Method for forming a spectacle frame having a magnet member
Abstract
ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method may form a spectacle frame having one or more magnets engaged in the spectacle frame without spoiling the outer appearance of the spectacle frame. One or more magnetizable members are engaged in the spectacle frame before the magnetizable members are magnetized. The magnetizable members are then magnetized for allowing the magnetizable members to be magnetized without damaging the outer appearance of the spectacle frame.

Method for manufacturing spectacle frame with magnet
Detailed description of the invention
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a spectacle frame, and particularly to a method for manufacturing a spectacle frame with one or more magnets for attaching a pair of mirrors.
According to the traditional magnet glasses, one or more magnets can be used to fix a sub-frame to a main frame. Two of these spectacles were disclosed in the patent case of U.S. Patent No. 5,416,537 issued to Sedra, and the patent case of 5,568,207 issued to Zhao. It is necessary to dig holes in the sub-frame and the main frame for embedding magnets. However, this method of digging a hole to embed a magnet will destroy the appearance and strength of the glasses, and it will especially damage the exterior paint. Furthermore, the colors of the magnets and the glasses are different, which can damage the appearance of the glasses.
In view of this, the inventor is actively developing and researching, hoping to invent a solution that can solve the shortcomings of the traditional magnet glasses.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a magnet-equipped spectacle frame, so as to provide a manufacturing method that can install the magnet into the spectacles without damaging the appearance of the spectacles.
Summary of the invention
According to a method for manufacturing spectacle frames with magnets provided by the present invention, at least one magnet can be installed in the spectacle frames without damaging the appearance of the spectacle frames. The element is inserted into the spectacle frames before it is magnetized or after it has been magnetized. Such magnetizable elements can be pre-excavated with one or more holes in the lens frame during the mold manufacturing process or in order to embed the magnetizable elements. The magnetizable elements are then magnetized, so that the magnetizable elements can be magnetized without destroying the appearance of the spectacle frame.
The other objectives and advantages of the present invention will be further understood after a detailed description with the accompanying drawings.

The first figure is a perspective exploded view of the glasses manufactured by the present invention; the second figure is a cross-sectional view taken from the section line 2-2 of the first figure; and the third figure is the manufacturing equipment of the present invention A schematic diagram.
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing spectacle frames with magnets. First of all, please refer to the first figure. The spectacles to be manufactured by the method for manufacturing spectacle frames with magnets include a main frame (10) for supporting the main lens ( 90), and a frame (20) for supporting the accessory lens (91). The main frame (10) includes one or more magnets (11, 12) for interacting with the magnets (21) of the sub-frame (20) to fix the sub-frame (20) to the main frame (10).
Next, please refer to the second figure. One or more magnetizable elements (12, 21) can be embedded in the spectacle frame (10, 20) before being magnetized, for example, by molding. The spectacle frames (10, 20) can also be dug with one or more holes for burying the magnetizable elements (12, 21), and these magnetizable elements can be in a state that has not been magnetized at this time, and their For example, an adhesive can be used to adhere to the spectacle frame (10, 20). This spectacle frame (10, 20) can then be electroplated and painted, so that the magnetizable element (12, 21) can be properly embedded in the spectacle frame (10, 20). If the magnetizable elements (12, 21) have been magnetized, the spectacle frame (10, 20) and the magnetizable elements (12, 21) may not be properly electroplated. For example, because such magnetized magnetizable elements (12, 21) will attract other particles, the spectacle frame cannot form a smooth plane after electroplating.
Please refer to the third figure. As shown in the third figure, the spectacle frame (10, 20) is then placed in a magnetizing machine (80), such as an electromagnetic magnetizing machine, in order to magnetize the magnetizable elements (12, 21) Without damaging the outer surface of the spectacle frame (10, 20). The magnetizable elements (12, 21) can therefore be pre-inserted into the spectacle frames (10, 20) before they are magnetized, and they can then be magnetized without damaging the appearance of the spectacle frames.
In addition, one of the spectacle frames may first be provided with a magnetizable element that has been magnetized. And this spectacle frame will not be electroplated but will be welded, cleaned, painted, and dried. However, the relatively hot working environment will also destroy the magnetizable elements (12, 21), making it necessary to apply magnetization after the spectacle frames are manufactured. The final magnetization of these magnetizable elements does not damage the appearance of the spectacle frames.
Therefore, according to the method provided by the present invention, the magnetizable elements can be embedded in the spectacle frame before they are magnetized, so that the magnetizable elements can be properly embedded in the spectacle frame without damaging the spectacle frame. The appearance and strength.
Although the present invention has been described in depth with respect to appropriate embodiments, it must be understood that the foregoing disclosed embodiments of the present invention are only used as examples for descriptive purposes. Most changes and detailed modifications will not deviate from the spirit and scope of the patented scope of the present invention described below.
