Abstract
Apparatus for connecting a fiber optic cable to a junction box, and method of manufacturing this device. connecting device to a junction housing of a fiber optic cable and axial support element made of composite material comprising fibers, or braided fibers, and its manufacturing method. At the end of the axial member (2) the fibers have blossomed into a tuft (4) and immobilized in cold polymerized resin (5) filling a cavity (6) integral with the housing. Application to the ground wires for power lines.
