For example, in some embodiments, the groove / point 102 may be a rubber type of material that is molded in conjunction with a plastic tray 10, such that the groove / point 102 is not actually a depression, but rather, slot / dot 102 is simply a tray portion 102 formed of a different material or a different color material. In some embodiments, the groove / point 102 can be a portion of the tray that is formed of any suitable material, such as soft polymers, which may have a higher coefficient of friction than the material used to make the tray 10. Therefore Thus, the slot / point 102 can increase frictional forces between the tray 10 and a dishware placed thereon. In a particular embodiment, the tray 10 is formed of polypropylene and the groove / point 102 is formed of KTATON thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). However, in other embodiments, the groove / point 102 is formed from a blend of low density polyethylene (LDPE) and polypropylene (PP) such as VERSIFY ™ 4301, a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer from Dow Chemical Co.
In other embodiments, the slot / point 103 may be a depression capable of receiving an insert of any suitable material, such as an insert formed of the

TdiVl 11 'Έτΐ material shall be such that it can help resist the movement of a plate, bowl, cup or any other dish, crockery or cutlery item by increasing friction between the tray 10 and the bottom of the utensil and / or material. It can be used to visually indicate or draw the attention of the seated child to utensils or food placed on it (or within the target area).
The second material included in or placed in the slot / point 102 serves as a target for a child. The slot / point 102 can be positioned in any position that is desirable for placing a dish, food, or cutlery utensil. For example, when the slot / dot 102 is included in the center of the tray 10, it can serve as a target or location indicator for a dish, food, or silverware. Using two different materials to form tray 10 and slot / dot 102 may be sufficient to provide a target or location indicator, but this difference can be reinforced by including a second material that is a different color or pattern from the first material used. to form tray 10. For example, tray 10 can be a white plastic and the groove / dot 102 can be blue rubber material that is molded together into tray 10. Alternatively, the

Referring now shows an illustrative embodiment of one of the feet 450. The feet 450 may include an exterior wall 452 that substantially surrounds an interior cavity 454 except for an opening 456 that extends from the interior cavity to an exterior position of the exterior wall. 452 and an opening at the top (see left of Figures 7A and 7B) to receive one of the legs 400. An adjustment mechanism 500 can be housed substantially within cavity 454 and can allow support structure 20 to be adjusted to various heights.
Referring specifically to FIG. 7A, the adjustment mechanism 500 is shown by way of a sectional view and one of the legs 400 is shown in a lowered position. Adjustment mechanism 500 may include two movable projections, projections 502 and 504. When in a lowered position, projection 502 is disposed within and extending through aperture 456 and projection 504 is disposed proximate the distal end of one of the feet 450 (ie, proximal cover 458).
In contrast, Figure 7B illustrates one of the legs 400 in a raised position. When in an elevated position, projection 504 is disposed within

and extending through an opening 456?HeW »the projection 502 is disposed near the open end of one of the feet 450. This configuration leaves a substantial space between the adjustment mechanism 500 and the distal end of one of the feet 450. That space in the cavity 454 represents the height that the support structure has been raised from its lowered position to its raised position.
Each of the projections 502 and 504 can be spring biased such that the natural position of each projection 502 and 504 extends beyond the opening 456. Therefore, in order to move a leg 400 from a lowered position to a raised position, a user must depress projection 502 while pulling the respective leg 400 up until projection 504 aligns and subsequently extends through opening 456, preventing subsequent upward movement of leg 400. In order to reverse this operation and lower the support structure 20, a user again presses the projecting projection, in this case the projection 504, but pushes one of the legs 400 towards its respective foot 450 until the projection 502 aligns with opening 456. Once aligned, spring deflection of projection 502 can cause the projection to extend through opening 456, securing leg 400 in place. If the support structure is in a vertical orientation, the

INDUSTRIAL ^ “· Ν_ΤΪ--J The user may not have to push the leg 400 down when lowering the support structure as to what gravity can serve this purpose.
In the illustrative embodiment depicted in Figures 7A and 7B, mechanism 500 allows support structure 20 to be arranged at two different heights. However, each of the legs 400 may include an adjustment mechanism 500, and therefore, in order to adjust the support structure 20, each of the legs 400 may have to be individually adjusted. Therefore, the support structure 20, in some moments, can be inclined with respect to the horizontal axis. Preferably, a child will only be able to be placed in the seat when the seat is in the substantially horizontal configuration, and therefore the support structure 20 is considered to have two configurations: (1) when all the legs 400 are in a raised configuration. (ie, projection 504 extends through opening 456 in each of legs 400); and (2) when all the legs 400 are in a lowered position (ie, the projection 502 extends through the opening 456 in each of the legs 400).
It should be noted that the support structure 20, tray 10 or some connection thereof, may have any other suitable configuration as an alternative to the configuration previously described and shown in the

Q.,. l, a Γχ-νΐ 1¾ bracket 20 serves as an elevated walker feeding seat (as opposed to a high chair). Furthermore, the tray 10 of the present invention could also be used in a different support structure, such as a booster seat, car seat, rocking chair, wicker crib, swing, bouncer, or any other child support structure. Additionally, tray 10 can be of any shape or size and may or may not include an exterior wall. The indicator or slot / dot on the tray 10 can also be of any size or shape, but is preferably sized to identify a location for a tableware, food, utensils or tableware and to secure the treat or tableware in that location.
