Homogeneous fragrance preblend

The present invention relates to a storage and shipping system, comprising a plurality of shipping containers, each of which carries a compression load of at least one other container, except for the container above, characterized in that each of the containers house a plurality of plastic tank, of relatively thin walls, said tanks containing an arrangement of liquid bleach with fragrance, the deposits sharing at least a portion of the vertical component of said compression load; wherein the liquid bleaching composition comprises: (a) a liquid bleach; (b) an immiscible or slightly miscible adjuvant in the liquid bleach; (c) a dispersant to disperse the adjuvant in the liquid bleach used in an amount that does not promote stress cracking in the plastic tanks, without substantially wetting the inner surface of the plastic.
