Befchllare for liquids, in particular those which are suitable for pouring out the liquids
Several liquids, especially those used as beverages or find use in the household, e.g. milk, juices and the like, have previously 15 -.--. packed in glass bottles or tin cans, but both of these prepackaging types are wise. themselves too precious. tons to rationalize the packaging of such products to be poured or cast from the packaging have proposed different types of packaging, consisting of coarse cardboard with waxed inner surface, and also tubular packaging, which have been internally lined with plastic and sealed, preferably with two intersecting closing edges. Neither of these types of packaging 'has, however, been shown to fully satisfy rational requirements for good packaging for the purpose in question. The waxed cardboard packaging has proved to be too expensive and has encountered some difficulties in machine filling and sealing. Other packages, which have used plastic lining, have generally not been able to be made consistently tight, but an excessive number of them have leaked, which could have caused unpleasant consequences. In addition, prayers have not been well stackable, and they have ultimately been difficult to open without splashes of the liquid packaged in them.
The present invention relates to a package in which these disadvantages are avoided. In order for the packaging to be cheap, it is made of plastic-lined tub300093 tong, which is known per se, and which provides the cheapest packaging, which has been used for the needs in question here. In order for the package to be stackable, it is designed in such a way that in its not yet opened condition it has a rectangular cross-section in all three dimensions. In order for it to be splash-free when opened, it is of such a nature that the change in shape which needs to be effected in order to be able to pour or pour the liquid out of the package is partly achieved very easily and partly necessary so that one can then break up the packaging, and finally finally takes place to the full extent, before even the plastic lining, which constitutes the sealing element, has been broken. It is also possible to design the package so that it becomes resealable, of course not hermetically but in any case, what one might call stahikritt resealable. The invention has the features stated in the claims.
An embodiment of the invention will be described in more detail below in connection with the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the material consisting of cardboard and lining, of which the package is made, while Figs. 2-6 show five different stages during the sealing of the package at the bottom, before the package has even been filled with the product to be packed therein. Figures 7-9 show three different stages in the closure of the upper part of the package, and Figure 10 shows the package from above after complete closure. Figures 11 and 12 show an intermediate stage in the opening of the package for pouring out the liquid packaged therein, and Figures 13 and 14 finally show the package in its fully opened condition. Figures 11 and 13 show the package from above, while Figures 12 and 14 show the package from the side. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the package is rectangular in vertical section and square in horizontal projection, but this is of course in no way critical of the invention, but the package may just as well be rectangular with an arbitrary relationship between the sides of each of these projection planes.
Before going into a more detailed description of the design according to the drawings, it is advisable to touch on the various lines of difference which appear, especially in Fig. with whole lines. But there are also a lot of perforation lines and bending lines. It is important that the deep bending is fully sufficient for the two sides, flaps or the like separated by such a bending line to be able to be bent at an angle of 9 ° to each other, but there is a risk that the material of the package is too rigid to withstand an oml ^ c ^^ lnnLng of full 180 ° with such simple deep bending. In cases where a more intensive preparation for the oil is required, perforation is largely used for it, but this is not intended to be torn up, and it therefore consists of rather long perforation blocks, which do not pass completely through the material, separated by bridges, which are usually not as long as the perforation lines but longer than the bridges resp. perforation steps, which are intended for tear-off. The former type of perforation will hereinafter be referred to as bending perforation ”and the latter as demolition perforation. The former is drawn on the drawing line with longer lines and the latter with shorter lines.
Fig. 1 thus shows partly a blank made of cardboard for an outer package, and partly a feed hose made of plastic foil. The feed hose extends over two fields in the j-Haf ^ pia ^ terngen and is indicated in the drawing 10. The four fields in the outer package are designated 11, 12, 15 and 14 · The feed hose thus covers fields 12 and 13 ·
A connecting tab 15 is arranged to be attached to the edge of the side panel 14, when the package is transformed into a tube shape. For this purpose, the carton blank is provided with an adhesive or adhesive edge 16.
The lining is usually made of transparent plastic, and you can therefore see the underlying cardboard and its details through the lining. Feed laths are usually made by turning and lightly welding a strip of plastic discharged from a material, so that a lattice welding 17 arises.
At the bottom of the package, the four panels 11, 12, 13 and 14 are provided with closing tabs 21, 22, 25 and 24 separated from each other by sections 18, 19 and 20. Of these, the tab 22 is slightly longer than the other tabs for a purpose, which will be apparent from the following. The flaps 21 and 23 preferably have a length of half the width of the kido fields 12 and 12, respectively. 14, and although it is of minor importance, 24 may conveniently be made of the same length in the axial direction of the package as tilts1utntIgkfliατtla 21 and 23.
It may be appropriate to describe the bottom of the package before entering the much more complicated closure belt for the top package. The package is then shown in the assembled condition to a square tube shape in Fig. 2, it being assumed that the four access tabs 21-24 are folded out perpendicular to the associated side panels 11-14. The liner does not appear separately in this drawing figure, since it is assumed that it sneaks close to the side panels 11-14 and extends upwards in line or in line with these side panels.
In reality this is of course not the case, since the plastic is partly rather weak and therefore in its shape can differ from the side panels section, partly is not curved, so it assumes a more rounded shape in the corners, where the cardboard is folded after the bigtitjg3litjerna 25, 26 , 27 and 28. These are preferably usually deep. At the closure of the package at the bottom, the liner mouth is first stretched out to so-called plate displacement, as shown in Fig. 3, and the insulation layer is welded by plastic welding so that it becomes completely tight. The platen closure strip is then folded down in the manner shown in Fig. 4. The highest step in closure is shown in Fig. 5. The two closure tabs 21 and 23 »which are partly covered by the triaigeslOonBade ears arising at the planar frontal ^ il ^^ again of the lining, you have folded in together with these triaI: ge ^ lOoraa, the lining ears. Then the flap 24 and finally the flap 22 are folded in, the flaps 22 and 24 being connected by gluing. The pre-empting of the packaging at the bottom is now complete. "
The closure image at the upper end of this package is that which is peculiar to the invention. described above for the purpose of the bottom part, is known per se in advance, but since it is extremely tight and also suitable for imparting a high degree of stability to the whole package, there is a strong cohesive effect in terms of tightness and stability between the bottom closure and the top closure. which will be described in more detail below. This is because this sealing image requires a lot of bending parforations and tear perforations, whereby it can become less stable. It is therefore of the utmost importance for the overall functionality of the entire package that the bottom seal is sealed in a particularly form-fitting manner.
As in the case of the bottom part, there are also four closing flaps at the upper end. However, three closure flaps 30, 32 and 31 are connected over genuine crease lines 34 'and 35', while the fourth closure flap 33 at the upper end of the package is free from the other three. The above-mentioned tilting slope 33 is provided with two bending grooves 34 "and 35", which meet in V-fora at the outer, free edge of the fig. This flap 33 is higher than the other three closure flaps 30, 31 and 32. The two adjacent closure flaps 1a and 32 are also provided with a curving line J6 and 37 med. such inclination that in the case of sealed packaging in a manner which will be apparent from the following, the bending pores for the layers 34 and 37 will lie close to each other and in the same way the bending piles 35 and 36 will lie close to each other. . When, in connection with the connection of the upper part of the package, the closure is then glued or glued together, the lines in question therefore appear to appear in pairs as a single bigal Ώ line. In order not to become too rigid in this case, it is advantageous to perform each of the four curving lines as a profound perforationsringBbiga.ng3liaje.
The side panel 12 and the associated access door 31 are curved and the shoes, respectively. in a manner particularly characteristic of the present invention. Thus, the page 12 is provided with a deep g ^ T ^ T in addition to the bending line 41 °. that they must be double-folded at the final closing of the package, ie. folds about 18>0, and aan then wants to avoid that the cardboard material in the surface packing line is broken, or that it has such a strong resistance to double folding by its own spring tension that it does not cause it to remain.
However, the closure flap 31 is provided with two notches 44 and 45 »which separate a tongue 4e, which is extended by a pattallllrraltSsfrmαd sealing tongue 47.
The tongue 46 is separated from the sealing tongue 47 by a tear perforation line 48. Two symmetrically arranged perforation lines for tear also run from the bottom of the notches 44 and 45 to a pair of places 49 and 5θ on the outer edge of the closure flaps 32 and 32, respectively. · The places 49 and 50 are equally far from the three free ends 30, 31 and 32 free, with the axis direction of the package parallel edges as the length in the same direction of the figs 33 · In a variant of the invention it is possible to tear the perforated line 51. instead of line 48.
At the beginning, the package looks from above, as shown in Fig. 7. The free closure flap 33 is assumed to be bent, but since the three closed flaps 30, 31 and 32 extend in a continuous sequence, they come at this stage to the hoΓisottal projection together with the side surfaces of the package. The lining does not appear in this figure for the same reason as for Fig. 2.
There the first tempo in ^^ 111.1: 1111: ½ ^ is, that one folds the fig 31 down and out. This will then be double-folded after the two bigtitgslitjlrtια 42 and 43 »° oh tillllutnitgsflkara 30 and 32 are folded in flat inwards towards and over the package. With their former upper edges they will then clamp the lining, which in this way automatically flattens the lute on the same surface but by other means than in Fig. 3. Fig. 8, in which the folded planar inclination axis is denoted mid 29 '.
Depending on free choice, one can now either first fold down the closing flap 31 and then the closing flap 33 »or one can proceed in the opposite direction. If my eczema ^ e first folds down the closure flap 33 along with its trltlglίlfrCTl.dl liner ears and then the figs 31, then the gripping tongue 47 will lie over the closure flap 33 and then be attached to it by gluing. If it is carried out in the measured manner, the folding image in the first tempo will be that shown in Fig. 9. The prefabricated sheet 47 is provided with glue or glue, and the closing flap 33 is folded over it. Min then obtains the image shown in Fig. 10. The package is liquid-tight closed, and. it is completely rectangular in all three dimensions. The liquid is completely enclosed in plastic. Only three joints are present in the plastic, namely the longitudinal joint 17 »see Fig. 1, the lower floor closure joint 29, see Fig. 4, and the upper floor closure» joint 29 ', see Fig. 8. All these three joints are plastic welded, and if normal care is taken at plastic welding, they should also be perfectly tight. In the previous packages for similar purposes, the joints have usually been welded to cardboard, and it is known that there are very great risks of leakage when welding plastic to cardboard. In other previous packages I have not used plastic welding without wax soldering, and it is also known that such wax soldering is so fragile that even if it is well done, less immediate treatment of a package can lead to a leak in the plastic-soldered joint. However, such risks are excluded in the present process.
The package is very easy to open, and there is no risk of the liquid splashing on opening. When mn wants to open the package according to the described exemplary embodiment of the invention, one grips namely under one of the two double-folded edges 42 or 43, see Fig. 10 and lifts up to the lining flap 31. This is then broken at the perforation frame 41, so that it can without difficulty bent out. Min then receives an image, which is shown in Figs. 11 and 12. The entire back of the package, represented by lines 54 and 35, is then raised, while the package bible maintains its width at side 14, but side 12 is reshaped along lines 38, 39 and 40, as shown in Figures 11 and 12. One can then tear off the surface as well as the upper part of the liner along the perforation edge 52, which is joined by the previously mentioned perforation ridges, which run from the points 49 and 50 to the bottoms of the grooves. 44 and 45 · The package is then opened, and the opening assumes a rhombic shape 53, as shown in Figs. 13 and 14 ·
Such an opening acts as a spout on a jug, and it is very easy to pour from such a spout. It is stable in that it consists of plastic-lined cardboard, and the plastic is the only material which comes into direct contact with the poured liquid, so that the device is also fully hygienic. There is also no splashing during the tearing or removal of the part above the perforation: lismLnden 52, because at the time of the tearing resp. As a result of the cutting, the package has already been subjected to the change in shape which may occur, and in order for solidification to occur, the total volume of the package may be lost. On the contrary, at the same time, the total volume of the package increases somewhat slightly as the mouth expands to the opening 53. However, the increase is so small that no squalor line arises either.
Packaging can be sealed, but not liquid-tight but well sealed. Mm then simply presses on the spout 54 in the direction of the arrow 55 · The package then returns to the rectangular state, at the same time as the closing pocket is returned to the position it had in Fig. 10. However, the sealing tab 47 has now been removed, and consequently the closing flap will be terminated with a cross-cut edge at the perforation edge 51, see Fig. 1. This edge runs down by itself below the corresponding edge of the tongue 47 »which remains under the locking flap 55 »where it is temporarily locked until it is lifted up with a light grip, whereby by light squeezing on the sides, of the package this is returned to its shape according to Figs. 15 and 14.
Thus, the invention has provided a package which is particularly well suited for use in the household, for example as a pre-sale package for milk, and which is free from all the disadvantages of the packages previously used for similar purposes, which made these packages so strikingly impopuuara. In addition, there are additional benefits. There is great difficulty in destroying glass and sheet metal, and the cleaning organizations are not very satisfied with the use of such materials for packaging. See wishes that the packaging should be flammable. This is the case with a package according to the invention, in that the carton is directly combustible with little residue of ash, while the plastic does not burn as a rule but instead melts. Low plastic foil can be made very thin, the total quantity of plastic becomes vanishingly small, and it does not pose a problem in the respects now concerned.
