More specifically, portion D3 accumulating data about the environment, as shown in Figure 6, the environmental data is recorded together with ID (denoted as title data of the environment in Figure 6), environmental data, in accordance with the identifier of the one controlling system P2, the identifier cultivated plants, and information concerning the permission to disclose the source.
Part 35 receiving status data receives state data as being data concerning a state of culturing and treating living organisms together with the controlling system identifier that is used to identify the one controlling system P2 and distinguish it from the other, using interface 204 and data so Further. "The state of cultivation and treatment of living organisms" here also includes the results.
Part 36 of the state data administrating administer state data receiving part 35 receiving the status data, and the ID management system of one controlling system P2. Since here the value "Administer" coincides with the above, an explanation of the term "administer" is omitted. In addition, status information, as shown in Figure 7, recorded in the storage part D4 status data together with an identifier (indicated in Figure 7, as the name of state data) data on the condition in accordance with the identifier of the one controlling system P2, cultured plant identifier and the identifier of the environmental data, which are intended to identify the corresponding environmental data.
Part 39 for deriving estimates received evaluation data representing evaluation related to the uniqueness or effectiveness of the environmental data administered by the data administrating portion 32 of the environment, such as part of the assessment data storing D5. Performance data comprises two types, one of which is done automatically, and the other is made by inputting evaluation test results, in fact conducted by man. Estimates of this embodiment comprise at least two kinds of content, namely, whether or not with uniqueness and efficiency contain or not, and data is recorded on the assessment as shown in Figure 8, a storage part D5 estimates in according to the identifier of the environmental data. With regard to uniqueness, the evaluation value unique obtained automatically by comparing the environmental data from the environmental data that have been transferred and recorded in the storage portion of the environmental data, depending upon whether or not the compared data is the same data that and data recorded in the storage portion of the environmental data, or indeed whether the compared data are within a certain range. Furthermore, with regard to efficiency, in practice is the evaluation tests for the cultivation of plants using the environmental data, and the value of evaluation of their efficacy is obtained by inputting information on whether or not the result of status data, in general, coincide with the state information, obtained during the testing evaluation AANII. Estimates may be data, the content of which is the amount of assessment, calculated using a predetermined calculation formula, the parameter which is a set of assessment items is estimated to be produced on a variety of stages.
Part 311 of the data set payment amount payment amount data sets, representing the amount of the payment as compensation for the set environmental data according to a predetermined calculation formula with a specific parameter used as the estimated value of the estimates and the plant identifier.
Part D7 data accumulation amount of payment payment amount data is recorded in accordance with the identifier of the corresponding environmental data.
Data portion 312 transmits the payment amount payment amount data to another controlling system P2 in accordance with the identifier of the corresponding environmental data.
Part 38 data acquisition payment received payment data representing whether or not payment has been made provided the value or is it guaranteed the payment in accordance with the ID management system to identify another controlling system P2, which asks for data about the environment. These payment is automatically prepared, for example, account data from financial institutions, however, they may be obtained by operator input.
Transmitting portion 37 transmits the state data part or all state data administered by the data management part 36 of the state to another controlling system P2 in relationship to the identifier of the plant. In this embodiment, the transmission condition is that the content of the assessment data meets predetermined conditions, namely "with uniqueness" and "with effectiveness". It may be assumed with the specified condition, and may consist in the fact that the value assessment, designed to assess the value of a parameter in the set phases, meets a certain reference value assessment. The transmitted data may constitute status information on the state adopted part 35 receiving the status data may be data which are altered to standardize its format. Moreover, the transmission is, in principle, is executed in all the other controlling system P2, however, for example when a request to transmit data only on certain plants from specific controlling system P2 may be transmitted only status data pertaining to an identifier of the plant .
Part 33 transmitting the environmental data is used to obtain data about the environment administered by administrating part 32 environmental data, to transmit them to the another controlling system P2. The transmitted data about the environment may be the environmental data receiving part 31, receiving data about the environment, and can be adopted by the environmental data that has been modified to standardize its format. In this embodiment, the transmission portion 33 via the transmission of environmental data is carried out automatically, if the current data on the payment to be received part 38 data acquisition and maintenance of payment estimates satisfy a predetermined condition. The aforementioned predetermined condition is "with uniqueness" and "with effectiveness", however, may be adopted another condition, and the predetermined condition may be that the estimated value calculated with a parameter estimation on the set of stages of evaluation satisfies a certain reference value. Moreover, part 33 transmitting the environmental data analyzes contents of the information concerning the permission to disclose the source for data transmission on the environment, and if the content indicates that the source can be disclosed, the environmental data is transmitted together with information about the source (e.g., identifier of the one controlling system P2) which defines its source.
Part 34 compilation of the licensing fee is, update or delete data on the license payment representing the amount of license payments in accordance with the identifier of the control system for the identification of one controlling system P2, the transmission of environmental data. Licence payment is the sum obtained over the disclosure of the environmental data obtained ownership of the one controlling system P2 to another controlling system P2, and in this embodiment, data on license payment is calculated based on a predetermined calculation formula whose parameter is supplied number of the environmental data, an identifier of the plant or used amount of the environmental data. It can be provided that the parameter used to determine the amount of environmental data can be used, for example, the amount of the direct display control system, or the scale set in the control system, or the data may directly correspond to the number of the obtained product.
Part transmission fundamental environmental data, not shown, transmits basic information on the environment, which are the basis for the environmental data intended for the cultivation of plants, in the case when a request from each of the controlling system P2. The fundamental environmental data, as shown in Figure 9, is recorded in the basic data storage portion of the environment which is not shown in the drawings, in accordance with the plant identifier.
<Explanation of the system>
The following will describe an example of operation of a system for collecting data pertaining to conditions for growth or health of living organisms, with reference to the flowchart shown in Figure 10-Figure 14.
Initially, the controlling system P2, when, for example, every controlled variable relating to the conditions of plant cultivation, are administered in accordance with the element, or the like, the display 105 shown in Figure 15, data reception portion 21 of the environment receives the control value as the environmental data (Step S01). Each control value can be introduced as a new and fundamental data about the environment, or can be downloaded environmental data already developed by another controlling system P2, and on their basis can be introduced changes in the magnitude. At this point, if necessary, each controlled variable can be set to its serial changes over time in accordance with the state of plant cultivation.
Then, based on the received data on the environment, part of the 22 control means controls the measured value represented by the measured environmental data taken part 24 receiving the measured environmental data as the value represented by the input data about the environment that belong to each managed object, More specifically, the emitted light, temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration (Step S02). This control, in principle, a feedback control (OS), but part of it is an open-loop control, such as control of the pulse width of the light emitted.
As described above, using data administrating portion 29 of the environment in the controlling system P2, which administer the environmental data, perform control of environmental parameters and cultivation of plant cultivation is carried out (Step S03).
Then, when a request for data about the environment by using information processing system P3 (Step S04), transmission controlling part 27 performs the digital certificate information processing system P3 to decide whether the information processing system P3 is certified or not (Step S05 ). If the information processing system P3 is certified, data about the environment via a data portion 23 of the environment permitted (Step S06). Furthermore, the content of information concerning the permission to disclose the source is set, for example, one of the states permission to disclose the source or the prohibition of disclosure of the source, on the basis of the content input by the operator (Step S07). Size information can be switched to a multi-stage form.
When the transmission controlling part 27 authorizes transmission part 23 transmitting the environmental data received environmental data from the data administrating part 32 on the environment and transmits data about the environment in the information processing system P3 in accordance with the identifier of the one controlling system P2, the plant identifier that serves to identify the plant species cultivated, and the information concerning the permission to disclose the source (Step S08).
Simultaneously, data reception portion 25 receives data about the status of the condition, the data relating to the state of the cultivated plant (Step S11).
The state data received portion 25 receives the status data is managed administrating part 29 status data in the controlling system P2 (Step S12), part 26, transmit data about the state of receiving data on the state of the portion 36 of the administration state data at a predetermined timing, and transmits status data to the information processing system P3 in accordance with the identifier of the controlling system P2, the plant identifier and the identifier of the corresponding environmental data (Step S13). Predetermined timing can be set by the operator in various ways, such as a certain interval at the completion of culturing plant or in accordance with external input data.
In the central information processing system P3 portion 31 receiving environmental data collected receives the environmental data and transmitted one controlling system P2 and each data attached thereto (Step S21).
The received environmental data and each data attached thereto, is recorded in part D3 accumulation of environmental data in a specific format as shown in Figure 8, wherein data administrating part 32 environmental administers it (Step S22).
At this time, data reception portion 35 receives data about the status of the status transmitted by one controlling system P2 together with the controlling system identifier of one controlling system P2, the plant identifier and the identifier of the corresponding environmental data (Step S23).
Then data administrating part 36 administers the received state of the state data and so on (Step S24).
Then part 39 obtains assessment data obtaining evaluation data representing evaluation in relation to a unique, efficiency, etc. received environmental data administered by administrating part 32 environmental data, part of the assessment data storing D5 (Step S25). The assessment data concerning uniqueness is automatically produced by comparing the data with data that have been transferred and recorded in the data accumulating portion D3 of the environment. At the same time, estimates of the data relating to the efficiency obtained by actual plant cultivation using the estimated data by comparing them with the received status data, performed by the operator and input the comparison result.
Then, when the assessment data meets a certain condition, namely in the case where the content of the assessment data is "with uniqueness" and "with effectiveness" in this embodiment, the portion 37 supplies data on the state of performing the delivery of part or all of the state data administrating part 36 administration status data to another controlling system P2 in relationship to the identifier of the plant (Step S26). The state data is in principle transmitted to all other controlling system P2, however, for example, when a request for transmission status information only for certain plants from specific controlling system P2, only the state data corresponding to the identifier of the plant, will be presented . Furthermore, data transmission portion 312 transmits the payment amount payment amount data representing the amount of payment required for the transmission of the corresponding environmental data to another controlling system P2 (Step S27).
In another controlling system P2 that has received the transmitted data on the status and the data amount of payment (Step S31), the contents of state data and the value amount data are displayed (Step S32). The state data, for example, as shown in Figure 16, are displayed as an image (still image or moving image) in which the process plant cultivation relates to time and which graphically shows the analytical result in accordance with a predetermined analytical element as shown in 17. At the same time, the value of the payment amount corresponding to the delivery of the requested data about the environment in the client computer from the client computer is also displayed based on the value amount data. The elements related to environmental data, are not displayed at all. When the selected environmental data corresponding to requested status data, and the input is a request to transmit the data (Step S33), a data request signal on the environment enters the information processing system P3 together with the identifier of the requested environmental data and an identifier other controlling system P2 (Step S34).
When the request signal data of environment of the host information processing system P3 (Step S41), portion 33 of the distribution of the environmental data received corresponding environmental data based on the identifier of the environmental data connected to it, from the data administrating part 32 on the environment and determines the another controlling system P2 for transmitting the environmental data based on the identity management system (Step S42).
At this time, the data obtaining part 38 automatically obtains payment data of the payment relating to the payment amount or guarantee of payment for the supply of, for example, account data from financial institutions in accordance with the controlling system identifier, requesting the environmental data (Step S43).
If part 38 receiving data about payment receives valid data about payment, and a content of the assessment data is "with uniqueness" and "with effectiveness" (Step S44), portion 38 supplies data on the environment delivers the environmental data to another controlling system P2 (Step S45). At this time a decision is made as to the content of information concerning the permission to disclose the source (Step S46), and if the content indicates that the source can be disclosed, source information (e.g., an identifier of one controlling system P2) indicating the data source for the natural medium attached to the environmental data (Step S47).
As indicated above, if the environmental data is delivered or are in a state where the environmental data is definitely to be delivered, the part 34 of compiling data on license payment produces data on license payment in respect of the license payment in accordance with the controlling system identifier that identifies one controlling system P2 (Step S48).
A portion of the 310 data on the license payment performs various processes by which the data is transmitted to the payment of licensing financial institutions or their content output for printing (Step S49).
As mentioned above, the license payment paid to the person who wants to achieve accelerated growth of the plant, which is created and opened the original and efficient environment for the cultivation of plants, through the use of plant cultivation device P1 and P2 control system.
As a result, according to this embodiment, because the funds collected as a result of payment for the license, enter the person who has developed effective environmental data, it is possible to Cathedral of environmental data that are used in the cultivation of living organisms and are normally confidential, in exchange for a profit in the form of licenses granted. Further, since the collected environmental data can be commonly used by other persons who wish to accommodate the rapid growth of plants, it is possible to easily and immediately use the large-scale industrialization, for example, in agricultural production.
In addition, because they provide a sense of assurance of payment, it is possible to attract a large number of people engaged in the development of this kind of data about the environment, and can be expected to prompt their development. Meanwhile, since the developed environmental data is managed in a certain way, and can be used repeatedly, it becomes possible to shorten the development time of the environmental data from the developed environmental data.
In particular, in this embodiment, since the state data representing the result of cultivation of crops initially reveal others, it becomes possible to take an accurate decision on whether to make a request for data about the environment or not, that provides stimulation using submitted environmental data by others. In addition, because other people may not be aware of the environmental data required for plant cultivation, until paid a certain amount for a person who develops new environmental data, it is possible to offer a relaxing its technology.
Furthermore, since the delivery of the proposed environmental data or data about the state of other control systems is carried out only if they obtain effective assessment data can be guaranteed real value of data supplied on the environment.
Moreover, since the license payment is set in accordance with the supplied amount of data about the environment, or in accordance with the content of the estimates, the license payment can be reasonably fair.
Furthermore, since the status information is displayed as an image or be presented in the form of the fundamental environmental data that can be downloaded by anyone, provided exceptionally good opportunity to use them.
The following will describe another embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, instead of the plant culturing device P1 in accordance with the previous embodiment is used therapeutic device X on an LED. The components corresponding to the previous embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
<System Configuration>
18 and 19 are diagrams showing a system configuration representing the entire system for collecting data pertaining to conditions that improve the growth or health of living organisms according to the present embodiment. A system for collecting data pertaining to conditions of promoting growth or health of living organisms is so arranged that one or a plurality of controlling system P2 and the detected central information processing system P3 are connected via a data transmission system, such as the Internet, and one or a plurality of therapeutic devices X based LED and Z state measuring means (not shown in Figure 18) connected to the controlling system P2.
More specifically, the therapeutic device X based LED contains, as shown in Figure 20, 21 and 22, one or a plurality of LEDs 51, a transparent solid pyramidal body 52 located in front of the LEDs 51, and a housing 53 in which the LEDs 51 are set and pyramidal housing 52, and provides a therapeutic effect, such as entering a hypnagogic state, stiffness or pain relief, treatment or the like of the subject M, placed in the light emitted from the LED 51 through the pyramidal body 52. LEDs 51, for example, take the form of bullets, including at least one LED which emits light of blue or blue-green (with a wavelength of about 450 nanometers to about 500 nanometers) light and located among the plurality of colors on a circular substrate 54.
LED 51 may be a single color. Pyramidal body 52 is in the form of six-sided solid pyramid made of, for example, crystal or synthetic crystal, and is mounted so that its lower face is located in front of the LED 51. The housing 53, e.g., made as a hollow cylinder part 531 and the front half It made of transparent plastic, and its rear portion 532 is made of half metal. LED 51, the substrate 54 and the pyramidal body 52 installed inside the casing 53, the front end bevel 53 is closed housing cap 55 made of a soft plastic and translucent, and the light emitted from the LEDs 51 goes through the front end chamfer 52 through the pyramidal body.
Means Z measurement condition is electroencephalograph, clinical thermometer, meter heartbeat frequency measuring skin resistance and so on, each of which measures a condition of the subject M, more particularly waves emitted by the brain, body temperature, heart rate, skin resistance and so on, respectively, .
Since the controlling system P2 and P3 of the central processing unit of information have generally the same configuration as in the previous embodiment, a detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this embodiment, the receiving part of the measured data of the environment is not installed in the controlling system P2 in accordance with the arrangement, in which the means for measuring parameters of the environment is not established.
<Explanation of the system>
The following explains an example of operation of a system for collecting data pertaining to conditions of promoting growth or health of living organisms, with reference to the flowchart shown on fig.23-27.
Initially, one controlling system P2 when entering each monitored value relating to the therapeutic environment of the 21 receiving data about the environment takes controlled values of both environmental data through the appropriate conversion value of its managed (Step S51). Environmental data, one example of which is shown in Figure 28, include at least the data relating to the state of the LED light emission, namely the light intensity, light emission structure (PWM parameters or the like), the spectrum of the emitted light (quantitative characteristic of the light intensity for each color emitted by LEDs), and also includes data representing the portion of the subject which is irradiated by the light, a period of light irradiation or the like. In particular, in this embodiment, portion 21 receiving data about the environment has a function also receive voice inputs such as music or Buddhist sutras a controlled quantity, and when the input voice data part 21, receiving environmental data forms environmental data to change the state of light emission of LED 51 in accordance with at least one of the conditions such as strong or weak, the tone and pitch of the voice interval. Each monitored value may be entered as a new value, or may be downloaded to the fundamental environmental data or based on them and the environmental data that has already been obtained in other systems management P2 may also be administered the modified value. Thus, each controlled variable can be set with sequential change over time or in accordance with the state of cure, if necessary.
A portion of the control means 22 controls the environment by suitably switching and controlling the therapeutic device X on an LED (Step S52).
As indicated above, the therapeutic environment, namely the state of light emission is controlled and provide treatment of the subject M while administer environmental data via data administrating portion 29 of the environment in the controlling system P2 (Step S53).
Then, the transmission request data of the environment information processing system P3 (Step S54), the transmission control part 27 performs the digital certificate information processing system P3 to a decision regarding license information processing system P3 (Step S55). If the information processing system P3 is the certified information processing system P3, the data transmission is permitted for the environment by the transmission portion 23 of the environmental data (Step S56). Furthermore, the content of information concerning the permission to disclose the source is set in one of the states, such source can be disclosed or source may not be disclosed on the basis of the content input by the operator (Step S57). Size information can be switched to a multi-stage form.
When the transmission is permitted part 27, a transmission control portion 23 transmitting the environmental data received environmental data from the data administrating part 32 on the environment and transmits data about the environment in the information processing system P3 in accordance with the identifier of the one controlling system P2 and information, concerning the permission to disclose the source (Step S58).
Simultaneously, data reception portion 25 receives data about the status of the condition, the data relating to the state of treatment (Step S61). Part 25 receives data about the status of the received waves emitted by the brain, body temperature, heart rate, skin resistance subject M, as measured by means of Z changes states as state data, and input data such as results of observation of the physician or appearance of the subject M together with the status data (one example is shown in Figure 29).
The state data receiving part 25 receives the status data managed in administrating part 29 status data on the side of the controlling system P2 (Step S62), part 26, transmit data about the state of receiving data on the state of the portion 36 of the administration state data at certain points time and transmits the state data to the information processing system P3 in accordance with the identifier of the controlling system P2 and the identifier (called environment data) of the corresponding environmental data (Step S63). Specific times can be set in different ways by the operator, for example a certain period of time or completion of the treatment administered to the external command.
In the system P3 central processing portion 31 receive the environmental data receives the environmental data created and transmitted one controlling system P2 and each data attached thereto (Step S71).
The received environmental data and each data attached thereto, is recorded in the data accumulating portion D3 of the environment in a particular format so that the data administrating part 32 environmental administers it (Step S72).
At the same time, data reception portion 35 receives data about the status of the status transmitted by one controlling system P2 together with the controlling system identifier of one controlling system P2 and the identifier of the corresponding environmental data (Step S73).
Then data administrating part 36 administers the received status information on the status or the like (Step S74).
Environmental data and status data are not necessarily administered separately, as shown in Figure 30, their administration may also be performed together.
A portion 39 provide an estimate of the data is assessed data submitted assessment of the uniqueness and effectiveness of the environmental data administrating part 32 Administration of environmental data from D5 of the accumulation of estimates (Step S75). The assessment data concerning uniqueness is automatically produced by comparing the transmitted data with data recorded in a data storage portion D3 of the environment. The assessment data concerning effectiveness is produced by the actual treatment of the subject by using the evaluation data and checking the effect with the subsequent entering operator or produce a report on their use of other control system.
Since the effect, for example, "treatment" or the like obviously can not be obtained from the digital values, such as a wave emitted by the brain, or the like, the effect is difficult to check. In this case, in the preparation of the estimates can only be considered unique or you can use other evaluation criteria, such as skill, aesthetic, or the like.
Then, when the assessment data meets a certain condition, namely in the case where the content of the assessment data is "with uniqueness" and "with effectiveness" in this embodiment, the portion 37 supplies data on the state of performing the delivery of part or all of the data state administrating part 36 administration status data to another controlling system P2 (Step S76). The state data is in principle available to all other controlling system P2. In addition, some 312 data delivery payment amount payment amount supplies data representing the amount, payment of which is required for delivery of the relevant environmental data to another controlling system P2 (Step S77).
In another controlling system P2, which receives the supplied state data, and the data amount of payment (Step S81), the contents of state data and the value amount data is displayed (Step S82). The state data is displayed, for example in the form of a wave emitted by the brain. At the same time the amount of payment required to download or transfer the requested environmental data is also displayed based on the value amount data. The elements related to environmental data, are not displayed at all. When the selected environmental data corresponding to requested data on the condition and enters a request for the supply of the data (Step S83), the request signal of the environmental data is transmitted to the information processing system P3 together with the requested identifier of the environmental data and the identifier of another system P2 control (Step S84).
When the request signal data of environment of the host-side information processing system P3 (Step S91), portion 33 supplies data on the environment receives the corresponding environmental data based on the attached thereto an identifier of the environmental data from the data administrating part 32 on the environment and determines the another controlling system P2 to deliver the environmental data based on the identity management system (Step S92).
At this time of the 38 data acquisition payment will automatically receive the data for payment relating to the payment of the required amount, or a guarantee of payment for the supply of, for example, accounts of financial institutions, in accordance with the ID management system that sent the request for environmental data (Step S93).
If part 38 receiving data about payment receives valid data about payment and content of the assessment data is "with uniqueness" and "with effectiveness" (Step S94), portion 33 supplies data on the environment performs the supply of the environmental data to another controlling system P2 (Step S95). At this time, a decision on the content of the information concerning the permission to disclose the source (Step S96), and if the content is that the source can be disclosed, information on the source (for example, ID controlling system P2), representing a source of environmental data It is attached to the environmental data (Step S97).
As stated above if the supply of environmental data or if the data is in a state where environmental data should be clearly set, part of the 34 compilation of the licensing fee is information about licensing payment to pay in accordance with the ID management system that identifies the one controlling system P2 (Step S98).
A portion of the 310 data on the license payment performs various processes by which the data is transmitted to the payment of licensing financial institutions, or their contents prints (Step S99).
As mentioned above, the license payment paid to the person who created and opened an original and effective therapeutic environment lighting, using a therapeutic device X-based LEDs and controlling system P2.
The present claimed invention is not limited to the above embodiments thereof. For example, a controlled environment may include at least the light emitted, and wherein the other environment may be variously modified or added.
Any environmental data can be freely downloaded to the client computer from the client computer as long as a person who uses the system management device pays money.
In addition, if the received environmental data is transmitted to the central information processing system or the effective receive data evaluation may be paid license fees. The license payment may not necessarily be in the form of money, bills for rent and can be held when the loan program, for example, for the cultivation of the plant or the device controlling system P2.
Other arrangement may be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
As mentioned above, in accordance with the claimed invention, since the license payments paid to the person or business that opened or develop effective environmental data, it is possible to collect such data on the environment, which are used in the cultivation of living organisms, and which are usually confidential, because it can reasonably expect to receive part of the profit payment for the effort.
Furthermore, since the proposed invention provides a sense of assurance that the license fee is paid for a certain way, it is possible to attract a large number of people involved in the development of such valuable environmental data, and as a result can be expected for their rapid growth, even if the data of the surrounding media of this type contain a large number of parameters and require the implementation of significant work. Administrative reliability of the system makes it possible to reuse the developed environmental data, which further contributes to the development of data and shortens development time.
More specifically, it is possible to simply ensure the development of, for example, large-scale industrialization of agricultural production, or the like in a short period of time using the developed environmental data, which thus solves the problem of a lack of food or health problems with practices ∞ispolzovaniem which usually until now it was not used.
