The utility model refers to individual means of saving a person on the water, which must be equipped with various vessels and other swimming means, providing assistance to people who are in the water.
Various designs of inflatable lifejackets containing a buoyancy chamber are known, consisting of inflatable compartments of an airtight material equipped with a gas filling system and a tethered system including a waist belt (author of the St. Petersburg No. 1710438 "Lifejacket", IPC B63C 9/08, publication 1992, patent of the Russian Federation No. 71318 "Rescue ship's vest", IPC B63C 9/08, publication 2008, UK patent No.GB 2260950 "Life jacket", IPC B63C 9/125, 1993 publication, US patent No.US 2014057511, IPC B63C 9/125, publication 2014).
A rescue device is known which includes an inflatable elastic buoyancy chamber, a gas filling system for the chamber, and a tethered system comprising a length-adjustable belt with a releasable lock, and a device for triggering a filling system equipped with an extraction cord, wherein the buoyancy chamber is configured to be filled with gas and unfold, forming a U-shaped buoyancy chamber, which contains integral head, neck and breast sections, the lower ends of which are fixed on the belt (na a tent of the Russian Federation №2433063, МПК В63С 9/08, the publication of 2011).
An inflatable rescue vest with two buoyancy chambers, a filling system and a tethered system is known, the filling system including a compressed gas cylinder actuated by the handle of the trigger head and tubes with blowing valves, the head and chest sections being integral, and the length of the waistcoat exceeds the width of the breastplate in its widest part twice in the filled state (RF patent No. 164 849, IPC B63C 9/08, publication 2016).
An inflatable lifejacket is known, comprising a buoyancy chamber having two shelves and a collar and consisting of two independent inflatable chambers from an airtight material, each equipped with a gas filling system, as well as a protective sheath, a groin belt with a detachable buckle and a waist belt with a detachable buckle, This buoyancy chamber is formed of two layers of airtight material, between which is placed a flexible airtight membrane, where the layers of material and the membrane are connected to each other contour, and the rear side fixed buoyancy chamber shelves loops and the waist belt configured to threading through the loops attached to the waist belt lifting loop, shelves protective shell connected to each other at the bottom,
In this device, the attachment of the buoyancy chamber to the waist belt is effected by means of power loops welded directly to the buoyancy chamber. Because the power loops and hold the buoyancy chamber on the human body, then all lifting forces and other loads during operation are transferred to the welded seams of the loops, which can lead to their destruction and depressurization of the buoyancy chambers. Ie the reliability of the waistcoat decreases.
Welded hinges have additional dimensions, which is reflected in the increase in overall dimensions in an un-inflated condition.
The technical task of the utility model is to eliminate these drawbacks and increase the reliability of the operation of the rescue inflatable waistcoat.
The technical result obtained is to increase the reliability, durability and ease of operation of the claimed lifejacket.
The essence of the proposed utility model is as follows. The life-saving inflatable vest includes a buoyancy chamber consisting of a headrest and two bibs, a protective cover and a vest attachment system on the human body comprising a waist belt, the waistcoat further comprising two girdling belts for securing each of the bibs of the buoyancy chamber passed through openings formed in the edges of the inflatable compartments of the buoyancy chamber, both of the girdling belts being attached to the waist belt.
The buoyancy chamber comprises two inflatable compartments separated by a flexible membrane and connected to each other and the membrane along the contour, each of the inflatable compartments being provided with a gas filling system.
The belt strap is fastened with a quick-release buckle located in the front or on the side of the vest.
A belt strap with a quick-release buckle is attached to the belt.
A lifting loop is attached to the waist belt, which is located at the back of the waist belt.
The buoyancy chamber is equipped with blowing / blowing tubes and contains a relief valve for overpressure.
In the area of the head restraint, the buoyancy chamber is connected to the protective cover by means of a girdle belt sewn into the cover.
The waistcoat is equipped with reflective strips, whistle and means of attaching the signal fire.
The essence of the utility model is explained in Figures.
In Fig. 1 schematically shows a life-saving life vest, a front view, in FIG. 2 the same, rear view, in FIG. 3 is a view A of FIG. 1; in Fig. 4 shows the node B in FIG. 1; in Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the BB in FIG. 2; in Fig. 6 - waistcoat in protective case.
The life-saving inflatable waistcoat contains a buoyancy chamber 1 in the form of a horseshoe, which is folded in an unladen condition and packed in a protective cover 2. The protective cover is designed for compact storage of the buoyancy camera and protecting it from accidental damage in an unladen condition, as well as giving the ergonomic form to the waistcoat for comfortable wearing in the folded state. The protective cover is fastened with a textile velcro closure, the clutch of which is designed for spontaneous unfastening in case of inflation of the waistcoat.
The buoyancy chamber 1 has two outer layers 3 and 4, between which a flexible membrane 5 is located. The layers 3, 4, as well as the membrane 5 are made of an airtight material, the outer layers are made of nylon with a one-sided polyurethane coating, and the flexible membrane is made of polyurethane .
The two outer layers are arranged in such a way that their polyurethane coating faces the interior of the chamber, which makes it possible to weld two outer layers and a membrane located between them along the contour of the buoyancy chamber by a seam 6 with a width of 3-4 mm by means of high-frequency welding.
The buoyancy chamber forms a head restraint 7 and two bibs 8, 9.
The flexible membrane 5 divides the buoyancy chamber into two inflatable compartments (front and rear), each equipped with an automatic / manual gas filling system 10 (for the front compartment) and 11 (for the rear compartment).
The vest contains a fastening system on the human body, including a waist belt 12, with which the vest is attached to the human body, and two belts 13, 14 with snaps, each of which grips one of the breastplates 8, 9.
Bracing belts 13, 14 are designed to secure the buoyancy chamber 1 to the waist belt 12 in the area of the bibs 8, 9. Each gripping belt is rigidly attached to the waist belt 12 and passes through two holes 15 formed at the edges of the inflatable compartments of the buoyancy chamber beyond the outer the boundary of the weld 6 connecting the layers 3, 4 and the membrane 5 with each other. Due to the openings 15, the buoyancy chamber can not slip out of the surrounding belts.
The waist belt 12 is rigidly connected (attached) to the protective cover 2 and the girdles 13, 14 in the portion 16.
The use of girth belts connected to the waist belt makes it possible to ensure a more dense fit of the buoyancy chamber to the human body, to simplify the packing of the waistcoat and to reduce the dimensions of the vest when folded.
The belt strap is fastened with a quick-release buckle 17, which can be located in the front (not shown) or on the side of the waistcoat.
The vest attachment system on the human body also includes a shoulder strap 18 with a detachable buckle attached to the waist belt in front and rear, and improving the fit of the buoyancy chamber to the body in the water.
A lifting loop is attached to the waist belt 19. The lifting loop is located from the back, which allows you to take a more comfortable position and to exclude injuries when lifting.
The automatic / manual gas filling system 10,11 of each inflatable compartment includes a gas cylinder and means for activating the gas filling system.
The vest includes a tube 20 for inflating the front inflatable compartment of the buoyancy chamber 1, which is aligned with an overpressure relief valve (not shown) that provides a nominal pressure in the buoyancy chamber, thereby increasing the reliability and life of the vest.
The vest also includes a tube 21 for inflating the rear inflatable compartment of the buoyancy chamber 1 with the mouth.
Tubes 20, 21 are used to blow air into the buoyancy chamber in the event that gas filling systems fail or leak after inflation. And also used to blow off the waistcoat.
The vest contains retroreflective strips 22 (8 pieces) located on the front side of the buoyancy chamber. The vest is also equipped with a signal whistle 23 and a signal light 24.
The buoyancy chamber 1 is attached to the protective cover 2 in the region of the head restraint 7 by means of a belt 25.
The life-saving inflatable vest is used as follows.
A vest is worn over clothes.
Inflating a waistcoat can be made in three ways:
- automatically: after immersion in water;
- manually: to activate the inflation, pull with effort for the cords with the handle of the gas filling system protruding from under the protective cover;
- by mouth: through the tubes for inflation with the mouth.
With automatic inflation, after immersing the waistcoat in water, both gas-filling devices are automatically activated and gas from both cylinders starts to flow into the buoyancy chamber.
Because the amount of gas in one cylinder is calculated to completely fill the buoyancy chamber, then when two cylinders work simultaneously, an excessive pressure is created in the buoyancy chamber. In this case, excess gas is discharged outside through the overpressure valve.
In the event of failure of one of the two gas filling systems, or in the case of manual activation of only one of the two gas filling systems, the gas enters only one of the compartments. But due to the flexible properties of the membrane, the compartment takes the form of a buoyancy chamber. Thus. the buoyancy value of the waistcoat is maintained at the same level as when both gas filling devices are triggered.
In case of failure of both gas filling systems, the inflation of the waistcoat can be made through one of the tubes for inflating with the mouth.
The proposed technical solution provides a more reliable attachment of the buoyancy chamber to the human body, which makes it possible to increase the reliability and efficiency of its use in saving and evacuating people trapped in water.
The proposed technical solution reduces the operational load on the waistcoat, thereby increasing its reliability and service life.
The proposed technical solution expands the arsenal of technical means used in the designs of life-saving inflatable vests.
