The present invention relates to a modified cationic charge microporous membrane, which comprises a hydrophilic, organic, porous polymeric membrane and a quantity of a charge modifying agent, adhered to the structure of the microporous membrane, through an agent of aliphatic polyepoxide crosslinking, having a molecular weight of less than 500, in which the filler modifying agent selected from the group consisting of: aliphatic amines having at least one primary amine, or at least two secondary amines; and aliphatic amines, which have at least one secondary amine and a carboxylic or oxydryl substitute.
