The present invention relates to a human heating system in which a liquid is heated and circulated in a flexible hose in a circuit.
A heating system of this kind is known, for example, by British Patent Specification No. 1,185,622, which comprises an overall with a conduit system which is heated by hot water circulation. This design has the disadvantage that the overalls, due to the wiring system, are complicated for their construction. In addition, the on and off of the overalls is complicated, which is a particular disadvantage when over aliens are used for military purposes and quick handling is often required. In addition, the user's individual heating needs cannot be satisfied, since the management system is fixedly arranged.
The object of the present invention is to provide a transportable heating system which is safe in its function, simple in its construction and easy to handle. In this way, it must also be ensured that the user's personal heating needs in different body parts can be met.
This is achieved according to the invention in that a gas bottle and one of the heat-supplied heating devices are arranged in a portable housing and that a flexible hose connected to the heating device forms a hermetically sealed system together with the heating device.
7706920-1 has such a cross-section and is so arranged and designed that the circulation of the liquid takes place through self-circulation with the least energy supply to meet the heat demand of an insulating envelope surrounded by a person.
The heat emitter is formed of a flexible hose. This has a length of about 6 m. The hose section of the heater closest to the heater is insulated. These hose sections are about 2 m long. The hose portion between these hose sections is designed to provide heat at a temperature suitable for the body.
The energy part and the heater are arranged in parallel. It is advantageous if the energy part and the heater are arranged inside a housing. In this case, an inspection glass is arranged in the housing.
The essential advantages of the invention are that the heating system is simple in structure and easy to handle. The heat emitter 'is designed as a diving device and can be inserted into a housing that surrounds the user. This not only eliminates the need for an overall with a complicated piping system, but the heating system is also quick to install. The user can also quickly free himself from the heating system, which is of great importance in the military context. The heating system can, by its design, be adapted to the user's individual heating needs.
The invention will be described in more detail with reference to embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a front sitting person with a transportable heating system according to the invention, Fig. 2 is an enlarged longitudinal section of the part marked in Fig. 1 with A. a side view of the device of Fig. 2; Fig. 4 is a plan view of a portion of the device of Fig. 2; 6 a partially sectioned side view of the hose of Fig. 1.
The transportable heating system 1 comprises an energy part 2 and a heater 3 as well as a heat emitter 4. The heat emitter 4 is inserted into a housing 5, for example a sleeping bag or the like, which surrounds the person 6, who uses the heating system 1.
The energy part 2 has a container 7, which has a pipe part 8, on which the gables inserts 9, 10 are arranged. The inserts 9, 10 are connected to
7706920-1 pipe member 8 by soldering, welding or the like. At the upper end of the container 7, a shut-off valve 11 is provided, which is connected by means of a wing nut 12 to a post-coupled pressure regulator 13. The valve 11 can be connected to an adapter shown in dotted lines, through which the energy part can be filled with medium, for example propane gas. The pressure regulator 13 is designed to adjust the gas pressure to different outside temperatures. In this case, a scale may be provided on the knob B.
The heater 3 has a burner 15 which is connected to a heating pipe 16. From the burner 15, a conduit 17 leads to the pressure regulator 13. The heating pipe 16 is surrounded by a casing pipe 18 which is filled with a liquid. The casing tube 18 has a pipe portion 19, on whose ends are inserts 20, 21, which are connected to the pipe portion by soldering, welding or the like. The outer surface of the casing tube 18 is surrounded by an insulating layer 22, for example asbestos. The inserts 20, 21 of the X heater 3 open a supply line 23 and a return line 24 to the heat emitter • 4. In order for an extra pump to be avoided, the inlet conduit 23 in the upper insert 21 and the return conduit 24 in the lower insert 20 open.
At the free end 25 of the heat pipe 16, a silencer 26 is provided, which is particularly important in the use of the heating system in military contexts and in hunting. The muffler 26 is formed by a plurality of pipe elements 27 which fill the cross section of the heating pipe 16. In order to. a favorable exhaust gas flow is to be obtained, the free end 25 extends at right angles to the other heating pipe 16. Inside the heating pipe 16 a convector 47 is arranged (FIG. 4) to increase the efficiency of the heater 3, which extends over the main length of the heater tube. The convector 47 is formed by two trapezoidal elements 28, 29. The shorter sides 30, 31 of these elements are assembled in the central plane CC of the heating tube 16. The burner 15 can be lit by matches which can be inserted through an opening 32 (FIG.
3) at the burner tip 33. It is also possible to light the burner 15 by means of a piezo device 34 (Fig. 5).
The function of the burner 15 can be controlled through a sight glass 35 in the heating tube 16. The functional monitoring can also be carried out by means of optical fibers 36 (Fig. 3).
The heat exchanger 4 consists of a flexible hose with a length of about 6 m, which according to the heat demand can be passed along the user's body. The hose portions 37, 38 of the heater 4 adjacent the inlet conduit 23 and the return conduit 24 adjacent to the heater 3 are located in the heater 3. The intermediate hose portion 39 is designed to provide heat at a temperature suitable for the body (40-50 ° C).
In Fig. 2, the energy part 2 and the heater 3 are arranged in parallel in a housing 40, which can be designed as a bag. In the housing there is a further sight glass 41 which is opposite the sight glass 35. In addition, the housing 40 has an opening 42 which is opposite the opening 32.
When the heating system is put into operation, the valve 11 is first opened and the pressure regulator 13 is set to the current external temperature. Then the burner is lit 15. After a certain time, the liquid starts to circulate. The person places the heat emitter 4 in the desired position, for example as Fig. 1 shows, and pulls over the housing 5.
