Abstract
FIELD: personal use articles. SUBSTANCE: strap protection system includes overlay part and protection element. The overlay part features first surface and second surface. The first surface of each overlay part can interact with user body part. The second surface of each overlay part features first guide channel and second guide channel. The first guide channel features protruding parts preventing contact of a strap in the first channel with cross-lap in the second channel. Each protection element features a protruding part. Each protection element is connected to relevant overlay part so that protruding part of the protection element is matched with respective first guide channel of respective overlay part thus forming first guide passage for a first strap. Each protection element protects the first strap running directly in the guide passage from wear and tear. The same protective element forms second guide passage for another strap. First guide passage for the first strap and second guide passage for the second strap formed by respective guide channels cross each other. - 1The protection system of straps, comprising:at least one consignment portion having a first surface and a second surface, said first surface of each bill portion configured to interact with a portion of the user's body, and the second surface of each bill portion has a first guide and a second guide channel channel, wherein the first guide channel having raised portions excluding contact strap disposed in the first channel, to hybridize with its strap disposed in the second channel, and at least one protective element, which has at least one raised portion and is connected to the corresponding invoice part so that the raised part of the security element is aligned with the corresponding first guide channel corresponding invoice portion to form a first guide passage for a first strap, wherein each protective element provides protection against wear and tear for the first strap arranged directly in the guide passage, said at least one protective member defines a second guide passage of the second strap, wherein the first guiding passage for a first strap and a second guide passage of the second strap guide formed by the respective channels interfere with each other. 1. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0023] Embodiments of the present invention provide a device which prevents wear belts and their connecting joints in the areas of the safety belt, which are subject to wear. Pads 105 and 102 provide a cushioning effect between said straps 108A, 108B, 120A, 120B, 122A, 122B and 116 and the user. With the belts 108A and 120B, and 120A and 108B, directly adjacent to the dorsal strip 105 of the embodiment shown in Figure 1, is connected to the D-ring 103. In use, the ring 103 is secured to a support structure consisting of a sling or lifeline, providing fall protection and prevent the user falling on the ground in the event of an accident. As illustrated, the shoulder belts 108B and 108B is passed through the fixing hole 132 formed in the D-ring 103. [0028] Referring to Figures 4A and 4B, there is shown a protective element 400 configured in accordance with one embodiment. In addition, the raised portion 404 and protruding ridges 402A, 402B and 402c prevent objects from contact with hip pad 102, to an even greater extent in preventing the deterioration of the joints connecting the straps and wear themselves straps and pads. In one embodiment, elements 400 are made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
[0029] Figure 5A-6C illustrate security elements for fixing hip strip 500 constructed according to one embodiment. 5A illustrates only the element 501 bill hip pad, without a base, straps and protective elements. Then, a covering member 501 invoice and casing 514 secured together by means of connecting joints 521, yielding pelvis pad 500. Moreover, the seams 521 connect the bonded outer coupling protrusions 520 and 522 of the first protective element 510 and the outer projections 524 and 526 of the second protective element 512 with hip pad 500.
[0031] Once a portion of each protective element (in this example the protective elements 510 and 512) is connected to the hip pad 500 in the respective guide passages formed by the respective guide channels 504 and 506, hip pads 500 and grooves 550, 552, 554 and a strap 556 of protective elements 510 and 512, a strap (e.g., strap 530 and 532), as shown in Figure 5C. Thereafter, a third strap (hip strap 534) is disposed in the guide passage formed by the guide channel 502 hip pad 500 and the raised portions 511 and 513 of protective elements 510 and 512, as shown in Fig.50. After each of the straps 530, 532 and 534 would be in the corresponding guide passage, the protective elements 510 and 512 is fully connected to the hip plate 500 as shown in Figure 5. In the embodiment illustrated in Figure 5, in order to join the protective elements 510 and 512 with a hip pad 500 applied connecting seams 540. In one embodiment, the connecting seams 540 extend through the straps 530 and 532, holding them in a static position relative to the hip pad 500 and protective elements 510 and 512. Moreover, the connecting joints 540 prevent the passage of the D-shaped ring 536 through a protective element 510. A similar construction on the other end of the hip pad (not shown) holds the hip strap 536 in strip 500. The raised portion 511 and 513 of protective elements 510 and 512 increase the degree of protection 540 connecting joints from wear, avoiding rubbing objects with Seam 540.
[0032] Figure 6 illustrates an embodiment of protective elements 106A and 106B to the shoulder straps. 6 is a front view of the protective elements 106A and 106B and 601A and 601V devices for slings. Each unit 601A and 601V is attached to the corresponding shoulder portion 620A and 620V dorsal pad 105. 601A and 601V devices include guide portions 602A and 602B, which provide more or less holding shoulder straps 108A or 108B. [0033] Figure 8 is a front view in perspective of the device 800 for one embodiment of a sling. The device 800 includes a guide portion 801 and the mounting portion 803. The device 800 further comprises a connecting portion 806a and 806V, which is attached to the dorsal strip, such as the dorsal strip 105 shown in Figure 1, placing them directly on the shoulder portions 620A and 620V said lining. The corresponding shoulder strap 108A or 108B is disposed between the guide portion 801 and the spinal plate 105. The guide portion 801 is raised relative to the connecting portions 806a and 806V, so that between the spinal plate 105 and the guide portion 801 is formed guiding passage. [0034] Figure 9 shows an example of another embodiment of the hip pads 900, formed in accordance with the present invention. Said hip pad 900 may be applied to the safety belt 100, shown in Figure 1, instead of the hip a hip pad 102. The pad 900 comprises a protective member 902. As illustrated, the protective element 902 is connected to the hip plate 900 by fasteners 906, e.g. rivets, but not limited thereto. In this embodiment, the protective member 902 has a raised portion 904, which extends through the hip strap. This embodiment is similar to the hip strap 116 extending through the protective elements 104A, 104B, 104C and 104D, shown in Figure 1. The raised portion 906 of the protective element 902 excludes touch objects and hip strap 905, preventing thereby the wear strap 905. In one embodiment, the protective member 902 is made of lightweight thermoplastic. In the embodiment illustrated in Figure 9, the length L of the protective element 902 is less than the width of the user's back. Consequently, the rest of the hip pads 900 can bend around the back of the user. Moreover, the limitation of the length L of the protective member 902 reduces the overall weight of the safety belt 100. 10A-10C shows the protective member 902 in more detail. Specifically, 10A shows a front view of the shielding member 902. As shown in the drawing, the protective member 902 has apertures 1002 that allow the connection of the protective element 902 to the hip strip 900 by fasteners 906. The top view of the protective member 902 depicted in FIG. 10B. As illustrated, in this embodiment, the protective member 902 has a curvature. At 10C is a side view of the protective element 902, a first side surface of the shielding member 902 is configured to interact with hip plate and the second side surface 1006 provides protection against wear. In addition, the 10C shows the raised portion 904, which, together with hip pad 900 provides a passage for the strap and wear protection straps and hip pads.
