Golf performance systems

A personal golf score system PGPS comprises an electronic scorecard (1) with a user interface with a display device (D) and a keyboard device (T) as well as a personal data module (10) preferably in the form of an electronic smart card for transferring data to and from the scorecard (1) used for i.a. registration of scores for a golf game and calculation of adjusted handicap for the player after the end of play. The personal result system PGPS, together with a central result system CGPS, forms part of a golf registration and monitoring system RMS, assigned to a specific club or course. The central result system CGPS ​​comprises a data processing device (15) and is used to update the personal result system PGPS over the data module (10). The result system records and monitors data for players and games, and monitors calculated and adjusted disabilities, as well as storing information and personal information about the course and golf club members. A method is specified using the personal results system PGPS and the registration and monitoring system RMS.
