Full description
Background of the invention
The present invention relates to absorbent devices. Disposable suction cups are now widely used with newborns, children and adults in care with reactive behavior and are generally considered an alternative to reusable cloth suction cups. The traditional absorbent device, which is not frequently used, has a three-layer structure consisting of an upper membrane, a posterior membrane, and an absorbent deposited between them.
Various absorbents not frequently used in the prior art are described. For example, US Patent No. 4,662,877 defines a non-repeated diaper as having a back membrane, an absorbent lining layer, and a front membrane. The absorbent lining layer is located between the two membranes. The front membrane contains an oval-shaped opening. The aforementioned opening directs waste towards the absorbent lining structure. European Patent Application No. 359410 and European Patent Application No. 357298 describe a non-repetitive absorbent device comprising a fluid-permeable liner, a fluid-permeable back membrane, and an absorbent core located in between. The liner and the back membrane differ in terms of their longitudinal dimensions, and thus there is free space between the aforementioned liner and the aforementioned back membrane. This aforementioned empty space is able to accommodate the stool that enters it through the opening of the lining.
One problem with current absorbents is the amount of skin inside the absorbent that is exposed to body waste. For example, it is largely cut
Current diapers provide room for the crotch area to help handle urine and bowel movement products. This leads to an excessive amount of waste between the legs, which is extremely uncomfortable for the diaper wearer. The aforementioned protrusion of waste is also exacerbated due to the flexibility of the edges of the diaper. As a result, the upper membrane is not tightly connected to the anal area, and this leads to a loss of control and the flow of waste between the body orifices and the surface of the upper membrane, which subsequently leads to the spread of waste along the surface of the upper membrane and off the skin of the diaper wearer.
There is another problem associated with current absorbent devices, which is that the movement of the leg over a period of time against the excess material between the legs can lead to the rupture of the absorbent device, thus reducing its absorption efficiency.
There is also another problem related to the excess material between the legs, which is that the palmar movement of the legs on the materials protruding from the crotch area leads to the withdrawal of the absorbent tool down the crotch area, causing the materials to protrude and exposing another area of skin to the stool. Another problem is that the excess material between the legs allows the tool to change direction or move across the crotch area, thus also increasing the problem of skin exposure to waste.
Generally, these problems lead to skin inflammation, wet skin, and/or prickly cleaning.
General description of the invention
One of the objectives of the present invention is to avoid or essentially reduce the problems mentioned above individually or in combination. This goal is achieved through the disposable absorbent article in accordance with the independent protection element (1). As it comes true
Useful properties of the absorbent device of dependent protection elements, description and drawings. It is intended that the elements of protection be understood as a non-exclusive way of defining the invention in general. The invention provides an advanced absorbent device that cannot be used repeatedly and conforms easily and tightly to the body, especially in the anal area of the diaper wearer, to provide better performance in dealing with and containing body waste.
In one embodiment of the invention, a non-repeated absorbent device is provided containing a fluid-permeable upper membrane having a circumferential measurement and a fluid-impermeable backsheet having a circumferential measurement.
A circumferential measurement greater than the circumferential measurement of the upper membrane. The circumference of the upper membrane and the circumference of the posterior membrane connect together to form a bag to trap waste between them. The fluid-permeable upper membrane has an opening in it that is sized to make virtually complete contact with the wearer's body. In another embodiment of the invention, an absorbent device is prepared that is not frequently used and includes an upper membrane permeable to liquids, a back membrane that is impermeable to liquids, an absorbent part between the upper membrane and the back membrane, a pair of diaphragm flaps located near the side edge of the upper membrane, and a pair of side flaps located near the side edges. for the upper membrane. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, a non-repeated absorbent device is prepared containing an upper membrane having a circumferential measurement, a lower membrane having a circumferential measurement, and an absorbent composition located between the upper membrane and the back membrane. The back membrane is extensible, so that when it receives body waste, the back membrane expands to contain it.

Detailed description
The absorbent device of the present invention can be used as a baby diaper, adult bedwetting wear, feminine care product, and the like. For the purpose of the present discussion, this will be done
Description of an absorbent device in relation to a baby diaper that is designed to fit a baby of about 100 pounds
From about 12 lbs to about 4 2 lbs, but it is understood that the properties and basics of the present invention are usable for children of other sizes. As shown in Figures (1) and (2), the diaper 10, which is not used repeatedly, is a yellower size than the traditional diaper 12 of the previous technology. In particular, the total length Lo of the diaper 10 of the present invention ranges from about 30.56 cm to about 1.38 cm, while the total length Lo of the traditional diaper 12 ranges from about 43.18 cm to about 45.72 cm. The total width Wo of the 10 diaper is from about 12.7 cm to about 20.32 cm while the total width 175 of the previous technology 12 diaper is from about 30.48 cm to about 33.20 cm. The total exposure is 1785 for the absorbent composition 14 of the diaper 10 from about . 10.16 cm to approximately 17.78 cm compared to the overall width W AO of approximately 25.4 cm to approximately 27.94 cm for a conventional 12" diaper. The width of the absorbent applicator at the crotch area W AC of the 10 diaper is from approximately 5.08 cm to approximately 7.62 cm, while the width of the absorbent applicator at the crotch area W AC of the traditional diaper 12 ranges from approximately 12.7 cm to approximately 15.24 cm.
When comparing the two diapers in terms of size, the comparison appears in terms of their general fit
A child in Figures (3a) and (4b). In Figures 3a and 3b, he is wearing a diaper
Traditional 12.
A baby weighs between about 12 pounds and about 24 pounds. As can be seen, the upper membrane 16, the absorbent part 18, and the back membrane 20 swell from the absorbent diaper 12 and move away from the crotch area 24, forming a space 22 between the crotch area 24 and the diaper 12. The creation of this space 22 causes a loss of control and containment of waste. The waste spreads along the upper membrane 16 and touches a large area of the child's skin as it moves. This can lead to swelling of the upper membrane 16, the absorbent part 18, and the back membrane 20 at the vulva area 24.
The absorbent device may tear as a result of the movement of the leg, which results in the diaper falling into the crotch area and the diaper moving on the child’s body.
With reference to Figures (4a) and (4b), the upper membrane 26, the absorbent composition 14, and the back membrane 3. of the diaper 10 according to the present invention are located in the crotch area 24, so that the upper membrane 26 comes into complete and complete contact with the child’s body, specifically at the crotch area 24. Thus, space 22 is effectively eliminated or reduced. The upper membrane contacts the body along a central line or is measured through the obtuse area 24 from below the navel to the small part of the back. This is considered necessary to locate an opening or means of retaining the products of bowel movement in the upper membrane 26 or in a way connected to it in relation to the anus to allow reservation Stool below the upper membrane 28 or s the means. This is also necessary to control urine flow due to the immediate penetration through the upper membrane 26, thus preventing the flow of urine onto the surface of the upper membrane. There are two ways to obtain the preferred contact of the body with the upper membrane 26. The first is to cut and/or determine the upper membrane 26 in a flexible manner to fit the dimensions of the obtuse area. The second method is to shape the width of the absorbent composition in the obtuse area to reach a width of about 5.08 cm to about 7.62 cm to allow the diaper to fit snugly between baby's legs. Referring to Figures (5) and (6), the diaper 10 generally includes a fluid-permeable top membrane 26 with an opening 33 therein, a fluid-impermeable back membrane 30, and an absorbent assembly 14 deposited between them.
The upper membrane 26 has a circumference 40 defined by a front longitudinal end 44, a posterior longitudinal end 46, and two lateral units 48. Similarly, the posterior membrane 30 has a circumference 42 defined by an anterior longitudinal end 50, a posterior longitudinal end 52, and two lateral units 54. The circumference of 42 has a length or circumference greater than that of the circumference of 40. The frame or border 42 can be made to measure larger than the frame 40 by making the upper membrane 26 narrower than
The back membrane is 30 or shorter than the back membrane 30 or both. When the upper membrane 26 connects to the back membrane 30 along their symmetrical external borders 40 and 42, then a bag is formed to reserve waste 56 between them (Figure 7). The upper membrane 26 may be connected or connected to the back membrane 30 in any suitable manner, for example by means of a line or lines of adhesive welding, heat welding or ultrasonic welding, and the two thin panels may be joined at their circumferential edges or at their slightly inboard edges, for example At a distance of 0.3175 cm to about 9525,. cm or more from the edges
Oceanic.
The absorbent composition 14 is placed between the top membrane 26 and the back membrane 30 and is attached or connected to the back membrane 30 by any suitable means, for example by lines of spray adhesive on the surface. The waste retention bag 56 then expands between the absorbent composition 14 and the upper membrane 26. The waste retention bag 56 is designed to receive and retain a volume of feces of at least about 150 cm3.
A pair of flaps is also placed on the diaphragm 10 and are known as diaphragm flaps 58 and side flaps 60. Within the context of the present disclosure, the words placed, placed on, placed with, and any calibration dye thereof are intended to mean, at a minimum, that one part can be formed integrally from another part or that it can be One part is an independent fitting placed with, adjacent to, or in contact with another part. The side flaps 60 may be formed from side extensions of the flanges 54 of the back membrane 30 and/or the side flaps 48 of the top membrane 6 2 or the flaps may be independent assembly parts connected to the back membrane 30 and/or the top membrane 26. It is preferable to make the side flaps 60 from a material that is impermeable to liquids but permeable to vapor, to increase air circulation in the open area, but it may be made, if desired, from a material that is impermeable to liquids and vapor, or from a material that is permeable to liquids and vapor. And it can
The side flaps should also have 60 selected parts that are permeable to fluids, while the remaining parts are impermeable to fluids.
The diaphragm flaps 58 are located on the inside of the side flaps 60, meaning that they are closer to the upper center line 62 (Figure 6) than the flaps 60. The center line 62 is shown through the absorbent composition 14, but it is also intended that this is a center line of the upper membrane. 26, the back membrane 30, and the diaper 10. The diaphragm flaps 58 may be complementary extensions of the fluid-permeable upper membrane 26, or they may be independent, fluid-permeable parts connected to the upper membrane 26 from the inner part of the side flaps 60. The flaps 58 and 60 are adjacent to the side faces of the opening 38, while the flaps 58 and 60 are adjacent to the side faces of the opening 38. The bulkhead flaps 58 are closer to the opening 38 than the side flaps. The diaphragm flaps 58 may also have selected portions that are fluid-permeable while the remaining portions are fluid-impermeable. Flaps 58 may also be impermeable to fluids.
In one embodiment, the diaphragm flaps 58 are independent portions attached or adhered to the upper surface 64 of the top membrane 26 and the side flaps 60 are independent portions attached or adhered between the top membrane 26 and the back membrane 30. The diaphragm flaps 58 include at least one flexible portion 6 6 in each of the distal edge portions 68 and preferably at least two or more flexible portions 66 in each of the distal edge portions 68. The flexible parts 66 are placed and secured within specific distal edge parts 68 in a stretched or flexibly retractable manner, so that when the flexible part 66 relaxes, the barrier flaps 58 are gathered or compressed, as shown in Figures (5) and (7). Likewise, the side flaps 60 have flexible portions 70 connected in an elastically stretchable or retractable manner within specific distal edge portions 72 of the side flaps 0 6. As shown in Figure (6), with reference to one of the side flaps 60, where both flaps are located
The two sides are identical. Each side flap 60 includes two narrow end parts 76, and the middle flap part 78 extends between them in a shape, preferably in a curved arc, to fit and match the cut parts designated for the leg ports 74.
An important aspect of the present invention is the various methods of placing the side flaps 60 in the back membrane 30. In one method of placing the side flaps 60 in contact with the back membrane 30, the flap 60 is first folded, crumpled, or twisted elastically and is then connected to the back membrane 30 in the folded position. Or gathered in a way that does not lead to folding or gathering of the back membrane 30. For this method, the total horizontally flattened length of the middle flap part 78 is greater than the horizontally flattened distance between points (A) and (B) on the back membrane. Points (a) and (b) are two perpendicular protrusions projecting eight to the distal ends of the middle flap portion 78 on the back membrane 30. Thus, when the back membrane 30 is compressed or stretched against a flat surface, each intermediate flap portion 78 will have a stitched or ruffled appearance complemented by the elastic portions 70.
Another method of attaching the flaps 60 to the back membrane 30 is to hold the folded or flexible flaps 60 in a stretched state and then connect them to the back membrane 30 to fold or crumple the back membrane 30 when relaxed.
If desired, the side flaps 0 6 can be designed without narrow end parts 76 and the flexible parts 70 can be connected over the total length of the diaper 10. Selected portions of the flexible parts 70 may then be hardened by the application of heat or other treatment depending on the material of which the flexible parts 70 are made. With reference to Figures (5) to (8) the non-reusable diaper may also include 10 on elastic parts for the waist, the peripheral longitudinal parts of the front membrane 32 and the back membrane 34. In one of the models shown in Figure (8), a rubber part is attached to the back
The waist 80 has only the back membrane 34 and may be connected either between the back membrane 30 and the top membrane 28 or may be connected only to the back membrane 30 to allow shrinkage with greater flexibility. The elastic part of the waist 80 is glued or connected to the back membrane 34 in a stretched or foldable position flexibly so that when it is relaxed, that part of the back membrane 34 gathers.
A pair of stretchable ears 82 is connected to two opposite lengths of the back membrane 34, preferably with the ears in a line with the back elastic part of the waist 80. Since each of the stretchable ears 82 is identical, the following description will be given with respect to one stretchable ear. The stretchable ear 82 includes a stretchable portion 84 and a stretchable band 86. The stretchable band 86 is connected to a portion 84 to help avoid poor tension on the ear 82 and to provide additional elastic reinforcement to the middle portion of the ear 82. The stretchable portion 84 and stretchable strip 86 each connect the back membrane 30 to the top membrane 26 with the strip 86 preferably positioned on the back membrane 30. The stretchable parts 84 and/or stretchable strips 86 may be fused flexible films. Preferably, the ears 82 are designed and manufactured as a single strip of flexible or machined material having the same elastic properties as the combination of the stretchable portion 86 and the stretchable strip 84.
To secure and maintain the infrequent diaper 10 on the wearer's body, a hook-and-loop fastening system is provided whereby loops 88 with hook material attached to the side of the stretchable portion 84 opposite the tape 86 are connected and a panel 90 of the hook material is connected to the backing membrane 30. Although hook-and-loop fastenings are preferred, any fastening devices such as straps, buckle fastenings, and the like may be used.
In one embodiment, the back membrane 30 is made of a material impermeable to liquids, preferably a thin polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.1 cm, although a thin film with a thickness of more than 1.27 cm can be used. In general, it is the back membrane
30 Flat meaning not folded or wrinkled; Accurately, its circumferential measurement is greater than the circumferential measurement of the upper membrane 26. When the back membrane 30 and the upper membrane 26 are connected to form a waste retention bag 56, the circumference 42 of the back membrane 30 needs to be pulled inward to connect to the circumference 40 of the front membrane 26. One method of forming the back membrane 30 in this manner is to form the back membrane 30 under suction into a mold of a predetermined shape and dimensions, resulting in a waste retention bag 56 having a preferred shape.
In another embodiment, an additional volume is available that can be used in the waste retention bag 56 by preparing (1) a means for the stool to pass through or around the absorbent core, for example
A trapezoidal opening in the absorbent composition has a back width of about 3.81 cm, a front width of about 2.54 cm, and a slope of sides of a length of about 10.16 cm, and (2) an outer barrier membrane such as the back membrane 30 having dimensions larger than the top membrane. The absorbent core has a space formed between the back membrane 30 and the absorbent core in order to trap the stool material between the absorbent structure and the back membrane.
Another way to provide additional volume can be used in bag 56 by using the back membrane
30 It involves (a) the use of a thin, patterned film that can be easily stretched and (b) the making of the film
The back of a thin, easy-to-stretch, low-modulus composition such as kraton or ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), (c) crimping a plain film in the same way that fabric is crimped to form a crimped insert, and (d) forming creases in the direction of the machine or perpendicular to the direction of the machine. The back membrane or only parts of the back membrane that can be easily stretched, and (e) thermal formation of a bulge in the unfolded region of the back membrane. Alternatively, it can be done
The upper membrane 26 is of stretchable material and is cut to be shorter and/or narrower than the membrane
The back 30 is then connected circumferentially to the back membrane 26 to provide additional usable volume.
The total volume of fecal material retention must be at least approximately 150 cc. The amount of stretch required by the backing membrane 30 depends on the desired degree of reduction in fecal contamination, the volume of fecal material that the design traps, and the size of the opening provided in the absorbent composition 14 when the wearer is in the sitting position. For example, it is normal for 60 cm or less of fecal matter to be expelled during one defecation, and if the size of the opening in the absorbent formula must be approximately 20 cm3, then the possibility of extending the back membrane must be available to contain 40 cm3.
To provide this size, experience has shown that the desired range for the possibility of extending the back membrane 30 ranges from about 20% to about 100. The exact amount depends on a variety of variables, including the child's position during defecation, the tightness of the child's clothing, the viscosity of the stool material, the pressure exerted by the upper membrane on the wearer's body, the resistance of the material to the dilation force of a bowel movement, the rate at which the stool material is expelled from the body, and the hardness of the absorbent device. In general, steel materials that easily stretch by about 20% or more under a force of about 25 grams per 2.54 cm of width or less work adequately and can stretch sufficiently.
To accommodate a normal volume of bowel movement.
Another method of stool control is the presence of a regular non-stretchable back membrane in combination with the absorbent part and an opening in the absorbent part. The size of the opening ranges from about 20 cm3 to about 60 cm. It is also required to have an upper membrane with a sufficient opening or openings to allow stool to pass through and to be in virtually complete contact with the body along a line that passes through the crotch area from the front end of the diaper to the back. The opening may be covered or obscured by an opaque material located between the upper membrane and the absorbent part. In the context of the present disclosure, the expression is virtually entirely in contact and any form different from it is intended
At a minimum, the upper membrane should be close enough to the body to prevent misalignment between the opening in the upper membrane 26 and the anus. A major part of the upper surface, meaning the area of the surface facing the body of the upper membrane 26 will be in contact with the skin of the diaper wearer, except for those areas of the upper membrane 26 that are above the natural gaps or folds of the child’s body, such as the gap between the child’s buttocks and the folds of the skin at the point of contact. Between the inner parts of the thighs and the crotch area. Normally, if the upper membrane 26 includes a group of small openings or one large opening therein, the upper membrane 26 will not come into contact with the skin at those openings. Virtually completely contact can also be defined to mean the percentage by which the upper membrane 26 is in contact with the skin
For example, it contacts from about 70% to less than about 100% of the upper membrane26
With baby skin.
The back membrane 30 may also be made of other materials that are suitably impermeable to liquids or are treated to become so. Examples include those materials formed by melting and blowing, or a membrane material made of polypropylene or polyolefin copolymers such as ethylene vinyl acetate, ethylene methyl acrylate, ethylene ethyl acrylate, polyvinyl chloride, and the like. Other materials include one layer of bonded yarns of the foregoing types of materials, two layers of bonded yarns and melt-blown materials, or three layers of bonded yarns, melt-blown materials, and bonded yarn materials, each of which is suitably treated or coated to be impermeable to liquids. . These same materials can also be prepared in the form of flakes. The bonded yarn materials provide additional features to the back membrane 30 so that it resembles the texture of cloth. Referring to Figure (6), the back membrane 30 can be made of a material that is not only impermeable to liquids but also permeable to vapor. Alternatively, it may include a membrane
The back 30 on a gas-permeable layer 92 is deposited next to or near the longitudinal end 50. As shown in Figure (6), the gas-permeable membrane 92 and the annular membrane 90 can be combined such that the annular membrane 90 forms an outer layer of the gas-permeable membrane 92. However, it may be preferable for the membrane 92 and the membrane 90 to be separate, meaning that they are not combined. The assembly of rings on the annular membrane 90 can act as heat transfer parts to help reduce condensation on the outside of the diaper. Other designs include the placement and location of a segment 92 in the back membrane 30 adjacent to or near the rear longitudinal end 52 or adjacent or near both the rear longitudinal end 52 and the front end 50. The gas-permeable membrane 92 has a water vapor permeation rate (WVTR) of Minimum 200 grams/m2/24 hours. Ideally, the 92 membrane will have a WVTR of no less than about 4000 g/m2/24 hours, and more preferably a WVTR of no less than about 5000 g/m2/42 hours. The gas-permeable membrane 92 has a preferred effective gas-permeable area of about 30 cm and a preferred range of the effective gas-permeable area ranges from about 20 to about 600 cm2. The expression “effective breathable area” refers to that area of the permeable layer. For gases 92 that do not contain any other elements, materials, or compositions, whether in the form of particles, fibers, or any other form, that obstruct them or reduce their area in such a way as to effectively nullify their gas-permeable properties.
The gas permeable membrane 92 may include a microporous polymeric thin film such as a TMP 1.0 thin film manufactured by Metro Totsu Chemicals, Inc. In Tokyo, Japan, it is a material made of non-spun fibers, such as a fabric made of knitted yarns, a melt-and-blow fabric made of synthetic polymer fibers, or a smooth composite fiber fabric that includes a barrier layer consisting of thin fibers and a reinforcing layer consisting of thick fibers. The barrier layer and the reinforcement layer are welded together
Sealed together by fusing or gluing the reinforcement layers to the barrier layers, the reinforcement layer is designed to fit the outward facing surface of the composite fabric. If desired, the annular membrane 90 can act as a reinforcement layer for the gas-permeable membrane 92. For the purposes herein, a fiber is “thin” if its diameter is less than or equal to about 3 micrometers, and a fiber is “thick” if its diameter is greater than or equal to about 15 micrometers. The membrane permeable to gases has a transverse dimension with respect to the longitudinal center line of 62 in the range from
About 5 to about 25 cm, and my height ranges from about 3 to about 15 cm. The membrane 92 extends across about 10% to about 50% of the transverse dimension of the absorbent composition 14. The upper membrane 26 may be of a hydrophilic or hydrophobic material, such as a fabric of welded yarn consisting of synthetic polymer filaments, or a fabric of spun strips, a fabric of melt-blown yarn, or a fabric formed by melting and blowing: or a combed weft fabric composed of Made of synthetic polymer fibres. Suitable synthetic polymers include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and nylon. In one embodiment the polymer filament has denier*
It falls within the range from about 1.5 to about 7 dinars* and is preferable from the range from about 1.2 to
About 6.0 denier. The wicks are arranged to form a layer with a basic weight within the range from about 10 to about 35 g/m2, and it is preferable for the basic weight to be about 20 g/cm2. The apparent thickness of the upper membrane 26 is within the range from about 0.0140 to about 0.0432 cm, preferably within the range from about 0.0180 to about 0.305 cm. The total thickness is measured under a restraining pressure of 0.014 lb/2.54 cm2. The upper membrane 26 may also be a rubber film welded from yarns welded from melt-and-blown kraton/polypropylene. This film is made so that it is wettable by adding surfactants and a welded yarn of polyurethane, such as that manufactured by Kanebo. Synthetic Fibers Company in
Osaka, Japan. It is made to be wettable by adding surfactants and a thin elastomeric membrane made of elastomers such as rubber, squeezable rubber, polyurethane, kraton, and the like. This membrane is perforated to allow the passage of the fluid, and polyurethane foam is perforated to allow the passage of the fluid. A non-woven material assembled through the use of a flexible material or other means, for example heat shrinkable fibers, to produce an elastically stretchable material. The diaphragm flaps 58 and side flaps 60 may be made of the same materials as the upper membrane 26 and may be formed from it in an integrated manner or may include an independent assembly that connects to the upper membrane 26 in any suitable manner. Each barrier flap 58 preferably comprises a single layer with a basic weight of approximately 12.4 cm2* which is folded upon itself to form a double-layer flap with a basic weight of approximately 24.8 grams/91.44 cm2 and folded upon itself to form a double-layer flap. Its weight is approximately 62,992 grams / 91.44 cm2. For example, the barrier flap 58 preferably includes at least one layer of a non-woven material, such as a material of bonded yarn, a combed bonded fabric, or a material of spun tape consisting of polymers such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, or nylon. .
This material is made so that it is wettable using surfactants such as Tritone, aerosol, or T. As an example, one of these barrier flaps is produced by folding a 12.4 g/91.44 cm2 layer of Triton-treated welded polypropylene yarn over an elastomer material to produce a flat, two-ply material. The elastic parts 66 may be made of any suitable rubber material, such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or thermoplastic elastomer polymers, and may be a single thread, multiple threads, or strips thereof. Optionally, these materials can be heat shrinkable or heat stretchable. Preferably including each of the parts
Elasticity 66 on two elastic strands of 470 decitex Lycra (dicetex is the weight in grams of a single 10,000 meter thread) and absolute stretch at 90% gives a tension of between about 25g and about 75g. The material allows the bulkhead flaps 58 to shrink from about 30% to about 80% of the elongation. More preferably, the material has a strength of approximately 50 g after one minute of tension time and at 90% absolute elongation and is capable of shrinking to at least 50% of the original length. The side flaps 60 preferably comprise two layers of bonded polypropylene yarn of 24.8 g/91.44 cm and may be liquid permeable, impermeable, or both liquid impermeable and vapor permeable. For example, the side flaps 60 can include at least one layer of a nonwoven material such as a nonwoven fabric, a combed bonded fabric, or a spunbond material consisting of polymers such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, or nylon. Preferably, this material is non-wettable (unacceptable to water) by nature. The 24.8g/91.44cm2 side flap includes a single layer of 24.8g/91.44cm2 welded polypropylene yarn placed on an elastomer material to create a two-layer tape material.
The rubber parts 70 may be made of the same material as the rubber parts 66. It is preferable that each of the elastic parts 70 include three strands of 620 decitex Lycra, and at an elongation of 90% of absolute elongation, it provides a tension ranging from 50 to about 150 grams. The material allows the side flaps 60 to shrink by approximately 30% to 80% of their extended length. Preferably, the material should have a strength of about 50 grams after one minute of tension time at 90% of absolute elongation and the ability to shrink to about 45% of the original length.
The stretchable ears 82 may be made of any suitable material with elastic or stretchable properties. Some examples of materials are a stretch-bonded laminated fabric that includes two layers that can be joined together, consisting of bonded polypropylene yarns of 24.8 grams/91.44 cm2, between which there is a layer of a rubber material formed by melting and blowing, such as a polymer based on... Cardboard or polyurethane. poljmrethane The layer of elastomeric material is stretched, and then the two layers of polypropylene are connected to it, and when the two layers relax, the two layers of polypropylene connect. Another laminate bonded during stretching can be produced from a thin elastomeric film such as Kraton or urethane, or from elastomeric strips or threads such as Lycra, rubber, Pebax, urethane, or a combination thereof. Stretchable earmuffs can also include alternative elastomer materials such as stretchable urethane foam or polyurethane bonded yarn fibers similar to those made by Kanebo. Stretchable adenines can be made from a single elastomer fiber or a combination of multiple elastomer fibers.
The location of the two hook tabs 88 on the stretchable adhesives 82 as well as the location of the membrane containing loops 90 on the back membrane 30 are necessary for the correct use of the reusable diaper 10. The membrane containing the rings 90 is separated from the middle part of the back membrane 30 by a distance of about 3.81 mm to provide two annular sub-membranes 91 and 93. These two sub-diaphragms containing rings 91 and 93 must be positioned at a distance of approximately 1,905 cm from the side ends 54 of the back membrane 30. This is designed to ensure bonding between the hook loop 88 and the membrane containing the loops 90 in preferred areas. For example, if the two hook loops 88 are positioned too close to the center line 62 of the back membrane 30, tension may result. resulting from the stretchable adenine 82 to (1) extension of the elastic material beyond its stretch limit, (2) drooping or bending of the anterior membrane 32, and (3) traces of redness of the skin or if the two hooked loops 88 come into contact with the membrane.
Containing loops 90 very close to the side faces 54 The tension caused by the stretchable ears 82 may leave traces of redness on the skin. The width of the loop membrane being larger than the width of the hook tab allows the user some adjustment depending on the child's varying waist dimensions. Proper tension of the ears will improve contact between the hooks and loops and can prevent headboard drooping caused by low tension of 300g or less and skin redness or other skin irritation caused by high tension above 1200g. At least a maximum tension of about 100 grams is required to improve the connection between the hooks and the rings. In general, the appropriate tightening of the ears is located in:
The range is from about 300 grams to about 1200 grams to prevent the headboard from sagging. Preferably, the width of the ears 82 should range from about 3.81 cm to about 6.35 cm, and preferably the elastic force band should range from about 3,175 cm to about 5,715 cm above the front edge of the absorbent pad.
The ears 82 may be designed with higher tensions through the middle section and with lower tensions outside of said higher tension bands. The ears 82 may also be designed with uniform tension throughout the material.
The absorbent composition 14 may include an undulating portion 98 and a holding portion 100. The undulating portion is in fluid contact with the holding portion 100 and temporarily stores approximately 100% of the liquid flow and then releases the liquid to the holding portion 100. As can be seen, the wavy part 98 has a rectangular shape, its weight ranges from about 0.5 cm to about 15 grams of the material, and its surface area ranges from about 25.4 cm2 to about 127 cm2. The wavy portion is located between the longitudinal ends of the absorbent composition 14 and is centered along the center line 62. The undulating portion 98 is above the detention portion 100, which generally has an hourglass shape. Other geometries and positions of the wavy part 98 and the retention part 100 can be imagined through the present invention, for example the part is placed
wavy 98 in the retaining portion 100 to form a single-layer composition. If desired, the wavy portion 98 may be connected to the retaining portion 100 by welding and/or a fiber meshing mechanism such as ultrasonic welding, adhesive welding, heat welding, or by mechanical or hydraulic knitting. The wavy portion 98 may extend over the full length of the absorbent composition 14 or may be shorter in length or placed at or near the front or back of the absorbent composition 14.
The absorbent composition 14 may be manufactured in various shapes and with a selected absorption capacity compatible with the volume and fluid load experienced by the wearer of the diaper in question.
The capillary force variation arising at the confined interface between the wavy part 98 and the detention part 100 can improve the properties of the absorbent composition 14. If the wavy part 98 includes and maintains a relatively low capillary laterality compared to the capillary gravity of the detention part 100, the liquid jets will tend to swirl faster than The wavy portion 98 into the retention portion 100.
The detention portion 100 can include different blends of the fibrous material. For example, the entrapment portion 100 may include cellulosic fluff, synthetic fibers, an absorbent device for converting liquids into gels in the form of particles, fibers, layers, and the like, and various mixtures or combinations thereof. Suitable absorbents for converting liquids into gels can be inorganic materials such as silica gels or organic compounds such as linked polymers. Some examples of liquid-to-gel sorbent polymers include polyacrylamides, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylates, and the like. Other acceptable polymers include starch grafted with acrylonitrile, starch grafted with acrylic acid, modified carboxymethyl cellulose, and the like.
The retention portion 100 may also comprise a mixture of from about 1% to about 30% by weight of an inherently wettable polymer such as Hydrofil®, polyester, Pebax®, polypropylene or wettable polyethylene, and from about 5% to about 90% by weight of an absorbent device that turns liquids into a gel and from about 20% to about 50% by weight of cellulosic fluff. The retention fraction 100 preferably comprises about 2% to about 15% by weight of an inherently wettable polymer, about 15% to about 50% by weight of a gelatinized absorbent, about 45% to about 70% by weight of cellulosic fluff. The 100 retaining portion can have a basic weight falling in the range from approximately 200 to about 300 g/m2. The preferred weight range is from approximately 500 to approximately 1000 grams/m2. The most preferred basic weight is approximately 900 grams/m2. The density of the retention fraction 100 can be within the range from about 0.08 to about 0.40 g/cm3. A range between about 0.15 to about 0.30 grams/
cm3. The preferred density is 0.22 grams/cm3. As for measuring the density of the retention fraction 100, it is calculated from the basic weight and thickness and is measured on dry, unpacked and folded diapers.
The undulating portion 98 may include the same types of materials as the retention portion 100. Ideally, the undulating portion 98 may include a hydrophilic® material with a basic weight of about 100 to about 600 g/m2 and a density of about 0.5 to About 0.15 g and a surface area between about 10 and about 127 cm2, meaning from about 64.5 to about 322 square centimetres. Preferably, the basic weight of the wavy part 98 is about 400 grams/m2, its density is about 0.1 grams/cm3, and its surface area is about 63.5 cm2.
The entire absorbent composition 14 may be wrapped in a water-loving fabric made of the same material as the upper membrane 26 or a wood-fiber fabric or combed fabric bonded by powder.
With a basic weight of about 15 to about 30 grams/m2, and while this invention has been described as “NGLRA” because it includes preferred embodiments, it is understood that the present invention is subject to further modifications. Accordingly, it is intended that this application covers any variations, uses or modifications of the invention in accordance with its general rules, which includes differences from the models mentioned in this patent, but within the limits of the usual and known practice in this technology that is related to the current invention and within the limits of the attached protection elements.
