The subject of the invention is a distribution cabinet, usually placed in the open air and containing technical, e.g. electrical or optical distribution installations, e.g. for telecommunications systems, e.g. telephone installations, with associated power supply devices and cable connection devices for a specific spatial area .
II. State of the art
These types of distribution cabinets must now - in addition to sufficient structural stability and a sufficient degree of IP protection, i.e. sealing against rain and splashing water, as well as resistance to vandalism and other - meet additional requirements, for example, they must not emit too much radiation into the environment electromagnetic, and when used especially in warmer countries, the temperatures inside the control cabinet must not rise too high despite the heat-reflecting electrical components placed there, but they must also not fall too low.
These types of distribution cabinets are generally made of either metal or plastic, the plastic combining the advantage of low manufacturing costs with the advantage of non-conductive material, and therefore even in the event of unplanned contact between the electrical element and the cabinet there is never a danger that a person touching the housing from the outside may get an electric shock.
Since the monopoly of state-owned telecommunications companies has been abolished in Germany, as well as in other countries, and there are various network users such as telecommunications networks, the additional problem encountered by manufacturers of such switch cabinets is that different network users impose different requirements to these distribution cabinets, for example as to the dimensions of the distribution cabinets, the cover of the internal body, mounting position and shape of the mounting frame inside the inner body, ventilation options and more.
For manufacturers of switchgear cabinets, this means a problem, which consists in the necessity to develop and store a very large number of various variants of switchgear cabinets, which, among other things, drastically increases storage costs as well as expenditure on molds and tooling.
EP 1 047 167 A1 discloses a switch cabinet and an assembly kit for producing such a switch cabinet, the switch cabinet being at least partly made of plastic. The distribution cabinet, intended for placing telecommunications installations, includes a plinth box, cabinet body with at least one door, cabinet cover and an assembly frame placed inside.
From US 6,299,268 BI, a frame for an electrical cabinet is known. The frame includes two rectangular partial frames that are connected in four corners by horizontally extending brackets to obtain a frame with a rectangular parallelepiped profile. Each of the partial frames contains two vertical, parallel-running supports and two parallel-running cross members. Supports and cross members are connected to each other in the corners with fasteners. The connectors have two spigots running perpendicular to each other, each of which is inserted into a transverse element or a vertical support at their ends. The brackets are also bolted to the fasteners, with the profiled protrusions of the fasteners entering into the bracket profile.
III. Presentation of the invention a) technical task
Therefore, it is the object of the invention to propose a method for producing various variants of switch cabinets and an appropriate assembly kit for carrying out this method, with which it is possible to make various cabinets with a relatively small number of individual parts, such as cutting profiles to the desired length distribution.
b) solution of the task
This task is solved by the features of claims 1, 2 and 53. Preferred embodiments arise from the individual dependent claims.
By means of the first frame profile and matching cube connectors it is possible to make the frame of the inner body in such a way that the first frame profile in the form of the desired single cut pieces is connected by means of cube connectors, preferably the frame profiles are arranged along some, especially along the outer edges, invade the rectangular frame of the body. However, it is also possible to arrange the frame side parts, which are connected by only one or two crossbars, for example in the lower part, into a frame of the body, which is then open in the upper part.
In this way, a body frame can be made of any size according to the desired final body size.
As the assembly kit also includes at least one element for fixing the outer covering of the body frame with shielding sheets (in the electromagnetic shielding of the inner body), especially in the form of a frame insertable into the outer surfaces of the frame, suitable for disassembly and / or a disposable plug profile or in the form of retaining plugs, outer cover of the body frame, and thus completing the inner body, can be carried out very easily and quickly. A second combined (against moisture / dust on one side and electromagnetic radiation on the other) gasket is placed between the frame profiles and shielding sheets, in particular by pressing suitably bent sections of the combined gasket into the corresponding grooves of the frame profiles.
In addition to the first frame profile, the assembly kit also includes a second, smaller section, frame profile, whose construction is otherwise analogous to the first frame profile, and in addition to the second frame profile /, second cube connectors, and possibly also second angle connectors, which will be described below.
The second frame profile is used to produce smaller, and therefore less stable, body frames.
Preferably, the mounting kit also includes a third frame profile, with a cross section corresponding to the cross-sectional size of the second frame profile, which, however, has a whole, shallow extension parallel to and converging relative to one of the outer cross-sectional surfaces of the profile. This third profile shape is preferably used for the production of incompletely closed, smaller frames composed of profiles, the shallow extension being used to attach, in particular to screw, the elements of the switchboard cabinet.
For fixing other profiles, especially in the form of crossbars, but also other elements such as mounting frames, electrical components and others, the mounting kit also includes an angle connector, whose two mutually perpendicular arms are attached one of them to the outer surface of one of the profiles and the other arm extends from it at right angles. Both arms are provided with through holes. Immobilization with respect to the profile is done by moving the screw and screwing it in the grooved nut inside the undercut profile groove.
Preferably, grooved nuts are used, the widened head of which has a longitudinal view in plan view; therefore, with a convergent orientation relative to the undercut groove, they can be inserted from the open side of the groove, i.e. not frontally, and then secured there by turning .
In the same way, external retainers are also attached to the profiles, which perform several functions:
First of all, they are used to hang the plastic spacer cover from the outside at a distance from the frame made of profiles:
For this purpose, the external retaining elements, which are essentially cube-shaped with an outwardly extending spigot, are mounted with the spigot pointing up on the outer surfaces of the profiles on the sides and on the rear wall of the body frame, most often four pieces on each outer surface of the body frame. The side walls and at least one rear wall have respective vertical retaining holes through which they can be hung on the external retaining pins. Preferably, identical external retaining elements are used for this purpose, which for this purpose are screwed onto the inner surface of the side wall or rear wall, and at the bottom have a hole for receiving the pin.
Also, two or more suspension hooks can be attached to the profiles on the upper surface of the inner body, so that the entire inner body /, possibly already equipped with a spacer, can be lifted and moved by means of a crane.
In addition, the mounting kit preferably includes a fixing element for mounting and mounting the sliding door on the inner body, rotatable lugs for formally simple mounting of the shielding sheet as the bottom on the inner body, securing sleeves for immobilization in the undercut groove of one of the profiles and for hanging the safety bar against slamming the door, and a first combined gasket for sealing the door relative to the remainder of the inner body with the door closed.

angle connector, grooved nut, internal body only /, covered with side elements, with additional linings at the front and rear in the lower part, with an additional rear wall and front door, Fig. 11: with an additional roof module, and Fig. 12: in assembled body condition.
In Figs. 7 to 12, the stages of assembling the body 3 are gradually completed, whereby bodies of different sizes can be made with the assembly kit according to the invention, namely from different profiles 51 - 51 according to Figs. Id-lf and the corresponding additional elements. The inner body has a rectangular shape and is stable in itself thanks to the body frame 16, consisting of edge profiles 17, which at their ends, especially in the corners of the body frame 16, are connected to each other, especially twisted, by means of appropriate corner connectors.
In addition to the edge profiles 17, along the edges of the rectangular inner body 21, they run horizontally along the perimeter of the crossbar 34, located between the vertical supports in the lower third of the body frame 16, towards which the crossbar from the outside inwards, also horizontally, the adjustment screws face.
The adjustment bolts 13 are here arranged in pairs at a lateral distance from each other on the transverse front and rear cross members 34, preferably also one in the middle of the short cross members, transverse to the transverse direction 20.
The frame 16 of the body is closed on the sides, back and on top by plates - preferably resistant to electromagnetic interference - preferably lying in the thickness range of the edge profiles 17, so that only the front, especially the area above the crossbar 34, is open, and base surface between the peripheral edges 17 below.
On the upper cover, two screw-in lifting eyes 12 are depicted in a lying position, which, if necessary, namely to lift the inner body 21, are screwed into upwardly open, top-open internal threads 22 of two diagonally opposite upper corner connectors frame 16 of the body.
In Fig. 8, on the other hand, the state is shown in which the internal body 21 thus described is already provided with side walls 8, mounted from the outside on the side surfaces of the internal body 21 and connected to it formally by lowering them or fixing them in another way.
Fig. 9 shows the state in which it is different from Fig. 8 the front flap 23 and the rear flap 24 - preferably made of plastic, as well as the side walls 8 and the remaining part of the cladding - cover the front and rear lower parts of the internal body 21, as they are also attached formally from the outside or otherwise fixed ), thus closing the area from the front and back from the crossbars, which run along the perimeter in the lower third, to the lower end of the frame 16 of the body, while the side walls 8 preferably extend over the entire height of the body frame 21.
Fig. 10 shows the state in which the inner body 21 is additionally equipped with a rear wall 11 and front door 4a, b. Door 4a, b is suspended in the respective hinges constituting the axis of rotation on the longitudinal outer edges of the front, while when the rear wall 11 is attached from the outside by hanging from above or otherwise.
As can be seen in particular in Figs. 10d and 9d, the rear wall 11, the side walls 8 are spaced apart from the inner body 21, with an outward shift open from above and below - so that air can flow between them as a result of the chimney draft.
Also, door 4a, b is for the same reason made as double-walled with through holes from the bottom up / up, with preferably the inner wall of the door 4a, b is in turn sealed with respect to interference electromagnetic radiation.
Fig. 11 shows the state of the body 3 when assembled by mounting the roof module 50, which consists of the upper intermediate part 7 and the cover 5, and the projecting ends 25 are used to slide into the remaining part of the body 3, especially between its internal body 21 and its outer cladding, and twists with the inner body 21, especially its frame 16.
Since the roof module 50, seen from above, protrudes beyond the inner body 21, and also covers the rear wall 11, the side walls 8 and the door 4a, b when closed, the attached roof module 50 prevents - as shown in the final state in Fig. 12 - lifting these parts up, and thus removing them from the inner body 21.
Figures 1 to 6 show individual assembly situations or individual components.
Fig. La to lc shows the corner of the frame made of profiles /, made of two fragments of the first frame 51 cut to the desired size /, which with their front surfaces are adjacent to two neighboring, perpendicular to each other, external surfaces of the matching connector ankle 61 and are twisted with it. If the first profile 51 of the frame - as seen in Fig. ld - has an approximately square, mid-symmetrical cross-section, which - as in any profile - remains constant in the direction of the profile 50. In the middle of the cross-section there is a central hole 54 closed on the perimeter. In each of the outer corners there are identical oblique grooves 55, open obliquely to the outside and having slight undercuts. In the outer surfaces are centrally located more undercut T-slots 56, the ground clearance of which is at most half the largest width of the undercut part and at most one third of the width of the profile 51.
In an analogous manner, the inner body can also be made of a smaller, but otherwise similarly shaped, second frame profile 52 with matching accessories, especially cube connectors 62 and angle connectors 72.
For special applications, in Fig. 1f a third frame profile 53 is shown, which has a shallow extension 57, made as a whole together with the profile 53 and lying flush with its outer surfaces. The remaining part of the third frame profile 53 corresponds in terms of the external dimensions to the second profile 52, except that the oblique groove 55 'is made in only one corner, namely opposite the corner from which the shallow extension 57 extends. The other corner areas are closed from the outside: and in the corner area they have a closed round recess.
This third frame profile is primarily used for the production of parts consisting of frame profiles, such as side frames, whereby the plate extension 57 is preferably facing the inside of such a rectangular frame part, and above all this third frame profile 53 can also be combined with the second profile 52 of the frame.
In particular, the oblique grooves 55 and 55 'are not only equally shaped, but also have the same size for both profile sizes, i.e. all three profiles 51 to 53, so that the same seals can be inserted into them .
Below, Figs. La to c are described again as if they were made of the first frame profile 51 and of the associated accessories. The first cube connector 61 is twisted with the faces of the adjacent profiles 51 in such a way that it has both profiles in the direction of course 50, and in the third direction with through holes through which the fastening screw can be screwed into the central hole 54 of the adjacent frame profile 51 , namely into the self-tapping first sleeve 58 for the dowel screwed into the central hole 54, which, as an internal thread, also has a metric thread for mounting the fastening screw.
In addition, a corner connector 71 is bolted in the inner corner between the frame profiles 51, which in practice is primarily used for the front attachment of the frame profile 51, e.g. the crossbar 34, as seen in Figures 7 to 12, to the side surface of the second continuous frame profile. For this purpose, the angle connector 71 or 72, as shown in the form of a separate part in Fig. 5c, has two mutually perpendicular arms 71a, b, stiffened at the triangular edges joined together as a whole :, wall ribs 71c. Each of the arms 71a, b has a through hole 71d that extends toward the bisector of the angle between the arms 71a, b for easier removal from the mold of this injection molded member.
On the outer surfaces of the arms 71a, b are formed, running along them along the entire length of the protuberances 71e, whose width is slightly smaller than the clearance 70 of the corresponding T-track 56, 56 'of the associated profile 51, 52 or 53 of the frame.
After applying the angle connector 71 with the outer surface of the arm to the side surface of the profile 51, the protrusion 71e sinks into the clearance 70 of the T-slot 56, you can screw (not shown in Fig. 1) the fastening screw through the corresponding through hole 71d into the groove nut 60 or 80 which is embedded in the T-shaped groove 56, 56 ', thus locking the angle connector 71 on the profile 51. You can then screw the next element to the other arm, for example 71b, in the same way: for example, another frame profile 51.
The corresponding key nut 60 or 80, matching the first profile 51 or the second or third profile frame 52 is as a separate element shown in Fig. 6: it consists of a widened head 60a and a narrower, preferably circular spindle 60f, whose outer diameter is less than the clearance 70 of the corresponding T-slot 56.
The widened head 60a is longitudinal in plan view, with a width 60b smaller than the clearance 70 of the T-slot 56,
4 therefore, the grooved nut 60 or 80 can be positioned in the T-slot not only from the front but also from the open longitudinal side when properly positioned. By turning the grooved nut 60, its head 60a rotates a maximum of 50 in the T-groove 56, whereby it adheres bevels 60d formed for this purpose at both opposite corners to the lateral surfaces of the T-groove. A threaded hole 60e passes through the spindle 60f and preferably through the entire grooved nut into which a suitable, not shown, fastening screw is screwed. Bevels 60d are formed on both opposite corners, which when screwing the screw into the threaded hole 60e are adjacent to the longitudinal sides of the T-groove.
As a result, the T-slot nut 60 or 80 can be positioned at the end of the T-slot and secured to it by tightening the fastening screw.
Using such grooved nuts 60 or 80, it is possible, for example, to mount suspension hooks 67 on top of the frame-shaped frame 16 so that the entire body or at least the inner body 21 with or without a partial covering can be hung on a crane or the like and transported to the desired location.
Also, the external retaining elements 40, which, in addition to the example shown in Fig. 1, are also visible in Fig. 4a, and above all in Figs. 2a, 2b, are fastened by means of these grooved nuts 60 and 80 on profiles 51 to 53.
These external retainers 40 serve first to attach the outer body 22 to the inner body 21:
The outer body 22 consists of - depending on the size - individual components in various quantities and sizes. Figures 7 to 12 show a variant of the outer body, which consists of two side walls 8 and a rear wall 11 and a roof module 500, which is supplemented by two hinged doors 4a, b.
Larger bodies may, for example, have several rear walls side by side, and / or a sliding door 14.
Smaller bodies may consist of suitable but smaller individual elements or may have an outer body which forms a whole together with the door, except for a separate roof module, in which body the rear wall and side walls are made as one part. Regardless, external retainers 40 can be used to attach the outer body, as shown in the lower part of Fig. 2b as separate elements in different perspective views.
The main body 41 of the spacer 42 is in the form of a bowl with the bottom 41a and four walls 41b along the periphery, whereby from one of the side walls, and therefore parallel to the bottom 41a, the spigot 42 extends radially outwards, which narrows slightly conically in towards its free end and preferably has a round cross section. The bottom 41a has a protrusion 41c on its outer side which has a square shape slightly less than the edge clearance 70 of the T-slot 56 to which the outer retainer 40 is to fit. Accordingly, the outer width of the main body 41 of the outer retainer 40 is also smaller than the width of the corresponding profile 51.
The bottom has in the middle, and therefore also in the middle of the protuberances 41c, a through hole 43 and two adjacent walls 42b two adjacent through holes 43 '. Opposite plug 42, wall 41b has another 43 ", which is suitable for receiving plug 42 of the second outer retainer 40.
Due to this configuration, the outer retaining elements 40 - as shown in Figs. 4a and 2a, 2b can be mounted on, for example, the outer surfaces of the profiles 51, if they are placed with their protrusions 43 in the desired rotational position in the clearance 70 of the respective T-groove and shifted along it in the longitudinal direction of the 50 profile. By screwing the invisible fastening screw into the through hole 43 in the T-slot 56 located in the T-slot, the outer retaining element 40 fixes the profile 51 and thus the inner body 21 at the desired location along the profile, preferably with the pivot 42 .
As can be seen in Fig. 2a, in the same way the next outer retainer 40 can be bolted in a correspondingly higher position to the inner side, e.g. side wall 8 or rear wall 11, using the fixing thread therein. Higher outer retaining elements 40, preferably four, arranged in individual corners of the side wall 8, are then mounted from above on pivots lying lower, screwed to the inner body 21, the outer retaining elements 40, thus fitting the outer wall 8 on the inner body 21 as explained in Figs. 7 to 12.
In Fig. 2b, however, another purpose of using the external retainers 40 is shown, primarily both, located on the sides of the inner body in its upper part and horizontally disposed horizontally of the retainers 40, of which only the front is visible in Fig. 2b. .
In Fig. 2b, a roof module 500, which is already mounted on the inner body, is shown, from which the securing terminals 501 extend down in a position such that outside of the inner body 21, but still within - not shown in Fig. 2b due to the clarity of the drawing - the outer body 22, i.e., for example, the sidewall 8, protrudes down to the height of the outer retainers 40, without interfering with them.
At a certain height, the securing terminals 501 have a through hole that coincides with the through holes of the outer retainers 40.
The roof module 500 can thus be secured in shape on the inner body 21 by sliding the safety bar 86 into the space between the inner body 21 and the outer body 22 horizontally from the outside of both sides of the inner body 21 horizontally from the front, displacing it through the through holes of the securing ends 501, just like through through holes of the tapered, bolted to the inner body 21, external retaining elements 40. This is done with the front door open or removed. The length of the safety bar 86 is selected such that, with the door closed, the safety bar 86 also reliably passes through the rear through holes. To remove the safety bar 86, a foldable pull member, e.g. a ring, is attached at its front end.
In Fig. 2a, the securing rod is not yet moved by the lower retaining element 40 bolted to the inner body 21 in this figure, because in Fig. 2a the roof module 500 is not yet mounted.
In Fig. 2a, on the other hand, a shielding plate 13, which is made of a thin aluminum plate and seals the body frame 16 and thus the whole body against the emission of electromagnetic radiation from the outside, is mounted on the upper part of the body frame 16. For this purpose, the shielding sheet - placed in an analogous way also at the back and on the sides - is cut to such a size that it rests on the peripheral profiles 51 of the frame /, but does not obstruct the clearance of 70 T-slots 56 located in the support surface.
Various elements are used to fix the shielding sheet 13 in this position relative to the profiles 51, e.g. retaining plugs 77 of Fig. 2a, which are shown in the lower part as a separate element, shown in perspective in two different positions, and when mounted they are more visible in Figures la to c. The retaining plugs 77 have a plug portion 77c, which - like the head of a grooved nut - is longitudinal and is used to insert into the T-slot 56 through its clearance 70 and subsequent turning and clamping. To this end, the length of the male portion 77c is slightly greater than the width of the undercut portion of the T-groove 56, so that the plastic portion 77, usually made of plastic, is stuck in it by 90 ".
From this plug part 77c extends outwards through a 70-tee groove 56 clearance connecting the plug part 77c to the head 77a, which also has a spacer 77b according to the thickness of the shielding sheet 13, but protrudes beyond it in the radial direction. The protruding edge of the head 77a therefore rests on the edge area of the shielding sheet 13 and protects it effectively - after inserting and turning the locking plug 77 by 90 in the T-slot 56 - on profile 51.
Instead of these only point fixings, it is also possible to use a linear fastening of the shielding sheet edge 13, namely by means of plug profiles 68, 69, which latches in the direction of the profile 50 in the lumen 70 of their central grooves 56 and also have at least one, preferably on both sides protruding edges 68c that immobilize the edge areas of the shielding sheet 13.
The single-use plug-in profile 69 and the demountable plug-in profile 68 are assembled in Figs. 1a to 1c and in a separate view in Figs. 4b and 4c. The single-use plug-in profile 69 bends when removed from the T-slot 56 and is therefore not suitable for re-use, unlike the removable plug-in profile 68, which explains the following:
In the case of a single-use plug-in profile 69, which has the form of an endless one-piece profile and is cut to the desired length, the outwardly projecting edges 69c are formed by a continuous plate from which, in the central part, at a mutual distance and at right angles to each other they extend into at the bottom two wall ribs as a plug-in element 69a, the distance between them being so selected that they just fit into the lumen 70 of the T-slot 56. They hook there with protrusions 69b protruding from the wall ribs outwards. Between the plug part and the outer edge, the next ribs go down a slightly smaller distance, which serve as spacers and thus approximately correspond to the thickness of the shielding sheet 13.
Instead, the demountable plug profile 68 of Fig. 4c has the shape of a cap with an outwardly open U-shaped plug part 68a and outwardly extending edges 68c.
Also, the U-shaped plug portion 68a has outwardly projecting projections 68b for engagement in the undercut of the T-groove 56.
In the unloaded state, however, the outer width of the plug portion 68a is small enough that the plug profile 68 can be pulled up from the clearance 70 of the T-track 56 or 56 ', without fear that the profile 68 will deform significantly, which means that it will be suitable for reuse.
Reliable seating in the T-slot 56 is achieved so that from the outside into the open side of the U-shaped plug part 68a a screw 63 is inserted, preferably in the form of a regular sheet metal screw, which is preceded by inserting the plug profile 68 into the T-slot 56 and fixing his position. This causes the arms of the U-shaped male part 68a to be pushed apart and its positive engagement in the T-shaped groove 56.
Also, edge 68c of this plug profile 68 has a spacer 68d in the form of an inflection of the edge area.
It should be clarified that this spacer 68d must compensate slightly more than the thickness of the shielding sheet 13. The body 3, especially the inner body 21 of body 3 requires a sufficient tightness in IP classification (against dust, pollution and splashing water), and sufficient electromagnetic tightness. This is achieved in that combinations of IP and electromagnetic seals are used to seal the individual components of the inner body 21. For sealing, it is not sufficient to simply lay the edge areas of the shielding sheet 13 on profiles 51 or 52 or 53.
Instead, in order to seal under the respective edge area of the shielding sheet 13, as indicated for example in Fig. 1a, a second combined seal 74 is inserted into the oblique groove 55 of the profile 51, if possible tightly around the entire perimeter of the respective shielding sheet 13. The seal 74 protrudes slightly from the oblique groove 55 outside and outside the outer periphery of the profile 51, and during the laying of the edge region of the cover sheet 13 it undergoes elastic deformation, since it is usually made of a solid profile of rubber or soft plastic, as is the case in conventional gaskets. Electromagnetic tightness is achieved so that the outer circumference of the seal 74 is covered with a metal fabric, preferably the entire part protruding from the oblique groove 55, so that the metal fabric also on the plug part 74b of the seal remains in electrically conducting contact with the metal profile 51 and of course also with a metal plate resting on it 13.
Also shown in Figure 1a, the first combined gasket 73 is also sealed on part of its outer perimeter with such a metal fabric as an electromagnetic gasket. It serves to seal the door in terms of IP protection and electromagnetic shield, therefore it must have greater deformability, for which purpose its plug part 73b is shaped similarly, namely adapted to be inserted into the oblique groove 55, but its sealing part 73a has larger dimensions, above all, it has a closed box profile that allows greater deformation.
The metal fabric coating must extend over such a large portion of the seal gasket 73 that the fabric on one side has contact with the profile 51, preferably in the region of its oblique groove 55, and on the other hand reliably contacts the closed door when it adheres seals 73.
In Fig. 4a, a securing sleeve 65 is further shown, which is inserted into the T-slot frontally, but cannot be removed from its lumen 70, where it is locked in the desired position through the transverse hole 65a by means of a set screw. The protective sleeve 65 is used to insert a safety bow (not shown), usually in the form of a U-shaped, rigid wire bow, which can be inserted into the protective sleeve 65 from above with one free end and the other end into the corresponding internal fixing hole door surface to prevent the open door from slamming under the influence of wind or the like.
In addition, Fig. 5b shows pivot projections 64 which have a radially projecting nose 64a and which can be screwed to a component through a through hole, for example to shielding sheet 13, although despite the screwing of the noses 64a of pivot projection 64, it can still be rotated.
These swivel projections 64 are used - as can be seen in Fig. 5a - to also cover the bottom area of the inner body 21 from the outside with the help of the shielding sheet 13. To this end the swivel projections 64 - retracted from the outer edges of the shielding sheet 13 - are screwed on top of the sheet screening 13 and the nose pads 64a are first positioned so that they do not protrude towards the outer edge of the screening sheet 13. In this position, the shielding sheet 13 can be tightened by means of rotary projections 64 from below to the bottom of the respective profile 51 of the inner body 21 and, after contact is obtained, immobilized by turning the nose 64a in a radially outward position in relation to the shielding sheet 13.
Because the nose 64a is at an appropriate height relative to the base surface of the rotatable projections 64, they enter the T-shaped groove 56 of the profile 51 and rest on its lower edge. As a result, the shielding sheet 13 maintains contact - usually indirect, through one of the combined seals 74 - with 51 profiles.
In Fig. 3, the mounting of the sliding door 14 is shown to the upper transverse profile 51 of the body frame 16. Only one attachment is shown here, however, it should be noted that at the upper edge of the sliding door 14 there must be at least two such fastening elements 81 for the sliding door, and preferably also at their lower edge. The sliding door 14 is shaped in this way that it is also possible to arrange several sliding doors 14 side by side so that they overlap each other with their vertical contacting edges. The fastener 81 for the sliding door includes a fastening part 82 which is fastened to the sliding door 14 and a safety part 83 which is originally fastened to the profile 51 as shown in Fig. 3a in the assembled state and in Fig. 3b when unfolded. The fixing part 82 consists of a main plate 84 which is screwed on the inside of the sliding door 14, and of the several-part spigot 82 coming out of the sliding door 14 towards the profile 51.
The securing sleeve 78, which is provided with a through hole, is permanently connected to the main plate 84. A bearing pin 26 is inserted into the hole open from the front 25 on which the guide roller 79 is pivotally mounted. The guide roller 79 has a circumferential notch in its circumference, in which the upper and lower edges of the lumen 70 of the T-slot 56 engage, so the guide roller 79 is locked in the T-slot 56 crosswise to its direction and secured against being pulled off the bearing pin 26 by a ring expansion head or the like.
The assembly of the sliding door itself on the enclosed frame frame 16 along the periphery can proceed as follows:
The assembled spigot 82a is inserted through its guide roller 79 between the edges of the T-groove 56. This can be done from the face of the profile 51 or - as a preferred solution - in a not shown in the figures, widened sufficiently by boring the clearance 70, for example near one end of the profile 51.
In the T-slot 56, a securing foot 27 of the securing part 83 is also arranged, which is formally fixed in the undercut and protrudes outwards through the lumen 70. The thickened portion of the securing foot 27 fills the T-slot groove 56 to the maximum extent at least at its depth, in therefore, the securing foot 27 protrudes from the T-slot 56 for a certain amount. On its front front side is fastened by screwing along the profile 51, U-shaped, safety spring 83a open at one end, which as a result is in the assembled state at the same distance from the profile 51 as the protective notch, preferably circumferentially 28 in the end region of the bearing pivot 26 facing the sliding door 14.
At a certain location - after the pin member 82a is in the desired longitudinal position - the bearing pin 26 is inserted into the securing sleeve 78, i.e. into its opening 25, so that the locking notch 28 of the bearing pin 26 is in the same longitudinal position as the groove 29 under a spring located in the outer circumference of the protective sleeve 78. The spring groove 29 is deepened in one circumference so that there is an open passage to the opening 25 and the underlying notch 28 of the bearing pin 26.
Then, by sliding the securing part in the direction 50 of the profile 51, the safety spring 83a with its arms is inserted from both sides into the groove 29 of the securing sleeve 78.
One straight arm of the safety spring 83a adheres to the milled part of the groove 29 for the spring and thus sinks into the dimensioned underlying safety notch 28 of the inner bearing pin 26, which prevents it from being axially pulled out of the sleeve 78.
The second, bent frame of the safety spring 83a includes its concave bend the outer circumference at the bottom of the groove 29 of the protective sleeve 78, which means that when the fastening part 81 is moved by sliding the sliding door 14 along the profile 51, the safety part 83 is also moved with them, so the spring securing 83a does not disengage from pin 82a.
