Abstract

one. A method for synchronizing time division multiple access TDMA transmissions in a direct mode among a plurality of radio stations, wherein the method comprises: receiving, by the first radio station in said plurality, messages from another radio station in said plurality, moreover, the message identifies at least the identifier of the radio station of the first radio station of the leader, from many radio stations, currently operating as a leader radio station for another radio station for the purpose of time synchronization; identification by the first radio station of a new radio station of a leader from said plurality of radio stations, for the purpose of time synchronization in accordance with the predefined rule of leadership selection, as a function of the characteristics of the leader’s first radio station, identified in a message from another radio station and the characteristics of the second radio station of the leader, previously acting as a leader radio station of the first radio station for the purpose of time synchronization; installation by the first radio station of an identified new leader radio station, as its leader radio station for the purpose of time synchronization; and synchronization by the first radio station of a time slot boundary with a time slot boundary, a certain new radio station leader. 2. The method according to p. 1, in which each radio station from a plurality of radio stations is pre-programmed with the same leadership selection rule. 3.
