The following invention relates to a belt-moving motor vehicle comprising a trolley body unit and two parallel strap assembly units arranged at the sides of the trolley body unit and in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, wherein the trolley body unit is a motorized vehicle drive module which is connected to a front portion of the respective vehicle assembly units. essentially U-shaped appearance, wherein the rear portions of the belt drive units project freely backward from the vehicle drive module to form a completely free space between the rear portions of the belt drive units to be releasably interconnected therewith a load module.
The present invention relates to a tracked motor vehicle, which makes it possible to easily and quickly change a tracked vehicle to another application, whereby different load modules can be releasably coupled to the tracked vehicle by docking.
In order to enable a simple assembly and easy removability of the main components of such a tire vehicle, namely the vehicle drive module and the belt drive units, and at the same time, a vibration-dampened attachment of the belt rack units to the drive module is proposed in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention that the vehicle drive module has a rigid body with a projecting pin extending from each side of its rear portion for attaching a central portion of a support beam to the respective belt rack unit. the body has one on each side of its front portion, hollow fasteners for mounting a front end portion of the support beam of the respective strap assembly, wherein the fastening pins and fasteners are connected to respective support beams over a rubber elastic member.
Since each belt rack unit in a manner known per se has a plurality of parallel rows arranged on each side of the support beam, supported on a respective pendulum arm, the inner wheels closest to the vehicle drive module may lie slightly in front of a corresponding outer support wheel in the section of the belt rack. the mounting location of the mounting pin in the support beam, while behind the mounting point of the fixed pin the inner support wheels lie slightly behind the corresponding outer support wheels. In this way, in the inner support wheel row a gap is obtained which is used for the elastic attachment of the fastening pin of the drive module. The carrier wheels in each belt rack can therefore be tightly packed with consequent less load on the rubber bushings of the pendulum arms and lower specific pressure on the ground over the drive belts. By the longitudinal displacement of the carrier wheels in the inner and outer carrier wheels, a favorable plow shape of the carrier wheels is obtained in the two belt positions in front of the fastening pin and a reverse plow shape behind the fastening pin.
Conveniently, the rear portions of the belt rack units have means for interconnecting them with a respective side portion of the load module, while the drive module at the rear has means for interconnecting with a front portion of the load module. Also, the means for interconnecting the load module with the drive module and the belt rack units preferably comprise a vibration damping rubber elastic element.
The invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

In Figs. 1 and 2, 10 is generally denoted by a belt-moving motor vehicle according to the invention. The vehicle 10 consists in its principle construction of a motor-equipped crew and drive module 12 and two strap rack units 14 mounted on its sides. As shown in more detail in FIG. 4 and 5, each belt rack unit 14 has an elongate support beam 18 on which a plurality of support wheels 20 are arranged in a row on each side of the support beam 18 and pivotally mounted thereon over each pendulum arm 22 which is pivotally mounted in the support beam 18 over a torsion spring not shown. in rubber bushing form. Further, the support beam 18 carries a belt drive wheel 24 at its front retracted end 26 and a pivotal belt tension wheel 28 at its rear end and at least one belt support wheel 30 (FIG. 1 and 6) on its upper side to support an upper running portion of the belt rack drive belt 32.
The drive module 12 has a lower rigid body 34 with a mounting pin 36 projecting from each side of its rear portion and a hollow fastener 38 at a front side portion of the body 34. The fastening pin 36 and the fastener 38 are intended for attaching a central portion and the retracted member, respectively. the front end portion 26 of the strap assembly 14 of the strap assembly 14 over rubber elastic vibration damping elements 40 and 42, respectively (Fig. 5). In its mounted state on the drive module 12, the belt rack units 14 thereby form freely rearward projecting portions which together with the drive module 12 form a substantially planar U-shaped vehicle configuration (FIG. 2) with a completely free space 16 between the rear portions of the belt rack units 14. The purpose of this will be described later below.
Further, as shown in Fig. 7, the crew and drive module 12 has on its left side a cab 44 for a driver and a conductor, and a space right therein that accommodates a drive package containing, inter alia, an internal combustion engine 46, a gearbox / power transmission 48 and power shafts. 50 and 52 respectively to the belt drive wheel 24 in each belt rack unit 14. The shaft shafts 50, 52 then extend through the hollow fasteners 38 and to a respective hub reduction gear 54 of each belt drive wheel 24.

Referring again to Fig. 5, it is shown that the attachment of the pendulum arms 22 for the inner row of bearing wheels 20 in the supporting beam 18 is displaced slightly in front of the corresponding pendulum arms 22 for the outer row of supporting wheels 20 in the section of the supporting beam 18 which lies between the front and rear the mounting points 38 and 36, respectively, on the drive module 12, as also shown in Fig. 6. The pairs of inner and outer support wheels 20 in this section of the two belt rack units 14 thereby form a plow formation, while the carrier wheels behind the mounting pins 36 of the drive module 12 have reverse plow formation, i.e. the outer support wheels 20 lie slightly in front of the inner ones. As a result, a tight compaction of the carrier wheels 20 can be obtained over most of the length of the carrier beam 18, which results in reduced load on the rubber bus strings of the pendulum arms 22 and lower specific ground pressure over the drive belts 32 with better driving characteristics as a result.
The vehicle 10, shown in Figs. 1 and 2, shown by the crew and drive module 12 and the two belt rack units 14 is intended to be releasably coupled to a supplementary or load module 56 designed for the desired use (see FIG. 6). a complete vehicle unit, the appearance and function of which can be adapted to different input purposes by the exchange of a load module 56 of one kind against another.
The load module 56, which can thus have different designs depending on the intended application of the vehicle unit, has a rigid body, provided with front fasteners (not shown) arranged to be releasably coupled to a pair of rear coupling means 60 on the rear part of the body 34 of the driving module 12. The body of the load module further has rear side fasteners 62 (Fig. 3) for detachable coupling with inwardly coupling means 64 on the rear portion of the support beam 18 in the respective belt rack unit 14. When the load module 56 is mounted on the drive module 12 and on the belt rack units 14, respectively, it contributes substantially to the required rigidity and stability of the composite vehicle unit 58 by efficiently utilizing the inherent rigidity and weight of the load module body.
