Various modalities described herein can assist with the benefits of and / or utilizing Cinsay, Inc.'s (“Cinsay”) Smart Container ™ Technology, which is briefly described below and also described in the State Application Number. United 13 / 598,443 filed on August 29, 2012 and claims priority for several Provisional Requests. Cinsay, the Applicant, provides an innovative new method for merchants to reach their customers online. In traditional online sales models, merchants need to create the search or display ads that show when online consumers visit search design sites or various properties on the web. If the consumer sees an interesting ad related to a product or a service, they need to leave their current activity and visit some other destination on the web to discover more information or to make an online purchase. Consumers have good specific online patterns. If they are actively buying, then the traditional multi-stage model is operable. The traditional advertising sales model requires the consumer to stop what they are doing and visit some other destination online. However, if they are on a social site that interacts with friends, reading the news, playing games, or engaging in other online activities, then they are much less likely to leave their current activity to visit a destination.

The Cinsay Container ™ model provides product information or storage for the consumer. Cinsay uses innovative Smart Container ™ code / technology that syndicates virally across the web, for example, using the components described with reference to Figures 1 and 8 or using other components. It is ideal for those types of destinations that online consumers tend to frequent, such as social media and blogs. Regardless of whether the Smart Container ™ code is located on a web page, blog post, network page or social wall, or mobile device, they can complete their correct transaction there without the need to divert to some external destination.
Smart Container ™ targets are smart Internet objects that are syndicated and spread virally across the web and other mobile and networked devices. They can be configured in a variety of ways to address the entire value chain of online shopping and marketing. This includes impressions, clicks, lead generation, and conducting business transactions. A modern shopping experience works best when using interactive media. One of the most attractive forms of sales and shopping media is through video. It allows a much more realistic representation than text or static boxes. The Cinsá'y llfll IflcIHIltílItE * '5 Code Smart Container ™ configures with a video player window, a selection of products or services offered, and a variety of related video clips. This collection of the video clips allows the consumer to learn more about the products or services that are offered in. The consumer can select any of these offered items for more details, all included within the Smart Container ™ technology.
These offered articles (products or services) can be articles that are published or that are sold. Depending on the type, the Smart Container ™ code can allow the consumer to request to be contacted, or even buy the right object, there. The consumer does not need to leave their current activity or their website. Items offered could also include obtaining discounts or coupons. They can even be an opportunity to donate to a charity or political campaign. Of course, this sometimes makes sense when visiting another designation from the Internet, and if appropriate, the consumer can certainly be linked there as well.
Because the Smart Container ™ code handles all the complexity, it can immediately return to the simplest web site within a warehouse on a page on the Internet. This allows anyone to transact online.

For merchants with a site on the internet, this easily allows for a much richer shopping experience. For the creative hobbyist or local band, this allows them to easily sell directly to interested consumers. To support and promote them, Cinsay offers add-on items in its Smart Container ™ code called On-Demand ™ merchandise. Merchants can select a custom clothing design with their art and graphics to be sold alongside their own creations. Cinsay On-Demand ™ performance will dynamically produce and ship their custom apparel for them, eliminating the need to handle inventory, and providing your online customers with a richer line of products. Of course, because your immediate online store is based on Smart Container ™ objects, it can also spread out in all forms of viral syndication methods.
The Cinsay Smart Container ™ code can also be self-customized, according to particular configurations. If the device is a traditional PC or laptop, this will be created using the optimal technology, which for this purpose is generally instantaneous. On mobile devices, such as IPhone, IPad, or Android phones, this means that HTML5 or a native interactive application will likely be used. Items in Smart Code

according to particular configurations. When a video is played, the container can update to the displayed products and service objects which correspond to the particular sequence in a video segment. This allows a mini QVC shopping channel to be created and syndicated across the Internet. Beyond device type, there are other dimensions of personalization. Smaller devices and some environments like the social site restrict window sizes, so the Smart Container ™ s code adapts. Also, this may be appropriate to provide different content based on geo-location, so the Smart Container ™ code can be customized for these as well.
The Cinsay Container ™ code virally indicates across the Internet that it follows the paths of a more popular network. S can be hosted on traditional web pages, on blogs, on content in emails, on mobile devices, or on social media. Because the Smart Container ™ code is flexible, it can also be fixed in the form factor of a display ad unit and distributed via ad servers on ad display networks. When the code exists on Facebook-like social networks, it can cycle through the user's Like wave. For example, if a female buyer likes

It may be that the container does not involve shoe-like products, but instead supports a politician operating out of the office. Your supporters can be passionate about the message and like it, again this made it available to your network. Now, similarly political supporters can see these messages as well, and if so, donate to the cause.

Another form of tracking relates to how the Cinsay Smart Container ™ code spreads. A merchant may wish to use affiliates to help organize them, and they are paid a percentage based on the transactions that result from their work. The goal of Cinsay Smart Container ™ may be to tag with the affiliate tracking identifiers that allow the reporting of status and transactions from that container, for example, or its descendants to be filtered correctly. Another use of tracking may be for a politician to assign affiliate codes to their supporters and to be able to measure the outcome of the effort on the majority of new supporters.
Cinsay Smart Container ™ targets are designed to be highly scalable according to particular configurations. Rather than loading a single wb site with massive traffic, which would result from a traditional model of bringing all consumers to the store, the Cinsay Smart Container ™ code operates in a distributed manner. By bringing the store to the customer, the Cinsay Smart Container ™ code enables many new ways for merchants to connect with their consumers without disrupting consumer activities on the web. The end result is to connect the consumer directly with the merchant eliminating the middle man and promoting a much more natural shopping experience.
The functionality of the aforementioned description, again, can benefit from any of the components described in Figures 1 and 8 or other convenient components. The same code can be written in any convenient format, including but not limited to Java, C ++, C-sharp, HTML, HTML5, and the like.
Figures 2A, 2B, 2C refer to how a content container is enhanced by peer-assisted shopping, in accordance with the modalities of the disclosure. According to certain forms of disclosure, the concept of shopping with friends or family is imitated. Specifically, the person you are shopping with does not

As discussed below, a peer in the particular modalities can be a friend or family member. In other modalities, a peer may be one who does not easily recognize a person.
Referring to Figures 2A and 2B, a container 210 is shown. In this container 210, the viewable content is video (as indicated by the play button 220); however, in other configurations that will be described below, container 210 can include images, live video feeds, and other types of content. In Figure 2B, the video has started and a selectively deployable product carousel 230 is shown with a plurality of products. In particular configurations, these products correspond to the products or services that are displayed in the content within the underlying container (here, a video). Although shown in the overlying upper portion of the video, product carousel I 230 may be on the sides or bottom of container 210 - overlying container 210 or not in other configurations. For example, the product carousel can be expanded from or positioned outside of container 210. Additionally, degrees of variation of transparency can be used in product carousel 230. Or, product carousel 230 can be non-transparent.

For example, referring to a container on a friend's Facebook ™ wall, a user can purchase the product directly from the container and from the wall. In other configurations, a user can leave container 210 and be redirected to a website.
Referring to Figure 2C, additional features of container 210 are shown. For example, a selectively drop-down toolbar 240 is shown at least partially above a button on container 210. Although it is shown above the lower portion of the vine or, toolbar 240 may be on the sides or on top of container 210 - on top of container 210 or in no other configuration. For example, toolbar 240 can be expanded from or placed outside of container 210. Additionally, varying degrees of transparency can be used on toolbar 240. Or, toolbar 240 may not be transparent. .

By clicking on the sharing options 242, a variety of other options can be provided. For example, a user can be given the opportunity to share the container through networks such as Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Yahoo, Linkedln, Google, or Wordpress. In addition, the user may be provided the option to copy the codes understood, and share via email. Additionally, a user may be able to propagate the container by clicking their thumb on Like or + 1ing on Google Plus.

Again, although the underlying content for the container will be described as video in particular settings, the underlying content can be from other items including, but not limited to, costs for fresh photos and for live video.
The method and / or manner of communicating between the endpoints are virtually unlimited. Unlimited examples of communication channels were provided above with reference to Figure 1. Any of these communications, and others, can be used to initiate communication between end users. In particular modalities, no account is necessary; however, the specific link between two end devices is established through the connection parameters. As will be recognized by an expert in the art when reviewing this application, in certain modalities, the communication can be direct (peer-to-peer) while in others it can be indirect through the servers that relay the messages. In even other configurations, communications can be a hybrid of the two
The following non-limiting examples of the methods by which end users can communicate with each other: Voice over IP (VOIP), video communication, text communication, phone call.
Such communications are in addition to the content (for example, digital content) that can be shared between the user. In particular embodiments, the ways of communication may be dependent on the capacity of the particular device.
Figure 3 shows an example interface 300 for initiating contact between endpoints in peer-assisted shopping, in accordance with one embodiment of the disclosure. By clicking on the peer-assisted buying option 250 in FIG. 2C, the interface 300 can be displayed. In particular configurations, the interface can be displayed transparently on a container.
In interface 300, connection options 310 represent options for connecting with someone who is currently connected to a network such as Cinsay, Facebook, or Video (eg, Skype). If the user is not connected to such a network, the option is not displayed. In such a connection option, a message can be propagated through the appropriate network requesting that the recipient join the requester in peer-assisted purchasing. By responding OK, the receiving user can be taken to a container interface. Connection options 320 represent other ways of initiating contact with a person, for example, using short message service (SMS), or email. In these options, a link to the container interface can be provided.

When a container is called, the * dutu container overrides the endpoint's environment and communication options. For example, the container can determine if video chat is available, if network bandwidth is appropriate for certain communication techniques, if VOIP chat is an option, if text chat is an option, and if mobile phone access is available (for example, using a carrier such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, or Tmóvil).
In particular embodiments, a user can have multiple devices. Consequently, a connection attempt can be sent in parallel to multiple different devices.
Figures 4, 5 show the processes 400, 500 to establish communication between different endpoints, according to the modalities of the disclosure. Figure 4 shows a process 400 at a required first endpoint while Figure 5 shows a process 500 at a second receiving endpoint.
Referring to FIG. 4, the process 400 at the first endpoint begins in step 410 with a pair connection option starting. As referred to above, this can be clicking the mouse, flicking a finger on a part of the screen, or touching a screen with a stylus. Additionally, it can be activated with a remote control

In step 420, the communication parameters of the first endpoint are determined. According to particular configurations, this may include determining the communication methods available at the first endpoint (for example, determining if voice, chat, video are available), the nature of such channels (for example, broadband - connected via WIFI, 3G, 4G, etc.). According to the particular settings, this can also include a determination where the first point networks are connected to (eg Cinsay, Facebook, Google). In particular configurations, a user of a device can configure the communication method (for example, only video chat if connected via WI-FI or turn off video chat).
In step 430, the available communication parameters from other endpoints are determined. Depending on the particular settings, this may include determining which pairs of networks are currently connected (eg Cinsay, Facebook, Google). This may also include determining what communication methods one has in

INDUSTRIAL w communication with an end user. For example, as discussed above, a particular person may have multiple devices. And, it is not clear, at all, what device or device the person is using. Therefore, when considering pairs, multiple different devices can be considered for a single person.
In particular configurations, a user can also be prompted to enter the communication parameters. For example, you may want to contact a friend and enter their phone number for an SMS message.
In step 440, communications with at least one second endpoint are initiated waiting to receive a response. In particular configurations, messages can be sent in parallel to a second user (eg, in-app message via Facebook / Cinsay and text message). If the user is at their desk, they may prefer to communicate with a desktop computer over a mobile device.
In step 450, it is determined whether other messages should go out to other endpoints. This is because the particular settings allow you to set the group where the peer-assisted purchase is made between a group of friends. If so, the process is repeated in step 440. If not, the process 500 moves.
In step 460, there is a negotiation process between the

The negotiation process can be partially performed at each respective endpoint. Alternatively, a server operates as a broker and unfreezes. Or, a device can control setting the communication of the negotiation process.
Negotiation is used in particular modalities because, for example, the second endpoint can only communicate through the message due to a lack of camera or microphone. Consequently, the message can be determined as a convenient communication technique. In particular configurations, the negotiation process of step 460 can take into consideration other devices that are also communicating as well as the particular feeding of the content within the container. In particular configurations, the first endpoint can communicate with multiple endpoints using disparate technologies. For example, the communication between a first and a second endpoint can be video chat while the communication between the first and third endpoints and the second and third endpoints is text chat. Consequently, the negotiation process can determine how to efficiently handle such disparate technologies.
In step 470, the respective communication channels are

According to the particular modalities, the process 400 of Figure 4 may only take a couple of seconds depending on the power of the computer and latency of the network. In certain configurations, the process 400 can take less than one second. In other configurations, the 400 process may take more than a couple of seconds.
Referring to FIG. 5, the process 500 at a second endpoint begins in step 510 with a peer connection request that is received at a second endpoint. As mentioned above, in particular configurations, multiple requests in parallel can be sent to a particular user who may have multiple devices. Several of these types of messages can be received at a particular endpoint. For example, a text message can be received, as well as an application message (for example, on Facebook or Cinsay). In particular configurations, when viewing the message, the user can choose to accept the invitation to connect. Like the non-limiting examples, a user can click a link or hit a button confirming acceptance.
In step 520, a container for communication is initialized. In particular configurations, the container may have characteristics that correspond to an application previously installed on a

<img file="MX348682B_D0022.tif" />
In other configurations, the container can correspond to the application characteristics that are propagated in the moment, for example, using embedded codes.
In step 530, the communication parameters of the second endpoint are determined. This may include initiating determination actions similar to those described above with reference to step 420 of FIG. 4 except with reference to the second end point. In step 540, a response is sent to the first endpoint.
In step 550, there is a negotiation process between the endpoints to determine how communication will occur. This is similar to step 460 in the figure ex cept from the perspective of the second end point.
In step 560, the communication channels are established, which are similar to step 470 of Figure 4.
In particular embodiments, a second endpoint that received a request and established a link with the first endpoint may, in turn, experience the process 400 of Figure 4 using an add-a-friend feature. In such an embodiment, approval may or may not be required by the first endpoint. By repeating the process 400, the negotiation between the endpoints may consider the link that has already been established between the first or the second endpoint.

In this particular mode, the underlying content is a video. Again, as referenced above, in other settings, the underlying content can be other articles such as a live-feed video. In such an alternative configuration, a first device can capture the video and send it in real time to a second device - either directly or through an intermediary on the server.
Referring to Figure 6, a container 610 is generally shown which may have characteristics similar to those described above with reference to Figures 2A, 2B, and 2C.
A box 620 has been extended from one edge of the container 610 to show that the user is in communication with three different people. Box 620 is shown divided into three portions 620A, 620B, and 620C - each portion corresponds to a particular user. Although this particular interface is shown, others can be used. For example, box 620 may display an overlay over the contents.
Additionally, the interface can be hidden in the same command with, for example, only the voice that is propagated.

Additionally, portions or the entire box 620 may take on a chat room interface if the message is used.
In particular configurations, a user may be allowed to interact with a portion of the box that corresponds to a particular person. For example, a user may click on a portion 620A that corresponds to a particular person to discover that it is in that person's shopping letter.
As referenced above, disparate technologies can be used in certain configurations. Depending on the case, for example, the portions 620A and 620C may display a video chat interface while the portion 620B may be a message chat. In particular modalities, conversion technologies can be used to convert text-to-speech or voice-to-text to accommodate scenarios that require different communication techniques. The conversion process can occur anywhere in the communication chain whether on the device or on a server.
A variety of 640 tools are also displayed to facilitate communication between end users. In the particular configuration, tools 640 may replace some of the tools 240 shown in Figure 2C. In particular embodiments, container 710 can cover the entire screen with other interfaces selectively provided to cover a portion of the interface. For example, as shown, a box 720 containing communication features (eg, video chat or text chat) may overlay a portion of the container.
With reference to the figures herein, a concept of a shared shopping cart can be further used.
The shared shopping cart provides access to a common shopping cart for a group of people. According to certain modalities, the contents of the shared shopping cart can contain an identifier of who added the item along with a backup of the link in the location from which it comes, whose location can be a video.
Shared shopping carts can be used in a variety of settings. For example, a shared shopping cart can be used for group planning for a match with each item added showing the others in the

Additionally, for high school boys attending a prom, a shared shopping cart can be used so that everyone can see what others want to wear to the prom. Individuals can comment on the items in the shared shopping cart. Also, where a particular shared item has been annotated, the shared shopping cart can indicate that the item has a comment on the link backing object, which can be a video.
Regardless of the shopping carts that are shared, in particular modalities, individual verifications can take place. When such verification has occurred, a notification in the shopping cart can be placed indicating that a particular item has been purchased. Alternatively, if all items in the cart are shared well-weighted purchases, each person can have an individual check for their portion of the total quantity.
