extending partition wall (58). 58) between. When the roller provides a supporting force on the distribution edge of the dish (50), the wet wipes will be supported on the central part of the dish (50) by the bone beam (62). The arrow 66 exemplified in the nineteenth figure is a possible route through which the wet wipes can pass when they are not wrapped around the shaft (22).
It can be seen from the first figure that the wet wipes placed on the dish (50) may be a hollow column of wet wipes with an axis (23). The wet wipes (22) preferably have extended holes parallel to the axis, and can be separated separately from the roller-like wet wipes, so that one or several paper towels can be easily removed from the remaining paper towels on the roller. The separation method is similar to that used for drying paper towels for general toilets. In the absence of a hollow column, the wipes can be supplied according to the predetermined shaft diameter, and the need for the use of disposable shafts is eliminated. For example, separate wet wipes with stacked flat or pleated surfaces, or internally connected wet wipes, or wet wipe rollers with shafts can be used.
In the illustrated dish (50), the bone beam (62) is placed in the axial direction perpendicular to the freely rotatable shaft and on the axis of the shaft of the wet wipe (22). With the provision of a relatively slender support surface (64) perpendicular to the axis (23) of the wet wipe (22), the surface area of the wet wipe in contact with the support surface will be greatly reduced. The minimum load surface provided by the bone beam (62) will enable the wet wipes to rotate on it without excessive frictional resistance. The bone beam (62) can also extend to the ground along the adjacently extending partition wall (58), as shown in the specific embodiment described. Using the bone beam (62) to extend upward along the partition wall (58), the shaft (22) will be separated from the partition wall (58) to reduce the distance between the inner side of the dish (50) and the shaft (22) The contact area and friction force.
The two rollers (60) are generally cylindrical with several compartments, and the cylindrical ground (68) has a supporting surface (64) with an enlarged diameter. The middle area of the roller (60) extending in the grounding room can also be connected to and support the wet wipes. The drum (60) is freely supported by the dish, and the dish is supported by the circular hole of the side partition wall (56) where the end of the drum (60) is inserted. In addition, the sixteenth and twelfth figures show an intermediate support (70) designed to freely support one or two rollers (60).
The roller (60) is placed on the axis (23) parallel to the roller-shaped wet wipes (22), and is preferably placed on the paraxial rod ( 22) At the side. With reference to Figure 19, it can be easily seen that the shaft (22) of the wipe can be loosened, and the user can pull the first wet wipe to move it in the direction indicated by the arrow 66. Since the first wet wipe has been dispensed, the shaft will rotate and pull in the direction of the drum (60). The use of the free-rotating roller (60) will provide a supporting force for the shaft (22), so that the shaft (22) can rotate due to extremely small frictional resistance.
The combination of the roller (60) and the bone beam (62) used in the example dish (50) will provide a protruding part with a supporting surface and promote the rotation of the shaft (22) in the dish (50) . However, the replacement of the wet wipe shaft (22) is also feasible. For example, the shaft (22) can be a fixed supporting surface or the roller (60) can be fully supported, and the fixed supporting surface and the roller can be replaced from the exemplified dish.
To load the wet wipes on the dish, it will be placed on the lower surface (54) and inside the partition wall (56) (58). When the dish is removed from the frame (28) for the first time, the wet wipes can be easily placed in the dish. Once the wet wipes are placed on the dish (50), the first wet wipe will be folded on the dispensing lead (73), and then the dish (50) and wet wipes (22) will be formed as a single element. Insert it in the inner space (32). Or, when the dish is in the inner space (32), the wet wipes (22) can also be placed on the dish (50).
When the dish (50) and the wet wipes (22) are inserted, the outer cover (30) will be closed so that the first wet wipe can be connected to the dispensing guide (73) in the dish And located between the distribution guides (72) in the outer cover (30). The guides (72) and (73) of the example can all be rotated on a longitudinally extending shaft (72a) (73b), and have a cylindrical form with grounding (84) and groove (86) patterns along the lengthwise length. Shows. A distribution guide (72) (73) with a ground (84) and groove (86) pattern will allow the ground (84) of the distribution guide (72) to be placed on the opposite side of the other distribution guide (73) on the groove (86). The pattern of the example is such that two separate assignment leads will be applied by flipping either of the leads.
When the outer cover (30) is in the closed state, in order to ensure that the two distribution leads are in place, the dish with a pair of occlusal surfaces (74) will be placed close to the distribution guide (73) opposite Adjacent to the end edge. The occlusal surface (74) on the dish (50) is connected by a second set of occlusal surfaces (76), which is usually placed on the outer cover close to the opposite abutting edge of the dispensing guide (72) (30) On (see the twelfth and thirteenth pictures).
Figure 13 is an enlarged view of an adjacent end edge of the dispensing guide (72) provided on the outer cover (30), and this view also shows an occlusal surface (76). When the outer cover (30) is in the closed state, the two pairs of occlusal surfaces (74) (76) will be connected to each other to facilitate proper alignment of the two dispensing guides (72) (73). In addition, Figure 13 also shows an adjacent alignment guide (78). When the outer cover (30) is in the closed state and the two pairs of occlusal surfaces (74) (76) are also in the connected state, the side partition wall (56) of the dish (50) will be set on the two alignment guides (78) between. Therefore, the alignment guide (78) can prevent the relative abutting movement between the outer cover (30) and the dish (50), and promote the proper alignment of the two distribution guides (72) (73). .
In addition to the occlusal surface (74) (76) provided on the dispensing guide (73), the outer cover (30) and the dish (50) should also include another set of relative to the dispensing guide (73) The occlusal surface of the lower side. The additional occlusal surface is provided by a clamp (80) arranged on the dish (50) and a protrusion (82) on the outer cover (30). The clamp (80) will define an abutting and extending arcuate surface (81), and the arcuate surface (81) will be connected to the abutting end edge of the protrusion (82). The arched fixture surface (81) and protrusions (82) can then facilitate proper alignment of the outer cover (30), the dish (50), and the distribution guide (72) (73) thereon.
The clamp (80) is arranged so that it can be held firmly when the dish (50) in the dispenser (20) is inserted or removed. In addition to providing a slender and easy-to-hold protrusion, the clamp (80) of the example can also enable the visible outer surface (81) of the clamp (80) to prompt the dispenser (20) when the dispenser is in the closed state. It has a beautiful appearance and hides the spiral fastener (338).
In addition to the occlusal surface and protrusions (82) on the clamp (80), the dish can also be held in its position by the top edge (84) of the occlusal surface of the partition wall (58). The wall has four ports (86) on the inner surface of the frame (28). The snapping edge (84) and the fastener (86) can prevent the dish from being dumped forward when pulling the first wet wipe during the dispensing process. The use of horizontally and vertically connected arched surfaces (84) and fasteners (86) can also help the adjacent arrangement of the discs in the frame (28). Alternatively, a key can also be attached to the aforementioned top edge, so that the vertical adjustment piece or bolt hole can be connected with the bolt hole or key on the frame (28), so that the dish (50) can be stably placed on the frame (28). )middle.
After inserting the dish (50) and the wet wipes (22) into the dispenser, the entire wet wipes can be pulled <img file="TW536397B_D0001.tif" /> Wet wipes are distributed, and a row of perforations is used to separate the wet wipes from the remaining wet wipes on the shaft, leaving a length outside. The removal of the previous wet wipes will cause another brand new first wet wipe to be connected between the dispensing guides (72) and (73). The dispensing process can be repeated continuously until the supply of wet wipes in the dish is exhausted, and then the dish is moved away from the dispenser (20) to replenish the wetness.
The third to eighth figures show the dispenser (21) without the protrusion (82) connected to the clamp (80). The eighth figure is a diagonal partial view taken from the line of element number 8 in the fourth figure, which also illustrates the relationship between the distribution guides (72) and (73) and the contact in the representative embodiment Surface (88). The contact surface (88) is formed by using an end edge of the outer cover (30), which defines an end edge of a dispensing opening (89).
As schematically illustrated in the ninth to eleventh figures, when the outer cover (30) is in the closed state, the contact surface (88) and the opening (89) will extend and abut on the dispensing guide (72) (73). It can be seen from the ninth figure that the contact surface (88) includes a central part (90) and two outer parts (92) arranged on opposite sides of the central part. The central part (92) is placed at the first relative position related to the dispensing guide (72) (73), and the two guides (72) (73) form a ditch ( 94). The outer part (92) of the contact surface (88) is placed in a different but relative position of the dispensing guide (72) (73), which is different from the central part (90). In addition, the central part (90) of the contact surface (88) is usually round or curved, and it is best to be the furthest away from the notch (94) at the midpoint of the contact surface (88).
With reference to Figures 9 and 28, when viewing the ditch (94) from a general angle, the central part (90) can be set on one side of the ditch (94), and the outer part (92) is set on On the opposite side of the groove (94). To be more precise, a flat plane (150) will be crossed across the groove (94) and perpendicular to the plane connected to the axis (72a) (73b) of the distribution guide (72) (73) (152). In addition, the aforementioned plane will be located adjacent to the distribution opening (89) of the central portion (90) of the contact surface (88), and the outer portion (92) of the contact surface (88) will be located on the flat plane (150) On the opposite side. As for the central part close to the mouth (94), there is relatively no such obstruction device.
Referring to the twenty-ninth figure, it can be seen that the exemplary dispensing system includes a contact surface (88) with a central part (90), which is arranged on the opposite side of the outer part (92) so as to be at the center of the dispensing opening (89). A more direct receiving groove (94) is provided in the center. To be more precise, when the cross line (156) (should be viewed in the vertical direction and indicated by a dot in the nineteenth figure) is rotated towards the groove (94) of the contact surface (88), the cross is placed horizontally The flat plane (154) at the opening (94) and extending through the opening (89) will make contact with its two outer parts before contacting the central part of the contact surface. It can be seen from Figure 29 that when the plane (154) is rotated from the general position toward the opening (89) of the contact surface, the plane should be rotated at an acute angle before making contact with the outside part of the contact surface. (158), and the plane (154) needs to be rotated between the obtuse angle distance (160) in order to make contact with the central part (90) of the contact surface (88) of the example.
The tenth, eleventh, and thirty pictures can clearly see the distribution of wet wipes. The tenth and eleventh figures are schematic partial representations of diagonal cuts, which illustrate the conveying direction of the wet wipes during dispensing. The thirtieth picture provides a front view of the first wet wipe that the user can grab. Each wet wipe provided on the shaft (20) will include a first side edge (164) and a second side edge (166) opposite to the first side edge (164).
When the groove (94) is formed between two longitudinally extending distribution guides (72) (73), the first wet wipe (162) will be placed on the groove (94) of a flat structure. Then, the embodiment of this example is completed by inserting the dish (50) into the dispenser (20). After the wet wipes are placed in the dispenser (20), the first and second side edges (164) (166) of the first wet wipe (162) will be placed on the opposite sides of the groove (94), The front edge (168) of the first wet wipe (162) extends through the groove (94) that can easily grab and dispense the wet wipe.
When the wet wipes are dispensed, the contact surface (88) will extend into the space through which it is dispensed. In this way, when the user pulls the first wet wipe to dispense one or more wet wipes, the contact surface (88) can be connected to the first wet wipe. The wet wipes are connected to the first (172) and second (174) areas close to the first (164) end edges and the second (166) end edges of the wet wipes and the outer part (92) of the contact surface (88) . The outer part (92) of the contact surface (88) extends a longer distance than the central part (90) in the contact direction (170). Therefore, during the dispensing process, the outer part (92) of the contact surface will be more strongly connected to the wet wipes than the central part (90).
The outer part (92) of the contact surface will be torn away from the remaining wet tissue by the wet tissue being dispensed to provide a load surface. During the tearing process, the wet wipes will usually be subjected to an applied side force to prevent the wet wipes from being "slippy" at the dispensing guide (72) (73) or in the dispensing guide (72) (73). ) Is "folded".
When the dispensed wet wipes are torn away from the remaining wet wipes, use the distribution guides (72) (73) with corresponding tabs (84) and grooves (86) to provide smoothness and folding of the wet wipes. One resistance. In the illustrated embodiment, the tabs (84) and grooves (86) of the dispensing guide (72) (73) should be consistent with the outer part (92) and the central part (90) of the contact surface, so that More space is created between the tab (84) and the groove (86) adjacent to the outer part (92) of the contact surface (88). It can be clearly seen from the ninth figure that the tabs (84) and grooves (86) of the exemplary dispensing guide (72) (73) have an average value on the central part (90) adjacent to the contact surface Longitudinal, larger than the outer part (92). Therefore, the shorter average length of the outer part (92) of the adjacent contact surface (88) will result in a highly concentrated interval between the tab (84) and the groove (86).
Providing its side edge (164) (166) when the interval between (84) and the groove (86) adjoining the contact surface (88) of the outer part (92) webs, wet wipes will be allocated a Resistance to prevent slippage and inward movement. Increasing the number of intervals between the tabs (84) and the grooves (86) can also provide an enhanced resistance to the slippery of the wet wipes. In addition, if the wet wipe guide (72) (73) is provided with a grainy, uneven fabric structure, it can also provide resistance to the slippery of the wet wipes.
Referring to the ninth figure, when the thickness of the wet wipes used is 0.010 inches (0.025 cm), it is best to use a tab (84) with an outer diameter of 0.380 inches (0.965 cm) and a groove with an outer diameter of 0.270 inches ( 0.686 cm) distribution guide (72) (73) is better. At the transition point of the radial distance (87) between the tab (84) and the groove (86), the optimal distance for separating them is about 0.055 inches (0.140 cm). It is generally found that it is best to use a longitudinal distance (85) to separate the adjacent transition points on the two distribution guides, and the longitudinal distance should be three times the radial distance between the separating tab and the groove surface long. The size of the groove (94) is preferably less than or equal to the thickness of the wet wipe (22), so that the wet wipe can contact the dispensing guide (72) (73) when passing through the groove (94). For example, if a gap (94) with a blank distance of 0.010 inches (0.025 cm) is provided between the distribution guides (72) (73), a wet hole with a thickness of 0.015 inches (0.038 cm) can be used. middle. It is worth mentioning that the direction lines (66) shown in the tenth and eleventh figures only indicate the moving path of the wet wipes, not the thickness.
Alternative embodiments of the present invention can use various sizes of grooves (94), tabs (84) and grooves (86). For example, the replacement size of the dispensing guide (72) (73) and the groove (94) can use those with the same thickness as the wet wipes. Alternatively, the size of the dispensing guide (72) (73) and the groove opening (94) can also be different in thickness from the wet wipes. For example, its best to use wet wipes with a thickness ranging from 0.300 cm (0.012 inches) to 1.300 cm (0.051 inches) for distances ranging from 0.178 cm (0.007 inches) to 1.17 cm (0.046 inches) In the ditch (94), the size of the ditch can be linearly changed with the thickness of the wet wipe. The combination of the thickness of the wet wipe and the size of the groove (94) is only exemplary, and other alternative combinations can also be used.
Slots (94) of different sizes can be easily provided in the same dispenser, as long as one or all of the dispensing guides (72) and (73) are replaced. For example, in order to provide a larger groove (94), the exemplary dispensing guide (72) (73) can be replaced with a guide with tabs and grooves, where the tabs and grooves are smaller than those described above. The distribution guide has a smaller diameter. Although a rotatable dispensing guide (72) (73) has been shown in the representative embodiment, an alternative embodiment may use a fixed surface to form the groove (94). In addition, by elastically tilting one of the dispensers toward the other dispensing guide, one or more springs can be used, and the dispenser can provide a variable notch (94).
In addition to facilitating the tearing of the dispensed wet wipes, the wet wipes connected by the side parts (92) outside the contact surface (88) can create a resistance during the wet dispensing process. The central part (90) of the contact surface (88) can also be connected to create a resistance to the wet tissue soil. However, depending on the angle at which the wet wipes are torn away during the dispensing process, the wet wipes may also fail to connect to the central part (90) of the contact surface (88) during the dispensing process.
Certain resistance is necessary during the dispensing process, which prevents small movements of the wet wipes due to a continuous number of tears. It can be found in the exemplary embodiment that approximately the same number of contact surfaces (88) can be placed on opposite sides of the flat plane (150) to create a better standard resistance.
The and part can be inserted into the hole behind the frame (28) of the distributor, and it can be directly installed on the wall, cabinet board or similar support. The hole on the rear surface (100) of the frame (28) contains a round hole (96) for easy threaded fasteners. The round hole (96) is preferably arranged at the corresponding position of the bone beam (62) in the middle of the dish, so that the pore space specified behind the bone beam (62) can completely cover the installed fastener head, thereby reducing The cleaning between the fastener head and the dish is difficult due to difficulty. In addition, the back surface of the frame (28) may also include another hole (98) provided below the circular hole, as shown in Figure 27.
Alternatively, the bracket device (320) can be used to support the dispenser (20) of a general toilet paper towel fixture, and the dispenser has a pair of opposite recesses for accommodating the telescopic shaft. The general cradle device has been described in detail in the US Patent No. 09/302,356 named "cradle device" filed on April 30, 1999, which is incorporated herein for reference.
The bracket device (320) should be installed in the nip (121) in the frame (28), so that the fastener (338) can be firmly held with the frame (28). In order to adapt to a wide variety of traditional fixtures, the bracket device (320) can be firmly held with the frame along different parts of the slit. In order to insert the fixture, the bracket device (320) should be rotated so that the curved edge (123) of the bracket device (320) is inserted into the slit (121) first, and then the support arm (322) ( 324) is placed in the position on the rear surface (100) of the dispenser (20). The replaceable bracket device for connecting the dispenser (20) of the paper towel fixture in the general toilet can also be used.
Figure 31 shows an exploded view of the bracket device (320). The two supporting elements (322) (324) included in the bracket device should include terminal edges (326) and (328). The supporting elements (322) and (324) are connected to the positioning element (333) formed by the connecting rods (332) and (334). The dispenser will be connected to the bracket device (320) by a threaded fastener (338).
The bracket device (320) can be used on traditional toilet paper towel fixtures in residential or commercial buildings. Figure 34 and Figure 35 show examples of the traditional toilet paper towel fixture. The fixture (344) shown in Figure 34 has a recess (346) and two narrow extensions with a pair of opposed recesses (350) (only seen in Figure 34) (348), the extension can accommodate a traditional shaft. The general fixture (352) shown in Figure 35, which includes two studs, also includes a pair of opposed recesses (not shown) for accommodating the general telescopic shaft.
It can be clearly seen from Figure 31 and Figure 33 that the terminal (326) (328) of the supporting element (322) (324) is formed by a cylindrical portion (340) and a stepped portion (342). When the bracket device (320) is used as a general toilet paper towel fixture, the terminal (326) (328) will be connected to the oppositely arranged recess. This is another method for accommodating the opposite edge of the traditional shaft. Figure 36 shows the connection between the terminal edge of the support element (322) (324) on the bracket device and the opposite recess of the general toilet tissue holder.
The terminal edges (326) and (328) formed by the relatively small cylindrical portion (340) and the stepped portion (342) can enable the two end edges to be connected to various kinds of recesses or openings of various sizes. For example, the small cylindrical portion (340) can be installed in the corresponding small recess. The terminal section of the stepped portion extending from the cylindrical portion (340) is designed to fit into most general The size of the recess of the toilet tissue holder. The use of such a graded terminal edge will enable it to be installed in a small or large recess, and it can also reduce the possible relative movement of the terminal edge in the recess.
The support arms (322) (324) of the bracket device shown in Figures 31 to 33 should be connected to the positioning element (330) with the connecting rods (332) and (334). The two-link army includes a central monitoring hard part (358) and a pivot connection area (330) connecting the monitoring hard part to the support arm and the positioning element. In the assembled bracket device, the movement of the support arm (322) (324) will be restricted by the guide (362) and the hinge (364) to prevent the lateral movement of the support arm (322) (324). The positioning element (330) is arranged in the slit (366) of the guide to prevent its longitudinal movement. In addition, the positioning element (330) includes a groove (368) for matching the cylindrical portion (370). The cylindrical portion (370) will extend longitudinally and be centered in the guide slot (366) of the assembled bracket device. The corresponding connection of the positioning element (330) and the cylindrical portion (370) can prevent the positioning element from moving longitudinally and prevent its rotation.
In the assembled bracket device, a shoulder (367) will be arranged between the panel (374) and the housing (376) along the circumference of the positioning element. The mutual longitudinal movement of the positioning element (330) will cause the supporting element (322) (324) to be caused by the connecting rod (332) (334) and the supporting element (322) (324) between the guide (362) and the hinge (364). ) The inward or outward lateral movement resulting from the establishment of ). Moving the positioning element (330) from the position shown in Figure 32 to the position shown in Figure 33 will cause the supporting arms (322) and (324) to move relatively outward. The terminal edge will move together with the support arm, and the above-mentioned relative movement of the support arm will regulate a side axis (372) together with the relative movement of the terminal edge. Using the arrangement of the side shaft (372) and the relative placement recesses on the general toilet tissue holder, and the movement of the positioning element (330), the terminal edges (326) and (328) will be connected to the bracket device (320) The upper recess is connected, and the bracket device (320) can also be installed on the fixed object as shown in Figure 36.
Whether it is the guide slit (366) or the corresponding engagement between the groove (368) and the cylindrical part (370), it can be used as a guide by itself to prevent or control the positioning element (330). move. In the illustrated embodiment, the guide slit (366) and the cylindrical portion (370) will be used to stop the longitudinal movement of the positioning element (370), which will move toward the acute angle shown in the embodiment.
Alternatively, another structure of supporting arms and connecting rods can also be used. This allows the positioning element (330) to move in different directions to the side axis (372) to make the terminal edge (326) (328) Get the scheduled move. As shown in Figures 41 and 42 and the following discussion, another alternative structure can be used in the bracket device. The scheduled move.
The term "link" as used herein refers to any part that connects an individual, and thereby enables one of the bodies so that the link can complete its movement to the other body.
In another illustrated embodiment of the bracket device, the support elements (322) (324) will all move in the direction of the housing. However, in another embodiment, one of the supporting elements may be fixed to the housing or integrally formed with the housing, so that only one of the supporting elements can move against the housing. In this type of embodiment, the movement of one of the supporting elements will still produce relative movement between the two supporting elements, and the terminal edges (326) (328) can be connected or separated in a pair of opposed recesses.
The supporting arm (322) (324); the connecting rod (332) (334); and the positioning element (330) can be composed of a whole set of devices. The support arm (322) (324) and the positioning element (330) are preferably composed of polypropylene and acrylic butadiene styrene (ABS) materials. Polycarbonate, polyethylene, acetal, and other general materials can also be used. The general skills in this technology will prove that the above can be composed by various known alternative materials and manufacturing techniques, namely mechanical methods.
An example housing (336) containing panels (374) and (376) will be connected using hinges. In addition, the housing also includes a set of protrusions (378) arranged along the edge of the panel (374), and the protrusions will be connected to the corresponding holes (380) on the other panel. The protrusion will slightly extend beyond the edge partition wall (382). The hinge will allow the two panels (374) (376) to be provided in an opposing manner, and allow the protrusion to match the hole. The protrusion (378) should be inserted into the hole in an oblique manner and pass through the hole (380). ) Can be pulled elastically and firmly connected to the opposite end partition wall (384) in a "pull installation" manner, so that the shell is in a closed state.
When the illustrated bracket assembly is completed, part of the supporting element (322) (324) and the terminal edge (326) (328) extending outward from the housing (336) should be set in the housing. In the illustrated device (320), the two connecting rods (332) and (334) should also be arranged in the housing.
The illustrated structure (320) should also include a latch hook device (386). In addition, the example latch hook device (386) should include a resilient protruding arm, and the protruding arm should include an occlusal tip (390) at its unfixed end, as shown in Figure 43. When the supporting element (322) (324) is moved along the lateral axis, the tip (390) will also gradually connect due to a set of single serrations (392) on the supporting element (322) (324), and make the tip ( 390) Adjacent supporting elements (322) and (324) are moved closer and farther away. In the embodiment shown in Figure 31, the serrations are provided on the surface of the supporting element (322) (324) (not shown), however, the position of the serrations (392) on the supporting element (322) is The horizontal line indicates.
Since there are two latch hook devices (386), the occlusal surface provided between the housing (336) and one of the supporting elements (322) (324) will be able to use the engagement between the latch hooks (386) to restrain the two supporting elements (322) The relative rotation of (324). In another bracket device, only one latch hook device is sufficient to stop the relative movement between the supporting elements (322) (324). For example, if one of the supporting elements cannot move against the housing, a latch hook device connecting the movable supporting element to the housing is sufficient to prevent the relative movement between the two supporting elements. In addition, a latch hook device directly connecting the two supporting elements can also prevent the relative movement between the two supporting elements (322) (324).
In the example latch hook device (386), the bite and separation between the tip and the single serration (392) does not require great force, so that the user of the bracket device can easily move inward or outward to support Arm (322)(324). However, during use, the support arm (322) (324) can also be firmly gripped under vibrating force or movement state than a fixed object. Therefore, the use of the single serration (392) and the tip (390) to restrain the relative movement between the two support arms (322) and (324) will prevent the support arm from opposing the fixed object after the bracket device is installed. A separation occurs between the recesses (350).
Another latch hook device (386) can also be used to prevent the relative movement between the supporting elements (322) (324). For example, the protruding tip provided on the supporting element should be able to connect the corresponding serrations on the housing, or the frictional engagement between the supporting element and the housing, or other enough to prevent the relative movement between the supporting elements (322) (324)ofSupport element.
The exemplary housing (336) also includes an engaging device using a threaded hole (398) and a threaded fastener (338) for connecting the dispenser to the housing (336). Another occlusal device, such as "pull installation", or frictional engagement between the housing and the dispenser can be used to connect the bracket device to the dispenser or other objects.
The universal dispenser using the sling support device of the present invention includes a dispenser for providing dry and wet tissue products. Examples of this type of dispenser have been fully disclosed in the US Patent No. 14,675 and 14,868 entitled "Wet Wipes Dispenser and Dish" and "Wet Wipes Distributing System and Method" on April 30, 1999. , And include them here for reference.
In an installation situation, the exemplary support element (322) (324) will supportively connect the housing (336), which in turn is connected or connected to the distributor (400), so that the distributor can be easily connected (400) Installed on the paper towel fixture for general toilets. In another embodiment, the support can also directly support the dispenser.
The exemplary housing (336) includes two separate threaded openings (394) and (396). The threaded fastener (338) can be connected to one of the two openings (394) (396). A single threaded hole (398) will extend over the total length of the cylindrical portion (370) to form a threaded opening (394) (396); however, several threaded holes can also be used to provide a set of threaded fasteners The thread-like opening. As described below, the choice of which opening (394) (396) to insert into the threaded fastener (338) depends on what kind of fixture the bracket device will hold. For example, if the fixture is recessed on the wall or cabinet board, it is better to put the bracket device together with the dispenser so that the fastener (338) can be inserted into the opening (394). However, if the fixed object extends outward (see Figure 34), it is better to insert the fastener (338) into the opening (396), as shown in Figure 39. The structure of the dispenser (400) or other objects connected to the bracket device (320) will also affect the choice of which opening to insert into the fastener (338).
It can be clearly seen from Figure 32 and Figure 33 that the assembled housing (336) has a maximum length extending from the opening (394) to the opening (396). The side shaft (372) will be arranged symmetrically with respect to the length of the housing (336). With the symmetrical arrangement of the side shaft (372) specified by the terminal edge (326) (328), the housing can be connected to the dispenser (400) or other objects at various positions, so that the dispenser can be They are installed in different positions opposite to the side shafts. Alternatively, a symmetrically positioned side shaft and a symmetrically positioned bite point can also be used to achieve the above result. This capability will enable the tray device (320) to be used in various toilet tissue dispensers. For example, by arranging the side shaft (372) at different longitudinal positions along the groove (402) of the distributor (400), any fixed object with recesses (344) or other extended fixings can be used The bracket device (320) and the distributor (400) of the object (352) are arranged so that the rear surface of the distributor (400) is immediately arranged at the wall or cabinet where the fixed object is installed.
It can be seen from the 39th and 40th figures that the side shaft (372) can face the distributor (400) when the height of the distributor slit (402) is changed by inserting the bracket device (320) But set in its different relative positions. The double arrow (404) in the fortieth figure will show the difference between the positions of the two sides of the axis in the longitudinal direction in the thirty-ninth figure and the fortieth figure.
The thirty-ninth figure shows the situation before the threaded fastener (338) is snapped and connected to the dispenser. To complete the connection of the dispenser to the bracket device (320), the threaded fastener (338) should be continuously rotated until the fastener head (406) is connected to the dispenser (400). As can be seen from Figure 39, the fastener head (406) may include a groove that allows the use of a flat head or Phillips head screwdriver. The longer and narrower fastener head (406) on the outer periphery will allow it to be easily grasped and rotated by the users fingers. Therefore, the dispenser (400) can be moved without the use of tools. Make a connection. When the user has a thread with a larger inclination, the number of times the fastener (338) needs to be rotated during installation will be reduced, so that the side shaft has a different relative position on one or two different positions of the dispenser. When the side shaft is symmetrically inserted, the different relative positions between the side shaft and the possible dispenser will be further extended.
For example, when the fastener (338) is along the distributor and distributor partition wall formed by the connection of fixed objects composed of different structures, the groove will use the example bracket device (402) that can slide into the slit (402). 320), and to place them in different positions for tightly connecting the bracket device (320) and the distributor (400) gate position. Generally speaking, the bracket device (320) will be connected to the general toilet tissue holder, and then the dispenser will be tightly connected with the bracket device (320). However, the exemplary dispenser (400) will be close to the positioning element (330), this timing is when the bracket device is set in the slit (402), or the bracket device (320) and the dispenser (400) The bracket device can be connected to each other before the bracket device is firmly held on the fixed object.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 39 and Figure 40, the bracket device is inserted into the slit (402) in the same direction, and the fastener (338) can be connected to the threaded opening (396) . Using the rotation and insertion of the bracket device (320), the threaded fastener (338) can be connected to the threaded opening (394), and the bracket device (320) and the side shaft (372) can be compared with the fastener and The connection of the threaded opening (396) is placed at a relatively rearward position.
Other methods can also be used to help the bracket device to be connected to the dispenser or other objects, thereby enabling the side shafts (372) to be set at different corresponding positions. For example, the dispenser can be provided with a set of different openings, and the fastener (338) can be inserted through the openings, and the spacer composition or the adapter composition can be set between the bracket device and its relative position Distributor room.
The protrusions (see Figure 32 and Figure 33) provided on the housing (336) and adjacent to the introducer (66) can also help the connection between the bracket device and the dispenser. In the embodiment shown in Figures 31 to 40, a racetrack-shaped protrusion (412) will be provided on the outer surface of the panel (374) (376). The projection (412) on the panel (376) can be seen from the forty-ninth figure, and it can be seen that the projection is placed directly on the panel (374).
The protrusion (412) includes two longitudinally extending occlusal surfaces located on the outer surface of the protrusion. When the bracket device (320) is connected to the distributor (400), these outer occlusal surfaces (414) will connect the grooves (416) on the distributor (400) (see Figure 39 and Figure 49) ) Inner edge. The snap-in connection of these surfaces can assist in the proper alignment of the carrier device (320) and the dispenser (400). The longitudinally extending occlusal surface (414) has a major length corresponding to the outer shell (336). In this way, the side shaft (372) can also be placed symmetrically against the occlusal surface (414) of the example. This allows the occlusal surface to assist the bracket device (320) and the dispenser (400) to be aligned over the entire length of the location where they may be connected.
In another bracket device (320a) shown in Figures 41 and 42, the housing (336a) and the support arm (322a) (324a) have different structures. The side shaft (372) will still be formed by the relative movement of the terminal edge (326a) (328a). The most significant difference between the sling support device in Figure 31 and Figure 41 is that the sling support device (320a) in Figure 41 does not include connecting rods (332) (334) or longitudinal interactions. Positioning element (330). On the contrary, a rotating element such as a positioning element (330a) can be used to connect and move the support arm (322a) (324a) of the carrier device in a manner similar to a bracket or gear device. In addition, the bracket device can also include a latch hook device to avoid accidental movement of the support arm (322a) (324a).
It can be seen from Figure 42 that the bracket device (320) can be tightly installed on the general toilet paper towel fixture, and the dispenser using the above method similar to the bracket device (320) and the dispenser (400) .
Figures fifty and fifty-first show another bracket device (600) applied to the slit (402). The bracket device (600) includes a threaded hole (602) for receiving a fastener and two telescopic arms (604). The protrusion (606) provided on the terminal edge of the telescopic arm (604) can be inserted into the recess of the general toilet tissue holder. The fifty-first figure illustrates how to move the telescopic arm so that the protrusion (606) can be inserted into the general toilet tissue holder.
Figure 24 shows another bracket device (500) and distributor (510). The bracket device is U-shaped and mounted on a traditional shaft (40), and includes one or more gears (502). Figure 25 shows a similar bracket assembly (501). The above-mentioned bracket device (500) (501) may include an elastic part (504), so that the bracket device (500) (501) can be opened in a chain shape to use the telescopic arms (506) to move away from each other. Receive the shaft (40). One or both of the telescopic arms (506) may include a gear (502) for connecting the distributor (510). As can be seen from Figure 26, the dispenser (510) may include a snap device (514) for connecting the bracket device (500) (501). The biting device (514) includes one or more other gears (508) for connecting the gears (502) of the carrier device (500) (501). If the telescopic arm (512) is applied to the occlusal device (514), the gears (508) and (502) can be easily separated from each other by tilting the occlusal surface out of the connection of the bracket device. In addition, one or more occlusal devices (514) can also be used on the connection of the bracket device (500) (501).
Figures 52 to 54 show a bracket device (520) and a distributor (530). The bracket device (520) includes a set of gears (502) and two supporting arms (522). The support arm (522) includes a terminal part (524) connected to the corresponding recess of the general toilet tissue holder. The bracket device (520) will be tightly connected to the general fixed object by moving the support arm outwards to the fixed object by hand. Alternatively, the support arm (522) can also be elastically tilted by using a spring or a similar tilting element.
The dispenser (530) includes two introducers (532) from which the wet wipes are dispensed. The dispensing guide preferably includes means for preventing said tabs or grooves from moving sideways of the wet wipes. It can be seen from Figure 53 that the hollow shaft (22) of the wet wipes can be directly placed in the dispenser (503) without the need to move the dish. When the installation is started, the available hollow shaft (22) in the above various distributors can preferably be immersed in water, and the hollow shaft preferably has an outer diameter of about 3.25 inches (8.26 cm), which is about 37.5 inches An unwound length of about 4 feet (11.43 meters), and about 100 individually tearable wipes with a length of about 4.5 inches (11.43 cm).
The dispenser may include a compartment for wet wipes, and the compartment should have no holes or openings compared to the dispenser in order to reduce moisture loss in the compartment of the dispenser containing the wet wipes.
The bracket device (520) can be tightly connected to the dispenser (530) by using the slit (536) inserted into the tongue-shaped tenon in the dispenser. The biting device (514) can be used to connect the gear (502) in the bracket device (520). In addition, the dispenser also includes a recessed part (534) that provides space for the tissue holders for general toilets.
The fifty-fifth figure shows the bracket device (521) similar to the bracket device (520), but the bracket device (521) will use a cylindrical sleeve to be sleeved on the general shaft (40) in order to support the The rack device is connected to a general toilet paper towel fixture.
Figures 56 and 58 show a bracket assembly (550). The two bracket devices (550) can be inserted into the slits (560) on the opposite sides of the dispenser to connect the corresponding recesses of the paper towel fixtures for general toilets. In addition, the bracket device (550) may include a main body composed of a handle (554) inserted into the content slit (560), a handle (554) connected by the slit outward, and a cover (556) connected to the recess of the general fixture (552). The cover part (556) may include protrusions (558) for inserting the recesses of general fixtures. The cover part (558) is preferably inclined outward by the spring (564) shown in Fig. 58. In addition, the bracket device (550) may include a gear (562) for connecting the sling device (550) to the slit (560).
