[0001] The invention relates to a mechanically or mechatronically actuated locking system with a locking element or an actuator and a movement block.
[0002] Drum inserts, which are not exclusively mechanical in nature, often include actuators that act on or cooperate with certain setting or locking means within the drum cartridge. It can be, for example, the rotation or movement of a structural element, such as a blocking strip, or a locking function which is intended to prevent the structural element from rotating or moving.
[0003] At the same time, should start with that each structural element obviously has a certain mass, which can possibly be set in motion by physical energy into the blocking system, like vibration or external impulse action, so that the function is just being carried out, which, for example, is to be achieved when blocking rotation or movement, [0004] The object of the invention is therefore to provide a solution which prevents unwanted or unintentional movement of the locking element or actuator.
[0005] This task is solved according to the invention by means of a mechanically or mechatronically actuating locking system with a locking element or an actuator and a movement block, characterized in that the movement block has a locking element which is engageable with the locking element or the cylinder by pre-tensioning or set in motion - triggered by external action on the closing system. The locking element is temporarily engaged with the locking element or actuator and can be restored by authorized activation of the locking system.
[0006] In structural terms, this movement block can be implemented in various ways, the preferred embodiments being explained below.
[0007] According to one embodiment of the invention, the locking element includes a one-way pivoted lever, at whose free end a section or stop is provided, engageable with the actuator, with blocking its movement and by a tension spring, connected with one end at a distance from the swing lever bearing with the swing lever, and the other end supported at a distance from the rocker lever bearing and offset from it and which is so directed and positioned, that when setting the extension spring, lying essentially in the extension of the axis of the swing lever, it is in a stable position, in which the spring is under tension and is always expanded in deflections with the mirror symmetry of the swing lever, where one of the deflections of the swing lever is the resting or relaxed position, and the second swinging of the rocker lever in the locked position, and the swing lever may be swung out of the stable position in the locked position when disengaged.
[0008] When the movement lock is intended to temporarily block the rotation of an actuator comprising several components, it is provided that one of the components of the actuator is driven by
EP 2 643 536 Β1 electrically rotary lock, which is gearing with a blocking strip, operating on the cylinder between the drum core and the drum housing to prevent rotation of the drum core in the case of a non-matching key, while the limiter for the swing lever remains in normal actuation of the cylinder in the rest or disengaged position, with external impulse action on components it swings to the locked position, preventing rotation of the rotary lock.
[0009] At the same time, a mass may be provided, put into contact with the swing lever, preferably a sphere, freely movable in the recess assigned to it and when the impulse is applied to the swing lever in its rest or disengaged position, exerting an impulse on her, which moves her from a rest position or disconnected to a locked position, [0010] In addition, is provided for, that the swing lever may be retracted by exerting an impulse on it when pulling out the key, used for authorized activation of the closing system, from a locked position through an unstable position to a rest position or to a disengaged position. [0011] A further embodiment consists in that the actuator rotor shaft has a section, which is widened in the form of a cam essentially rectangular and is rotatable between the opposite arms of the letter-shaped reversing frame, the reversing frame is freely movable perpendicular to the watt of the rotor, and one of the arms of the reversing frame is determined by its own weight or with spring loading to one of the sides of the rectangular section, so that the free rotation of the rotor shaft can be prevented, [0012] At the same time, the episode may have looking towards the rotor shaft, two opposite flat longitudinal surfaces and two hatch-shaped lateral surfaces connecting them, and one of the arms of the reversing frame adheres in one rotational resting position of the rotor wad to one longitudinal surface of the section.
[0013] A further implementation of the movement block according to the invention is characterized by that the locking element is a locking strip, which works between the bobbin case and the bobbin case in the case of a bobbin case, to prevent rotation of the bobbin case in the case of a key that does not match the coding and releases it when authorized to activate the locking system, a mandrel is provided, movable relative to the blocking strip, especially axially shifting, made as an immobilizing element, which does not disturb the movement of the blocking bar in its rest position, but with external impulse it is shifted axially and prevents movement of the blocking bar by the corresponding contact surfaces, wherein the rest position of the fixing element is held by the holding element, which is movable transversely to the fixing element, and the retaining element can be moved away by an impulse against the spring force, axially from the fixing element and thus permits its axial displacement.
[0014] In this context, it is also preferably provided that during the closing movement through the inserted key, through the lever shaft, there is both a rotary locking movement that slows down the movement of the locking strip, as well as the displacement of the locking element with the sliding of the coupling element, the rest position the fixing element is held down
EP 2 643 536 przez1 through a holding element in which the non-corresponding holding surfaces are in a position outside the engagement with the locking strip.
[0015] The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. It shows:
Fig. 1: schematically a part of the closing system, namely the locking latch in the usual locked state cooperating with the screen, Fig. 2: the state allowing closing, Fig. 3: the state with the movement interlock disconnected, Fig. 4: an additional locking element in Fig. 5-8: embodiment according to the invention in different views and states.
[0016] In the closing system, not shown here in detail, for example, an insert housing 21 with an insert core 22 rotatably disposed therein, into which a key not shown here is inserted, an electrically operated actuator 1 is provided.
[0017] If an electronically coded key is used in this locking system, then - with a matching key - an electric signal will be given to the actuator, which then rotates the rotor shaft 2 to a position that releases the locking strip 13 so that it can move radially to inside, it exits from recess 23 and thereby frees the dividing plane between the cylinder housing and the cylinder core in a usual manner, so that the closing process can be carried out.
[0018] Due to vibrations or especially an external impulse, for example impact, it could happen that even without a matching key, the actuator will not be activated, but the rotor shaft will make a small rotational movement.
[0019] In the most unfavorable case, it may also be sufficient to trigger the locking element or to allow activation, that is, we would carry out the closing process.
According to the invention, currently - according to one embodiment, as shown in figures 1 to 3, a pivoting lever 3 is provided, which is pulled by a spring 4.
[0021] In order for the pivot lever to move and yet be stretched by the spring, the bearing of the two elements is slightly moved relative to each other.
It is important that the spring 4 in the position shown in figure 1 is under tension in the so-called resting or disengaged position. The spring is also tensioned in the locking position, which is shown in figure 3. Between these two positions, the pivot lever must overcome the position in which the spring is slightly tensioned.
[0023] By external impulse, the pivoting lever is moved from the rest position or the expanded position (Fig. 1) so that it pivots overcoming the intermediate position to the blocking position (Fig. 3).
[0024] This movement of the outflow beyond the intermediate position can be further supported by a freely movable ball 5, whose mass upon impulse from any direction is set in motion and presses the lever out, as shown in figure 3.
[0025] Additional protection against rotation of the actuator is achieved by the so-called retraction frame 7.
EP 2 643 536 Β1 [0026] In this section, on the rotor shaft 2 a section 6 is provided, widened in the form of a cam.
[0027] As figure 4 shows, this section 6 is enclosed by a retraction frame 7 which is U-shaped.
[0028] The retraction frame 7 is freely movable perpendicular to the rotor shaft 2.
[0029] Since the retraction frame obviously has - even if small - mass, then due to the action of gravity it will take - with respect to its freedom of movement - the lowest position, as shown in figure 3. It can also be held by the spring in this preferred position.
[0030] Since the section 6, made in the form of a cam on the rotor shaft, is substantially rectangular, the reversing frame adheres by its upper arm 8 in this case to the upper longitudinal surface 9, so that the weight or mass of the reversing frame fixes the rotor shaft in this position , and with an external impulse due to the formation of segment 6 - also repels it.
[0031] Figures 5-8 show an embodiment not belonging to the invention, wherein figures 6 and 8 each show a different view of the state shown in figures 5 or 7.
[0032] The drum insert is not shown in these figures, while it is shown and is marked as a blocking bar, operating again in a known manner between it and the drum core.
[0033] At the same time, the blocking strip 13 cooperates again with the electrically operated servomotor 1, that is, when the electrically operated servomotor 1 is started by means of the rotary lock 12, then depending on the construction, the blocking strip 13 can be moved from its position, in which it locks the closing system and can release the locking position or the electrically operated rotary-clutch actuator 12 can be returned to the position, in which the locking bar 13 cannot be moved, [0034] In the case of this embodiment not in accordance with the invention, a plunger is provided as a fixing element 14, which is movable (fig. 5) axially (with respect to its longitudinal axis) with spring loading (spring 18). This mandrel has, as shown in figure 8, various indentations 15, which allow, depending on the axial position of the mandrel 14, the radial mobility of the blocking bar 13.
[0035] In its axial position, releasing the radial movement of the blocking bar, the mandrel is held by the holding element 17 - in this case the ball being under the pressure of the spring 19 (Fig. 6) · When the closing system is supplied with an external impulse, the holding element 17 is moved axially to the position shown in figure 8, whereby the spring 19 expands. It can be seen that the blocking strip cannot slide radially through the support in the upper recess so that the cylinder lock is thereby blocked and thus the closing process cannot be carried out.
[0037] When inserting the key not shown here, the lever shank 16 is turned and releases the coupling element 24 under the pressure of the spring 20.
[0038] This coupling element 24 presses, for its part, contrary to the pressure of the spring 19 or the holding element 17, the locking element 16, made as a pin, again to the initial position shown in figure 6.
