(54) Name: Device for lowering unprotected or insufficiently protected conductors
The present invention relates to a device for lowering unprotected or insufficiently protected conductors, for example an ALUS type conductor, or the like from, for example, a overhead line to an apparatus cabinet.
In recent times, the use of ALUS-type cables in the overhead line has increasingly been used in the production of electricity distribution networks and also in the rebuilding of existing distribution networks, as this type of line has proven to have many advantages, not least economical. Despite all the advantages, however, the use of such wires has been found to entail several problems and difficulties, among other things when wiring a wire from, for example, a free wire to an apparatus cabinet. On such connecting lines to the ocn from a control cabinet and also between a transformer and a control cabinet, very high demands are placed on the insulation, requirements which are not met by an ALUS line, since this is only considered as operationally insulated and as is known consists of four insulated parts or conductors without casing, as is also apparent from the type designation ALUS, where A stands for aluminum conductor, L for polyethylene insulation, U is used when the cover is missing, but a fourth letter is required and S for conductors for hard-drawn wire. Thus, the same line as in the free line can not be used as
7209767-8 'one "necTle3nIng to, for example, a control cabinet, but you are forced to after pulling out, clamping, unloading and cutting the line of the cable, connect it with a cable of sufficient type of approved type for the purpose and anchor the cable at a distance from Anchor wire tensioned post. This makes field work significantly more difficult and time-consuming and time-consuming.
The object of the present invention is therefore to simplify the field work in descending a line from a free line to an apparatus cabinet and also from a transformer to such a cabinet and thereby provide a device which is designed in such a way that it enables the same line as in a free line can be used as a down line, even if it is of the ALUS type or the like, this is achieved by the device according to the invention obtaining the features stated in the patent (5 claims).
In the following, an embodiment of the device according to the invention is described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a section through two tubular parts included in the device according to the invention, Fig. 2 shows a top view of a device according to the invention. included bracket, which is intended to be screwed or otherwise anchored to a post, and Fig. 3 shows an end view of the bracket shown in Fig. 2.
The embodiment of the device according to the invention shown in the drawings for lowering one or more unprotected or insufficiently protected lines, for example of type ALUS, or the like (comprises at least two tubular, a tube-forming parts 1 and 2 for each line, of which part 1 is arranged slidably on the second part 2 and which parts are intended to enclose a line (not shown in the drawings) to or from an apparatus cabinet. The two pipe-shaped and displaceable parts 1 and 2 of each pipe shall consist of a non-electrically conductive material, for example plastic, and have such a diameter in relation to the pipe which they are to surround that they are self-draining , i.e. that water entering at the upper end of the pipe 1,2 can flow freely through the two parts 1 and 2 and out through the lower end of the part 2. In the embodiment shown, this end is formed with a sleeve 3 with a larger diameter than the rest of the part and which is arranged as a protection over a bushing in the control cabinet. The inside diameter of the sleeve 3 must furthermore be larger than the outside diameter of the bushing, so that the water can drain out at the sides. At the upper end portion of the pipe part 1, a cantilever 6 with a round inner edge 7 is arranged to prevent damage if it is inserted during the insertion of a conduit.
. The tube of the two relatively displaceable parts 1 and 2 consisting of the tube of non-electrically conductive material is intended to be supported substantially parallel to a post shown in the drawing by one or more adjustable and adjustable brackets 4 (see Figs. 2 and 3). with attachment points 5 for more than one tube 1,2, for example six tubes, as shown in fig. 2, each such attachment point 5 being constituted in pairs, rectangular attachment loops 8 for a hose clamp 9 of some type known per se, which can be inserted through the loops 8. Each attachment 4 further comprises an attachment plate 10 with elongated holes 11 for e.g. wood screws for anchoring the plate 10 and thus the bracket 4 to a post. Attached to the plate 10 is a twisted fastening tongue 12 with a part 13 which is parallel to the upper and lower edge of the plate 10 and connected to a support rail 14 lying substantially in the same plane, on which a preferably U-shaped extension rail 15 is slidably arranged. which at its side flanges 16 are provided with the fastening points 5 formed in pairs in the form of fastening loops 8. 15 is locked to the support rail 14 in each set position.
For drawing a vertical line, for example between a free line and an apparatus cabinet with the use of the device according to the invention, first, for example, two brackets 4 are screwed at a suitable mutual distance from each other on a post, the twisted fastening tongue 11 in each bracket enabling a fine alignment of the screwed brackets in relation to each other. Then hose clamps are fitted in the mounting brackets 8 of the upper bracket in a number corresponding to the number of pipes to be mounted. Each tube 1,2 is then inserted into the respective hose clamps 9 which is then tightened, so that the inner tube part 2 of the tube is retained inserted into the upper tube part 1. The relieved conduit end of the line can now be lowered directly through the two pushed tube parts directly without any joint. 1 and 2 to the control cabinet, whereupon the pipe part 2 is pulled down and over the passage of the control cabinet.
The hose clamp of the lower bracket is fitted and tightened around the lower part 2 of the pipe. The pipe now completely surrounds the pipe and thus constitutes an effective, drained protection even for an insufficiently insulated pipe of type ALUS or the like.
