The invention relates to devices for the protection and sealing of gas meters, which can be used by companies to install gas meters and to the public services for mounting devices for the protection of gas meters.

The disadvantages of the given solution consist in the need to disassemble the meter from the gas network during the installation of the box for protection and the insecure protection against unauthorized interventions, which is provided only by an elementary lock, which can be opened with an elemental key.

The closest solution is the device for protecting the gas meter in the form of a lid, which covers the front of the meter and is fixed to the meter by means of lateral joints. The lid is made of polystyrene with the possibility of simplified installation or disassembly [3].

The disadvantage of the given solution lies in the reduced security of access to the meter of the unauthorized persons, because the device for the protection of the gas meter in the form of a cap fulfills only the sealing function with the possibility of mounting or dismantling simplified, which ensures the fixing of the device for the protection of the gas meter in cap shape excluding the need to disassemble the meter from the gas network during the installation of the given device.

The problem solved by the invention is the convenience of installing the device for protecting and sealing the gas meter, as well as the possibility of protecting and securing the gas meter against physical and human extreme factors. The invention involves a strictly necessary character for the state services, which have the task in high terms with high security to assemble, disassemble or replace a large number of gas meters. Also, the invention provides high security, which is the energy and economic priority of the state, excluding the possibilities of access for theft and modification of data by unauthorized persons.

The device for protecting and sealing the gas meter, according to the invention, removes the disadvantages mentioned above in that it consists of a profile contoured body, on the front of which is executed a window for visual access to the meter data. In the upper part of the body there are made two semiains for sealing the meter and securing the connections between the flanges of the gas pipes and the flanges of the meter. On the sides of the semi-rings for sealing the meter and securing the connections between the flanges of the gas pipes and the flanges of the meter, the fastening ears are executed, on the inner surface of which a blind orifice with ribs is executed. The device also contains two attachment clips, on the sides of which the clamping ears are executed, on the side surface of which is attached a biocharging mechanism executed in the form of a two-arm ratchet or in the form of a ratchet-type ratchet for forming the joint. non-detachable when fastened in blind holes, executed with a row of ribs or with several rows of ribs. All the details of the device are made of hard plastic material, and a sealing number is mechanically inserted on the surface of the body and on the surface of the attachment semi-rings.

The technical result of the invention consists in that the device for protecting and sealing the gas meter is applied to the gas meter by using two component parts of the device, namely the body

The device for protecting and sealing the gas meter consists of a body 1 with a contoured outline and a window 2 for visual access to the meter data, executed on the front. In the upper part of the body 1 two semi-terminals 3 and 4 are executed for sealing the meter and securing the connections between the gas pipe flanges and the meter flanges. On the lateral parts of the semi-rings 3 and 4, the clamping ears 5 are executed, on the inner surface of which a blind hole 6 is executed, executed with a row of ribs or with several rows of ribs. The device for protecting and sealing the gas meter also contains two attachment halves and 8, on the sides of which the clamping ears 9 are executed, on the side surface of which a biocharging mechanism 10 is fixed, executed in the form of a ratchet with two arms or in the form of a ratchet-like ratchet for forming the non-detachable joint when fastened in the blind holes 6. The strength of the device is ensured by the hard plastic material, from which all the details of the device are executed, being possible the construction and other hard materials. A sealing number is mechanically inserted on the surface of the body 1 and on the surface of the attachment semi-rings 7 and 8.

The realization of the invention is explained at the stage of industrial production of the body 1 of the device according to figures 1 and 2, which is executed with a contoured outline and a window 2, executed on the front, which allows visual access to the data of the meter, and with two semi-terminals 3 and 4, executed on the upper part of the body 1, at the same time separately are made two attachment semi 7 and with clamping ears 9, executed with biochar mechanism 10. The production stage is followed by the technical installation stage. At the stage of technical installation body 1 interacts with the attachment elements (7) and (8), after which this construction fulfills the function of a device for protecting and sealing the gas meter. The technical installation stage starts with the simple installation of the body 1 of the device for protecting and sealing the gas meter on the intended gas meter, which remains with full access and without difficulties to the use by the consumer and / or employees of the desertion companies, for collecting gas consumption data. The next step is the sealing, which consists of fixing the attachment semi-rings 7 and 8 with the clamping ears 9, executed with the biocharging mechanism 10, by the body 1 of the device (figs. 3 and 4), so the lateral arms of the biocharging mechanisms 10 interact. with the ribs executed in the blind holes 6 on the inner surface of the clamping ears 5 of the semi-rings 3 and 4, forming a non-removable construction.

The advantages of the invention consist in the fact that the need to disassemble the gas meter is excluded during the installation of the device for the protection and sealing of the gas meter, which ensures the sealing and the security of the meter from unauthorized access and the simultaneous protection of the connections between the flanges of the gas pipes and the flanges of the meter. .
