Regeneration of fertile graminaceous plants of the subfamily pooideae from protoplasts
Abstract
Cell cultures of Granlneae plants such as lean are regenerated into whole plants, especially whole fertile plants. It also describes how this regeneration process can be performed, as well as a new method for cold preservation of embryogenic cell cultures.
