Background of the invention
This invention relates to storage devices equipped with three-dimensional protrusions according to part 1 of the prior description of the protection element 1.
Description of prior art: Storage devices exist, in particular
5 Bags with 3D protrusions. With hard-shell bags, the 3D projections are provided in a mold during production.
However, a simple and economic method is needed to produce such 3D extrusions. German patent application No. 252555512201 relates to a suitcase made of two pieces of thin flexible plastics.
15 US Patent No. 2558506012 relates to a shoe, and in particular, a footwear item that has a structural middle layer extending through at least an upper portion of the shoe.
US Patent No. 0152510 relates generally to bags and luggage, in particular, plastic bags.

This invention has the advantage of making three-dimensional protrusions in a simple and economical way, while the shape of the three-dimensional protrusions can vary as desired.
At least one of the 3D projections can be a rib shape.
It is at least a hollow rib-shaped protrusion.
5 The outer layer can be made of plastic, leather or textile materials.
The outer layer is applied to the outer surface by means of an adhesive layer. The three-dimensional protrusion has a triangular cross-section.
At least one raised portion is provided on the outer surface, which conforms to the shape of at least one three-dimensional projection, and the outer layer is arranged on the outer surface in such a way that at least one three-dimensional raised portion arranged on the outer surface is provided under at least one three-dimensional projection. From the outer layer.
This has the advantage that a three-dimensional protrusion is not hollow and therefore cannot be crumpled when a force is applied to it.
In this way, the 3D projection retains the contour of the shape for a long time.
15 The 3D raised portion arranged on the outer surface includes two stacked and bonded layers.
At least two layers can be printed on the outer surface. It has the advantage that layers can be applied to the exterior surface in a simple and economical way. Moreover, the width and shape of the layers vary so that the 3D shape of the lifted part varies. In this way, the 3D shape of the raised part can be easily adapted to the 3D extrusion of the outer layer.
25 The layers can be produced using 3D printing or silk-screen printing.
Furthermore, a method for producing a piece of luggage can be provided which includes the following steps:

Figure 1 shows storage devices shaped like a travel bag 8. This travel bag 8 is a piece of luggage. The bag 8 comprises at least an outer surface 12, wherein the outer surface is provided with an additional outer layer 2 which includes three-dimensional protrusions 15 applied by a thermoforming process which extend outward with respect to the outer surface 12. The three-dimensional protrusions 15 are
5 Formed in the shape of ribs. The design of the 3D projections 15 is illustrated in more detail in Figures 0-6. The travel bag can be a hard-covered bag made of aluminum or plastic (such as polyethylene).
Figure 2 shows the storage device configured as a bag 6. The bag 6 includes at least an outer surface 10 and an outer surface 18 which form a front side and a back side of the bag 6. At least 15 are arranged with at least one of the outer surfaces 10, 18 projecting onto triangular protrusions. Dimensions 15. And done
Applying the three-dimensional protrusions 15 to the outer layer by means of a thermoforming process, and arranging the outer layer on the outer surface 10, 18. The three-dimensional protrusions 15 are formed in the form of ribs. On this outer surface 10 and 18, a number of three-dimensional protrusions 15 are arranged, and the protrusions 15 are parallel to each other. Bag 6 is shown in Figure 2 as a view
15 side. The 3D protrusions are shown only schematically in Figures 1-2.
Likewise, the storage devices shown in Figures 1, 2 and 2, i.e. the suitcase 8 and the suitcase 6, comprise three-dimensional protrusions 15 on only one of their outer surfaces 12, 10. Instead, the suitcase 8 and suitcase 6 comprise three-dimensional protrusions 15 on Two or more of its outer surfaces 12, 10, 18.
25 It is preferable that the travel bag include 8, as in Figure 1, three-dimensional protrusions on all external surfaces.
It is preferable to provide the external surfaces 12, 10, 18 with a number of three-dimensional protrusions 15, as these three-dimensional protrusions 15 are shaped like ribs, and it is preferable to arrange the three-dimensional protrusions on
٥٥٠٥
-٦-
The shape has 15 sides parallel to each other and at equal distances from each other. Three-dimensional protrusions 15 can also be arranged on the outside of the case.
The design of the 3D protrusions 15 for the storage media in Figures 1-2 is illustrated in more detail in Figure 0-6.
5 Figure 0 shows 3D protrusions 15. The 3D protrusions 15 are formed in the outer layer 2 by a thermoforming process. In three dimensions, it means that the protrusions have a width denoted by B, a length denoted by L, and a height denoted by H. The layer is applied
External 2 on the external surfaces 12, 10, 5 by means of an adhesive layer 0. And in view of the process
Thermoforming, the shape of the 3D protrusions formed in the outer layer 2 varies depending on
15 Ragula. In Figure 0, the three-dimensional protrusions formed in the form of 15 sides containing a triangular cross-section are shown. Thus, the height of the 3D protrusion changes across the width indicated by B. The 3D protrusions 15 are conically defined. The three-dimensional protrusions are 15 hollow. The outer layer 2 can be made of plastic, leather or textile material.
15 However, 3D protrusions contain 15 any other shape. Figure 5 shows rounded 3D protrusions at the edge.
In Figure 8, the 3D protrusions 15 as in Figure 0 are shown in side view. The three-dimensional protrusion 15, as in the model shown in Figure 8, includes a height H along the length L.
25 Figure 1 shows a model in which the 3D protrusion 15 varies in height H along length L. In parts of the edge, the height H decreases continuously and ends up at the peripheral regions.
Figure 6 shows another alternative model. In this case, the raised parts 11 are arranged on the outer surface 12, 10, 18, the parts are adapted to no less than a three-dimensional protrusion shape 15, and the outer layer is arranged on the outer surface 12, 10, 18 such that no less than About one of

The raised parts 11 are arranged on the outer surface 12, 10, 18 under at least a three-dimensional projection 15 of the outer layer 2.
Each of the three-dimensional raised parts 11 provided on the outer surface 12, 10, 18 comprises at least two overlapping and continuous layers.
5 Layers 21-25 that are superimposed and attached to each other on the outer surface 10, 18, 12 can be formed by a printing process. In this regard, the first layer 21 is printed on the outer surface 12, 10, 18. The first layer 21 forms a lower layer, which is the layer adjacent to the outer surface 12, 10, 18. The second layer 22 is then printed on the first layer 21. The layer is then printed The third layer is 22 on the second layer 22, and the fourth layer is printed 20 on the third layer,
15 The fifth layer 25 is printed on the fourth layer 20. In this model shown, the fifth layer 25 is the highest layer and the layer farthest from the outer surface 12, 10, 18. The raised three-dimensional part also includes a number of other layers.
This is due to the printing of layers 21-25 on the outer surface 12, 10, 18, and the three-dimensional raised parts 11 are formed with a number of layers 21-25, and the three-dimensional raised part can contain
15 Dimensions Any desired shape. In this way, the shape and design of the 3D raised part can be changed as desired in the production process and adapted to the 3D extrusion15.
In the model as in Figure 6, five layers are arranged one layer above the other. The 2125 layers vary in their width from B31 to B35. The width of layer 21 with contact with the outer surface was 12, 10, 18, the largest. B35 is for layer 25 furthest from the surface
25 The outer 12, 10, 18 are the smallest in width. The width B34-B32 of layers 22-25, located between layers 21 and 25, varies in width between width B31 and B35 such that the three-part raised parts 11 are defined conically and are adapted to the three-dimensional protrusions 15 of the outer layer 2. Moreover, the Length L is for the layers and thickness D is for the outer layers. The layer is applied

External 2 on the outer surface 12, 10, 18 and on the three-dimensional raised parts 11 via adhesive layer 0.
Referring to Figure 0, it is explained how the three-dimensional protrusions 15 are formed in the outer layer 2 through the thermoforming process. The fabric can be web-shaped
5 22 Unrolled from the cylinder and heated in the heating oven 20 oven heating. And after
Heated in the preheating furnace 20, the mesh-shaped layer 22 is introduced into the forming means 28

Dimensions. Below the means of formation, the layer operates in the form of a grid in individual sectors of the means
15 26 punching means so that the outer layer 2 is formed. The outer layer 2 has external surface dimensions of 12, 10, and 18.
Alternatively, it is possible to use a laminate material in the thermoforming process instead of a mesh layer, and the laminate material already has surface dimensions of 12, 10, 18. This laminate material is heated and shaped.
