Utilization: the invention relates to the treatment process of the material comprising tobacco leaves in the production of tobacco products. The purpose of the invention consists in improving the treatment process of the material that comprises tobacco leaves. The smoking material made of tobacco leaves comprises a mixture of tobacco thin sheets particles and particles of tobacco leaves blades. The gradient angle of the thin sheets particles separated from the blades particles doesn't exceed 45. At the same time 70% and more from the thin sheets particles cleaned of dust having the form coefficient determined by the ratio (4x surface/perimeter) constitutes not less than 0,5.The process for tobacco treatment with a view to the smoking material obtaining foresees the simultaneous shopping of thin sheets and blades, passing the whole tobacco leaves through the mill with a general content of humidity less than the humidity of the obtained material. At the mill outlet it is formed a mixture of thin sheets flakes from tobacco leaves and their blades.
