Playback devices for disc-shaped record carriers
Abstract
1414801 Disc record playback TED BILDPLATTEN AG AEG-TELEFUNKEN TELDEC 21 Aug 1972 [26 Aug 1971 6 Oct 1971] 38847/72 Heading G5R [Also in Division B6] In an arrangement for playing back disc record carriers made of foil material which can be damaged by touch, each record is fed to the play back machine in a sheath which is formed with a slot or recess to allow access to the record by holding members which retain the record when the sheath is withdrawn. After play back the disc is reloaded in the sheath by a reverse process. Two types of sheath are described. The first 3, Fig. 9 has a slot 9 in both sides extending from the open edge to allow engagement of the centre of the record 1 by a drive and holding member 71 when the sheath and record are entered into the play back machine. The second 26 is formed with a cover 28 and the slot 27 is formed in one side only, 26a, of the sheath. The sleeves are formed of flexible material so that when horizontal one side can be raised or lowered relative to the other to allow record insertion. This action is facilitated in sheath 3 by having one edge extending beyond the other at the open edge. When a record in sheath 26 is entered in the direction of the arrow into the play back machine, Fig. 8, with the slotted side 26a of the sheath downwards, the sheath engages a locking member 49 which trips a lever 50 so that a friction element 53 on the lever moves the record sleeve into engagement with roller 51. The friction between the element and record is greater than that between the record and the sleeve so the sleeve can be withdrawn from the machine. Cam wheel 43 is then rotated by means (not shown) to release via arm 44 the spring pressure acting on lever 50 so that element 53 releases the record which is then centred, driven and played back by means (also not shown). After play back the sleeve is reentered in the direction of the arrow and the sleeve weight acts on pivotable member 55 to raise element 61 so that the record and the upperside 26b of the sleeve are lifted to assist entry of the record into the sleeve. An arrangement in which the record is removed from the sleeve and is driven along a curved path to the play back position is described in Specification 1,414,802.

Author of the invention: Patent holder: TED Bildplatten- Aktiengesellschaft AEG - Telefunken Teldec, Zug (Switzerland)
A reproduction apparatus with a mechanism for removing and inserting a recording medium into the cover and
The present invention relates to a reproduction apparatus with a removal and insertion mechanism. discoid. recording medium in a cover.
The name of the recording medium is the disk on which g surface, similarly to a gramophone disc, information is later played back.
For proper reproduction of a recording medium which, due to its surface and material properties, is sensitive to manual or mechanical touch over its entire surface or part of it, it is necessary to protect the media against contact or contact with mechanical elements during insertion and removal. media from the playback device. 'This protection is obtained by using a cover in which the recording medium also remains during storage:
Storing gramophone records is known 20 in casings and manually removing them from these casings to manually place a turntable on the platter for reproduction and after re-inserting them manually into the cassette.
The disadvantage of manually removing the recording medium from the cover is that special skill of the operator is required so as not to touch the recording paths with his fingers. In the case of foil recording media, e.g. audio and video information media, it is particularly difficult to maintain3ni chni media. impeccably clean.
The object of the invention is to construct a reproduction apparatus with a mechanism for removing and inserting the recording medium into the cover, in particular suitable for inserting a disk-shaped foil recording medium into the cover without touching the medium by hand. Such a device should not require any special skill of the operator and should also prevent damage to the recording medium when inserting or removing it from the playback device.
This task is solved according to the invention due to the fact that the reproduction device for removing and inserting the recording medium into the cover is characterized by the fact that the recording medium is taken out from the cover for reproduction on the supporting surface and inserted again into the cover without being touched by the operator while the edges of the cover hole are parted by appropriate mechanical means in combination with different shape of the edge of the cover hole.
The reproduction apparatus with the disc roller, in particular a foil recording medium, is characterized in that it has a direct or indirect contact with the surface supporting the application surface for the recording medium, the application surface being adapted to the size of the cover, and in addition the device has transport elements to transport the recording carrier and / or cover between the application surface and the supporting surface in such a way that the recording medium is guided from the reading shield onto the support surface and hence re-inserted into the shield, furthermore the reproduction apparatus has means for centering the recording medium on the supporting surface and for coupling the recording medium to the drive device, and located near the input opening of the reproduction apparatus mechanical, causing the cover hole to be opened when the cover is re-inserted to pull the recording medium out of the reproduction apparatus.
The supporting surface has talkie dimensions that the recording medium protrudes on the input side of the device in the reproduction position. restoring outside the support surface.
The device also has surfaces leading to sagging lifting due to the gravity of the lower wall of the media cover when transporting the cover towards the reproduction apparatus.
It is advantageous here that the guard need not be specially guided by the operator or transport mechanism, which would require special attention. or complicated mechanisms, while the spatial orientation of the cover and the opening of the edges of its opening occurs automatically by means of the cover's movements necessary to insert and remove the recording medium.
The insertion and removal of the recording medium is carried out in the same plane in which the recording medium is positioned during playback, thereby resulting in a compact design of the reproduction apparatus. When playing multiple recording media in succession without interruptions, the recording media can be transported to the plane of the application surface by means of a magazine. The preparation of the position of one of the plurality of recording media arranged in the magazine for reproduction is carried out by means of the respective positioning of the magazine.
The cover when inserted into the brewing device is guided horizontally by mechanical means so that the recording medium adopts the previous task, approximately parallel to the supporting surface and determined by the position resistance, after reaching which the gripping device is activated recording medium in a pressure-sensitive area of its surface and immobilizing this recording medium in the playback position, then the cover provided with at least one suitable notch for passing the gripping device is pulled out of the reproduction apparatus and in order to pull the recording medium out of the reproduction apparatus in. the cover, the cover slips over the recording medium located in the playback position, the gripping device being released when the recording medium is pulled out into the cover from the reproducing apparatus.
The advantage of this method is that the recording medium itself does not come into contact with the transport device because it is guided into the reproduction position with its cover. As a result, the possibility of damage to the sensitive parts of the recording medium surface by mechanical transport elements is eliminated. The operation of the gripping device is preferably triggered by a sensor element affected by the recording medium and / or the cover when the cover covers the recording medium in the set position as far as is needed to implement the variant of the device according to the invention.
In order to avoid malfunctions, it is advantageous when the actuation of the gripping device by the sensor element is only possible if the operation of the gripping device is enabled by the control element or the operating device of the reproduction device.
The mechanical design of the reproduction apparatus is simplified when the cover reaches the position in which it encloses the positioned recording medium as far as is needed. The cover by means of a sensor element - then alternately activates and releases the gripping device, which makes it possible to use a mechanical or electronic bistable element.
To avoid malfunctions, caused, for example, by manually inserting and removing the guard too quickly in the reproduction apparatus, it is advantageous if the gripping apparatus can be actuated by the sensing element only when the change from actuation to the release of the gripping apparatus when the shield re-enters this position is only possible after a predetermined time has elapsed since the last entry into this position.
In another solution, the cover containing the recording medium is inserted into a predetermined position, limited by the resistance, in which the transporting elements press the recording medium to the support by cutting the cover and by means of a friction force which is greater between the transport means and the recording medium than between the recording medium. and a cover, bring the recording medium out of the cover to the supporting surface of the reproduction apparatus, - where, also using the same recording transport elements in the reproduction position, once the reproduction has been completed it is captured again and. when the direction of movement is reversed with respect to the input, the recording medium is reinserted into the cover.
Although the surfaces of the recording medium are in contact with the transport elements, the solution is advantageous when these elements are made in such a way that during transport of the recording medium does not cause damage to the recording parts of the surface of the recording medium.
In the reproduction apparatus, it is advantageous, as already mentioned, when a magazine is used for the magazine containing recording media together with the covers, which moves the magazine perpendicular to the walls of the covers, when the covers containing the recording media are stacked in the magazine, so that the walls of the covers are next to each other. In addition, the reproduction apparatus is preferably equipped with a second transport device for transporting the shield between the magazine and the application surface.
The subject of the invention is illustrated in the examples of the drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a magazine with a recording medium cover partially removed from the magazine, Fig. 2 - a cross-sectional diagram of the cover in an open state, Figs. 3-7 - details of various Fig. 8 - parts of a reproduction apparatus for inserting and removing a recording medium from the cover in a perspective view, Fig. 9 - other embodiments of the reproducing apparatus in perspective, Fig. 10 - further embodiments of the reproducing apparatus in cross section, and Fig. 11 - part of the reproducing apparatus of Fig. 10 enlarged.
The recording medium 1 shown in Fig. 1 is placed on the supporting surface 2 of the reproduction apparatus being a part of the video recording reproduction apparatus in which the foil recording medium rotates on an air cushion on the supporting surface 2. The drawing does not show the reading head and the driving mechanism , constituting the sledge leading to the supporting surface 2, a reading head is mounted on the sledge. The cover 8 is used to insert the recording medium into the reproduction apparatus and to remove it. The recording medium 1 in the rest position is located with the cover in the magazine 4 next to the other recording media and covers.
Depending on the embodiment of the transport mechanism not shown in Fig. 1, the introduction of the recording medium 1 on the supporting surface 2 of the reproduction apparatus can be carried out in two ways. First, the cover 3 with the recording medium 1 is guided to the reproduction position in which the recording medium 1 is fixed by means of a suitable handle, while the cover 3 is pulled out of the reproduction apparatus.
Details of such a reproduction apparatus are shown in Figs. 8 and 9. Secondly, the cover 3 together with the recording medium 1 is guided only to a specific preparation position from where the recording medium 1 is further transported to the reproduction position on the supporting surface. 2 by means of an additional transport mechanism, details of such a reproducing apparatus are shown in Fig. 10.
Pulling out recording medium 1 from the playback device after playback. for both solutions runs in reverse order. The cover is provided on its top wall 5 and on its bottom wall 6 with cutouts $ and 10 for passing the handle or the transport mechanism.
Because when the recording medium 1 is removed from the reproduction apparatus, the medium must re-enter the cover 3, the edges 7 and 8 of the opening of the cover 3 are expanded, due to the flexibility of at least part of the upper and lower walls 6, both edges of the opening 7 and 8 move apart, when the top wall 5 is unloaded in the region of the opening edge 7, while the wall 6 is subjected to gravity as shown in figure 2. It is irrelevant whether the upper wall 5 of the cover 3 remains in its position and the parts of the lower wall 6 are lowered or whether the upper wall 5 is lifted and the parts of the lower wall 6 remain in its position.
The opening of the edges 7 and 8 of the cover opening 3 by mechanical means is facilitated by the fact that one of the edges 7 and 8 protrudes in front of the other. In the casing 3 used in the reproduction apparatus shown in Fig. 1, the upper surface 5 of the casing 1 is supported in the area of the edge 7 of the opening when the shield is inserted into the reproduction apparatus, the upper edge 7 protruding in front of the lower edge 8. Supporting the top wall is carried out simply by placing the protruding part of the top wall on support points or surfaces, which in this case are parts of the recording medium.
Inserting the recording medium 1 into the reproduction apparatus by means of the cover 3 proceeds according to both solutions as follows.
According to the first solution, the cover 3 together with the recording medium 1 is transported by means of a transport mechanism not shown in the drawing in a position approximately parallel to the supporting surface 2, almost corresponding to the reproduction position, whereby to guide the cover 3 in the vertical direction and horizontal, bumpers and guides not shown in Figs. 1 and 2 enable automatic insertion of the recording medium 1 into the reproduction apparatus.
In the reproduction position shown in Fig. 1, the recording medium 1 is immobilized by a mechanism, which will be described later, whereas the cover is pulled out of the creation device.
According to a second solution, the cover 3 together with the recording medium 7 is guided by the transport mechanism into a predetermined position which corresponds to the resting position 11 of the recording medium 1 in the cover 3 shown in Fig. 1 and is outside the reproduction position marked in Fig. 1 recording medium 1
By means of the additional transport mechanism not shown in Fig. 1, described below, the recording medium 1 is then transported to the reproduction position shown in Fig. 1. .
It is important, however, that the recording medium is removed from the playback device and placed back in the cover after playback. ·
As shown in Fig. 1, the cover is therefore moved towards the supporting surface 2 until the protruding area of the upper wall 5 is positioned on the record carrier 1 as shown in Fig. 2. Due to the elasticity of the cover 3 and the action of gravity the part of the bottom wall 6 is lowered so that the edges 7 and 8 are parted.
According to one solution, the cover is now slid completely onto the recording medium, the hanging parts of the bottom wall 6 being lifted by means of guides 12 and 13 so that the valley wall 6 of the cover enters between the recording medium 1 and the supporting surface 2. Then the handle and the cover 3 together with the recording medium 1 is removed from the supporting surface and returned to the magazine 1.
According to a second solution, when removing the recording medium 1 from the supporting surface 2 of the reproduction apparatus, the cover 3 remains in the position shown in Fig. 2. - The recording medium is, by means of an additional transport mechanism, which now works in the opposite direction, is inserted into the pivoting cover 3. Then containing recording medium 1 cover 3 returns to the magazine 4.
The shield transport mechanism 3 is coupled to the notches 14 and 15 of the shield. To facilitate insertion of the shield into the reproduction apparatus, long oblique guide surfaces 16-19. These surfaces are positioned such that the cover 3 inserted into the reproduction apparatus only enters into the area of the strip 20 to which the record carrier 1 in its resting position 11 does not reach.
As a result, it is ensured that the recording medium 1 when inserted into the reproduction apparatus does not remain in the shield 3 also when the walls 5 and 6 of this shield when manually pulling the shield from the reproducing apparatus are pressed against each other in the area of the edge 7 and 8 of the opening . Thanks to this, mechanical damage is avoided by the operator's hand with sensitive parts.
Re-inserting recording medium 1 into cover 3 should be as easy as possible, therefore the edges of the cover opening are not parallel to the leading edge of the recording medium. The tangent angle at the contact point of the recording medium 1 and the cover opening is as large as possible.
In addition, the cover near its opening has projections 21 and 22 on its internal surfaces, kt hold the edges 7, 8 of the cover opening apart from each other to facilitate the reinsertion of recording medium 1 into the cover. Projections 21 and 22 are located outside. the resting position 11 of the recording medium 1 in the cover 3, marked with dashed lines, so that pressure-sensitive deformation in the cover is avoided. recording medium 1 under mechanical loading of the cover 3, for example when a heavy object is placed on it.
To enable optical control of inserting the recording medium into the cover during manual operation near the edges 7 and 8 of the cover opening, cutouts 23 and 24 are made in the upper face 5 of the cover 3, through which parts of the inner side located opposite the bottom wall 6 of the cover 3 are visible. having a color different from that of the upper wall 6 and different than the color of the recording medium. Thanks to this, it is easy to recognize whether when the recording medium 1 is re-inserted into the cover 3, the medium fits correctly between the walls 5 and · 6 of the cover 3 or the recording medium has not been located partly in the area outside the · cover 3 due to faulty operation.
If part of the recording medium 1 is located above the cover 3 this is directly visible to the operator, while if part of the recording medium is located by the cover, this state will be indicated to the operator by the fact that - the recording medium 1 in at least one of the cut-outs 23, 24 is not visible. The operator should then pull the cover out again and, after ever correcting it, push it in again.
A further possibility of optical control is obtained by making part of the surface - the cover made of transparent material.
The cut-outs 9 and 10 of the cover 3, intended to pass the handle or transport mechanism, surround the area of both surfaces 5 and 6 of the cover containing the central hole 25 to allow the center hole 25 of the medium to engage the handle when the recording medium is moved to the playback position, the middle hole 25 simultaneously serves to center and drive the recording medium during playback.
Embodiments of the shield are shown in Figs. 3-7. The cover 26 shown in Fig. 3 has a cut-out 27 for passing the handle or transport mechanism, made in only one face of the cover. The edge - the notches 27 of the cover 26 are also shaped so that the descent - of the edge of the opening of the cover 26 with the edge of the recording medium 1 is not made when the medium is inserted into the cover, the flap cover 28 being movably connected to the bottom wall 26b not tilted and serves to closing the notch 27 in the upper wall 26a to protect the recording medium.
Fig. 4 shows the arrangement of the inwardly-located cover near the edges 7 of the cover opening facing inwardly projections 29-34 that hold the edges of the cover opening apart from each other to facilitate the re-insertion of recording medium 1 into the cover. These projections are located outside the dashed line shown in the rest position lla of the recording medium in the cover and protect the recording medium from falling out of the cover 26. For the same purpose, a similar projection 35 can be located - in the area of the central opening 25 of the recording medium 1 when it is in its resting position as shown in Fig. 5.
To prevent the cover from sliding laterally when inserted into the reproduction apparatus or magazine, the lengths of the longitudinal edges of the cover of Figures 3 and 4 are greater than the length of the transverse edges so that the cover can be inserted into the opening corresponding to the length of the transverse edge. covers. Cutouts 36-39 in Figs. 1, 3 and 4 are also used to enable correct operation.
These cutouts exerting the following action in the reproduction apparatus prevent the complete insertion of the shield into the reproduction apparatus or the magazine. Actions caused by cutouts 30-39 · are, for example, switching on and off of the electric drive or transfer channels, and in particular regulating actions such as blocking the lowering of the reading head of the playback device when the recording medium is not completely inserted into the playback device or when the cover is still located on the supporting surface .
To prevent the recording medium 1 from being pressed in the area of the edges 26a and 26b of the cover 26 shown in Fig. 6, the walls 26a and 26b are connected at the closed end of the cover with adhesive tape 10, which creates a gap between the walls 26a and 26b of the cover, the area 11 in contact with the recording medium 1 enclosed in the sheath is free of adhesive to avoid sticking the recording 1 to the adhesive tape 40.
To facilitate the manual opening of the cover 26 of Fig. 3, the flap cover 26 is attached to the cover 26 by means of flexible adhesive tape 12 as shown in Fig. 7.
Fig. 8 shows the mechanism for inserting a recording medium placed in the cover into the reproduction apparatus. From the reproduction apparatus elements only the supporting surface 2 and the mechanical elements needed for the insertion 26 are shown, the position of the recording medium 1 on the supporting surface 2 during reproduction is indicated.
The insertion of the cover 26 containing the recording medium in the reproduction apparatus takes place in the direction of the arrows, the cover being first positioned in the position A and then by sliding in the horizontal direction the shield is brought to the position B. During the insertion of the recording medium the control cam 13 of the reproduction apparatus is located in the position shown in the figure.
The lever H, by means of the Tension spring 15, is kept in constant contact by its roller 16 with the control cam 13 - and through the rod 17 with the compression spring 18 it is connected to the lever 50, locked by a bolt 19. The bolt 19 is held in its position by for example with an extension spring not shown. The cover 26 shortly · before reaching position B is guided by a roller 51 mounted in a resistance 52. When the cover 26 reaches position B, the recording medium 1 is already in the playback position. When the cover 26 releases the lever 50 by the pressure on the bolt 19, the lever 50- through the cutout in the cover is pressed by its liner 53 to the recording medium in an area not occupied by the recording, as a result of which the recording medium 1 is pressed against the wall of the shield 26 and this wall pressed to the roller 51. If the shield 26 is now pulled out of the reproduction apparatus manually by means of mechanical means not shown, the recording medium remains in the reproduction plane of the reproduction apparatus, because the friction force between the liner 53 and the recording medium 1 is greater than the friction force between the shield 26 and the recording medium. Before starting playback, the control cam 13 is turned by the control device of the reproduction apparatus to a position in which the lever K is released so that the compression spring 18 is relaxed until resistance 51 and in addition the liner 53 releases the recording medium 1.
To remove the recording medium from the reading position, the cover 26 is re-inserted into the supporting surface of the reproduction apparatus. The oscillating sensor lever 55 is pressed through the cover downwards and, by means of a sliding rod 56 with a compression spring 57, limited by the resistances 58 and 59, moves the angle lever 61, held in position by the tension spring 60./
The angle lever 61 includes a wedge-like pressure surface which, by moving the angle lever, passes through the cutout of the supporting surface upwards 1 presses from below to the recording medium 1 located on the supporting surface, which, as a result, is also moved upwards and lifts the shield wall 26b protruding in front of the shield wall 26a because the shield bottom wall 26b, due to its flexibility and due to the force of gravity acting on it, it remains in its position. Any excessive movement of the sensor lever 55, occurring with the maximum deflection of the angle lever 61, is taken over by the compression spring 57. When the cover is further retracted, its bottom wall 26b enters the carrier 1 and the media is pushed back into the cover.
If the foil recording medium is not intended to be placed on a plate but is to be held on the supporting surface by means of an air cushion due to electrostatic charging, the recording medium is, without mechanical stress, released from the supporting surface by the angle lever 61, and by the lower edge cover hole. For simplicity of control, the angle lever 61 is also actuated when the supply medium is inserted into the reproduction apparatus, however, it does not affect the insertion of the recording medium.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 9, the recording medium 1 is inserted from the right onto the supporting surface 2 of the partially shown reproduction apparatus. In the position shown, cover · 3 activates electrical contact 62. Cutouts 37, 38 and 39 of cover 3 prevent the contact 62 from actuating if the cover is inserted in the wrong position. Contact 62 is used to activate the solenoid 63, which attracts the latch · 64, which is · engaged with the gear and rotates it by a part · full rotation.
When the electromagnet is de-energized, the pawl 64 is pulled back to its starting position by means of the spring 66, while at the same time with the gear 65 the locking element 67 is engaged, which fixes the gear. The operation of the locking element 67 is overcome by the force exerted by the electromagnet 63 when the gear 65 moves the pawl 64, with the wheel
83413 * toothed 65, a cam disk 68 is connected mechanically, the circumference of which via the roller 69 influences the movement of the lever 70, at the end of which a pivotally mounted pressure element 71 is arranged.
Each time the electromagnet 63 is switched on, the pressure element 71 is alternately raised and lowered again. To prevent double-acting solenoid, the solenoid is powered by the capacitor 72, which is charged via a resistor 73 from the voltage source 74. Due to the fixed charging time of the capacitor 72, it is only possible for the solenoid 63 to operate again after a certain time has elapsed.
When inserting the recording medium into the reproduction apparatus, the pivotally mounted pressure element 71 is lowered as a result of the · short circuit of the electrical contact 62 and immobilizes the recording medium 1. Rotationally: the mounted pressure element 71 is coupled to a centering cone not shown in the invisible hole · medium of the carrier recording and immobilizing the recording media exactly in the playback position. If the cover 3 is now pulled off the supporting surface of the reproduction apparatus, the recording medium · 1 remains in the reproduction position.
In order for the recording medium to be rotatably driven during playback, the thrust bearing 71 forms a forced connection with a central scraper device not shown, intended for driving the recording medium. This action can be enhanced by the use of a scraper device between the scraper device and the magnetic clutch pressure element.
In order to pull the recording medium 1 out of the reproduction device, the cover 3 is in an analogous manner 'as in the device - shown in Fig. 8, the recording medium located in the reading plane is slid, in which the cover is pivoted according to the invention. When the contact 62 is now activated through the cover, the pressure element 71 is lifted and the recording medium is released, whereby the recording medium 'can be pushed from the reproduction device into the cover 3.
While in the previous embodiments the cover containing the recording medium is inserted into the reading plane, it is shown in Fig. 10 the reproduction apparatus comprises an overlay surface 75 which is connected to the supporting surface 2 via a change surface 76, the overlay surface being equipped with abutment edges 77 constituting the 'limiting means' which fix the specific position of the cover 26 when the cover is brought on 'application surface. Rollers 78, 79 and 80 are mechanical means of transport which, through the cutout 27, pull out from this cover · recording medium 1 and feed · this recording medium a surface · supporting 2 reproduction apparatus.
At the end of playback, they grip again positioned · playback of recording medium 1 · and lead it in the reverse direction again to the cover 26. No surface of the rollers in cooperation with the surfaces of the recording medium creates a friction force that is greater than the friction force between the recording medium · 1 and the cover, wherein in the construction shown opposite the notch 27 of the cover 26, the shield wall 26b provides support for the recording medium drive by means of a roller 80. In the embodiment of the invention illustrated in detail, said support needed to drive the recording medium can also be formed by a roller, which is also optionally driven.
In order to protect the mechanically sensitive recording situated on the recording medium · 1 on one side only · in the reproducing apparatus shown during transport · it is changed from the surface 76 of the direction change on the side which does not contain the recording, assuming that the supporting surface is carried out above the recording medium by means of a device not shown.
To insert the recording medium into the reproduction apparatus shown in Fig. 10, the lid 81 is opened and the cover containing the recording medium 1 is manually inserted with the right opening and fully fitted 77. The recording side of the medium · must face downwards .
If the cover 26 is incorrectly positioned, the sensor elements of the reproduction device not shown block further operation of the device. By closing the cover 81, the drive motor 82 is started by means of a contact not shown. By means of a mechanical connection, not shown, the control cam 83 is actuated, which moves the coupled rollers 78 and 80 so that the roller 80 is lifted and the recording medium 1 is pressed against the cut-out 27 of the upper wall 26b and against the support 84.
Driven in the direction of the arrow 'C, the rollers 78 and 80 transfer the recording medium in cooperation with the resiliently suspended roller 79 to the supporting surface 2 · until' to the bumper 85. The sensor pin 86 is used to determine whether the recording medium 1 has completely entered the supporting surface 2. .
If the sensor pin cannot · be passed through the opening 87 · in the supporting surface then the centering cone 88 is lowered by means of the control cam 86 ', which centers the recording medium and in combination with the collecting device driven by motor 82 drives the recording medium 1 during playback . Roll 78 is lowered during playback.
To reinsert the recording medium into the cover after playback, the rollers 78 and 80 are raised again by the control cam 83 and are driven in the direction of the arrow
D. Rdbiiesittiie of the roller 80 to the fixed position; cut-outs 27 of the surface 26b of the cover 26 simultaneously cause the opening of the cover to be opened.
wherein the upper edge of the cover opening is raised into the support slot 84 formed by the bumper 77. As a result, the recording medium can be reinserted into the cover according to the invention. .
If the recording carrier is not mistakenly stored in the playback device · then after actuating the rollers 78 and 80, the sensor pin 86 passes through the cutouts 87 of the supporting surface 2 tco prevents leaving the internship. centering card 88 and reading head not shown. Because the control cam. 83 during · one rotation · causes one loading and unloading of the 'playback device', after the end of playback the cam is always in the position it assumes after putting the recording medium back into the cover. The process of inserting recording medium 1 into the cover. 26 via a roller 80 is shown enlarged in Fig. 11, which further shows how the upper wall 26b of the shell 26 is raised by the roller 80 and the lower wall 26a due to the flexibility and gravity acting on the lower wall 26a remains in its position, whereby the edges of the opening of the shell. are parted to facilitate insertion of the recording medium 1 into the cover.
For a magazine 4 containing a recording medium 1 with covers, a transport device, not shown in the drawing, is used to move the magazine 4 perpendicular to the walls 3, 26 of the covers, when the covers with the carriers are stacked in the magazine 4, so that walls 5, 6, 26a, 26b of shields 3, 26 are adjacent. In addition, the reproduction apparatus is provided with a second transport apparatus, not shown, for carrying the cover 3, 26 between the magazine and the application surface. 75.
