TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a device for controlling the material or particle delivery from a liner or insert in conjunction with release by means of initiation kit of main charge in ammunition unit, which may thereby comprise e.g. a robot, projectile, etc.
PROBLEM POSITION, BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION AND PRIOR ART It is known to provide ammunition units / projectiles to cope with various combat situations, e.g. in the first case, to effect radiation effect RSV (Directed Radiation Effect) against hard targets and in the second case to effect splitter action against soft targets. It is also known in the past to propose the use of deformed liner or insert for a main charge unit which provides directed action. The insert is manufactured deformed in advance and will facilitate the design of penetration projectile for hard objects in connection with the use of the ammunition unit. Reference is made to US 4,982,667.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION AND ITS CHARACTERISTICS
When removing ammunition units with main charge and liner, there is a need to be able to streamline the splitter or projectile image and the radiation effect obtained from the line in connection with the activation of the main charge. The instructions for using a deformed liner are not sufficient in themselves. In accordance with the present invention, the glue should not exhibit any predetermined deformed profile, but deformation should occur only during a functional phase that is part of a composite functional chain. It is, for example, it is important that scattering angles for the dispensed splitter can be controlled and kept relatively small. In addition, it is often desirable that the divergent splits can be assigned relatively low speeds, all in order to achieve a prominent targeted effect against the target to be fought. It is also important to be able to control the splitter image so that the fight can be done by different types of targets. The object of the present invention is to solve, inter alia, this problem.

Said objects, and other purposes not listed herein, are achieved within the scope of what is stated in the present independent claims. Embodiments of the invention are set forth in the dependent claims.
What can essentially be considered a characteristic of a device according to the invention is that the liner is arranged to be exposed to power from explosive kits or kits which are arranged respectively arranged at or slightly before the discharge of the main charge. In addition, the invention is characterized in that the burst kit or burst kits, at their initiation and initiation respectively, provide a pre-deformation of the glue before it is affected by the release of the main charge during the material or particle delivery.
According to further preferred aspects of a device according to the invention:
that the blasting kit or blasting kits may be applied to the lining front or convex side at the lining periphery, that the blasting kit or blasting kits may be applied to the lining periphery with an intermediate barrier.

BENEFITS AND EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION:
By the above-mentioned proposed, an effective control system with different set of ammunition units can be utilized, resulting in obtaining technical and economic advantages. In itself, proven technology can be utilized, which allows previous procedures for ammunition handling and the function of the ammunition unit (robot, projectile, etc.) can be made independent of specific knowledge of the personnel involved. The reinforcing and firing functions can be clearly assured.

DETAILED PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION
In figure 1, symbolically 1 shows an ammunition unit, e.g. in the form of a robot, projectile, etc., which comprises a main charging unit 2 provided with a main charge 3 and a liner or insert 4. The main charge 3 is initiatable in a known manner by means of an initiation set 5.1 according to the idea of the invention. or more explosive kits 6 arranged in conjunction with the lining's convex inner surface 4a. The explosive kit or explosive kits can be arranged in a preferred embodiment at the periphery 4b of the lining. In the case of an explosive kit, this extends annularly around the lining at the outer periphery. In the case of two or more explosive batches 6, these are distributed uniformly along the circumference of the lining. The initiation set may be initializable in a manner known per se, e.g. by electrical means. In the illustrated example, an electrical triggering device 7 included in the ammunition unit 1 is used and in principle shown. The said equipment is powered in a manner known per se in the ammunition unit via conductors.
Eighth The initiation kit 5 is connected to the equipment 7 via one or more conductors 9. Correspondingly, the explosive kit or explosive kits are initializable by the equipment 7 via one or more conductors 10 and 10 ', respectively. The triggering equipment can be controlled wirelessly from the ground, by adjusting at the time of reinforcement of time circuit, target detection function, etc.
The arrangement shown in Figure 1 is arranged to operate in two stages. In a first step, the explosive kit or explosive kits are initiated 6. The kit 5 is then initiated, which in turn causes the release of the main charge 3. The figure 1 shows the case when the first functional step was achieved. The initiation of the explosive kits causes the line 4 'to deform, which deformation is illustrated at the later time by the number 11,
525 391
71 where the elapsed time is illustrated by the arrow 12.1 in accordance with the idea of the invention, at the initiation of the kit 5, the liner is assigned a deformation which is dependent on the size / sizes and position / positions of the explosive kit or explosive kit. The deformation is random and can be assumed to have different configurations at different ammunition units and units. 2.1 Figure 1 is a corrugated portion indicated by 4a 'and a submergence by 4a'. The irregularities in question may also occur on the lining back 4b. The explosive kit or explosive kits 6 should in principle be activated slightly before the main charge 3. This time delay can be achieved with the equipment 7, with the delay function in the activation of the main charge 3, etc. When the line 4 'is deformed, the main charge 3 is initiated for release. The release is thus effected when the lining assumes a deformed state. Compare function stage 11 in the figure
1st The time distance while the initiation of the explosive or explosive kits 6 and the triggering of the main charge 3 may be within the time interval 0.1-0.5 ms. In an alternative embodiment, it is possible to have the explosive kit or explosive kits 6 activated in the stop function. The equipment 7 can be designed in a manner known per se.
Figure 2 is intended to show the design of the explosive kit or explosive kits 6 'and 6' respectively. In this case, the main charge has the designation 14 and the unit as such designation 13. The direction of the unit 14 is shown with an arrow 16. The set and sets 6 ', 6', respectively, are formed with straight or straight side surfaces 6a. From the end of each set, an oblique surface 6b extends obliquely towards the convex surface 15a of the lining. Thus, the center portions of the lining 15 face a space 18 which, through the configuration or designs of the kit or sets 6 ', 6', has the shape of a truncated cone. The main charge is initiated upon deformation of the post or shortly after it.
In accordance with FIG. 3, the scattering angles of the material / fragment / particle become small, compare fragments 19, 20 and 21. Fragments according to 19 exit at a rate of about 541 m / s, fragments according to 20 exhibit a velocity of about 770 m / s and the fragments of 21 exhibit a velocity of about 923 m / s. The scattering angles of the divergent splits or fragments deviate according to fragment 19 by about 9.1 °. The fragments of 20 differ by 0.43 ° and the fragments of 21 differ by 0.69 °. By the arrangement, an effective spread 22 of the fragments or splits delivered from the lining is obtained.
In the embodiment according to Figure 4, the explosive kit and explosive kits 6 "', 6" "are arranged to the inner surface or convex surface of the lining 15'
15a 'via a barrier 23 which in one embodiment may consist of a lead layer with one
525 391
3 pounds> 71 SE thickness of one to a few millimeters, e.g. ca. 1 mm and a neoprene layer which may be slightly thicker if e.g. ca. 4 mm. It is pointed out here that other thicknesses and materials of similar function are within the scope of the invention. The parameters can thus be varied for the different fragments. Thus, the speeds can be lowered relative to the embodiment of Figures 2 and 3. The velocity of fragment 19 'can take in values of 384 m / s and the corresponding velocity values of fragments 20', 21 'and 24 are 405, 582 and 642 m / s. The scattering angles may be slightly increased in relation to the embodiment of Figures 2 and 3 and thus the spreading angles 19 ', 20', 21 'and 24 are 33.8 °, 13.9 °, 4.5 ° and 5.7 °. The middle portions 15a 'of the lining 15' face outwardly against a cylindrical space 18 'in that the side surfaces 6a' and 6b 'of the explosive kit or explosive kits are parallel and terminate with a straight end surface 6c extending substantially perpendicular to the direction of travel of the unit (compare arrow 16 in Figure 2 ). Through the arrangement, a spreading 22 'is obtained in the direction of action. By the invention, it is possible to obtain, by selecting the configurations of the explosive kits and said barrier or barriers, different fragment images from the linem emanating material, ie. with respect to the choice made, a variation in the velocity and spreading angle of different fragments is obtained from different parts of the line 15, 15 ', which then determines the actual effect effect, ie. what distribution between the RSV action and the splitter action, which the ammunition unit should have. The variations can be made e.g. during manufacture or reinforcement.
ALTERNATIVE EMBODIMENTS
The lining can be made with materials known per se in the context, e.g. copper, metal alloy, aluminum, zinc, tantalum, tungsten, etc. The barrier can be made with other similar material than those specified and with other thickness values.
The invention is not limited to the embodiment shown in the above example, but may be subject to modifications within the scope of the following claims and the inventive idea.
