Pharmaceutical compositions for prevention of overdose or abuse
Abstract
The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a chemical group which is bound to an active agent in a manner which substantially reduces the possibility of overdosing or abuse of the active agent. Upon proper dose administration, the pharmaceutical composition provides a therapeutic activity corresponding to the activity of the active starting material.
