Cups contained in containers for pressurized liquids
The present invention relates to a packaging container for pressurized liquids such as beer, carbonated soft drinks and the like, including a thin, relatively elastic lining of preferably plastic material, having a bottom portion, a cylindrical casing portion, and a top portion of the enclosed discharge opening, a casing, a relatively inelastic rigid sleeve, which is arranged to support the casing part of the liner and to accommodate the casing part, mechanical stresses emanating from the filling goods and that their position is fixed relative to the lining by the compressive force which, due to the overpressure of the filling material, arises between the casing part of the lining and the inside of the sleeve.
For increased convenience, packing containers for beverages are sometimes provided with some form of associated serving cups. Thus, it is known to provide bottles with a capsule designed as a cup, which after unscrewing can serve as a serving cup for the contents of the bottle. It is also known that liquid containers such as more or less: loosely associated accessories attach cups or similar details.
In packaging containers for pressurized liquids such as beer, carbonated soft drinks and the like, it is known to provide a mechanically rigid sleeve around the casing portion of an inner tight lining, in which the pressurized filling material is stored. The primary task of the outer sleeve is to provide support for the cylindrical sheath portion of the lining and to absorb stress from the stuffing, which, if the outer sleeve is not found, would cause a deformation of the casing portion of the lining.

Once the packaging container has been opened and the overpressure in the liner is leveled, the supporting sleeve's supporting function is no longer needed, which means that the sleeve can thus be removed. In the present invention, a proposal is made on how the sleeve can be recovered, even after the package has been opened, and the invention is characterized in that the outer rigid sleeve is provided with a bottom, and that said outer sleeve, when the packaging container is opened and the pressure in the container is evened out the pressure force conditioned on the container, between the casing of the liner and the sleeve, has ceased, is arranged to be deducted from the casing part of the lining and act as a serving beaker for the stuffing contained in the container's lining.
The invention will be described in the following with reference to the accompanying schematic drawing, in which
Fig. 1 shows a partially cut-away packaging container, as well
Fig. 2 shows the same container after the container has been opened and the sleeve serving as a serving beaker is pulled off.
The packaging container shown in Fig. 1 consists of a liner 1, which in the illustrated embodiment has a conical top part 4, a capped bottom part 9 and a cylindrical casing part 10. In the illustrated embodiment, the top part 4 and 3 are a piece of casing 10 and the bottom part 9 joined together along a flange 8. The top part 4 is further provided with an opening 7 which is closed with a cap 5 · The casing part 10 of the liner 1 is surrounded by an outer sleeve 2, which is provided with a housing + tendon 3 · The inner walls of the sleeve 2 and the bottom part 3 with an unbroken, dense layer of a coating material which is resistant to the stuffing contained in the liner 1. and close in relation to delta. Such a coating layer may be wax, varnish, plastic or the like.
In the view of Fig. 1; in the exemplary embodiment, the upper edge of the outer sleeve 2 rests against the underside of the flange 8, and the outer sleeve 2 is fixed to the position relative to the liner 1, when the pressurized stuffing is introduced into the liner 1.
Since the liner 1 is a relatively elastic plastic material, e.g. polyvinylchloride, the t-jerk stresses emanating from the stuffing are transferred to the casing portion of the liner to the outer inelastic sleeve 2, in which the stresses are absorbed as tangential forces. The compressive force between the casing part 10 of the liner 1 and the sleeve 2 causes the outer sleeve 2 to be fixed to the liner 1, and due to the frictional forces between the liner and the sleeve it is impossible to separate the sleeve from the liner.
When the container is to be opened, the capsule device 5 is pulled by pulling the pull tab 6 upwards. When the cap 5 is removed, the pressure in the liner 1 is equalized so that the satin pressure prevails inside the outside of the liner. Of course, as the overpressure disappears in the liner 1, the pressing force between the casing part 10 of the liner 1 and the outer sleeve 2 also ceases. When the compressive force between the sleeve 2 and the liner 1 ceases, the prevailing friction also ceases, which means that the sleeve 2 can be peeled from the liner 1 and in the manner shown in Fig. 2 serve as a serving beaker for the filling 11, which is removed from the liner 1.
The described embodiment of the packaging container has proven to be very advantageous, but it is of course possible to modify the packaging container in a variety of ways within the scope of the invention. Among other things, of course, the closure of the packaging container can be arranged more easily, e.g. by a conventional heat welding, whereby the package is opened by cutting or penetrating the packaging tip by means of a sharp knitting tool. The liner 1 can also be manufactured in one piece without the flange 8 shown, and the bottom part need not, of course, be covered in the manner shown in Fig. 1, although this form of the bottom part 9 of the liner 1 is very advantageous from a pressure distribution point of view and gives the least possible distortion.
