In Figures 1 and 2 and in Figures 3a to 3c, an inhaler is shown in a first embodiment in which the flexible band 1 comprising a plurality of cavities 2, each containing a dose of the medicament in the form of a powder that is inhaled, is mounted. The tape 1 comprises a bottom sheet 3 constituting the base of the tape 1 in which the recesses 2 and the upper sheet 4 forming the cover of the tape 1 are formed. The upper sheet 4 is hermetically connected to sheet 3 in addition to the bubble area in such a way that the upper sheet 4 and lower sheet 3 can be detached. Sheets 3 and 4 are sealed together along the entire width except for the final guide sections, where they are not connected at all. The upper sheet 4 and lower sheet 3 are preferably made of plastic / aluminum laminate, and in addition the upper sheet 4 and lower sheet 3 are preferably connected to each other with a hot fold. For example, the material op the top sheet 4 being its top may be a laminate consisting of / 0 amaw / w szóγ sister-in-law / y / y celwrwaw2o uplzaiwadmnj / 12 microns polyester film (PETP) / 20 microns soft-tempered ρlumlow film / 9 grams by one square meter of vinyl varnish, peelable, hot bonded / able to bond with PVC /. However, the material constituting the substrate may be a laminate consisting of 100 microns PVC / 45 microns of soft-hardened aluminum foil / 25 microns oriented polyamide. The topcoat lacquer is bonded to the PVC layer of the bottom material to form a detachable joint between top sheet 4 and bottom sheet 3.
The strip 1 is shown having recesses 2 that run transversely to the length of the strap 1. This is convenient when Z enables a large number of recesses 2 with a given length of the strap 1. For example, the strap 1 may be equipped with sixty or a hundred recesses but it is understood that the tape 1 can have any number of cavities.
The inhaler has a body 10 forming three storage chambers, namely chamber 11, in which the tape 1 ZGaje / e czgokawo umi.rlrwipn w, z krej / j stn t oodó ^ i ^^^^ na / chamber 11, which contains for the aarnuza 3 and chamber 13, in kkSazd the output of the upper sheet 4 can be mounted on a wheel 14. Chambers 11 and 12 contain appropriate curved leaf springs 28 and 29, the purpose of which will be described below.
167 736
The body 10 further includes a chamber 15 in which the pitch wheel 16 is located. It has a plurality of grooves 17 aligned parallel to the axis of the wheel 16. The grooves 17 are located on a scale that is equal to the distance between the center lines of adjacent cavities 2. Kamory 11, 12, 13, and 15 are a fabric 33. KKmora U is connected with chambers 11, 12 and U, respectively, through channels 31, 33 and 32.
The chamber 15 is connected to the slot 10, which in turn is directed upwards inside the mouthpiece 20. The slot 18 is also connected to the air inlets, as will be described in the example of the mouthpiece shown in Figures 4 a and 4b, the mouthpiece 20 has additional air inlets 21 , which are shown here as a pair of circular holes although they may have a different shape as shown in Figs. 4a and 4b. The first purpose of placing additional air inlets 21 is to provide additional air to the user, and thus known as inhalation resistance, although they may serve other additional purposes as shown in Figs. 4a and 4b and as described below based on Fig. 4a and 4b.
A team was used, thanks to which the user can rotate the subdivision wheel 16 and the wheel 14 winding the top araukz and also the tape, and (^ dstpashi and the loncj size will be used). The tan assembly consisted of a total of a2 and a toothed wheel, 22, the pins are joined together so as to rotate simultaneously, with the pitch wheel 16, lever 24, which is mounted so that it rotates around the same axis as the wheel pawl 22 and gear 23, but independent of them, and gear 25, which meshes with gear 23 and is attached so as to rotate with winding wheel 14. The lever 24 supports the end 26, the end of which is so mishzzzzy to cooperate with the teeth of the gear wheel 22. The teeth of the ratchet wheel 22 also cooperate with the pawl 27 permanently attached to the body 10. For reasons resulting from the description of this embodiment, the wheel the gear 25 is not directly connected to the wheel 14 winding the upper sheet 4, but is connected by means of a slip clutch 50 which is located inside the winding wheel 14. As a result of the use of such a clutch 50, slip occurs between the winding wheel 14 and the gear wheel 25 when the force required for the rotation of the winding wheel 14 exceeds a predetermined amount.
The clutch 50 shown in Figs. 3a, 3b, 3c comprises a disc 51 provided with primary protruding teeth 52 or having a different rough surface that cooperates with a similarly serrated or rough poeiezzchwz 53 having a surface of the winding wheel 14 a compression spring 54. Spring 54 abuts one end with an internal powCirychnit winding wheel 14, and the other end with a 56-vac nut with 57 bolt.
The device described above can be reused after all doses of medicine placed in the cavities 2 have been used. In this case, the user must have access to the interior of the device, for example by removing the lid 30, so that he can place a new tape 1 in the inhaler, for example located in cassette, however, in an alternative solution, the device can be taCeCan, but it can be a lgrome ad consumption of waste from consumption of waste.
In another case, when the device is to be used for the first time, the lbuee lanmn and zjjj is located in the chamber 11c is kept in the other direction of the winding coil - using the leaf spring 20. Tape 1 has a short section to lead its end from chamber 1 through 31 to the pitch circle 16. The furthest part of the leading end of the strip 1 is torn off so that the leading end of the upper sheet 4 can be leveled to the winding wheel 14, and so that the leading end of the lower sheet 3 forming the substrate of the strip 1 can enter the channel 33. The end of the upper sheet 4 is held in place on winding wheel 14 with the help of a key 34, which is fixed in the groove 35 on wheel 14.
The user who wants to use the device pushes Uwigwigli 22 in ^^ ζγιΊ ^ to bring him to the iggara, andak shows about π a fi,. i, aak, ie ppmrzza 26 lrryiswe kkoo with a snap 22 by an angle equal to the angular distance prmitbzc two adjacent teeth. This causes the pitch wheel 16 to rotate by an angular amount equal to the pitch of its groove 17 and thus an equal distance between two adjacent cavities 2 in the belt 1. This causes the depression of the cavity 2 to be opposite the slot 18 in the body 10. Because the ratchet wheel 22 and
167 736 the gear wheel 23 moves simultaneously, the movement of the crane 24 also causes the winding wheel 14 to rotate. This causes the respective part of the upper sheet 4 being the upper cover of the band 1 to be torn away from the lower sheet 3 being the base of the belt 1 exposing the contents of the cavity 2 which takes up space ohms with a gap of 18.
When the user inhales the air stream through the mouthpiece 20, it thereby introduces the powder from the open cavity 2 and the powder is inhaled by the user. One way this may occur will be explained in more detail below based on the embodiment of the mouthpiece shown in Figs. 4a and 4b. After each ζρκο, the above procedure is repeated and the cover sheet 4 is completely wound on wheel 14. However, the bottom sheet 3 completely enters through the channel 33 into the chamber 12. Umidsrlrwnρ in the chamber 12, the leaf spring 29 ensures that the bottom sheet 3 curls and does not care for the wall of the chamber 12.
One of the results of winding the upper cover sheet 4 onto wheel 14 is that the outer diameter of the wheel 14 and sheet 4 of SDgw sheet on it gradually increases. Failure to use a slip clutch 50 connecting the gear 25 to the winding wheel 14 could cause that subsequent lever actuations 24 would cause the sections of the upper sheet 4 to gradually increase in length on the winding wheel 14. However, the slip clutch 50 eliminates this phenomenon, and thus the slip of the clutch at the right size each time ensures that at each pull of the lever 24 the size of the wound coil of the cover sheet is exactly equal to the pitch of the pits 2.
For example, Figures 4a and 4b show a fragment of the pitch circle 16 with a w / m recess 2 connected to usSn / k 120, which is slightly different from the mouthpiece 20 shown op Fig. 1 to 3. Ustoik 120 mp air inlets 140, mentioned generally by describing Figs. 1 to 3, and a central outlet 119 for the powder, one end of the outlet 119 being open towards the recess 2 and the other / end being open inside the mouthpiece 120.
When the user inhales through the mouthpiece 120, this causes air to flow through the inlets 140 and then through the cavity 2 to the powder outlet 119, and then umtoikneo 120. With such directing of the air stream through the cavity 2, efficient introduction of the powder into the air stream is obtained, and as a result an effective emptying of the cavity 2 is obtained. The mouthpiece 120 is equipped with additional air inlets 121 which run in a tangential pocket to the inside of the mouthpiece 121. When the user inhales the air, it is sucked into the mouthpiece 121 o / e only with air inlets / 140 but also with air inlets / 121, whereby the air, whirling through the inlets 121, creates a swirling air stream that effectively helps to distribute the powder inside the air stream and omndmSryć / dc / onek, on the base of the powder, it deposits the powder inside the interior of the 120. It also helps to lighten any clumps of powder that may be in the bladder.
An alternative clutch solution is shown in figures 25 to 29. In this solution, to the pitch wheel 16 and the wheel 14 winding the top sheet 4 constituting the cover of the recesses 2 gear wheels 63 and 64 meshing with each other / rotating together are attached. The direction of rotation is shown by the arrows in Fig. 27.
The gear 6 6 has a toothed surface 65, the teeth of which are located about the entire surface 65 by a fixed pitch. For a change, the gear 64 has a serrated surface 66, from which a number of teeth have been removed due to the radially positioned grooves 67. The circumferential width of each groove / 7 no / owandzrChi / 6 2met 2dwai / one / division 2zbba. / a nyssunkac three Sakie zowki 67 are shown, but it should be understood that there could be one groove, double grooves or more than three grooves. On one side of each groove 67, in fact before each rwwk / dm 67, looking in the direction of rotation of the toothed pin 64, between the groove 67 and the narrow gap 69 there is a serrated section 68. The radially aligned inner end of each slot 69 is connected to the hole 70 so that each toothed leg 68 is connected to the rest of the gear 64 only by means of frame 71. The gear 64 or at least Se parts thereof having rpm 71 are made of a material that allows the toothed sections 68 to flex backward and forward in a circumferential direction. There is a resting position of sections 68, JPA shown in the figure, but when the force is applied to section 68 in the direction of rotation of gear 64, So father 68 can move s / ę so that it closes the groove 67 op uoiesrlzonyo radius / this outer end. This has the effect that the tooth is missing not at the end of the groove 67 but at the end of the gap 69.
167 7/6
When the circumferential forces / gear through gear 6 / Wo of gear 64 has a lower weight by a predetermined value, the toothed sections 60 remain in their resting half and the gear 64 behaves as if a continuous serrated surface similar Wo tnj with gear 6 /. However, if the load exceeds the predetermined value, each time the toothed section 60 meshes with the toothed wheel 6 /, gWy moves circumferentially closing the groove 67 at its outer end and overcomes the gap 69. Moving the toothed section 60 by an equal section tooth has the effect of slipping gear 64 relative to gear 6 / equal to one lower case. In this way, the pakguane solution makes it possible to achieve complete slip of the gear wheels relative to sinbie by o / ^ οζ / ^ ο three times the third section of the teeth divides the teeth into one revolution and thus corresponds to the slip of the guide shaft and the main wheel relative to the sinbie. It is expected that placing more or less than the three toothed sections shown will allow greater or smaller slippage from maximum slip.
In figures 5 to 9, rakauano inhgdaaor, according to the invention, in a second embodiment / n / /. This device is equipped with raWabea tape 201 for tape 1 in the first example in the first example in Fig. 1 / with the difference that the recesses on tape 201 are different relative to each other. In other respects, the second example of finishing is similar to the first embodiment. The components in the second embodiment are marked with the same markers, but with the number 200 added. The main difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that it has a pitch wheel having a pitch wheel 16 from the first embodiment. This dimple was separated separately from tape 1, which zgpeeeda, that each lever stroke will move tape 201 forward by a size equal to the size of the depressions. This is achieved by tapping the elastic, flexible arm 250 ending in tooth 252, which is hooked between adjacent cavities. Each time, gWy WudaUa lever 224, instead of 250, elastically lowers and the recess of the strip 201 slides past tooth 252, and then the tooth 252 returns resiliently in contact with the strip 201 and the back of the recess that just passed beyond tooth 252.
It has been confirmed, as in the case of the first embodiment, that the diameter of the wheel 214 and the upper cover sheet 204 placed thereon gradually increases during orergjJi. Since no slipping clutch is used in this example of the eykoeged, the phenomenon just described is compensated by the distance between the recesses 202 gradually increasing towards the rear end of the strip 201.
Another difference between the two embodiments is that in this example, eykanaeda, chambers 211 and 212 form a single composite chamber unlike the separate chambers 11 and 12 of the rokazaenca in the first example eykaeanig. However, this is not a necessary requirement, and in the first example a single-folded chamber can be used, and in the second embodiment a separate chamber can be used.
Figures 10 to 12 show inagor in the embodiment of the present invention, in a third example, wokangndg. In many respects it resembles the solution of the second solution from the example of eykoeaeia. The components in the third embodiment, which oWpawigWall components in the second example of eokaeania, are enshrined with the same oueaczedkamd, except that the number / 00 has been added,
One of the differences that can be observed between the second and third embodiments is the difference in circle 114 exemplifying the top sheet. In this embodiment, the dead groove of wheels / 14 / and / 14b, which form a grip between them, in which the protective sheet is clamped, and the wheels / 14 / and / 14b They act as a Veda arrow. The wheels / 14a and / 14b are pongcinaee or the surface roughness is increased in another way to improve the grip between the wheels / 14a and / 14b and the top sheet. The used cover sheet is not eawiJaey, but is introduced into the chamber / 1 / so that nin pts the problem that ρawttajn in the first two embodiments with an evolution wheel trying to wind the tape longer and longer while the machine is operating.

Figure 11 shows the ustnck, which is another construction of the ustnck shown in fcg. 0s c 0b. A mouthpiece is shown which has a single air inlet 300 instead of a pair of air inlets 100 and an outlet 119 for fcg powder. 0a c 0b was replaced by section 319 ustncka with changed width. However, it should be noted that the device shown on flgw 10 to 12 would be modified to introduce a more similar fcg mouthpiece. 0s c 0b.
Figure 10 shows a device equipped with a cover 360 attached aaeiazawa c also the cover could be used in the first two embodiments.
Figure 12 shows a device having a window 370 through which numbers can be seen on the tape. By printing on the tape the numbers or other indicators that correspond to the numbers of the wells from which the powder has been removed or, alternatively, from which it is to be removed, the user has full knowledge of how many doses of medicine puz has consumed, or alternatively, how many doses the medicine still remains in the inhaler. Another solution is to use a dose counting device moved by one of the rotating components of the inhaler. It should be noted that similar indicators or means to show these indicators could be used in all embodiments.
Figures 13 to 16 and 16s, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e show a available fourth embodiment of the invention. It is similar in operation to the first embodiment. The components in the fourth embodiment corresponding to the components in the first embodiment are marked with the same numbers with the additional number 000.

The 016 pest pitch wheel hollow and inside finds a ratchet wheel next to paeaCaloen 022. All the wheels listed are mounted in a chamber surrounded by the 010 body and rotate to the base. A ratchet 070b is attached to the body 010, which cooperates with the teeth of the wheel 070 nthe bottom sheet 003 to prevent rotation of the wheel 003 counterclockwise, thus ensuring that the belt 001 can only slide in the device only forward.
The wheel / 1 / for winding the upper sheet 000 consists of two parts, and πΙο ^ ιι ^ ι, toothed wheel 071 having teeth 072 and roller 073 and shaped wheel 070 having a hollow central village 075 C of multi-spring arms 076, for example in Fig. 16 shows eight such arms protruding from the middle struggle 075, with each of them directed at a relative radius. On the internal walls of the division wheel 016 there are ratchet teeth 079 / ^^ 10 /, ratchet wheel 022 has two ratchets 000, which work with 079 ratchet teeth.

The device further includes a lever 424 / Fig.16a/ which has a curved wall 401 with a finger flap 432 and 483 which protrudes inwardly from the wall 401 and a row of teeth 404 at the farthest end. Lever 424 articulated in the center lower portion 410a by moving relative to the wasp which is in the center of the pitch wheel 404, the teeth 404 meshing with the teeth 405 on the pitch ratchet wheel 422.
The branched conduit 486 provides a connection between the chamber located inside the body 410 and the conduit 420. The manifold 486 has an outlet 419 for the powder also into the channel 487 allowing the passage of the used upper sheet 404 which covers the dlw in the recesses 402 tww 401 to the shaped wheel 474. W in any solution, a roller 400 may be used to feed the upper sheet 404 into channel 487.
Inside the base 410a of the body 410 is a ring 489 showing a dose of medicine having teeth 490. On its lower surface it has indicators (not shown in the drawing) that are visible to the user through the window 494 in the body 410. As shown in Figs. 16a to 16d window 494 is visible both when the cover 491 / see below / is closed, as above and when it is open. Indicators indicate either exactly or approximately the number of doses remaining / or the number of doses used, if it is more favorable /. Ring 409 is rotated due to its teeth 490 meshing with teeth 470 of pitch wheel 416.
The device has a cover 49i, the blood stit is mounted in a longitudinal way and a kkkppuew 410 with the help of a projection 492 located n on the upper part HDb of the body 410 and a projection 493 located on the lower part 410a of the body 410. The cover 491 moves articulated between the open position λίπο ^ ν in which the mouthpiece 420 is visible and the closed position in which the body 420 is not visible, which will be described in more detail below.
When using the inhaler, the user moves the lid 491 to the open position, then presses the finger 482 of the lever 424 with his finger causing it to move while the lever 424 is rotating. This causes the ratchet index wheel 422 to rotate, and through the pawls 480 also the index wheel 416 turns. 416 causes the wheel 470 winding the bottom sheet 403 to rotate the tape 401 and the wheel 414 winding the top sheet 404 rotating the recesses 402 to rotate. In this way, both sheets detach from the eaegar on a section with a length of 10 m, so that they reach the bottom and outlet 40 against the end of the outlet 419 for the powder in the manifold 486. Then the patient can begin to inhale the medicine through us ^ ik 420, as in previous embodiments.
The next stages of inhaler operation are shown in Figs. 16a to 16d. Fig. 16a shows awhwlwdkr in a closed position. Nos. 16b and 16c show more clearly the finger flap 482 belonging to the lever 424 located in the recess 482b formed in the body 410. The cover 419 is stationary when the body 410 rotates counterclockwise with the body circumference 410 back to the H0c notch to make it easier for the user to insert a finger. In this way the device partially moves into the open position as shown in Fig. 16b. At this time, the lever 424 remains stationary relative to the cover 491. This is achieved by the fact that on the inside the lever 424 has a resilient arm 144w, the end of which 424b is located in the cutout 491a in the cover 491. The arm 424a is attached to the lever 424 by means of a cylindrical element 42 ^. As above, it is shown in Fig. 16 arm 424a reaches counterclockwise from element 144c to occupy an angle of over 90 °. The cylindrical element 42 is guided in a curved groove 410Ζ formed in the body 410. The groove 410Z extends over an arc of about 180 °. Fig. 16w shows an element 42 ° positioned approximately half its length. Fig. 16b shows an element 444u located at the end of the groove H0d.
The user continues to rotate the body 410 from the position shown in Fig. 16b to the position shown in Fig. 16c. During this further rotation, tip 42 42 of arm 424a pops out of cutout 491w. This is due to the fact that when the element 42 ^ is n at one end of the groove 410d, the movement of the body 410 moves the element 42 ^ in it in counterclockwise direction and thus forces the arm 4 24α to move
167 736 counterclockwise. Then, the user moves the lever 424 by pushing the flap 482 and causing it to rotate counterclockwise from the position shown in Fig. 16c to the liquidation shown in Fig. 16d, in which position the flap 482 re-enters the notch 4 82b. During these steps, both the mouthpiece 420 and the new medication bladder are exposed. The device is now gltoae so that the user can inhale the medicine.
After use, the body 410 is rotated clockwise, with the lever 424 moving simultaneously with the body 410 and in this way the device returns back to the platter shown in fig. 16a.
It should be noted that the wheel 474 takes over the function of the clutch used in the first embodiment. As more and more upper sheet 404 winds around wheel 474, raoma 476 gradually deflects inward, resulting in a substantially constant outer diameter of the winding of the wound upper sheet 404, while its alanętysaa diameter gradually malljl.
Instead of the wheel 414 with its shaped wheel 474, an alternative structure shown in Fig. 30 or the structure shown in Fig. 31 and Fig. 31a can be used. In general, the operation of the structure shown in Fig. 30 is very similar to the clutch structure shown in Figs. 25 to 29. The structure is shown oio. o 0 composition, oh oh oh o oh o oh o o o oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o u tin or 8 08 on the larvae at the lower end and the more recent b8w bump at 03. Cylrnder 802 has a slit 804 along its upper surface and a post 805 into which the leading end of the upper sheet forms a cover for the recesses of the tape. In contrast, the lleoena 801 consists of a disk 806 provided with three curved rows of teeth 807 and a member 808 oriented upward on disk 806. The member 808 is made of a small material prone to twisting, for example, plastic.
Two elemlaay 800 and 801 are connected with each other by snaps so that the upper aonilc of the rack 808 is placed in szcslliail 804 and do not monl rotate relative to it. Teeth series 803 and 807 were misaligned and ostsanazl napaoysloznlewza Sgneł] s isii ^. teeth at 03 and 807 mesh with teeth 478 of pitch wheel 416. Each row of teeth 807 is separated from one of the adjacent rows of teeth 807 / count from other rows / a gap equal to the width of one tooth. In this way, three gaps, each one tooth wide, surround the mating rows. Because member 808 is prone to twisting, disc 806 freely moves back and forth between the positions where each gap gap is one sayonim of the appropriate row 807 and the location where each gap gap is on the other side of the respective row 807. This causes the structure shown in Fig. 30 to slip relative to the pitch wheel.
The construction shown in Fig. 31 is a slip clutch structure. This clutch consists of two elements 810 and 811 connected with each other by a snap. Eleoent 810 is a generally cylindrical housing 812 open at its lower end and having a post 813 for receiving the leading end of the upper sheet forming the cover. Inside the housing 812 there are longitudinally arranged projections 814, as shown in Fig. 31a. Element 811 consists of a cylinder 815 directed upwards positioned on a disc 816 provided with teeth 817. Teeth 817 mesh with the teeth 478 of the sub-center wheel 416. On the outer side of cylinder 815 there is a pair of projections 818 which cooperate with the protrusions 014 when induced. When the force caused by the rotational movement applied by the 811 millimeter to the element 810 has a lower value than previously determined, then both millings 810 and 811 rotate once. However, the cylinder 815 is made of a material that can deform in the proozenzlaym direction, for example, plastic with a rotational force exceeding a predetermined value, and a deformation that allows the protrusions 818 to slide over the projections 814.
Although in the embodiment shown in Figs. 13 to 16, using the solved solutions shown in Figs. 30 and 31 or the same, both the bottom sheet and the top sheet are wound, there is no need for a slip clutch or something similar between the pitch circle and the bottom sheet winding circle
167 736 constituting the base of the tape. The diameter of the bottom sheet winding wheel is chosen so that initially the bottom sheet is wound very loosely, and during the winding the sheet is wound more and more tightly, but this content of the roll never exceeds the illegal value. Theoretically, the bottom sheet could be rolled with a slip clutch or similar device, while the top sheet forming the cover could be rolled loosely. But in practice it is much easier to roll the upper sheet exactly because it is flat and thinner than the lower sheet.
Figures 17 to 20 schematically show the main operational parts of the device which are somewhat similar to the elements shown in Figs. 10 to 12, i.e. it is a gripping assembly. However, it is understood that in Figs. 17 to 20 the entire device is shown, because the chamber for unused tape and for used material forming the tape substrate is omitted. The components in this embodiment that correspond to the individual components of the embodiment shown in Figs. 10 to 12 have been marked with the same terms but increased by 200.
The device shown on f fig. 17 to 20 aanieta a pair of wheels 514a and 514b, the teeth of which engage with each other gripping the casing between them. This material is fed into the chamber 513. The wheel 514b is an intermediate gear and is forced to cooperate with the wheel 514a by means of a compression spring 595 which acts on the supporting element 596 which supports the wheel 514b. Wheel 514a has a ring of teeth 598 that mesh with teeth 597 formed and a pitch wheel 516 that performs the same function as pitch wheel 16 in the first embodiment and rotates in chamber 515. The body 510 has chambers and opposite chambers covers 530a and 530b are attached to the sides of the chamber. The medication is inhaled through the uaSnik 520. The device is activated by means of a lever 524 which rotates the index wheel 516 by means of a pusher 526.
Figures 21 to 24 show a further embodiment of the gripping device in which both the top sheet being the cover and the bottom sheet being the ground pass between the wheels.
The embodiment shown in Figs. 21 to 24 includes a body 610 forming a substantially circular chamber 611 and to which lids 612a and 612b are attached. Inside the chamber 611 rotatably mounted: pitch wheel 613 and wheel 614 winding the upper and lower sheets, which constitute, respectively, the cover and the base of the belt 601. Wheels 613 and 614 are gears that mesh with each other. The pitch wheel 613 has grooves 615, and next to them, behind the branched line 616 nwaS, rotatably mounted in the supporting element 619, the wheel 613 gripping the top sheet. A shaft 620 is mounted behind the branch conduit 616, which is used to guide the upper sheet.
The chamber 611 anandunw a flexible belt 601, the main portion of the belt 601 pre-coiled around the inner wall of the chamber 611. The leading end of the belt 601 passes between the guide members 622 and 623 along the part of the circumferential circumference of the wheel 613, the cavities containing the powder entering the grooves 615. At the point where the strip 601 meets the manifold 616, the two parts of the strip 601 are separated, with the upper sheet forming the sheath passing outside the manifold 616 and over the rollers 620, while the lower sheet forming the strip substrate passes between the compartment wheel 613 and the manifold 616. After winding up manifold 616, both sheets pass between subdivision wheel 612 613 and top sheet gripping wheel 618 and are thus again caught together. The front end of the tape 601 is attached to the wheel 614 janljącwgo both bottom and top sheet.
Using the inhaler, the belt 601 is moved forward as a result of the rotation of the pitch wheel 613 by means of a crane 625 and by means of a pusher 626, which causes the wheel 614 to rotate both the upper and the lower sheet respectively. Initially, the upper sheet loosely appears on the lower sheet, but gradually this clearance changes, the nwaS tape more and more compressed, but Jie never exceeds the unacceptable value. The lower and upper sheets are torn off when tape 601 meets the manifold 616 placing new cavities with the powder in front of the powder outlet 617. Inhalation occurs through uaSnik 620.

Figures 32 to 34 show an embodiment of the device according to the invention, in which a further feature was introduced, namely indicators, which instruct the user to eykrnanca subsequent steps so that the user can use the device. In addition to the indicators, the device is for the most part the same as the device shown in the first embodiment in Figs. 1 to 3, and therefore the same designations are used for inverting items. However, some additional elements have been used which will be described below.
The device shown in Figs. 32 to 34 has a cover 700, which is articulated to the rest of the device c moves the projection relative to axis 701. Toothed wheels 23 and 25 and associated components are shielded by the rear wall 702. This cover encloses the rear part of the device , but in the figure for the sake of clarity the structure is shown, only dashed lines and a small fragment. The lever 24 has a curved extension 703, at the edge of which the cam 704 is formed. The 703 extension has a hint in the form of instructions for the user, in this case it is an instruction: open the cover, press the button, inhale. When the lever 24, and therefore also the extension 703, occupies the correct position, through the windows 703 located in the rear wall 702 visible is the Yiddish from the above inscriptions. The furthest end of extension 703 forms a button 706. At the end of lever 24 away from extension 703 there is a tongue 707 attached to it.
Figure 32 shows the device in a rest position. The inscription visible through the window 705 is open. If the patient now opens the lid 700, the device will occupy the positions shown in Fig. 33. It will be seen that the upper rear edge of the lid 700 strikes the cam 704 and moves the extension 703 by such an angle that the inscription 705 will display the name of the button. If the pazjint now presses the button 706, it will cause the lever 24 to rotate to open the container containing the powder, which was described based on Figs. 1 to 3. Then the device will be in the position shown in Fig. 34, and the window 705 will display the word inhalation. In the position shown in fig, 34 tongue 707 protrudes up. Therefore, when the patient, after inhalation, closes the lid 700, the tongue 707 is hit by a projection 700 located on the underside of the lid 700, which will withdraw the lever 24 together with its extension 703 back to the position shown in Fig. 32 and again in the window 705 the inscription opens the lid.
The device described above will not provide further instructions for the user, thus reducing the risk of embarrassing the patient, but will also make it more difficult for the patient to use the inhaler in and out of the way, due to the fact that the button 706 once pressed can not withdraw, until he knows will close the lid 700 and will not open it again.
In the examples described above, we provided the use of a mouthpiece for administering a medicine to a patient. However, if the device for administering medication to a patient by mouth is not to be used, count the nose, then another nozzle, e.g. a nozzle, should be used.
