The disadvantage of this method is that it uses a simulated changes interconnect bond blocks diagnosed system models with test abnormalities.
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to reduce the computational costs associated with the implementation of deviations with test patterns.
The stated object is achieved in that the recorded response known good system fjnom(T), j = 1, ..., k on the interval t∈ [0, TK] K to the control points, and determine the integrated evaluation of the output signals Fjnom(Α), j = 1, ..., k systems, for which at the time of the input signal applied to the input with nominal characteristics of the system at the same time start the integration control system signals in each of the control points k with weights <img file="00000001.jpg" he="7" wi="12" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />where <img file="00000002.jpg" he="9" wi="19" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />By supplying to the first inputs k multiplication control system signal blocks, the second inputs of multiplying the exponential signal blocks supplied <img file="00000001.jpg" he="7" wi="12" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />, Output signals k multiplying unit is supplied to the inputs k of integration blocks, integration is completed at time TtoObtained by integrating the evaluation of the output signals Fjnom(Α), j = 1, ..., k register define integral estimates output signal pattern for each of the k control points obtained by the use of topological sensitivity function, which in turn for each of the m possible topological relations dynamic system connects two models topological bond: the input of the first model is fed a test signal x (t), the output of the first model fixed block output that is connected to the considered topological link, connect the output of the first model to the input of the second input W Roy model fixed unit input to which is connected considered topological connection, remove output signals after each block of the second model and are integral evaluation of the output signals of the second model for the parameter α and the input signal x (t), obtained by integrating the evaluation of the output signals for each of the k control points and each of m patterns combined with the topological sensitivity function Vji(Α) j = 1, ..., k; i = 1, ..., m is recorded, determine the normalized value of integrated model estimates of the output signals obtained from the combined models corresponding topological connection relations of<img file="00000003.jpg" he="21" wi="37" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />Substituted with nominal characteristics of the system controlled at the system input is fed the same input signal x (t), determined by evaluation of the integral output signals of the controlled system for the control points k Fj(Α), j = 1, ..., k to the parameter α, is determined deflection of integral estimates controlled system output signals for k of control points from the nominal values ΔFj(Α) = Fj(Α) -Fjnom(Α), j = 1, ..., k, normalized values determined deviations integral estimates controlled system output signals from the relation<img file="00000004.jpg" he="23" wi="47" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />Determine the ratio of the diagnostic features <img file="00000005.jpg" he="17" wi="59" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />, I = 1, ..., m, the minimum feature diagnostic define topological defect.
Thus, the proposed method for troubleshooting topological connection blocks is reduced to perform the following tasks:
1. As a dynamic system considering system consisting of randomly interconnected dynamic blocks, with the number of addresses changes topological relations m blocks.
2. Pre-determined monitoring time TTO≥TPPWhere TPP - the transition process of the system. Transient time estimate for the nominal values of the dynamic system parameters.
3. Determine the integral transformation parameter signals from the relation <img file="00000006.jpg" he="9" wi="17" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />.
4. Record the number of control points k.
5. The pre-determined normalized vectors <img file="00000007.jpg" he="7" wi="11" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" /> integral model estimates of the output signals obtained from the sensitivity function i-th inter-unit communication of each of m topological relations of all the blocks, which operate paragraphs 6-9.
6. Apply an input signal x (t) (unit stepped, linearly increasing, square wave, etc.) to the control input of the system with nominal characteristics. Fundamental limitations on the type of input test action proposed method does not provide.
7. Record the reaction system fjnom(T), j = 1, ..., k on the interval t∈ [0, TK] K to the control points, and determine the integral estimates of the output signals Fjnom(Α), j = 1, ..., k of the system. For this purpose, at the time of the test signal to the input of control systems with nominal characteristics simultaneously begin integration control system signals in each of the control points k with weights<img file="00000001.jpg" he="7" wi="12" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />where <img file="00000008.jpg" he="8" wi="18" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />For which the control system signals are supplied to first inputs of multiplying the k blocks, the second inputs of multiplying the exponential signal blocks supplied <img file="00000001.jpg" he="7" wi="12" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />, Output signals k multiplying unit is supplied to the inputs k of integration blocks, integration is completed at time TTOObtained by integrating the evaluation of the output signals Fjnom(Α), j = 1, ..., k are recorded.
8. Determine the integral estimates signals output pattern for each of the control points k obtained by the use of topological sensitivity function, which in turn for each of m blocks topological relations dynamic system connected topological coupling two models: a first model to the input x fed to the test signal ( t), the output of the first model fixed block output that is connected to the considered topological link, connect the output of the first model to the input of the second input of the second model is fixed WMOs unit that is connected to the considered topological link is removed after the output signals of each block of the second model produced output signals for each of the control points k and m each combined with topological models sensitivity function Vji(Α), j = 1, ..., k; i = 1, ..., m recorded.
9. Determine the normalized value of integrated model estimates the output signals obtained from the use of topological features Sensitivity interconnects respective connections according to the formula <img file="00000009.jpg" he="22" wi="37" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />.
10. Act for the system with nominal characteristics controlled. In the system input is fed the same test signal x (t).
11. Determine the integrated evaluation system controlled output signals to the control points k Fj(Α), j = 1, ..., k, carrying out the operations described in paragraphs 6 and 7 in relation to the controlled system.
12. Determine the deviation integral estimates controlled system output signals for k of control points from the nominal values ΔFj(Α) = Fj(Α) -Fjnom(Α), j = 1, ..., k.
13. Calculate the normalized integral value of deviations count outputs of system controlled by the formula <img file="00000010.jpg" he="23" wi="48" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />.
14. Calculate the diagnostic signs of faulty topological connection blocks according to the formula <img file="00000011.jpg" he="17" wi="81" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />.
15. At a minimum value determined diagnostic feature topological defect.
Consider the implementation of the proposed method for the search of a topological defect for a system block diagram of which is shown in the drawing (Block diagram diagnosis object).
The transfer function blocks:
<img file="00000012.jpg" he="13" wi="85" img-format="jpg" img-content="undefined" />.
nominal values of the parameters: T1= 5; k1= 1; k2= 1; T2= 1; k3= 1; T3= 5 s. When searching a topological defect in a connection failure between the first and second units (defect №1), by supplying test input unit step amplitude signal and the integral signal transformation parameter α = 0.5 and TTO= 10 values obtained with diagnostic features based on the sensitivity function by using three control points located at the output of unit: J1= 0; J2= 0.7536 (open communication between the second and third blocks); J3= 0.7892 (open communication between the first and third blocks). The minimum value of the flag J1 uniquely indicates an open topological connection between the first and second blocks.
For comparison diagnostic signs of a topological defect in a connection failure between the first and second units (defect №1) under the same diagnostic parameters derived from the trial due topological states of the deviations in the prior art (the troubleshooting process in continuous dynamical system based on administration test abnormalities: Patent 2541857 Ros Federation:.. IPC7 G05B 23/02 (2006.01) / SS Shalobanov - №2013149468 / 08; appl. 06/11/2013; publ. 01.16.2015, Bull. №5): J1= 0; J2= 0.7499 (open communication between the second and third blocks); J3= 0.7847 (open communication between the first and third blocks).
Modeling search processes topological defects bonds between the second and third and third and first blocks for the diagnosis object in the same diagnostic parameters yields the following values of diagnostic features:
In the presence of a topological defect in a connection failure between the second and third units by topological sensitivity function: J1= 0.7433; J2= 0; J3= 0.07391. For comparison diagnostic signs of a topological defect in a connection failure between the second and third units (defect №2), obtained on the basis of test deviations topological connection states as in the prior art: J1= 0.7499; J2= 0; J3= 0.07035.
In the presence of a topological defect in a connection failure between the third and first units by topological sensitivity function: J1= 0.7783; J2= 0.0695; J3= 0. For comparison diagnostic signs of a topological defect in a connection failure between the third and first links (defect №3), obtained on the basis of test deviations topological connection states as in the prior art: J1= 0.7847; J2= 0.07035; J3= 0.
The minimum value of diagnostic character in all cases correctly indicates the presence of a topological defect.
