[0001] The invention relates to a system according to claim 1. [0002] Furthermore, the invention relates to a method according to claim 14.
[0003] Drywall walls are generally known from the state of the art, consisting of a frame structure and drywall panels mounted thereon, in particular drywall bolted to it. The frame structure consists essentially of vertical post profiles, especially standardized CW profiles, which are inserted into the horizontal and upper horizontal profiles at the top and bottom, in particular, standardized UW profiles, and thus combined. The post profile has a C-shaped cross section and the U-shaped frame profile. This type of drywall walls are used as walls, projections and covers.
[0004] It is also generally known from the current state of the art that in this type of drywall walls, in appropriate cut-outs, mounting elements are assembled, such as racks, cabinet bodies, or that such lined cut-outs are used as shelves, which aims to use the empty spaces inside the walls for drywall and empty space as well as any empty space between the drywall wall serving as cladding or the front wall and the next wall. These types of cutouts are made individually in the walls for drywall from the same materials as the wall. Due to the lack of standards, such work is very time consuming. Especially the peripheral edges of such cut-outs should be provided with an edge protection. As a rule, such individual cutouts are covered with gypsum plasterboard panels and thus do not constitute a stable structural body. Especially the peripheral edges of such cut-outs should be additionally provided with an edge cover. In addition, further labor-consuming constructions made of post profiles are necessary to secure the plasterboard panels forming such a niche. Also, the same material as the wall does not create load-bearing surfaces for fixing the insert shelves and cabinet doors.
[0005] Furthermore, to date, assembly components made of wood or wood-based materials require essentially individual adaptation to the building conditions on site, which increases labor and cost-efficiency. In addition, assembly of the mounting element in embedded drywall walls is difficult because most often the mounting element needs to be mounted remotely to the floor and, depending on the dimensions, has a heavy weight. Next, the standard post profiles have been reduced in terms of material thickness by the new European standards and are very unstable in the state before facing on both sides. This defect is of special importance because the front wall is only clad on one side. Another problem arises when producing a satisfactory end of the front edges of the mounting element with a drywall wall. Drywall walls and their post profiles are usually mounted vertically. Accordingly, when mounting the components, they need to be leveled using a spirit level and screws on the post profiles, and tightened firmly. Subsequent alignment of the mounting elements in the wall structure is associated with the complete removal of the screws each time, and thus almost with total disassembly. In the case of only slight alignment, the screw holes already made in the post profiles disturb, because the screws usually escape into the available holes. Another problem is in particular the expected alignment of the edges of the front mounting elements with the subsequent wall surface. In this case, it is necessary to constantly measure and use clamps or to use the help of another person. One fitter is able to do this only with difficulty and certainly only in several stages. If several such mounting elements are screwed on to each other with a distance from smooth, vertical side surfaces to smooth, vertical, closed side surfaces of post profiles, an unstable situation arises due to the low thickness of the profile material. If the mounting elements were bolted between the open side surfaces of the two post profiles, first the tractive force of the screw would deform the bridge, and then the flat shoulder contact surface. In addition, the screw entry into the thin steel plate of the bridge would be too far away from the screw head inside the mounting element, therefore the mounting element could settle.
[0006] From international patent application WO 98/33995 A1, disclosing all the features of the preamble of claim 1, a metal reinforcing plate is already known which can be mounted in a drywall wall to allow heavy elements such as a drywall wall to be attached e.g. sinks. A drywall wall usually consists of a frame construction with vertical post profiles and horizontal frame profiles that are covered with plasterboard. In places inside the wall for drywall, where fastening of heavy elements is planned, reinforcing plates are clamped on vertical post profiles. For this purpose, the reinforcement plates are equipped with appropriate hook tongues. Then the reinforcing plates are covered with plasterboard and thus remain in the wall for drywall.
[0007] Furthermore, from US 3,962,840, a cladding element for corner spaces between the wall and ceiling is already known, made using angle profiles, the angle profiles being clamped onto the U profile in the corner space by means of metal clamps. [0008] Furthermore, from the patent US 5,586,934 a wall safe is known which is hidden in the inlet air opening of the air conditioning system in the wall of the room. The wall safe is covered with a ventilation grille. An air duct in the wall is usually connected to the intake air opening.
[0009] Based on the above prior art, the purpose of the present invention is to create a system for storing objects with mounting elements in a drywall wall and a suitable fastening method that is easy to assemble.
[0010] This task is fulfilled by a system for storing objects with mounting elements in a drywall wall with the features of claim 1 and a fastening method with the features of claim 14. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are set out in dependent claims 2 to 13.
[0011] According to the invention, in the case of a system which includes mounting elements arranged in the drywall wall, the drywall wall consisting of a frame structure with vertical post profiles, in particular standardized CW profiles, to which the mounting elements are mounted, the mounting elements are clamped on the post profiles in a fixed state with fastening parts, whereby the post profile has a C-shaped cross section, two delimiting the opening and opposite bends on the shoulders, and in the fastened state the fastening part falls under the bend, and the fastening element is fastened by means of fastening parts between the two post profiles, easy assembly is possible achieved due to the fact that the mounting elements are shaped as cabinet bodies for storing items, and that the fixing part in the attached state presses the bends to the mounting element, and that the system is further provided with a screw, the mounting part can be fixed with a screw and the screw can be tightened from the inside of the mounting element. The C-shaped pillar profile is closed by the fastening parts in the attached state and thus stiffened. The use of fastening parts simplifies the assembly and also enables repeatable mounting in an almost identical position, since the clamping fastening compared to the screw connection of the fastening element in the post profile does not cause permanent deformation of the post profile, such as the screw hole. When re-mounting in a similar position, the screw escapes into the old hole in the post profile, destroying the expected re-setting. In this way, easy clamping can be achieved.
[0012] Further assembly simplification can be achieved in that the fastening parts are shaped so that the fastening parts are held in intermediate position on the mounting elements and can be moved to align the mounting elements along with respect to the post profiles. This means that the fastening parts can be attached to the post profile while the mounting element is still on the ground. Then the mounting element can be moved along the upright profiles and finally fixed in the expected position. This can easily be done by one person.
[0013] Easy adjustment and subsequent adjustment of the mounting elements can also be ensured by the fact that the mounting elements are detachably attached to the post profiles by means of fastening parts.
[0014] The fastening part is made in a simple structural manner in the shape of a clamp with two spaced apart shoulder parts. In the mounted state, the arm parts press the bends to the mounting element.
[0015] Particularly stable fastening can be achieved due to the fact that the mounting element has side walls, one or more inlets are provided on the outer surfaces, which have the support surfaces and at least the outer side surfaces as the bottom of the inlet, and in the fixed state the fastening part presses the post profile to the backrest surface. The shoulder parts of the post profile are also pressed against the external side surfaces of the inlet. The C-shaped pillar profile is closed by the mounting element in the attached state and thus stiffened. The fastening part also does not change the external dimensions of the post profile, which makes it possible to cover drywall panels in the usual way.
[0016] Particularly easy construction of the wall for drywall can be ensured by the fact that the position of the mounting element is determined in relation to the post profile in the sense of the mounting depth by means of a fastening part which rests against the outer side surface and / or the inner side surface on the element Stage. The post profile is positioned with its front arm in a fixed state spaced from the front surface of the mounting element, which essentially corresponds to the thickness of the drywall panel mounted on the post profile. Therefore, covering the frame construction with drywall panels leads immediately to the transition between the drywall panel and the mounting element. This concept is independent of the handle when it comes to independent inventive significance.
[0017] Particularly easy alignment of the mounting element relative to the post profile can be achieved by the fact that the outer side surface and / or the inner side surface run parallel to the front surface of the mounting element. The mounting element thus adopts alignment of the pillar profiles.
[0018] Particularly stable fastening of the fixing part to the mounting element can be achieved due to the fact that the outer side wall surfaces have a first groove and a second groove, which are spaced apart so that their outer side surfaces have a distance that essentially corresponds width of the post profile, and the width of the outlets corresponds in each case to the width of the bends of the post profiles.
[0019] In a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the mounting element is substantially rectangular and consists of two side walls, a bottom wall, a rear wall and a top wall.
[0020] The clean connection of the mounting element with the drywall panel within the drywall wall can be achieved by the fact that the mounting element has a front surface including the connecting surface so that it is possible to place filling material between the mounting element and the drywall panel, and the connection surface is retracted in relation to the front surface towards the post profile.
[0021] If the joining surface is an oblique plane that starts at the inner edge of the front surface, good adhesion of the filler material is ensured. The adhesion is further improved if a bonding element is placed on the bonding surface.
[0022] According to the invention, in the case of a method for fixing mounting elements in a drywall wall within a storage system , the drywall wall has a frame structure with vertical post profiles, in particular standardized CW profiles, to which they are attached assembly elements, simplified assembly can be ensured thanks to the following stages:
bolting the fixing element in the shape of a clamp with the shoulder parts to the side wall of the mounting element so that the shoulder parts rest on the support surfaces in the groove of the mounting element, pressing the fixing element into the hole of the post profile, as a result of which the post profile expands with its arms, and the arm rests with its bends on the support surface, sliding the fastening element out of the groove or keys with a screw from the inside of the mounting element towards the post element, sliding the arms with bends in the groove or grooves, tightening the screw from the inside of the mounting element, as a result of which the mounting element moves towards the mounting element and presses the bends to the support surface of the side wall.
[0023] The system described above is suitable as a front wall, niche liner and partition wall, but can also be built-in in the shape of a cabinet, and thus not up to the ceiling itself.
[0024] Hereinafter, the present invention will be illustrated in more detail on the basis of the drawings of many embodiments shown. The drawings show:

performance.
[0025] Fig. 1 shows the frame structure 1 of a drywall wall, in particular a plasterboard wall with vertical post profiles 2, in particular standardized CW profiles, which at the top and bottom can be stuck in horizontal frame profiles 3, especially standardized UW profiles and thus connected. Drywall panels 17, in particular plasterboard panels, are usually bolted to post profiles 2 and frame profiles 3 to supplement the drywall wall. The pillar profile 2 has a C-shaped cross section and the U-shaped frame profile. The distance between adjacent pillar profiles 2 is usually adapted to the width of the non-represented drywall panels or other suitable panels. According to the invention, a mounting element 4 in the form of a cabinet body is mounted between the two post profiles 2. The dimensions of the mounting elements 4 can generally be chosen freely, however they can be adapted to the typical spacing between the post profiles 2.
[0026] Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of a pillar profile 2. The cross-section shows a C-shaped shape of a standardized pillar profile 2 with an opening 2a. The post profile 2 has a base 2b in the shape of a flat profile with which the frame 2c is connected perpendicularly on each side. To obtain the C-shape described above, at the end facing away from the base 2b there is a bend 2d on each side that extends perpendicular to the arm 2c and inwards. The bends 2d thus extend parallel to the base 2b and have, starting from the arms 2c, a width a in each case. Between the facing ends of the bends 2d there remains an opening 2a having a width w.
[0027] Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the mounting element 4 in the shape of a rectangular cabinet body with two parallel to each other and spaced apart side walls 4a which at the bottom are connected via bottom wall 4b and on top via top wall 4c. From behind, the mounting element 4 is closed by the rear wall 4d. In addition, it can be seen that the outer surfaces 4e of the side walls 4a have a groove 5. In the illustrated embodiment, the groove 5 is divided into a front first groove 5a and a rear second groove 5b, which run parallel and at a distance from each other. Furthermore, the first key 5a and the second key 5b are arranged parallel to the front surface 4f of the side wall 4a. These inlets, 5, 5a, 5b can also be provided on the upper wall 4c and bottom wall 4b, so that the inlets 5, 5a, 5b then appear circumferentially on the outer sides 4e of the mounting element 4. It is advantageous to place the inlets 5, 5a, 5b only in the side walls 4a, because through them it is possible to achieve sufficient fastening of the mounting element 4 in the post profiles 2. In addition, the fastening of the mounting element 4 is further strengthened in the frame structure 1 due to the fact that at a later stage the frame structure 1 is lined with drywall panels 17 and the mounting element 4 is thus additionally connected to the wall.
[0028] The mounting element 4 is made of wood-based materials and / or comparable materials, preferably MDF, plywood or wood-based materials with low shrinkage. This type of mounting element 4 can be closed using commercially available wood, metal, glass doors or a combination of them to form a wardrobe. Inserted shelves made of suitable materials can also be planned. Furthermore, the mounting element 4 can also be used without additional elements as a shelf in the form of a niche thus formed.
[0029] Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the side wall 4a of the mounting element 4. Next to the side wall 4a with the first groove 5a and with the second groove 5b a fastening part 6 is also shown in the form of a clamp, by means of which the mounting element 4 is fastened on not shown looking at the cross-section 2. The fastening part 6 has, when viewed in cross-section, a U-shape with the base part 6a and two side arms 6b which connect to it from the side. The angle between the base part 6a and the shoulder parts 6b is in each case a right angle or between 90 degrees and 120 degrees, preferably around 110 degrees. By means of their ends, the arm parts 6b turned away from the base part 6a, the fixing part 6 rests in a mounted state on the surface of the backrest 7, each formed by the bottom of the inlets 5a, 5b.
[0030] In addition, Fig. 4 shows that centrally in the base part 6a of the attachment part 6 a threaded hole 8 is made in which the screw 9 is held by means of a suitable thread. The screw 9 is, starting from the fastening part 6, passed through the hole 10 in the side wall 4a and can thus be tightened from the inner surface 4g of the mounting element 4. The hole 10 is in the middle between the first key 5a and the second key 5b. In the tightened state, the head 9a of the screw 9 rests on the inside 4g of the side wall 4a, and the screw 9 with a thread turn on the fastening part 6, which rests with its arms 6b on the surfaces of the backrest 7. In addition, in the tightened state, the screws 9 the arm parts 6b of the fastening part 6 are pushed towards the first key 5a and the second key 5b by their end areas 6c. The outer side surface 11 connects at right angles to the support surface 7, these surfaces intersect at the corner 15.
With respect to the dimensions and arrangement of the first key 5a and the second key 5b in Fig. 4, it can be seen that, looking in their longitudinal directions, the keys 5a, 5b in the area of their support surface 7 - i.e. the actual bottom of the key - have a width d. The width d corresponds approximately to the width a and bends 2d of the post profiles 2. In addition, the first and second inlets 5a, 5b have a rectangular cross-section. Furthermore, the width of the fastening part 6 corresponds to the distance e of the outer ends of the end areas 6c of the arm parts 6b of the fastening part 6. The first keyway 5a and the second keyway 5b also each have an inner side surface 12 whose distance f relative to each other approximately corresponds to the width in the opening 2a of the post profile 2. The distance e of the ends of the outer end areas 6c of the arm portions 6b of the fastening portion 6 is approximately equal to the distance e between the two outer side surfaces of the inlets 5a and 5b. In Fig. 4 another important dimension is shown, namely the distance b between the front surface 4f of the side wall 4a and the outer side surface 11 of the first keyway 5a. Distance b corresponds to the thickness of panels 17 for drywall, for cladding frame structure 1. As a result, it can be achieved that the drywall panels 17 fixed on the post profiles 2 and the frame profiles 3 lie flush with the front surfaces 4f of the side wall 4a.
[0032] In relation to the flush closure of the drywall panels 17 by means of the front surfaces 4f of the sidewall 4a in Fig. 4, it can additionally be stated that the sidewall 4a has a support surface 4g facing the drywall panels 17. This application surface 4g is connected by means of an adjacent surface 13 connecting to the front surface 4f. The joining surface 13 serves to provide filling material 19 (see Fig. 5.3), used to fill the gap between the drywall 17 and the side wall 4a of the gap, the enlarged surface of adhesion. Within the joining surface, cutouts 14 are provided in the form of cuts to improve the adhesion between the filler material 19 and the side wall 4a, through the resulting meshing. Various materials, such as plasterboard and MDF exhibit different longitudinal shrinkage properties, so that in the case of a smooth surface 13 joints along the side walls 4a could be formed in the material filling the cracks, which can occur especially in the case of larger longitudinal dimensions of the side walls 4a. In Fig. 4, the joining surface 13 is shown, starting from the front surface 4f, as an oblique surface falling towards the gap. In a preferred embodiment, the joining surface 13 extends up to the front surface 4f reduced to one edge. In principle, it is also possible to align the joining surface 13 parallel to the front surface 4f. To create space for the filling material 19, the surface 13 of the joint 13 receding relative to the front surface 4f. It is also possible to plan additionally reinforcing rail 18 on the surface 13 (see Fig. 5.3) to increase the stability of the filling material 19.
[0033] Figs. 5.1 to 5.3 show perspective views of the side wall 4a of the mounting element 4 and the post profile 2 at different stages of assembly. The first stage of assembly is shown in Fig. 5.1. The fastening part 6 rests with its outer end areas 6c of both arm parts 6b on the support surfaces 7 in the grooves 5a and 5b. Also, the outer end areas 6c are adjacent to the outer side surfaces 11 of the inlets 5a and 5b. Because the grooves 5a and 5b have a rectangular cross-section, the abutment surface 7 and the outer side surfaces 11 intersect at the corner 15, in which the end areas 6c of both shoulder parts 6b also respectively rest. The fastening part 6 is held in this position by a screw 9 which, in the case of the fastening part 6 resting in the grooves 5a and 5b, is screwed into its threaded hole 8 into several threads. Since the diameter of the hole 10 in the side part 4a is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the screw thread 9, the screw 9 is also held in the hole 10, and thus the fixing part 6 in the initial position according to Fig. 5.1. In the initial position, the fixing part 6 protrudes from the grooves 5a and 5b, and thus also from the side wall 4a.
[0034] According to Fig. 5.1, the body-shaped element is mounted by means of its previously described fixing parts 6 in the prepared frame structure 1. Usually, the mounting element 4 is positioned on the ground for this purpose and shifted sideways towards the already mounted vertical post profile 2. In fig. 5.1 the pillar profile 2 of the frame structure 1 is shown, in which the fastening hole 6a is pressed down, connected to the left side wall 4a, until the outer surfaces 4e of the left side wall 4a rest on the bends 2d of the pillar profile 2. Depending on the size of the mounting element 4 resp. the length of the side wall 4a, spaced apart, a plurality of fastening parts 6 along the grooves 5a and 5b, which are then pressed, as described above, into the post profile 2. Subsequently, the post profile 2 expands because its arms 2c move towards the outside. In this initial position, the fastening part 6 closes the keys 5a and 5b.
[0035] Fig. 5.2 shows the next assembly step. For this purpose, the screws 9 of the attachment parts 6 are e.g. driven in by means of a hammer in the direction F into the hole 10 of the side wall 4a until the head 9a of the screw 9 rests on the inner surface 4g of the side wall 4a. As a consequence, the fastening part 6 exits from the grooves 5a and 5b, the post profile 2 takes its original rectangular shape again, and the arms 2c together with the bends 2d enter the grooves 5a and 5b.
[0036] In the last stage of assembly according to Fig. 5.3, the screws 9 are tightened from the inside surface 4g of the side wall 4a, so that the fastening part 6 moves towards both inlets 5a and 5b, there it rests on the inside against bends 2d and pushes bends 2d and arms 2c with trigger 5a or 5b. The side wall 4a is therefore securely held by the fastening part 6 on the post profile 2, which is further stabilized by the fastening part 6 or. side part 4a, because the cross-section that has been opened so far is closed. The advantage is that the screws 9 are only slightly tightened first, so that the mounting elements 4 can still be moved for alignment along the post profiles 2. After the alignment, the screws 9 are then tightened.
[0037] After mounting the left side part 4a now on the post profile 2, the next post profile 2 is placed in the frame structure 1, then connected to the right side part 4a of the mounting element 4. Next, depending on the needs, further mounting elements are assembled
4. Finally, the frame structure 1 is completed and in the last working stage the frame structure 1 is closed by means of drywall plates 17, which in each case adhere in one plane to the surfaces of the front 4f of the side walls 4a.
[0038]
Furthermore, it can be seen from Fig. 5.3 that in the area of the edge of the drywall plate 17 and the joining surface 13 until the approach with the reduced-to-the-edge front surface 4f is provided, a reinforcing rail 18 provided in the filling material 19 is provided.
[0039] In addition, a further pair of grooves 5a, 5b can be made in the sidewall 4a on opposite sides of the sidewall 4a, the outer groove of which has a distance b from the front edge 4f, which corresponds to twice the thickness of the drywall 17. In this way, double lining can be aligned in one line if the mounting element 4 is rotated 180 degrees. Depending on the depth of the side wall 4a, a total of three inlets may then be sufficient, with the middle inlet being used for both one-sided and double-sided plating.
[0040] Fig. 6 is a top view of the mounting element 4 in a second embodiment. The second embodiment consists in particular of replacing both narrow inlets 5a and 5b each with one wide inlet 5. For the remainder, refer to the previous version. The clamping of the post profile 2 in the groove 5 by means of the fastening part 6 also takes place in the manner described above.
[0041] Fig. 7 is a top view of the mounting element in the third embodiment. The third embodiment consists in particular of replacing both narrow grooves in each case
5a and 5b according to the first embodiment through the strip
16 located on the outer surface 4e of the side wall
4a in the area of inlets 5a and 5b otherwise located there. The slat 16 has a width that corresponds to the width in the opening 2a of the post profile 2. As a result, the post 2 which is applied from the outside to the slat 16 from the outside 16 is aligned in relation to the front surface 4f of the side wall 4a. The area of the outer surface 4e of the side wall 4a, bordering the slat 16, serves in each case as a support surface 7 for the bends 2d of the post profiles 2. For the remainder, please refer to the previous version.
[0042] In the case where the mounting elements 4 have a greater depth, multiple grooves 5 or pairs of inlets 5a, 5b on the side walls 4a. Further wider 2 pillar profiles are also provided for accordingly.
