The subject of the invention is a child seat with a seat shell, which has a guide for the pelvic seat belt, and with a backrest, which has a headrest with side wings, with a guide for an oblique, three-point seat belt provided on each side wing. the slanting belt guide has an open, non-tightening slit with a belt retainer.
[0002] A child safety seat of this kind is known from EP 0 781 685 A1 of the applicant. In this known car seat, the slanting belt guide can be shaped as an inverted cane, with the belt retainer at the side flap of the headrest facing upwards and closed at the front to prevent accidental removal of the three-point slanting belt from its guide. However, such a groove shape of the slanted belt guide makes it difficult to insert this belt in its guide. At least approximately a horizontal section connects to the front slit hole of the slanting belt guide, which forces it to turn about 900 fit and remove the belt to reach the upholstered belt support. Such a twist of the belt requires some manipulation, which in extreme cases leads to an uncertain or unreliable determination of the oblique belt.
[0003] From a similar description DE 295 10 642 U1 a child seat is known which has a vertically adjustable headrest with side wings. Each side flap is fitted on the front, i.e. from the front, with an oblique belt clamp.
In this known car seat, the sloping belt is fixed by means of this clamp.
[0004] US 2001/0011838 A1 discloses a child seat with seat shell and backrest on which the side wings can be adjusted between the first and second positions. In the first position, the side wings adhere tightly to the periphery of the backrest and close the slit leading out from the backrest leading the oblique belt. In the second position, the side wings are moved away from the periphery of the backrest, which allows the inclined belt to be inserted into its guide gap.
[0005] The invention is based on the task of creating a child seat of the above-mentioned type, in which the slanted belt guide is shaped straight and the belt can easily be inserted into its guide, the slanting belt being reliably restrained when inserted into this guide.
[0006] This task in a child seat of the above-mentioned type is solved by the fact that the slanting belt guides are provided on the lower edge of both side wings of the headrest, that the belt retainer connects directly to the front slot opening of the respective sloping belt guide, and that at the front opening an elastic closing element is provided for the gap, which allows easy insertion of the slanted belt of the car into the gap through the gap opening and which in its normal fastening position blocks the gap opening elastically and which is formed in one piece with the release button, which is provided on the outside of the respective side flap in a place inaccessible to a child in the seat.
[0007] Due to the fact that the slanting belt guide is provided according to the invention on the lower rim of each of the two side wings of the headrest, the child seat can be reliably fixed both on the right and left side of the car by means of the car's three-point seat belt with the help of this belt not only the seat is held, but also the child inside it.
[0008] When inserting the oblique belt into the gap, the belt causes the elastic closing element to be displaced and the front opening of the gap to be exposed. At the same time, the mechanical tension of the elastic closing element increases. When the slanting belt is in the slit, i.e. in the belt retainer, it releases the elastic closing element, which is properly mechanically relaxed and returns automatically to the locked position, in which the slit hole closes, which prevents unintentional removal of the slanted belt from the slit.
[0009] The sloping belt guides have a smooth surface so that the child seat according to the invention can be optimally manipulated.
[0010] It is advantageous if the oblique belt guide has a recess in the periphery of the slot in which the elastic closing element adheres in a certain way in the fastened position. The closing element can be in the form of a flap, which can be adjusted around the axis provided in the vicinity of the second edge of the gap between the normal position of fastening and the position of insertion of the belt. In this case, the closing element is already in the normal fastening position on said axis with mechanical pretension. Thus, in the belt insertion position, the mechanical tension of the closing element is increased accordingly.
[0011] According to the invention, the closing element is formed in one piece with a release button, by means of which the closing element can be moved from the normal fastening position to the position of inserting or removing the belt, so that if necessary the oblique belt can be easily removed from the slot of its guide. To this end, according to the invention, a release button is provided on the outside of the respective side flap in a place inaccessible to a child in the seat, so that the child in the seat cannot accidentally move the closing element to the belt removal position.
[0012] In a child seat according to the invention, the headrest can be formed in one piece with the backrest. Similarly, it is possible that the height of the headrest can be adjusted on the backrest. A special advantage of a child seat of this kind is that it is suitable for children of different height, so you can save on the cost of buying child seats of different ages.
[0013] Further details, features and advantages result from the following description of an exemplary embodiment of a child seat according to the invention or of its essential elements.
[0014] And so:
figure 1 is a perspective view of the child seat, figure 2 side view of the child seat of figure 1, figure 3 a fragment of the side view of the child seat of figures 1 and 2, with the diagonal belt guide and closing element being seen in normal the fastening position, and Fig. 4 a projection similar to Fig. 3, the closing member being shown in the position of inserting or removing the belt.
[0015] Figure 1 shows the configuration of a child car seat 10 with a seat shell 12 and with a rear back 14 coming out from this shell 12. The seat shell 12 has armrests 16 and under each armrest 16 a pelvic seat belt guide 18 belonging to a three-point car belt safety.
[0016] On the rear back 14 there is provided a vertically adjustable headrest 20, which has two side wings 22. Each side wing 22 has a bottom rim 24, on which a guide 26 of the oblique seat belt belonging to the three-point car seat belt is provided. As can also be seen in Figures 2, 3 and 4, the guide 26 of a given diagonal belt has an open, non-tightening slit 28 which is a holder 30 of the oblique belt of the car. Each slot 28 has an opening 32 at the front, in which the elastic closing member 34 is provided. The closing member 34 has the form of a flap 36, which can be adjusted about the axis 38 between the normal position of the fastener, as shown in figure 3, and the insertion and removal position. belt as shown in figure 4.
[0017] Such a closing element 34 is formed in one piece with a release button 40 which is provided on the outside of the respective side flap 22 - in a position inaccessible to a child in the seat 10.
[0018] The slit guide 26 formed in the form of a slit 28 is delimited by two rims 42 and 44. The rim 42 is provided with a recess 46 (see, in particular, figure 4) in which the elastic closing element 34 adheres in a normal manner in the normal fastening position ( see figure 3). An axis 38 around which the elastic closing member 34 can be moved between the normal position of fastening and the position of insertion and removal of the belt is provided adjacent to the second rim 44 formed in the form of a slot 28 of the slanted belt guide 26.
[0019] When inserting the slanted belt of the car into the slot 28 through the front opening 32, the elastic closing element 34 in the form of a flap 36 is turned directly clockwise, whereby the tension of the elastic closing element 34 increases accordingly. When the slanting belt of the car is in the slot 28, the elastic part (not visible in the drawing) of the elastic closing element 34 can relax again, so that the closing element 34 returns to the fastener position shown in figure 3, in which the slanting belt of the car is reliably held before removing this belt guide 26. To remove the oblique belt from its guide 26, a button 40 is released releasing the elastic closing element 34 to move the closing element from the normal fastening position to the belt removal position shown in figure 4, after which the oblique belt can be removed from the slot 28.
[0020] In figures 1 to 4, identical elements are marked with the same reference numbers, so that it is unnecessary to describe all the elements in connection with all the figures.
