Description: 3
The invention relates to figurative packaging, in particular to a box-shaped package.
The packaging of cigarettes in the box is known. One of the most famous types of such boxes confines an outer element, which includes the bottom, in which the figures are placed upright. The upper part о constitutes the lid, which often (but not always) is fixed articulated from the back of the lower edge so that the upper ends of the figs can be seen when the lid is opened. Such boxes usually confine inside the outer element or interlayer that comes out from the bottom and enters under the groove to ensure its cover with the lid open and close. This coating helps to keep the lid fixed in the closed state and reduces the risk of its accidental opening [1].
The cardboard blank is known to be used in the manufacture of cigarette packages [2] · '
The casing of the package consists of the bottom, the bending lines of the front and back fefes together with it, the side pipes and the folding drawer. The lid consists of a dorsal face, joined by a joint line with the dorsal face of the package housing, the lower and upper front.
The pack of cigarettes of the mentioned type is relatively small and strong. The visible outer surfaces are used for information, indicating the brand, containing descriptions and warning labels. That is why on the outside of the packaging there is no place or a place is missing for additional information, such as о blade (in the packaging would play the role of coupon) and if such information can be placed on the outside of the packaging, the consumer i- it would be difficult to throw such information (such as the blade) on the packaging. The placement of the blade or other information inside the package is convenient, because the location of such additional information would require additional technological steps and production equipment and would lead to increased cost of production, and the consumer may not even notice the information.
The problem solved by this invention is to obtain such a pack of cigarettes that possess an additional surface area for the blade that would confine other information, as well as to obtain a pack of cigarettes that includes additional informational areas that cannot remain unobserved by consumer, but which at will can be easily separated from the packaging or kept, and the packaging can be used as standardized packaging.
The problem is solved based on the fact that the packing of figures, containing an outer element, consisting of a lower part and an upper part in the form of shards, and о intercalation, the upper edge of the lower edge of the outer element is located below the first ends of the figures. and adjacent to the lower edge of the lid, and the edge of the front wall of the interlayer, being located inside the front wall of the outer element, it is located above the upper edge of the lower edge of the outer element. The wall in front of the lid is equipped with о blade, fixed to it with the possibility of detaching it after the bending line, formed by perforating and / or notching.
The blade may be joined to the front of the lid by a connecting panel, which is joined to the front wall of the lid by the bending line, and by the blade through the bending line formed by piercing and / or notching.
A semi-finished product is also required to form the cigarette packing described above.
The essence of the invention is explained in the drawings and by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention.
The result of the invention consists in obtaining a pack of figures, which would have an additional surface area that can be applied for additional information.
Providing the package with an additional surface, easily removable, allows its use as a blade for placing any information on it. The information can be printed or printed from one or both sides of the blade. This makes it possible to equip the package with additional information, which can serve as an advertising element.
Next, the invention will be described in detail, in relation to Figures 1 ... 7, which represents:

In FIG. Figures 6 and 7 through position 60 are marked.
As shown in FIG. 1 a pack of figurines 1 of the ordinary type of cardboard box with a hinged lid fastens an outer element 2 having the lower part 3 and upper 4 in the form of a lid. The lower part 3 has a front wall 5, a left side wall 6, a right side wall 7, a rear wall 8 and a lower wall 9. The lid 4 has analogue pearls in front 10, left side 11, right side 12, back 13, respectively which confines the extension of the pearls with the same name of the lower edge with the closed lid as indicated in fig. 1. In addition, the cover 4 also confines the upper wall 14. The cover 4 is usually fixed articulated by the lower part 3 on the joint line 43 instead of the intersection of the rear shears 8 and 13. The appearance of the package when the lid 4 is opened on the joint line 43 is shown in fig. 5.
Fig. 2 and 4 show the interlayer 15, which is usually inserted in the lower part 3.
The interlayer 15 comprises the front wall 16, the left side wall 17 and the right side wall 18. The upper right and left inner panels 24 and 25 are joined by the rear upper panel 13 on lines 45 and 46, respectively. The upper left inner panel 24 is bordered in the longitudinal direction! by the left rear bending line 47 and the cut 42. The upper right inner panel 25 is limited in the longitudinal direction! by the bending line on the back right 49 and the cut 44.
The upper panel 14 extends from the rear upper panel 13 on line 48 to the upper bending line 51 and then it is bordered with the seventh and eighth cuts 50 and 52. Line 51 is preferably straight, parallel! with line 48 and perpendicular! with cuts 50 and 52. Preferably the longitudinal size! of the upper panel 14 actually coincides with the longitudinal size! of the bottom panel 9, that is, the distance between lines 48 and 51 actually coincides with the distance between lines 36 and 38. The upper left flap 26 is joined! with the inner left panel 24 in length on line 47, and the upper right flap 27 is joined with the right inner panel 25 on line 49. The lateral dimensions of the upper and left flaps 26 and 27 are preferably slightly smaller than the longitudinal size! of the upper panel 14. Lines 47 and 49 are slightly displaced from line 48 at a distance equal to the thickness of the blank 19. These deviations facilitate the folding of the flaps and side panels.
The upper front panel 10 extends from the upper panel 14 on line 51 to the bending line on the upper front 57 and is still bordered! with the side bending lines of the seventh 55 and the eighth 56. Preferably the line 57 is straight, parallel! with line 51, and perpendicular! with lines 55 and 56. Preferably line 55 is the collinear extension! of the cut 50, and the line 56 the collinear extension! of the cut 52. Preferably the longitudinal size! of the top panel in front 10 is larger than the longitudinal size! of the rear upper panel, that is, the distance between lines 51 and 57 exceeds the distance between lines 43 and 48. The left and right outer panels 11 and 12 are joined by the wall in the upper front 10 on lines 55 and 56, respectively. Preferably the shape and
MD C2 the dimensions of the upper left outer panel 11 actually coincide with the shape and dimensions of the upper left inner panel 24, and the dimensions and shape of the upper right outer panel 12 actually coincide with the dimensions and shape of the upper right inner panel 25.
The connecting panel 28 of the blade 29 extends from the upper front panel 10 on line 57 to the bending line 58 of the blade. Preferably line 58 is straight, parallel to line 57.
The blade 29 extends from the connecting panel 28 on the line 58. Preferably the line 58 is executed by punching and / or partial cutting (notches) to facilitate the separation of the blade 29.
The blank 19 shown in fig. 3 is folded according to the shape of the cardboard box 1 shown in fig. 1. As shown in FIG. 4, the blade 29 and the connecting panel 28 of the blade are folded on the upper front bending line 57, so that the blade 29 and the connecting panel 28 of the blade are parallel to the upper front panel 10, with the upper panel 14 and the upper panel later 13. Then the blade 29 is clamped back on the bending line 58 of the blade so that the blade 29 becomes parallel to the connecting panel 28 of the blade 29.
The upper left flap 26 and upper left inner panel 24 are folded perpendicular to the upper panel 14 and the rear upper panel 13 by bending on the fifth side bending line.
45, and the upper right flap 27 and the upper inner right panel 25 are folded perpendicular to the upper panel 14 and the rear upper panel 13 by bending on the sixth bending side line.
46. The upper left flap 26 is folded perpendicular to the upper inner left wall 24 by bending over the left rear bending line 47. Analogously, the upper right flap 27 is folded perpendicular to the upper inner right panel 25 by bending over the right rear bending line 49.
The inner left panel 22 and the lower left flap 20 are folded perpendicular to the lower rear panel 8 and the lower panel 9 by bending on the third side bending line 40, and the inner right panel 23 and the lower right flap 21 are folded perpendicular to the lower rear panel. 8 and the lower panel 9 by bending on the third side bending line 41. The lower left flap 20 is folded perpendicular to the inner left panel 22 by bending on the lower left bending line 37, and the lower right flap 21 is folded perpendicular to the inner right panel 23 by bending on the lower bending straight line 39.
The upper panel 14, the upper front panel 10, the connecting panel 28 of the blade, the blade 29 and the upper and left outer right panels 11 and 12 are folded perpendicular to the rear upper panel 13 by bending over the bending line 48.
The lower panel 9, the lower front panel 5 and the outer left and right panels 6 and 7 are folded perpendicular to the lower rear panel 8 by bending on the lower bending line 38.
The upper front panel 10, the connecting panel 28 of the blade, the blade 29 and the upper left and right outer panels 11 and 12 are folded perpendicular to the upper panel 14 by bending over the upper bending line 51.
The lower front panel 5 and the outer left and right panels 6 and 7 are folded perpendicular to the lower panel 9, and the lower front panel 5 is folded parallel to the blade 29 through the lower front bending line 36.
The upper left outer panel 11 is folded perpendicular to the front panel 10 and parallel to the adjacent upper left inner panel 24 by bending on the seventh bending line 55, and the upper outer right panel 12 is folded perpendicular to the upper front panel 10 and parallel to the adjacent panel as the upper interior 25 by bending on the eighth side bending line 56.
The outer left panel 6 is folded perpendicular to the lower front panel 5 and parallel to the inner adjacent left panel 22 by bending on the first bend line 30, and the outer right panel 7 is folded perpendicular to the lower front panel 5 and parallel to the adjacent inner panel. from the right 23 by bending on the second side bending line 31.
Preferably the outer left panel 6 is glued to the inner left panel 22, the outer right panel 7 is glued to the inner right panel 23, the upper left outer panel 11 is glued to the upper inner left panel 24, and the upper outer right panel 12 is glued to the right panel. upper interior 25 and the connecting panel 28 is attached to the upper front panel 10.
The interlayer 15 preferably adhered to the lower inner part 3 of the packing 1 (for example, by gluing panels 17 and 18 of the interlayer of the walls 22 and 23 of the respective packing).
As shown in FIG. 4 and 5, the lid 4 borders the blade 29, which extends below the front of the lid. When the packaging is closed, the blade 29 is preferably placed between the front wall 5 and the front wall 16 of the interlayer. The plate 29 can also be placed between the front wall 16 and the cigarettes 60. In the preferable embodiment, having a fixed articulated lid, when the packaging is opened by undoing the lid 4 on the joint line 43, the blade 29 "appears" and becomes visible
MD C2 visible to the consumer. Preferably the blade 29 or о part thereof is fixed to the cover 4 so that it can be easily separated on the line 58 to facilitate the separation of the blade 29.
The blade 29 extends down from the cover 4, where the blade 29:
1) is well observed;
2) you can easily grab to be separated and
3) prevents the easy extraction of the first cigarette without the liquid being removed. The blade 29 may be narrower or о wide with the lid 4.
One or both ends of the blade 29 may contain printed or printed information. It is preferable that this information is easily observable by the consumer at the first opening of the package. This information may limit the proposal to the consumer to separate the blade from the packaging. When this has been done the additional information on the sheet 29, for example, printed on the back, may become visible to the consumer. The separate blade can be conveniently shaped and sized for a coupon or coupon item. Due to the fact that the plate 29 comes out of the lid 4, it is very well seen by the consumer when opening the package and the consumer is forced to separate the plate 29, because until it is liquidated, it covers the figs in the package and prevents the packaging from closing. Printing or printing on the slab 29 can occur at any time (for example, until or after the blank 19 is cut into a final standalone form). A special visible sign can be included in the printed supplement before being cut in order to record the print cut.
Regardless of the fact that FIG. 4 and 5 demonstrate the packaging with the lid 4 partially open, it is allowed for the lid to open and close exactly as indicated above. As in the similar solutions, when the package lid shown in fig. 1 is closed, the outer element of the package completely covers the plate 29. Respectively, when the packaging, according to fig. 5, it is closed and has an identical appearance to that shown in fig. 1. When the consumer of the package with the plate 29 which has the appearance indicated in fig. 4 and 5 opens the packaging for the first time he sees what is shown in fig. 5. For convenience, when removing the figure from the packaging the consumer must preventively separate the plate 29. This can be obvious to the consumer, placing instructions on the plate 29 or elsewhere on the package. After the blade 29 is separated the packaging will be used like any other ordinary packaging.
Regardless of the fact that the slab 29 on the technical drawing has a rectangular shape, another form of it is allowed, such as a festooned edge, a rounded edge or a sharp shape like an arrow. It may also be admitted that the blade 29 confines one or more holes. The blade 29 may be constituted internally from one or more strands attached to the blade 29, so that their separation is possible.
The dimensions of the blank 19 and the dimensions of the panels and flaps constituting the blank 19 are determined by the number, diameter and length of the figures to be packed in the packaging 1.
In FIG. 3 it is indicated that the blade 29 is adjacent to the connecting panel 28 on the bending line 58, but it is still admissible as an embodiment of the invention the packaging 1 without the connecting panel 28. Thus the blade 29 can be joined to the upper panel on the front 10 on the line with perforation and / or with partial cuts to facilitate separation and removal of the blade 29. Otherwise, such an embodiment may be analogous to the preferred embodiment.
The technical components applied to the manufacture of cartons of figurines from cardboard semi-manufactures are well known and the research of the combinations of the technical components used to manufacture the packages applied here are useless to satisfy the present invention.
It is emphasized that the ones mentioned above are an illustration of the essence of the invention and that various modifications of the preferable embodiment may occur in order to ensure other embodiments also provided for by the invention, which do not exceed the volume of the legal protection of the invention. Accordingly, it is not contemplated that the invention will be limited exclusively to the claims, for example, the cap 4 may be executed together with the lower part 3 or glued to the lower part 3 by the flap. Also, the lid of the package can be moved inside and outside of the interleave 15, but it does not close and open by turning. Further, the essence of this invention can be applied to the packaging and the components of the packaging made from other types of materials. Next, it will be accepted that the dependent claims describe the packing of figures with the larger vertical side, as indicated in FIG. 1 and 5. Regardless of the fact that the figurine package can be modified, intersected or placed in any other indicative way, the dependent claims determine the components of the figurine package vis-à-vis other components, when the package is in the usual vertical position. This is indicated for clarity and does not limit the volume of dependent claims.
