The subject of the invention are men's shorts controlling body temperature.

Prior art are known for men's shorts, comprising the main body of the pants consisting of a back and front part, in which a small opening for separating the breast from the body, a fixed penis ring for separating the penis from the stomach, and a double waistband for the possibility of urination through lowering the front strap attached to the elastic fabric. Thus, these types of shorts were intended to satisfy rather the health and hygiene of the user, providing ventilation within the genitals.

In these types of shorts, there is a significant difficulty in separating the testicles from the body through a small hole that irritates the user, the double strap exerts pressure on the

180 876 stomach, and the degree of ventilation is not too high as a result of the double structure of the outer fabric and elastic band, except for the part with the hole, and the production costs are high due to the double waistband.

The penis ring is uncomfortable to use and threatens the user's safety due to its permanent location regardless of the different sizes and positioning of individual penises. The round ring caused insufficient separation and irritation.

In addition, the big problem was the fact that due to the complex structure of the ring, old and weak people had difficulty using it, and the testicles and penis slipped often with careless use.

The purpose of the invention is to develop men's shorts that not only allow the production of male testosterone to be increased by maintaining body and testicular temperature, but also to protect against various skin diseases by properly ventilating it by separating the body, testicles, penis and hips.

The men's shorts, comprising the main body of the shorts consisting of the rear part and the front part, according to the invention are characterized in that a Y-shaped separating tape is attached to the inside of the front part of the main body.

Separating pads are attached to the Y-shaped separation tape.

To the central part of the waist band from the inside of the front of the main body is attached a penis band in the form of a double elastic rubber band held side by side with two buckles.

The Y-shaped separating tape has two arms forming the upper Y profile, the upper part of which is attached to the upper part of the inside of the front part of the pants body, and the base end forming the lower Y profile is attached to the bottom part of the pants body.

The separating pads protrude laterally from the Y-shaped separating tape adjacent to the position where the separating tape arms forming the upper Y profile connect to the base of the tape forming the lower Y profile.

The clips are slide-mounted with the possibility of adjusting their position to define a variable position for the penis between them.

A second embodiment of men's shorts comprising a main body of the pants consisting of a rear part and a front part according to the invention is characterized in that a U-shaped separating tape is attached to the inner side of the front part of the main body.

To the middle part of the waist band from the inside of the front of the main body is attached a penis band in the form of a double elastic rubber band, held side by side with two buckles.

The U-shaped separation tape has two U-shaped arms, the upper part of which is attached to the upper part of the inside of the front part of the pants body.

The clips are slide-mounted with the possibility of adjusting their position to define a variable position for the penis between them.

The men's shorts according to the invention allow complete separation of the testicles from the body, the penis from the testicles, and both hips. Thus, the invention maintains the state of health of the user by maintaining an ideal body temperature at any time and in any place, also by eliminating the occurrence of sweat around the waist genius when wearing shorts.

A characteristic feature of the pants according to the invention is the attachment to the interior of conventional male pants of separating tape in the shape of Y or U, so that when used, the testicles are automatically separated without particular effort. The edge of the Y-shaped separating tape is made of flexible rubber tape that adapts to the positioning of individual nuclei. 180 876 pairing of the testicles from the body and hip when the Y-shaped tape is embedded in its connecting part. The lower part of the Y-shaped separating tape is not only used to separate the hip, but also to massage the prostate gland while walking.

The penis tape in the pants of the invention is made in the form of a double, elastic rubber tape sewn to the upper tape at the waist, and has two buckles attached to adjust the position and size of the penis hole. Thus, the shape of the penis tape resembles the letter I and does not cause any irritation to the user, while its lower part below the penis hole increases the width of separation between the penis and testicles.

An additional advantage of the pants according to the invention is the ease of urination with the tape down at the waist in a state of separation of the penis and testicles.

The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the inside of the shorts from the front in a cut-out view of the back of the shorts, Figs. 2 and 3 - the internal separating tape in a front view after cutting the front of the shorts, Fig. 4 - plan view of the shorts according to the invention, and fig. 5 - a vertical section through the pants according to the invention.

Fig. 1 shows the Y-shaped separating tape 2 with an open arched part 221 attached to the main body 1 of the pants, and Fig. 3 shows the U-shaped separating tape 22 with the open arched part 221 attached to the main body of 11 shorts . The Y-shaped separating band 2 is connected to the separating insert 7, 77 to assist the separation function. The edge of the separating tape 2 is treated rubber band 213, 214. The upper part 78.79 of the separating tape 2 is sewn to the front tape 33 at the waist, and the lower part 99 of the separating tape 2 is sewn near the hip 100 inside the back of the pants. The penis band 3 should be a flexible rubber band 4, 44 in the shape of a double I, on which two buckles 5, 55 are applied and which is sewn to the central part of the band 6 at the waist.

Element 105 is not shown here. Marker 103 indicates the body. As shown in Figure 5 being a vertical cross-section, the penis opening 14 is formed by placing two clamps 5.55 on the penis strap 3, with the lower part 88 of the clamps widening the separation width of the penis 101 from the testicles 102.

For the user's convenience, the penis band 3 can be attached to the middle part of the waistband 6 by means of a latch.

The men's shorts according to the invention allow the user to maintain the state of health of the user by keeping the testicular temperature below 33 ° C to increase the production of testosterone, which controls the energy and vigor of a man, to protect against skin diseases in the genital area by eliminating sweat in this area, and to provide a feeling of comfort in good ventilation.
