Abstract
Crystals and solvates of racemic, enantiomerically pure and enantiomerically mixed modafinil are produced, and several important physical properties are modulated. Solubility, dissolution, bioavailability, dose response, and stability to modafinil can be modulated to improve the efficacy of pharmaceutical compositions.
