The invention relates to a fixing element with signs of the preamble of claim 1.
A fastener of this type for fixing anchor bolts in drilled hole is known from the specification DE Laid-4011229 A1. Presented in this disclosure is suitable fastener, particularly for fastening structural members such plates, for example plates of natural stone to the supporting structures. This fastening element is designed as an anchor dowel for undercut hole and has a shaft portion and the spacer. On the rod portion to its front end abuts inputted expanding in diameter spacer body, whereby the spacer can be moved apart. Rod portion has, moreover, at the rear of the load application means. The spacer consists of a wire ring with an arcuately bent forward in the direction of the spacer body, the spacer ribs with two lobes connected by U-shaped clamp at the front end. U-shaped clamp in the unopened state lies on the spacer body. Additionally, spacer sleeve placed on the rod portion of the fastening element. When moving towards the spacer sleeve spacer conical body portion along the rod axis of the spacer sleeve presses on the spacer via the spacer body, widening in the insertion direction, whereby the pitch spacing decompressed so that they at least partially fill the undercut drilled hole. Due to the opening of the spacer petals fixing element is fixed in the drill hole with a form-fitting manner.
It is used for drilling the drilling tool which, depending on the degree of wear, makes a relatively wide or narrow aperture. At relatively wide drilled hole with a known anchoring element may occur so that the spacer does not completely block the space between the spacer body and the wall of the drilled hole, so that the fastener is secured in the drilled hole.
The task of the invention is to create a fastening element for a drilling tool which tolerances are not critical.
This problem is solved according to the invention by the fastening element with signs n. 1 claims. According to the invention the fastening element for anchoring in a hole drilled comprises a rod portion and the spacer. On the rod section located body spacer spacer for unclamping. Rod portion, in particular, is shaped as a bolt with tapered conical, in particular frustoconical spacer body, which extends in the insertion direction and is located at the front end by input rod portion. In addition, stem portion typically has load application means, such as threads. The spacer is typically made in the form of a sleeve, wherein "form liner" means that the spacing member substantially covers the circumferential portion of the rod. In particular the spacer is closed by the sleeve circumference. By "direction input" or "input side" refers to the direction or side, in which / with which the fastening element is introduced into the drilled hole. The spacer is a spacer somewhat arcuate petals, each petal is formed by two spacer ribs connected clamp. In particular the rib and the clamp are made of thin-walled lobe and / or in the form of wire. Petals spacer ribs together define the lateral surface of the spacer, which is a body of revolution, symmetrical about the longitudinal axis of the fastener. Otherwise speaking, the ribs lie on a lateral surface of the body is rotationally symmetrical to the longitudinal axis, in particular a cylinder or cone.
The hallmark of the fastening element according to the invention is a special clamp constructive implementation of one or more spacers petals. According to the invention a collar at least one spacer tab has a protuberance which radially protrudes over the lateral surface. Due to this radial extension of the collar is greater than the thickness of the yoke material in the radial direction, whereby is achieved that the part of the spacer tab collar in a decompressed state further enters the drilled hole in which the fastening element introduced. Spacer tab can thus also in a relatively wide space between the drill hole wall of the drill hole and the spacer block body so that the fixing element in the drilled hole sitting firmly.
In a preferred embodiment of the fastening element according to the invention, the yoke forms the front end of the expansion lobe. Thereby unclamping the clamp when the spacer tab is removed as far as possible in the radial direction of the anchor longitudinal axis and moves in the direction of the farthest wall of the drilled hole. Preferably, the top arcuate convexity directed radially outward from the spacer body. The top of the bulge rests, while the first part of the clip - the wall of the drilled hole. Compared with the inwardly directed bulge occurs advantage of reducing the strength of the spacer. It is also an advantage that the arcuate protuberance extends substantially circumferentially. In particular, the bulge extends along one axis and in the form of a circumferential bridge. If arcuate bulge extends substantially circumferentially and radially outwardly directed apex, that the bulge functions as a roughness element, a kind of a tooth or rib, which increases the friction force between the spacer member and the wall of the drilled hole, for engaging irregularities of the wall.
In a further preferred embodiment of the fastener according to the invention due to its convexity geometric shape in the radial direction acts as a leaf spring. If, for instance, the convexity extends substantially as a bridge in one direction, for example along the circumference, this bulge acts as leaf spring. With the bulge in the radial direction acts as a leaf spring, it has the advantage that when unclamping the clamp can be adapted to the size and shape of drilled holes. If the clamp has adjusted to the size of the wide drill hole only by thickening material or massive relief, in a narrow hole it would have resulted in additional unwanted spacers forces when the fastening element be opened completely. By making the crown geometric shape in the form of a leaf spring device is possible with relatively less force. Leaf spring is pressed into tight hole radially, without causing appreciable quantities spacer forces. In particular, if the clamp has a small cross-section, for example, is in the form of wire, the elastic camber and relatively easily deformed, so that it already at low force in the radial direction acts as a spring.
In a further preferred embodiment of the fastener according to the invention the pitch spacers are designed so that they taper towards their free ends. Particularly, U- or V-shaped yoke connects the transverse ribs formed in the insertion direction front end of the expansion lobe. This gives the advantage that the spacer tab in contact with the wall of the drilled hole can be more easily deformed, whereby the voltage that can occur at contact with the walls of the fastening element the drill hole when the spacer tab abuts the bottom of the hole are reduced.
Another advantage of the spacer fixing member according to the invention at its rear end in the insertion direction has a closed annular base body from which the input pitch spacer disposed. A closed main body ensures that not even the spacer extends over the spacer body and the fixing member is firmly fixed at high loads.
The advantage is that the spacer fixing member according to the invention is a stamped part, in particular a bended part of the metal die. This makes it easier and cheaper manufacturing of the spacer and the fastening element according to the invention.
The invention is further explained in detail by one of the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings.
In the drawings:
FIG. 1 - fastening element of the invention in the opened condition is not, in perspective view,
FIG. 2 - an image fixing member, partially in section.
The drawings show the inventive fastening element 1 is not in the open state, so that it can be introduced in the insertion direction E into the drilled hole not shown. Direction input E is oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis of the fastening element 1. The fastening element 1 is designed as a plug anchor for anchoring in a drilled hole you can not see the undercut. The fastening element 1 consists of a rod portion 2, 3 and spacer 4 spacer sleeve.
The rod portion 2 - is a bolt with a tapered cylindrical portion 5 and adjacent thereto by tapered input section 6, the diameter of which increases in the insertion direction E. The conical portion 6 forms a spacer body 8 which is frustoconical and forms a front end portion of the rod 2 . By means of a spacer body member 3, spacer 8 expands when it is approaching to the insertion direction E of the conical portion 6. The cylindrical portion 5 has means 7 in the form of application of the load of the male thread. Load application means 7 is, for example, for fastening the fastening element 1 undepicted supporting structure.
Spacer element 3 forms, at its rear end an annular main body 10 which includes an annular cylindrical portion 5 of the rod portion 2 as a closed sleeve. On the main body 10 from the input are four spacer tab 11 which circumferentially separated by recesses 12. Each spacer tab 11 has an opening 13 in the shape of the opening surrounded on all sides, which is located approximately in the middle of the corresponding lobe 11. The lobes 11 spacer thus have an arcuate shape, wherein one spacer tab 11 is formed with two ribs 14 and a U-shaped yoke 15, the yoke 15 connects the two ribs 14 together. The collar 15 forms a front end of the spacer tab 11, which because of U-shaped yoke 15 tapers towards its front end.
The ribs 14 of the spacer 11 together define petals side surface of the spacer element M 3, which is a body of revolution, symmetrical about the longitudinal axis of the fastening element 1 and has a cone shape. In other words, the ribs 14 lie on the lateral surface of the body M, which is symmetric about the longitudinal axis. The collar 15 forms an arcuate bulge 17 which in the radial direction R stands for M, and a side surface extending substantially along the same axis along the circumference. Convexity 18 vertex 17 pointing in the radial direction R outwardly from the body of the spacer 8. The protruding outward bulge 17 acting as a radial leaf spring which can compensate the deviation of the diameter of the drilled hole. In the radial extension of the protuberances 17, the clamp 15 over the clamp 15, the material thickness, so convexity 18 vertex 17 even with relatively wide drilled hole adjacent to the drill hole wall. If the drilled hole, on the contrary, is relatively narrow, the resilient convexity 17 is compressed in the radial direction, so the spacer 3 in drilled hole may narrow gradually hang the spacer on the body 8, without the occurrence of undesired large reaction force of the wall material of the drilled hole. In particular, with the wire clamp 15, such bulge can be compressed in the radial direction relatively easily. By "wire type" here means that the clamp 15 has a cross section whose length dimensions relative circumferential clamp 15 relatively small. As shown in the drawings the anchoring element 1 according to the invention, the length of Aj collar 15 to circumferentially material thickness dj yoke 15 in the radial direction is about 2.5 / 1.
The spacer sleeve 4 is in the form of a hollow cylindrical body. In this case formed as a hollow cylindrical opening 16 has an inner diameter which substantially corresponds to the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 5 of the rod portion of the rod portion 2. When the spacer sleeve 4 is shifted in the insertion direction E force acting on the axis, for example by pile undepicted instrument, spacer sleeve 4 presses the spacer body 3 via a spacer 8 such that the pitch spacers 11 are disclosed in the radial direction R.
That when introduced into the hole and raspertom mounting element 1 can be screwed a nut formed as a male thread 7 of load application means (not shown) so that it does not dragged into rotation fixing member 1, the latter is provided with a protection against rotation. The first part of this protection against rotation is nosovidny projection 9 on the tapered section 6 of the spacer 8. The other parts of the body to protect against rotation forming the recess 12 and the spacer tab 11, which is adjacent to the projection 9 nosovidny you can not see the open state. Means of protection against rotation transfer torque that occurs when the nut is screwed on the open spacer 3 by frictional closure on the wall you can not see the drill hole. As spacer 3 fastener 1 according to the invention by the convexity 17 fits snugly against the walls of the drilled hole, it reliably prevents rotation of the fastening element 1 in the drilled hole.
The spacer 3, the fastening element 1 is manufactured as a bent stamped part made of metal. The core portion 2 is also made of metal does not require large expenditures by cold working pressure of non-leaf material. The spacer sleeve 4, by contrast, is made of synthetic material, fiber-reinforced, injection molding. Fixing element according to the invention does not require high production cost, due to its efficient and easy to implement constructive mounted.
