The present invention relates to improvements to removable absorbent underwear, to absorb human liquids and waste materials, which comprises: a liquid permeable body side layer, a liquid impervious outer layer, an absorbent layer that is disposed between said liquid permeable body side layer and said liquid impervious outer layer, a stretchable layer that is disposed between said layer on the side of the liquid permeable body and said liquid impermeable outer layer, said stretchable layer is attached stretched to said other layers, and forms a plurality of roughnesses in said body side layer, said outer layer, and said absorbent layer, when relaxed, said bonded layers are generally trapezoidal, and have a front end portion that deflects toward a portion rear end, said front end portion being about 20 percent to about 90 percent the width of said rear end portion, said rear end portion being about 20 percent to about 60 percent of the length of said bonded layers.
