The invention relates to a chair, in particular to a car seat, according to the preamble of claim 1. In particular, in the case of vehicles, there is a growing need for components that meet the increasing demands of users. In the case of vehicle seats this is exemplified by the fact that, in order to make it easier for the vehicle users to take a seat in the rear seat, the backrest of the seat in front of the rear seat can be tilted forward, and thus away from the rear seat. Above all, in vehicles especially adapted to the family, in particular so-called "wanach" or "spatial limousines", it is advantageous if other functions are also available or the position of the vehicle seats can be changed, for example the backrest of one seat can be tilted to such an extent,
[0002] The use of such seats is generally known, in particular for vehicles that do not have separate access doors to the rear seat, which are provided with a backrest to allow comfortable seating of passengers in the rear seat due to the possibility of tilting the seat back forwards. For this purpose, the unlocking mechanism is generally actuated manually so that the backrest, which its normal position is locked at a specific, adjustable angle with respect to the seat surface, can be tilted forward. The disadvantage in this case is that the entire base of the seat remains in the same position, which is still an obstacle for passengers getting in. Such vehicle seats are known, for example, from DE 101 39 538 C1, DE 297 15 345 U, DE 100 56 024 A, EP 0 575 733 A and DE 101 36 244 C,
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a chair, in particular a vehicle seat, which is most capable of regulatory combinations with regard to various operational situations. Furthermore, according to the invention, it is envisaged to prevent misuse of regulatory possibilities, including the implementation of an unforeseen regulatory combination.
[0004] This object is solved according to the invention by the chair according to claim 1. In this way, the most possibilities of setting are created, which is the basis for increasing the comfort of use while using the chair and the vehicle. A further advantage is that releasing elements are provided, wherein the releasing elements at the back of the stowed position cause the transverse fastening or the second fastening to be released only within a certain time interval. Thanks to this, the improper use of the chair is limited.
[0005] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in the entry position, the seat seat is provided to be separated from its base in the area of the second attachment and / or in the lowered position, longitudinally offsetting the transverse fastening in relation to its normal position. This results in an advantage in particular
- 2 whereby the place where the seat is located in the normal position is made available for use by the person sitting in the middle. Another advantage of this is that the seat is lowered, so even with a relatively thick portion of the seat back, it is possible to use the backrest as a table without the risk that this type of table could be unsuitable for use in a vehicle, e.g. because it is too high .
[0006] A further advantage is that a second actuator is provided for separating the seat element in the area of the second attachment and / or a first actuator is provided for longitudinal lateral displacement displacement, it being provided that the first and / or second actuator is provided electromotive elements. This positively influences the possibility of automating changes in the position of the seat or controlling them, which eliminates direct unlocking by the user, which, on the one hand, facilitates use, because, for example, eliminates the need to handle inaccessible seats, and on the other hand simplifies the design of the chair and thus reduces costs, because there is no need to predict bulky or overloading handles, levers or other mechanisms.
[0007] Another advantage is that first monitoring elements are provided, the first monitoring elements preventing release of the lateral fastening in the entry position, and / or second monitoring means, the second monitoring elements preventing release of the second fixing in the lowered position. In this way, the advantage of the invention is that it is largely impossible to misuse the various possibilities of changing the position of the chair.
[0008] A further advantage is that the first monitoring elements and / or the second monitoring elements and / or releasing elements are provided as micro-switches. In this way, it is particularly easy and inexpensive to mount the monitoring elements according to the invention in one chair.
[0009] Another advantage is that the chair has a control mechanism to control the release of the fasteners depending on the position of the chair. By means of a control mechanism implemented for example as a programmable controller, according to the invention, it is easy to exclude the possibility of improper use of the adjustment possibilities of the chair according to the invention.
[0010] Another object of the combined invention is the method in which the chair according to the invention will be controlled so as to provide the highest degree of regulatory possibilities chosen by the user, while at the same time limiting the misuse of this extended functionality to a large extent.

Figure 11 uses the logic diagram to show the principle of supervision shown in Figure 10.
[0013] Figure 1 shows the vehicle seat 1 according to the invention or the seat 1 with backrest element 2 and seat element 3, the seat element 3 being connected to the seat base 4 by means of the first front mounting 20, the second rear mounting 40 and the lateral fastening 30. The chair 1 according to the invention is primarily substantially symmetrical with respect to its longitudinal axis, so that in the preferred embodiment of the seat 1, both the first front attachment 20 and the second rear fastening 40 and the lateral fastening 30 are provided on both the left and right sides. fotela1. The following explanations, however, will not take into account the diversity of both sides of the chair 1 and we will talk about fastenings 20, 30 and 40 in the singular, but the defaults should be taken into account 20, 30 and 40 on both sides.
Figure 1a schematically illustrates a controller 10, which is connected to a releasing element 21, a first monitoring element 31, a first actuator element 32, a second monitoring element 41, a second actuator element 42 and a triggering element 43. The controller 10 is controlled actuating elements 32, 42 of the second attachment 40 or transverse fastening 30, depending on the condition of the releasing element 21 and the monitoring elements 31, 41 and the firing member 43, and hence above all depending on the particular position of the chair position.
[0015] In figure 2 various seat components according to the invention are shown in a presentation enlarged in the assembly system. From the partially visible element of the seat 3, only the side frame 3b is shown, on which the releasing element 21 is visible. Further
- the second fastening 40 and the lateral fastening 30 with its elements are shown. The second mounting 40 has a second actuator 42 and a second monitoring element 41. The transverse fastener 30 has a first actuator 32 and a first monitoring element 31. A firing member 23 connected to the backrest element 2 is actuatable by movement of the backrest element 2 and in the case of a tilted motion. forward the backrest part 2 activates the releasing element 21.
Figure 3 shows a fragment of the side part 3b of the seat element 3 with the releasable elements 21, in the left part of figure 3 a triggering element 23 with a releasing element 21, depending on the position of the backrest or the backrest element 2 in this way that the releasing element 21 signals tipping of the backrest element 2 forward to its stowed position. In the right-hand part of FIG. 3, the firing element 23 is shown at the normal position of the backrest 2, respectively, so that the firing element 23 does not interact with the releasing element 21 and signals the folded-in position of the back support element 2.
[0017] Figure 4 shows a lateral fastening 30 with a first actuator 32, a first monitoring element 31 and a control rod 34 on which the first actuator 32 acts. When the first actuator 32 acts on the transverse attachment latch 34, the transverse fastening 30 is released and according to the invention can be moved in particular longitudinally.
[0018] In figure 5, a second fastening 40 is shown, wherein the second fastening 40 has a second actuator 42, a second monitoring element 41 and a control bow 44, which - in analogy to the lateral fastening 30 - is influenced by the second actuator 42. An actuator 42 is released from the adjusting boss 44 of the second attachment 40, which in particular can release the seat member 3 relative to the seat base 4 so that the seat 1 or the backrest element 2 together with the seat member 3 can be rotated around the first front attachment 20 or about the axis of rotation in the region of the first attachment 20.
[0019] In figures 6a to 6g, the order of the chair position1 according to the invention is illustrated to illustrate the position of the chair 1 from its normal position to the entry position and back to its normal position. For the sake of simplicity, it has been dispensed with determining the various components of the chair in the partial figures. In figure 6a, the seat 1 is shown in the normal position. In Figure 6b, the seat 1 is shown with the backrest element 2 folded forward. Folding the backrest element 2 forward causes actuation of the release element 21 so that the second actuator 42 can provide for the release of the seat element 3 in the area of the second attachment 40, as shown in figure 6c. 6d shows the position of the chair 1 for getting on. You can see that in the place where the element of the seat 3 is in the normal position, available space is sufficient, for example to allow the user to conveniently get into the vehicle. Figure 6e illustrates the movement of the seat 1 or its support element 2
- and of the seat element 3 back to the normal position, in which in FIG. 6f the second fastening 40 engages so that the seat element 3 again is firmly connected to the seat base 4. In Figure 6g the chair 1 is shown in the normal position.
[0020] In figures 7a to 7g, the order of the chair position1 according to the invention is illustrated to illustrate the position of the chair 1 from its normal position to the lowered position and back to its normal position. For the sake of simplicity, it has been dispensed with determining the various components of the chair in the partial figures. In figure 7a the chair 1 is shown in the normal position. According to the invention, it is provided that by means of a triggering element 43 connected to the controller 10, which in the figures - out of the scheme of figure 1a - is not shown, the user can set the lowered position. For this purpose, the user uses a trigger element 43, e.g. a button, a touch screen, etc., thereby signaling to the controller 10 that the chair 1 is to be set in a lowered position. If a firing member 43 is used, it is possible to distinguish between a user's request for a seat setting in the entry position and in the lowered position. In Figure 7b, the seat 1 is shown with the backrest element 2 folded forward. Folding the backrest element 2 forward causes actuation of the releasing element 21 so that - due to the actuation of the firing element 43 - the first actuator element 32 can allow a longitudinal translation of the lateral fastening 30 whose origin is shown in figure 7c and the total displacement in figure 7d . Figure 7d shows at the same time the lowered position of the seat 1. "Parallelogram" formed by the first attachment 20 and the second attachment 40 are held in the normal position of the seat 1 by a meshed and thus strong lateral attachment 30. In the case of the lowered position of the chair 1, it is possible that a longitudinal displacement is possible by unblocking the transverse fastening 30, which - thanks to the manual operation of the user - leads to a parallelogram assembly. Figure 7e shows the movement of the seat 1 or its backrest 2 and the seat element 3 back to the normal position, in fig. 7f there is again a longitudinal displacement of the diagonal element which in FIG. 7g results in the transverse attachment 30 becoming engaged in a suitable position normal chair 1.
[0021] In figures 8a to 8d, the order of the chair position is shown to illustrate the positioning of the chair from the lowered position to the forbidden position and abusing the adjustment possibilities. In the position of the lowered seat 1 shown in FIG. 8a, the transverse fastening 30 is set in a longitudinal offset. If in such a situation the backrest element 2 is straightened (see Fig. 8b) - the release element 21 will be turned off - and then re-positioned in the stowed position (see Fig. 8c), the release element 21 will be restarted through the firing element 23 and the controller 10, it will introduce unlocking or releasing the second fixation 40 and it is possible that by releasing the second fixation 40 (see FIG.
- limited by the fact that at the transverse fastening 30 there is a first monitoring element 31 which is actuated by releasing the lateral fastening 30 in a lowered position, which prevents actuation and thus actuation of the second actuator 42.
[0022] In Figure 9, the supervision principle shown in Figure 8 is again illustrated by the logic plot to prevent misuse of the chair 1 according to the invention. Figure 9 shows four diagrams which represent the states of the various components of the seat 1 according to the invention. Each graph shows the time course of the state of a given element. The symbol "0" means that the corresponding element is not active or running. The first graph relates to the firing element 43, the second diagram relates to the releasing element 21, the third diagram relates to the first actuator element 32 and the fourth diagram relates to the first monitoring element 31. At the first time point t1 the firing element 43 is actuated by the user action. As a result, the backrest element 2 is set in the folded position. When the folded-in position is reached, the release element 21 is activated (via the firing element 23), which happens at the second time point t2. Activation of the releasing element 21 causes the controller 10 to activate a first actuating element 32 for a certain period of time T, for example 500 ms, in order to achieve a lowered position. When the first actuator 32 releases the transverse fastening bracket 34, a first monitoring element 31 will be activated at the third time t3. The controller 10 is now so designed according to the invention that the following actuation of the second actuator 42 is not possible until the first monitoring element is unlocked lateral attachment 30, also for the case,
[0023] In figures 10a to 10d, the order of the chair position is shown to illustrate the positioning of the chair from the entry position to the forbidden position and the overusing regulatory possibilities. In the position shown in Figure 10a, the seat 1 is provided for the release of the second attachment 40, so that the backrest 2 and the seat element 3 can be pivoted forward about the axis of rotation in the region of the first attachment 20. If the backrest is straightened out in this case 2 (see figure 10b), - with the releasing element 21 being turned off - and then re-setting in the stowed position (see figure 10c) - the releasing element 21 will be restarted by the firing element 23 and the driver 10 will introduce the unlocking or the release of the transverse fastening 30 - it is possible that, by releasing the transverse fastening 30 (see figure 10d), the longitudinal displacement of the transverse fastening 30 would be made available, despite a second attachment 40 not locked in the entry position. This kind of misuse of the setting possibilities is limited by the fact that the second monitoring element 41, which is
- activated by releasing the second fixing 40 in the entry position, and its activation prevents the lateral fastening 30 from being released, i.e. actuation of the actuator 32.
[0024] In FIG. 11, the supervision principle shown in FIG. 10 is again illustrated by the logic plot to prevent misuse of the chair 1 according to the invention. Figure 11 shows three diagrams which represent states of various seat elements 1 according to the invention. Each graph shows the time course of the state of a given element. The symbol "0" means that the corresponding element is not active or running. The first graph relates to the releasing element 21 and the second graph relates to the second monitoring element 41. At the fourth time point t4 the backrest is moved due to the mechanical releasing of the backrest element 2. The support element 2 is then moved into the stowed position. When a folded position is reached, followed by (via the firing element 23) the actuation of the releasing element 21, which happens at the fifth time point t5. Activation of the releasing element 21 causes the controller 10 to actuate the second actuator 42 for a certain time interval T, for example 500 ms, to be able to reach the entry position. When the second actuator 42 releases the adjusting bar 44 of the second attachment 40, the second monitoring element 41 is activated at the sixth time point t6. The controller 10 is now according to the invention arranged so that the following actuation of the first actuator 32 is not possible until the second monitoring element 41 signals unlocking the second attachment 40, also for the case,
[0025] The releasing element 21 and the monitoring elements 31, 41 are, according to the invention, provided as contact switches or as micro switches, which are activated by mechanical action caused by the movement of specific elements. As a substitute for these elements, there is a triggering element 23 for activating the releasing element 21. In particular, it can be provided in accordance with the invention that part of the releasing or actuating elements 21, 31, 41 performs the function of monitoring the state while others perform monitoring of the changes. For example, according to the invention, it is provided that the release element 21 reacts on slopes or is evaluated by the controller 10 on the edges of its signal, while the first and second monitoring elements 31, 41 only react to direct or assumed states, thus they are determined by the controller 10 only in instantaneous signals. The latter has the advantage that the designation of the monitoring elements 31, 41 is independent of the chair movement history, which ensures high system resistance, for example in the event of power outages.
[0026] The distinction between the lowered position and the entry position starting from the normal position can be carried out so that it is provided not shown here
- 8 switch, whose switching capabilities can be assigned to the lowered position and the entry position. As a result, the chair user according to the invention can set each of these positions unambiguously and separately or set such triggers.
